It's no secret Bill loves to rail against the fringes -- be they Republican or Democrat -- and on this week's episode of 'Real Time,' he wondered out loud what future historians will think of this greatly divided era of American society.

Donald Trump took a break from his NYC criminal trial and presidential campaign to celebrate a major milestone ... his son Barron's high school graduation.

The former prez and wife, Melania Trump, were in attendance at the graduation ceremony for Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach Friday ... where they watched with pride as their son received his diploma.

Both Donald and his father-in-law, Viktor Knavs, were seen waving at Barron ... who towered above his peers and teachers while wearing a navy blue cap and gown, as well as a red stole.

Paul Pelosi's attacker has received his sentence ... a federal judge has given David DePape 30 years for his brutal 2022 hammer attack on Nancy Pelosi's husband.

Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley sentenced DePape to 30 years for assault and 20 years for attempted kidnapping for the incident -- the maximum sentence for the crimes. The sentences will run concurrently, so it comes out to 30 years instead of 50.

CNN reports the judge said the sentence had to reflect the serious nature of the incident.

Congress is truly devolving into an episode of the 'Jerry Springer Show' -- 3 notable legislators went back and forth trading nasty insults during an official hearing, and all it was missing were flying chairs and Steve Wilkos.

U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene locked horns with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Jasmine Crockett while they presided over the House Oversight Committee hearing about a resolution to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.

The government in Peru has officially changed its laws to legally classify transgender, nonbinary and intersex people as mentally ill ... and, advocacy groups are pissed.

Peru's President Dina Boluarte signed the decree into law last week, categorizing gender identities as outright mental illness ... with the country's health minister claiming it will "guarantee full coverage of medical attention for mental health" for trans people.

The 18-year-old was recently captured on video talking to a guest as they attended a formal event in a ballroom at his dad's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

Check out the short clip ... Barron, looking dapper in a suit, is heard saying to the man, "Impressed with this," before shaking his hand. Barron then said something else, but his words were inaudible, although you can make out his deep voice.
