Trump, Putin, Kim Jong-un Human Rights Ads Banned from D.C.
Three super provocative ads featuring President Trump, Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un won't see the light of day -- at least not in our nation's capital ... TMZ has learned.
Amnesty International USA wanted to place the ads in metro stations in the D.C. area. The org tried making the deal on February 12, but it got nixed 4 days later.
The point of the ad campaign ... "a message of protecting human rights around the world" that coincided with its annual conference in nearby Bethesda, MD.
We had heard the objection to the ads was the unflattering pic of Trump, but upon further digging we were told the ads violate a D.C. ordinance prohibiting political ads on public transit, which is interpreted to include metro stations.
The law specifically prohibits advertisements intended to influence public policy.
Margaret Huang, the Exec Director of Amnesty International USA, is fiercely opposed to banning the ads, telling us the ads are all about upholding human rights, which is neither a partisan nor political.
She says the law is all the more misguided because it makes advocacy ads difficult to post in the most important place ... where policies are made.
Under the category, 'If At First You Don't Succeed' ... the org plans to run ads in other major cities ...

President Trump Makes Move to Ban Bump Stocks Following Vegas/Florida Shootings
President Trump's doing something about gun control -- he says he's signed paperwork directing Jeff Sessions to get the ball rolling on banning "all devices that turn legal weapons into machine guns."
Trump says this process actually started after the Las Vegas massacre in October, when he told the Attorney General to look into whether the bump stocks used by Stephen Paddock were illegal under current law.
The Prez must have been encouraged by what Sessions reported back, because now -- in the wake of the Florida school shooting by Nikolas Cruz that left 17 people dead -- he's made a big move to propose regulations almost all gun control advocates support.
It's unclear what Sessions will do from here, but steps are clearly being taken to address the gun crisis.
However, don't count on the Florida State House to follow suit. Around the same time Trump made his announcement, state legislators voted down a measure to hear a bill banning assault rifles 71-36.
Baby steps.

'Last Men in Aleppo' Filmmakers Toss Hail Mary for Travel Visas
Desperate times call for desperate measures -- creators of the Oscar-nominated film, "Last Men in Aleppo," are hoping party invitations will convince feds to approve their travel from Syria to the United States.
If you haven't heard ... producer Kareem Abeed, co-director Hassan Kattan and cinematographers Fadi Al Halabi and Thaer Mohamad are from Syria, and they're barred from coming to the U.S. for the Academy Awards due to President Trump's travel ban.
The filmmakers know exceptions can be made for unusual circumstances, and we're told their Hail Mary consists of securing as many Oscar party invitations as possible. They want to present the documents to local consulates Tuesday in Europe.
Their argument, we're told, will be that they have legitimate business reasons to be in L.A. before, during and after the Oscars.
Two of the guys, Hassan and Fadi, went through this last year when their documentary short, "The White Helmets" won an Oscar. They were not present to accept due to the travel ban.

President Trump Blasts Oprah's '60 Minutes' Report ... Hopes She Runs for Prez
President Trump is ripping Oprah the journalist -- for her report on his first year in office -- but says he's looking forward to defeating Oprah the candidate.
Trump, apparently, changed the channel on his TV Sunday night just long enough to catch Oprah on "60 Minutes" doing a round table discussion with Michigan voters -- pro and anti-Trump. He wasn't impressed, and dismissed Oprah, who he used to know very well, as "insecure" ... and claimed her "questions were biased and slanted."
Trump added he hopes "Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated." Guessing he hasn't heard Oprah declare repeatedly that she's NOT running for Prez.
As for Oprah's report ... Trump's supporters definitely had their say. Maybe he didn't watch long enough.
Happy President's Day!
Last fall, Oprah Winfrey spoke with 14 Michigan voters, seven of whom voted for Donald Trump. Winfrey sat down with the voters again to get their thoughts on Trump's first year in office. https://t.co/fvItU7cDJN pic.twitter.com/XLC09keC0k

Tomi Lahren Yes, Jesus & Prayer Will Stop Mass Shootings
Tomi Lahren doubled down on her stance the Florida school shooting wasn't about guns ... it's about a lunatic who wouldn't have slaughtered 17 people if he had more religion in his life.
We got the FOX News contributor at LAX Sunday and asked her about Trump tweeting that the FBI could have thwarted Nikolas Cruz if it wasn't so focused on him and Russia. Tomi dodged that controversy, and stuck to her own social media crisis.
Tomi's getting a ton of backlash online for calling for Christians to pray more in the wake of the shooting, instead of talking about gun control.
We'll say this ... she's sticking to her story. Backlash be damned.

