'Real Housewives' Kid Busted Again

It's been a while since we've heard from Josh Waring of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" fame -- that's because it's been a while since he was arrested.

Waring -- whose mom Lauri was on the show for several seasons -- was busted on Friday for battery on a spouse or significant other and false imprisonment, both misdemeanors. He was taken to Central Men's Jail in Santa Ana where he is being held without bail until a hearing on Monday.

Waring was busted in June 2008 (possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell) and in July 2009 (possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia).

He served 240 days in jail the first time and 30 days the second.

Real Pregnant Housewife Bikini for Two!

Newly married and 7 months pregnant, "Real Housewives of NYC" star Bethenny Frankel, along with her unborn fetus, rocked a bikini on the beaches of St. Bart's this weekend.

Luckily for the 39-year-old, her former BFF and fellow RHONY, Jill Zarin, was not spotted still complaining about being told to "get a hobby."

NeNe Leakes' Son Turns Himself In to Police

UPDATE: Cops initially told us Bryant was popped for a weapons charge, but now Deputy Pardinas -- who took Bryant to jail admissions last night -- tells us he was turning himself in for an outstanding warrant. The warrant was for an additional charge related to his March 7 arrest for marijuana possession.

The son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes turned himself in to police last night.

Officials at the Gwinnett County Detention Center tell TMZ Bryson Bryant -- who appeared with his mother on the reality show in the past -- was arrested on Tuesday in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

We're told Bryant was released at 3 AM.

'Atlanta Housewife' Walks Out on FOX Show

NeNe Leakes is pimping her book all over NYC today -- but she put her hatred of FOX ahead of book sales this morning when she refused to go on a local TV show.

The "Real Housewife of Atlanta" star was supposed to be a guest on FOX 5's "Good Day New York" to talk about her new book, "Never Make the Same Mistake Twice." Sources on the set tell TMZ that she realized it was a FOX show just a few minutes before her appearance.

She bailed, according to witnesses, telling people she hates the network. We're told it might have something to do with a FOX Atlanta report that didn't paint NeNe and her husband in a very positive light.

A rep for Leakes had no immediate comment.

'Real Housewives' Husband Popped for DWI

The husband of Teresa Giudice from "Real Housewives of New Jersey" was hospitalized early this morning after wrecking his car in NJ -- where cops from one town charged him with DWI ... and then cops from another town swooped in and arrested him over some outstanding warrants.

The Montville Township Police Department tells TMZ they responded to an emergency call made at 1:47 AM after a car struck a pole in Montville -- and when they arrived, Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice was at the scene.

We're told Joe was taken to the Morristown Memorial Hospital -- and after a blood sample was taken, Joe was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain a traffic lane.

Joe's problems didn't stop there. Cops say there were warrants out for his arrest in Clifton, NJ over some city ordinance violations -- so the MTPD handed Joe over to the Clifton PD, who locked him up and held him on $2,625 bail. He was released at 6:20 AM.

ATL Housewives Re-Volt Over Electric Bills

NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak are locked in a stand-off with the people at "Real Housewives of Atlanta"-- and we're told it's partly due to a power struggle over their electric bill.

Sources close to the ladies tell TMZ both women are in the midst of contract negotiations with Bravo for next season -- and a major point of contention is the electric bill. We're told the ladies are sick of having to pay giant electric bills out of their own pocket after the show tapes at their homes and drains tons of juice from their sockets.

We're also told the women are demanding an upgrade in travel arrangement -- because they're tired of having to use their own airline miles to upgrade from the coach seats provided by the show.

There are more demands -- including stipends for wardrobe, hair and make-up.

Calls to Bravo were not immediately returned.

The Body of "Housewives" Ex to be Exhumed

A.J. Jewell's family is now demanding a second autopsy be performed on him -- so now Jewell's body is going to be exhumed in order for that to happen.

The first autopsy showed Jewell -- the former fiance of a "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member -- died after a fistfight last month due to complications related to sickle cell.

Jewell's family isn't satisfied with this explanation -- even though his death was still ruled a homicide -- and now the Fulton County District Attorney has "tentatively" agreed to let his body be exhumed so the second autopsy can happen.

Death of 'Housewives' Ex Ruled a Homicide

TMZ has learned the death of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star A.J. Jewell has officially been ruled a homicide -- this according to the Fulton County Medical Examiner.

The cause of death is listed as, "Physical altercation resulting in sickle cell trait related exertional collapse." Contributing factors are listed as, "intestinal myocardial fidrosis," as well as an enlarged heart.

Translation -- the fight triggered a flare up with Jewell's sickle cell disease.

Jewell died after an Atlanta strip club brawl early last month. The other man involved in the fight -- Frederick Richardson -- has since been arrested and charged with voluntary manslaughter.

Richardson's attorney tells us, "It's an unfortunate situation, Frederick is sorry this situation happened and that A.J. died."
