'Real O.C.' Douche Owes $80,000 to Sick Son

The only thing worse than owing nearly $80,000 in child support? When the kid you're allegedly failing to support is fighting an inoperable brain tumor ... but that's just how the Real O.C.'s Slade Smiley happens to roll.

TMZ has obtained a letter sent to Slade's baby mama from the Department of Child Support Services last month, which states Slade owes her $77,356.75 in late child support payments ... plus 10 percent interest whenever he doesn't cut her a check on time.

Slade filed a request in L.A. County Superior Court two weeks after the DCSS sent the letter, asking a judge to lower the enormous child support bill because he says he's unemployed and makes zero dollars. Slade's rep tells us Slade has "jumped through burning hoops to take care of [his child's] well-being and health."

Slade's baby mama begs to differ, telling us Slade has only seen his sick 9-year-old son Grayson twice in the last year and a half -- and hasn't even sent the kid a birthday card.

Parents of 'Housewives' Ex -- It's Still Murder

The parents of "Real Housewives" star A.J. Jewell still claim their son was beaten to death -- even after a medical examiner claims sickle cell anemia may have played a role his death.

The parents' rep gave TMZ the following statement on their behalf:

"Our son 'AJ' had the sickle cell trait which caused no related medical problems during his life. We feel AJ's death was a result of the malicious attack by the individual and/or individuals present during the fight."

Meanwhile, the defense attorney for Frederick Richardson -- the club manager who was charged with voluntary manslaughter of Jewell -- told TMZ: "I would have liked to have found a cause of death before rushing to judgment."

Doc: Sickle Cell a Factor in 'Housewives' Death

Sickle Cell Anemia may have played a significant role in the death of a "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star who died after a strip club brawl two weeks ago -- this according to the doctor who performed the autopsy.

Fulton County Associate Medical Examiner, Dr. Kelly Rose tells TMZ preliminary autopsy results lead her to believe Ashley "A.J." Jewell suffered from Sickle Cell -- a disease which inhibits oxygen flow to tissues in the body.

Rose says it's most likely that Jewell was worked up from the fight -- and because of his condition, it's probable that he couldn't replenish the oxygen he lost during the incident ... which the Dr. says could have fatal consequences.

Cops: 'Housewives' Ex Walked Away from Fight

TMZ has learned the ex-fiance of "Housewives" star Kandi Burruss was walking and talking after the fight that may have led to his death.

Initial reports made it seem like Ashley "A.J." Jewell was left for dead after the fight -- which occurred outside of a strip club in Atlanta on Friday night -- but law enforcement sources tell us this wasn't the case.

Our sources say witnesses told authorities A.J. was walking and talking after the fight -- and he didn't even take an ambulance to the hospital, instead hitching a ride with one of his friends.

Meanwhile, suspect Frederick Richardson is being held without bail and has been charged with voluntary manslaughter.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office tells us A.J.'s body showed evidence of a physical altercation -- and they're trying to determine the extent of those injuries while also looking to see if there "was another cause of death."

The M.E.'s Office also says contrary to other reports, there were no stab wounds found on Jewell's body.

Frederick is due back in court on October 20.

According to the Orange County D.A., "Keough was also charged with sentencing enhancements for having a blood alcohol level of .20 percent or more and a prior 2005 felony DUI conviction."

Evicted 'O.C. Housewife' Repeat Offender

"Real Housewife of Orange County's" Lynne Curtin was just evicted from her home -- and we've learned this wasn't the first time she's gotten the boot.

According to eviction docs we dug up, the Curtins were kicked out of a place waaaay back in 2003 as well. The amount they owed that homeowner: $9,104 ... and, allegedly, they never paid.

We called up the dude they stiffed, his awesome response: "Frank and his charming wife vanished like the wind behind a Taco Bell. I hope the current victims have better luck."

Evicted 'Housewife' Accused of Looting

Not only did "Real Housewife of Orange County" Lynne Curtin not own the house she was living in on the show, she also didn't own the furniture ... and now she's accused of stealing a bunch of stuff after she moved out this week.

The actual homeowner claims Curtin stole a bookcase, credenza, armoire and a glass shelf -- worth around $5,000 -- and reported the alleged thievery to Laguna Beach Police Department yesterday.

The homeowner also claims the home's carpet was trashed, there were holes in the walls and the travertine tub was damaged.

We got a statement from the homeowner, who said, "I am blown away that grown people can behave this way. They have daughters, how can they seriously think they are setting an example."

Lawsuit: 'Real Housewives' Violated Me

It's not just diva drama on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" -- a man featured on the hit series says the show made him look like a big 'ole dork ... and now he's suing.

George Page says a clip aired on "Housewives" of him on a five-minute speed date with Sheree Whitfield in Atlanta. In the clip, Page is seen telling a really corny joke to Sheree while equally corny music and sound effects play in the background.

In the lawsuit, filed last week in State Court in Chicago, Page says he never gave permission to Bravo to plaster his face all over the tube -- and was even assured by producers that he would be edited out of the show.

Page is suing Bravo and NBC for at least $50,000 for infringing on his Right of Publicity and for causing him "emotional distress."

Zolciak -- I'm a Victim of Cell Phone Sabotage!

Kim Zolciak claims she was cell-phone bombed with more than 1,100 calls last night -- and "a ton" of nude pics -- when someone posted her personal number on a rival reality star's Twitter page.

Kim tells us she woke up to find she had 1,100 missed calls and loads of really, really explicit photo messages -- from both genders.

Kim has already changed her number and tells us she's talking to her lawyer to see if she has any kind of a legal case against Neffe.

Calls to Neffe's people have not been returned.

Curtin Real House Squatter of Orange County

"Real Housewife of Orange County" Lynne Curtin was evicted from the home she rents on the show -- but Curtin must not understand what the word "eviction" means, because she's still living there.

The homeowner tells TMZ Curtin's family is refusing to leave, forcing her to file legal papers today with the OC Sheriff's Department ... translation: If they don't beat feet, police will have to physically drag them out.

In the meantime, the 51-year-old mother who actually owns the pad is forced to sleep on her 70-year-old parents' couch, adding, "It's humiliating to live in my old parents house because some O.C. housewife cant pay the rent."

As TMZ first reported, the Curtins owe the homeowner over $12,000.