Gold Medalist Eric Radford Trudeau and Canada Embraces Openly Gay Athletes
Justin Trudeau makes gay athletes feel lucky as hell while President Trump and his lackeys make them feel like second-class citizens ... that's the sad truth according to the first openly gay athlete to win a gold medal at the Winter Olympics.
Canada's Eric Radford says he's gotten a hero's welcome after he and figure skating partner Meagan Duhamel won gold this week in PyeongChang.
It's a stark contrast to the drama U.S. figure skater Adam Rippon's dealing with after snubbing Veep Mike Pence, who invited Rippon to meet with him after his bronze win. Rippon declined ... citing Pence's staunch opposition for gay rights (he once referred to gay marriage as "societal collapse").
Check it out ... Radford extends his own invite to Rippon. Guessing he'll definitely accept!
So proud that @Adaripp and I get to wear these medals and show the world what we can do! #represent🏳️🌈 #olympics #pyeongchang2018 #pride #outandproud #medalists #TeamNorthAmerica pic.twitter.com/eXMlZ2Utrw

Jason Alexander Trump's Hair vs. the Wind Go With the Flow!!!
President Trump's gonna have to get his Air Force One pilots involved if he wants to avoid another disastrous hair day ... this according to Jason Alexander.
We got Jason Monday walking around L.A., and asked if he thought Trump should just embrace baldness after those classic shots of his mop going wild while boarding his ride.
Jason goes into full George Costanza mode, and makes our day (our week, really) with this EPIC 1-minute riff on Trump's 'do, which includes some hair tips for the Prez.
Hint: stop fighting the wind, 45 ... ya can't win.
BTW, George Jason asks an interesting question -- has there ever been a bald president? Eisenhower was pretty close, but someone's gotta be first to go full cue ball. It's Trump's for the taking!

Quincy Jones Ivanka Trump Is a 'Fine Motherf*****!' I Used to Date Her, Y'know
Quincy Jones has made some bold dating claims lately, but this one takes the cake ... he says he used to date Ivanka Trump, who he remembers as being pretty damn hot.
The music legend says he and President Trump's daughter hooked up -- meaning, dated -- about 12 years ago after Tommy Hilfiger told him Ivanka wanted to have dinner with him.
He tells Vulture he jumped at the opportunity, telling Tommy ... "'No problem. She's a fine motherf*****.' She had the most beautiful legs I ever saw in my life. Wrong father, though."
Q said he used to hang with Ivanka's dad too, but his memories were not nearly as fond -- "He's a crazy motherf***er. Limited mentally -- a megalomaniac, narcissistic. I can't stand him."
84-year-old Quincy also recently claimed he turned down a date with Marilyn Monroe back in the day, 'cause she "had a chest that looked like pears."

Prez Trump This Blows!!! Hair Takes Loss in Wind
Mother Nature - 1
President Trump's hair - 0
A video of the Prez boarding Air Force One is, pardon the phrase, blowing up on the Internet and it's exposed a bizarre UFO situation.
Watch and try to explain what the hell is flying on top of Trump's head. There's always been a buzz about combovers in the front of his 'do -- but this video, shot earlier this month, proves there's more action 'round back.
Trump has long insisted he does NOT wear a wig, or any hairpiece, but the stiff breeze seemed to temporarily remove ALL the hair from the back of his head.
And the wind cries ... WTF??!!

Russian Presidential Candidate Schools TMZ Photog ... Don't Call Me Russia's Paris Hilton!!!
Paris Hilton ain't got s*** on Ksenia Sobchak, so stop making the comparison ... says Russia's presidential candidate.
We got Ksenia outside the National Press Club building Tuesday in D.C. and our poor bastard had the audacity to preface his question about her presidential run against Vladimir Putin by reminding Ksenia she's being hailed as Russia's Paris Hilton.
Ksenia -- a former Playboy model and socialite whose father was St. Petersburg's first democratically elected mayor and once mentored a young Vladimir -- schools our guy with her impressive credentials.
You'd think our guy learned his lesson ... but he asks her if she'll ask President Donald Trump for advice at Thursday's National Prayer Breakfast event. Ksenia proceeds to make our guy her bitch.

