Donald Trump's sentencing has been delayed once again ... with a New York judge ruling the Republican nominee won't be sentenced until after this year's election.

The 45th POTUS' sentencing trial is now scheduled for November 26 -- three weeks after voters will cast their ballots -- changed from the original September 18 date.

Judge Juan Merchan made the decision Friday, granting DJT's request for a delayed sentence after originally pushing the decision from July to September in order to consider whether a Supreme Court ruling gives Trump broad immunity in this case.

Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes may be on the outs ... because they sat in different suites at the Kansas City Chiefs home opener -- and politics could be to blame.

The pop superstar watched boyfriend/tight end Travis Kelce lead the Chiefs to a 27-20 victory against the Baltimore Ravens from inside a crowded suite at Arrowhead Stadium.

9/6 8:43 AM PT -- Hunter Biden followed through with his plans to switch up and plead guilty in his tax evasion trial. The judge ticked off each of the 9 charges against Hunter in court, with President Joe Biden's son repeatedly saying "guilty" to each one.

The judge scheduled sentencing for December 16 ... and in the meantime, Hunter will remain free on bond.

Hunter Biden is planning to enter a guilty plea in his controversial tax evasion trial ... the first son's attorneys have revealed.

President Joe Biden's son arrived at a Los Angeles courthouse alongside his wife, Melissa Cohen Biden, on Thursday ... but Hunter's trial is unlikely to last long given his decision to change his plea.

His attorney, Abbe Lowell, shared Hunter's decision to plead guilty in the federal courtroom, noting ... "Mr. Biden intends to change his plea this morning."

Vice President Kamala Harris seemingly received a massive endorsement Monday ... with political ads dubbing her the official presidential candidate of the Philadelphia Eagles popping up around the city.

The only problem?? The team didn't approve the ad ... nor has it endorsed any presidential candidate -- and the city is now working on having all the posters removed.

The ads -- which displayed Harris in an Eagles helmet and holding a football -- were displayed at bus stops owned by Intersection Media ... leading to the company to issue a statement denying their legitimacy.

Kamala Harris didn't take the bait when asked about Donald Trump's comments about her race during her CNN sit-down Thursday night ... giving a brief response before quickly moving on.

The Vice President gave her first interview since she was nominated the Democratic presidential candidate to CNN host Dana Bash – and, at one point, their convo turned to Trump – Harris' Republican rival in the 2024 election.

Bash set it up by saying many people would be surprised to learn Kamala has never met Trump face-to-face.
