Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are getting personal on the debate stage ... and the fireworks really started when she turned the attention to his campaign rallies.

Vice President Harris went below the belt about half an hour into their first presidential debate Tuesday, ripping Trump's rallies as an exercise in fantasy.

Harris says Trump rallies are a sight to see because he spews pure fiction ... referencing Trump talking about "the late, great Hannibal Lecter" ... and she says even his supporters hit the exits early because they get bored with his spiel.

Donald Trump just can't get over President Biden ... repeatedly attacking him on the debate stage ... even though his opponent is Kamala Harris.

The former president ripped Biden several times during Tuesday's debate against Vice President Harris in Philadelphia, saying Biden's been so absent in the Ukraine war he wonders if POTUS is even alive.

Trump said Democrats threw Biden out of the race "like a dog" after a poor showing in a June debate against Trump ... and he says Biden's since spent his days sleeping or chilling at the beach.

Megyn Kelly is not angling to be "Friends" with Jennifer Aniston ... taking shots at the actress for her recent criticism of J.D. Vance, implying she's a fake feminist.