Mike Epps to Eagles: Boycott the White House! ... Here's Why
Mike Epps is fully supporting Chris Long and Malcolm Jenkins for declining a visit to Trump's White House -- and tells TMZ Sports the REST of the Eagles team should follow suit.
Of course, Chris and Malcolm have laid out their reasons -- essentially saying Trump is on the wrong side of history and they don't want to be connected to him in any way.
But Epps has ANOTHER reason ... and spelled it out while mowing through a bag of chips on the streets of NYC.

Donald Trump 'Disgraceful' That Illegal Killed NFL Player
Donald Trump says it's "disgraceful" that a former Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson was killed by a man who was in the United States illegally ... and is calling for democrats to get tough on the border.
As we previously reported, 26-year-old Jackson was hit by a pickup truck early Sunday morning while he was standing on the shoulder of a highway in Indiana.
Officials believe the man driving the truck is 37-year-old Manuel Orrego-Savala -- a Guatemalan citizen who had been living in the U.S. illegally. Officials believe Orrego-Savala was drunk at the time of the crash and tried to flee the scene.
Once apprehended, officials say Orrego-Savala had been previously deported twice before -- once in 2007 and again in 2009 -- yet somehow made it back and had been living in Indiana.
Now, Trump is weighing in ... saying, "So disgraceful that a person illegally in our country killed @Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson."
"This is just one of many such preventable tragedies. We must get the Dems to get tough on the Border, and with illegal immigration, FAST!"
"My prayers and best wishes are with the family of Edwin Jackson, a wonderful young man whose life was so senselessly taken. @Colts."

President Trump Congratulates Eagles on SB Win ... No Mention of Brady
President Trump fired off a tweet congratulating the Philadelphia Eagles on beating his former friend Tom Brady's squad in the Super Bowl.
Trump -- who was mostly quiet during the game (if ya bet the under on SB tweets, ya won) -- hit up Twitter and said ... "Congratulations to the Philadelphia Eagles on a great Super Bowl victory!"
FYI -- Eagles player Chris Long said last week there was no chance he'd visit the White House if the Eagles won the Lombardi Trophy.
The Prez didn't mention Robert Kraft, Bill Belichick, or Tom Brady.

Anthony Scaramucci to T-Mobile I'm a Gay Rights Activist!!! ... Can Ya Hear Me Now?!
Anthony Scaramucci says T-Mobile has his politics all wrong ... Exhibit A -- he's a gay rights activist.
We got the former White House Communications Director at LAX Thursday and asked him about the nixed deal from the mobile carrier. TMZ broke the story ... T-Mobile offered the Mooch a mid 6-figure deal for a surprise Super Bowl ad. But then, the carrier pulled the plug.
Scaramucci's adamant it had everything to do with siding with Trump ... but he insists everyone take a look at his record -- he's been a gay rights activist his whole life. It's true ... his investment company has donated to pro-gay rights groups in the past and he's pushed for workplace equality.
Maybe next year, Smooch.

Davis and Smith played together back in San Francisco -- but were each shipped out over the years.
Now, Davis says things have come "full circle" and he's hoping they can get to the Super Bowl next year.
Speaking of which ... Davis also explains why he WOULD accept Donald Trump's invitation to the White House if his team were to win the big game.

Stormy Daniels to Wendy Williams My Vagina's Trained & Beautiful ... Come See It, Anytime!!!
Stormy Daniels is going to war -- a vagina war -- with Wendy Williams, and she's willing to put it ALL on the line ... TMZ has learned.
Stormy caught wind of Wendy's show Wednesday when the host called her washed up, messy -- and the coup de grace -- "all worn out down below." Now, Stormy's firing back, telling TMZ ... "My vagina is a well trained beautiful athlete that would not have the longest running contract in porn history if she were ugly."
The porn star -- who now swears she did NOT bang Donald Trump -- says she'd be happy to show Wendy what she's working with, whenever Wendy wants.
All jokes aside ... Stormy's upset about the attack on her lady parts, and says she's considering a defamation lawsuit.
She might want to get a consultation before pursuing that.
