The little dude mischievously begins sticking out his tongue and dramatically rolling his eyes -- all made even more hilarious given the super serious nature of his dad's talk.

Dr. Phil is going to be interviewing Donald Trump pretty soon -- and he has a message he'll try to convey to the now-convicted ex-Prez ... forgive and forget, for the love of God.

The good doctor came on "TMZ Live" Monday, where he revealed he has a sit-down scheduled with DT in the near future -- for a special called "Trump Verdict: A Judicial Travesty" that's airing Thursday.

Phil tells us that as part of their convo, he'll be encouraging Trump to steer clear of playing tit for tat if he wins the election in November ... cause it could spell the end of the country as we know it.

Move over Donald Trump, it's now Hunter Biden's time to go to court.

President Joe Biden's son is on trial in Delaware, where federal prosecutors previously indicted Hunter on gun charges. Hunter showed up at a Wilmington courthouse bright and early Monday, and jury selection is currently underway.

The Bidens are making history here ... Hunter's trial is the first ever involving the child of a sitting president.

Pro-Palestine protesters faced off with marchers during Philadelphia's Pride Parade ... stopping the flow of the annual event -- and creating a pretty chaotic scene.

Video circulating on social media captures the moment the two groups met in the City of Brotherly Love ... with the LGBTQ+ walk halted in front of Pro-Palestinian individuals yelling out "Palestine will live forever! From the sea to the river!"

Drummers in the LGBTQ+ march are beating away on drums while protesters on the other side scream their chants ... and, a few people start getting testy, with one person seemingly held back from approaching the Palestine protesters.

Kerik -- who served as Commissioner for the New York City Department of Correction as well as the NYPD commissioner -- tells TMZ segregating Trump in a prison facility isn't enough ... he needs his own facility for safety reasons.

BK -- who received a Presidential pardon from Trump in 2020 for numerous federal convictions -- explains Trump wouldn't be a high-risk inmate in terms of fighting guards, inmates, or attempting an escape -- instead, the environment around him would be high-risk.

Michelle Obama's mother, Marian Robinson, has died ... this according to the former First Lady.

The family broke the news together Friday, saying Marian passed away Friday morning -- with them adding ... "She passed peacefully this morning, and right now, none of us are quite sure how exactly we’ll move on without her."

Michelle herself issued some remarks as well, saying ... "My mom Marian Robinson was my rock, always there for whatever I needed. She was the same steady backstop for our entire family, and we are heartbroken to share she passed away today."

President Joe Biden was so pumped to celebrate the Chiefs' Super Bowl win at the White House on Friday ... he actually donned one of Kansas City's red helmets!!

POTUS was gifted the headgear just minutes after he praised the team for winning its second straight championship ... and when Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the rest of the guys urged him to throw it on his dome -- he did just that!
