Minor Problem in 'Housewife' Eviction

Her three days are up -- but the "Real Housewife" who was facing eviction from her Orange County home isn't going anywhere fast ... and she has her underage daughter to thank!

TMZ has learned Lynne Curtin and her husband are claiming the 3-day notice they got from their landlord to either pay up or get out isn't valid -- because the legal doc was served on their daughter -- a minor.

As TMZ first reported, the Curtins -- who rent the home they live in on the show -- allegedly owe their landlord more than $12,000 in rent and other expenses.

Now, the Curtins have lawyered up ... contesting the eviction ... but we're told the landlord will re-serve the papers on an adult this time.

Looks like it's only a matter of time before Lynne has to get real ... or get out.

Real OC Housewife Pay Up or Get Out!

TMZ has learned Lynne Curtin from "Real Housewives of Orange County" could be evicted from her home -- if she doesn't come up with more than $12,000 in the next three days.

Just minutes ago, Curtin and her husband received a 3-day eviction notice from the owner of the Laguna Beach house where they live. Yes -- they're renters.

According to the notice, the couple owes the home owner a $10,000 security deposit, $600 late fee and $1,763 in other expenses. The homeowner also claims the Curtins have been delinquent on their utilities -- which have now been shut off.

And it gets worse -- the Curtin's real estate agent claims the reality star and her husband never forked over $2,500 in commission for getting them into the house back in June.

The best part -- Bravo cameras happened to be rolling when the eviction notice was served ... wonder if they'll exploit that storyline on the show?

Cops Say 'Real' Husband Real Drunk

Being busted for DUI is nothing new for Matt Keough of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" -- but this latest bust takes the cake.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they busted Keough on Saturday afternoon when he rolled a stop sign in Coto de Caza, Calif. But Keough didn't stop right away, so the Sheriff's say they had to follow him all the way back to his place. Law enforcement gave him a blood test -- and he was THREE TIMES over the legal limit.

Keough was taken into custody and posted on $10,000 bond according to the O.C. Sheriff's Department.

Keough was sentenced to 180 days in an O.C. jail back in January 2008 for violating the probation of a 2005 DUI arrest.

'Housewife' NeNe 'Kim Is Not Innocent'

"Real Housewife" NeNe Leakes still refuses to spill the beans about her alleged brawl with Kim Zolciak -- but she's not afraid to take a couple of pot shots at Kim in the midst of her consistent secrecy.

NeNe was on Q100 in Atlanta this morning, where she called Kim out about the so-called choking incident by saying, "if she was truly injured she should have filed charges ... Kim is not innocent here."

That's when NeNe took a stab at Kim by saying, "Is she still at Target in her Bentley?" -- referring to the 911 call Kim made after the alleged incident.

One huge revelation did occur during the interview -- NeNe claims she's turning over a new leaf and won't verbally attack people anymore ... which means she could be retiring her favorite insult.

So long, "trash box."

Alleged 'Housewives' Brawl The 911 Call

It's the rumble heard 'round the web -- now we have obtained the 911 call made by "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak after her fellow cast member NeNe Leakes allegedly choked her ... twice.

Zolciak -- who made the call from behind a "Target shopping center" -- tells the dispatcher, "I was filming my show ... and I was choked by one of my cast members." Leakes has denied any wrongdoing.

Zolciak tells us she's looking into her legal options -- which include pressing assault charges.

'Real Housewife' Loses House, Still a Wife

Lisa Wu-Hartwell needs a "Big Poppa" of her own ... the real housewife of Atlanta just lost her real big house in Atlanta.

TMZ has learned Hartwell and her husband, former Oakland Raiders linebacker Edgerton Hartwell, were booted from their multi-million dollar Georgia mansion last week -- after the couple defaulted on their loan and the bank sold it shortly after.

Hartwell's rep tells us the couple was in talks with the lender to restructure the loan because the home had lost value -- but that failed. They originally bought the place for $2.9 mil back in 2007 -- but the bank only got $1.9 mil when they resold it this month.

The rep says "Ed and Lisa are fine. They have settled in their [new] home, that sits on 10 acres and they OWN it!"

'Real Housewives' -- Inside Big Poppa's Crib

He was allegedly trying to stay anonymous -- but TMZ has learned "Big Poppa" from "Real Housewives of Atlanta" whored out his entire family and his ATL mansion just to get a little face time on MTV a few months ago.

Real estate mogul Lee Najjar's kids gave a tour to MTV on an episode of "Teen Cribs" earlier this year, and this place is sick.

Najjar -- aka Kim Zolciak's mysterious sugar daddy -- pops up several times throughout the episode -- including a moment inside his "gentleman's room" at the 9:40 mark.

Fun fact:
His wife, who makes an appearance in the private beauty salon inside the mansion, is also named Kim.

TMZ has obtained the first picture that shows "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak with her infamous sugar daddy -- better known as "Big Poppa" -- although "big" seems a bit ironic.

The photo was taken last November at the Hotel Atlantis in the Bahamas -- because real ladies don't stay at the Ramada.

'Real Housewife' Kim NeNe Choked Me Twice!

It's gonna be a rough season of filming -- "Real Housewife of Atlanta" Kim Zolciak is saying NeNe Leakes got a hold of her throat not once, but twice during their now infamous confrontation.

We just got off the phone with Zolciak, who supplied some unknown details about the widely reported throwdown between her and her co-star. Kim says Bravo suggested the two meet up that day to hammer out their issues -- but instead of working anything out, Kim just got choked out.

Zolciak also says she lost her breath for a minute and a half as NeNe choked her ... the first time. Moments later, according to Kim, NeNe went for the neck again -- and producers had to step in to safely escort Kim to her car. That's when Kim filed a police report.

Taking one for the team, Kim says she didn't file a restraining order so filming of the show could continue. She tells us "Violence is unacceptable, this has definitely changed my life. I wish NeNe would be humble enough to apologize."

When asked about the incident Tuesday night in NYC, NeNe denied the choking incident ever happened.

O.C. Cops Looking Into 'Real O.C.' Guy

Slade Smiley must hit like a "Real Housewife of Orange County" -- because it took some guy a whole week to realize Slade even (allegedly) hit him. Or at least that's what we're guessing.

Laguna Beach PD is looking into an altercation Slade allegedly got into at a friend's birthday party back on July 15.

Law enforcement told us that "there was a pushing and shoving match" that led to the other guy leaving the party. The hotel where the party was being held did not call the cops that night and neither did the other guy ... until eight days later.

We're told it's an open investigation.

Waring was sentenced to 240 days back in September of '08 for possession of heroin and ecstasy and an intent to sell -- after his mother found the drugs and contacted the police.

He was released in February but is still on probation -- so he's pretty much screwed.

'NJ Housewife' -- Reality Show Good, Sex Tape Bad

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Danielle Staub has no problem putting the most intimate moments of her life on display for the world to see -- except for when she's getting intimate.

Staub is trying to block the release of a sex tape her former boyfriend is trying to sell. Her lawyer filed a complaint today in Passaic County Superior Court alleging Stephen Zalewski, who also appeared on the reality show, invaded her privacy and has caused her and her young daughters emotional distress.

Also causing Staub's young children emotional distress -- seeing their mother on "Real Housewives of New Jersey."

Zalewski told Star magazine, "I'm definitely weighing my options as far as selling [the tapes] and getting them out there ... She cost me so much money, why shouldn't I make a few dollars?"

UPDATE -- Staub won round one. A judge granted a temporary injunction against the tape. The order could become permanent at a hearing next month.
