Tyreek Hill is calling for the officer at the center of his controversial detainment to get the boot ASAP ... claiming his use of force during the traffic stop was "excessive, escalating, and reckless."

The Miami Dolphins superstar's attorney, Julius B. Collins, released a statement on his behalf ... saying his legal team thoroughly reviewed footage of the incident and noted several instances in which they believe the cop crossed the line.

Hill's team listed each issue ... stating the officer twice placed his hands around his neck, forcefully pulled him out of his sportscar and put him face-down on the pavement.

First up on "TMZ Live," Harvey and Charles break down the police body cam footage from Tyreek's intense interaction with cops before his NFL game.

TMZ Sports obtained the two traffic citations given to Tyreek Hill on Sunday, and cops say he was driving his McLaren 720S about 20 miles per hour over the posted speed limit.

30-year-old Hill was cited for careless driving and failing to wear his seat belt ahead of the Miami Dolphins season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars ... a routine stop that turned ugly after a dispute between the NFL superstar and officers on the scene.

"High rate [of] speed visual estimation 60 MPH, no seat belt. High [traffic] of pedestrians and [vehicles]," one of the cops noted on the careless driving ticket.

NFL super agent Drew Rosenhaus is calling for swift and severe punishment for the officers involved in the Tyreek Hill traffic stop ... saying all the cops who got physical with the Dolphins superstar during his detainment should lose their jobs.

Rosenhaus addressed the incident during an interview on "The Dan LeBatard Show with Stugotz" on Tuesday ... and he's adamant his client's actions did not warrant the officers' "outrageous" conduct.

Rosenhaus said he just spoke with Hill prior to the show appearance ... and said the receiver feared he could have been shot -- or even killed -- during the stop.

49ers rookie Ricky Pearsall was reunited Monday night with the first responders who helped save his life following a terrifying shooting incident last month ... and the scene was emotional.

It all went down just prior to San Francisco's tilt with the New York Jets at Levi's Stadium ... when Sergeant Joelle Harrell of the San Francisco Police Department and Dr. Lucy Kornblith, a surgeon at SF General Hospital, joined the wide receiver on the field for a show of appreciation.

Pearsall -- the Niners' 2024 first-round draft pick -- handed the heroes some signed jerseys ... before he gave them some big hugs. The trio then received a standing ovation from the huge crowd in attendance.

Police have just released footage from Sunday's traffic stop involving Tyreek Hill ... and in the body-worn camera video, you can see cops yanked the Dolphins star out of his sportscar and threw him onto the ground following a dispute over his window.

The incident happened right outside of Hard Rock Stadium ... just hours before Hill was slated to play in Miami's season-opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

In the new vid, multiple motorcycle cops can be seen pulling over Hill after he initially appeared to speed by them while on his way to the game.

Newly released body cam shows the teen charged in the Apalachee High School shooting telling cops he did not threaten to open fire in his previous school ... while his father claimed to take gun safety with his son very seriously.

The Jackson County Sheriff in Georgia released the footage late Monday of an investigator visiting Colt Gray and his father Colin -- who's now facing manslaughter charges for the 4 Apalachee High killings -- in May 2023. Law enforcement was investigating an alleged threat the then 13-year-old had made on the social media platform Discord.

The teen fully denied making the menacing remarks about his previous school, telling the cop, “I don’t know. Maybe they misheard somebody else. No, I swear.” He also said he had deleted his Discord account.

Tyreek Hill says his interaction with police went from calm to chaotic in a matter of moments ... and it made him feel like police viewed him as a threat.

The Miami Dolphins wide receiver is speaking out about Sunday's traffic stop detainment outside the team's stadium ... telling NBC News things "went from 0 to 60 immediately."

Tyreek says things got super tense with police as he was in the process of getting out of his car ... that's when officers suddenly yanked him out of the car and threw him to the ground.

Tyreek Hill is sharing more of his side of the recent run-in with police ... claiming things only escalated when cops grew upset with how he operated his window during the traffic stop before the Dolphins' season opener.

Hill's attorney, Julius B. Collins, shared a statement on his behalf ... stating when the NFL superstar was initially pulled over for a traffic violation, he rolled down the window of his McLaren sportscar to hand over his license -- but proceeded to roll it back up.

According to Hill, an officer then knocked on the glass and instructed him to either keep the window down or be forced to get out of the vehicle.

Tyreek Hill was first pulled over Sunday morning because he was driving recklessly ... and he was thrown in handcuffs moments later because he was being uncooperative -- at least, that's according to a huge police union in Florida.

The president for the South Florida Police Benevolent Association -- which represents over 6,000 law enforcement officers in the Sunshine State -- said in a statement to TMZ Sports Hill put "himself and others in great risk of danger" while on his way to Hard Rock Stadium.

And, during an ensuing traffic stop ... the SFLPBA alleges Hill was not responding to cops' orders.

1:24 PM PT -- Director Stephanie V. Daniels of the Miami-Dade Police Department just announced one of the officers in the Tyreek Hill detainment has been given "administrative duties" while Internal Affairs investigates.

10:14 AM PT -- Director Daniels tells TMZ ... she's reviewing details surrounding the incident and body cam footage from the scene. Further updates will be provided when they become available.

Tyreek Hill -- the best player on the Dolphins -- was put on the ground and placed in handcuffs just hours before Miami's kickoff Sunday ... although it appears he'll still play in the game.

Video circulating on social media shows several law enforcement officers confronting the 30-year-old just feet away from Hard Rock Stadium -- where the Fins will take on the Jaguars at 10 AM PT.

Check out the vid ... Hill was put face first on the ground -- all while authorities seemed to yell at him.

Green Day's concert in Detroit nearly came to an early end ... 'cause the band booked it off the stage about 15 minutes into their set -- all because of a potential security issue.

The rock band took the stage at Comerica Park in the Motor City Wednesday night ready to bring the house down ... but, during their song "Longview," someone from backstage sprinted out and grabbed the bass player, Mike Dirnt, directing him offstage.

Lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong notices Dirnt leaving the stage, stares at him for a moment, then books it after him ... all while fans kept the song going ... even as the house lights came up.

The Louisville porch pooper's clearly on a high-fiber diet ... 'cause he struck two more times since going viral late last week.

According to Wave News -- a local outlet -- the homeowner, speaking on condition of anonymity, says the repeat reliever hit his porch two more times for a late-night dump over the long weekend ... bringing the total #2s to six.

The first of these most recent incidents occurred on September 1 ... and, the homeowner told the outlet he's taking matters into his own hands -- putting out cat litter and loud sonic speakers to scare the man off.

OPD says they take "all tips and allegations of child abuse seriously" and "investigators assigned to the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) act within the full force of the law to ensure the safety of vulnerable and exploited children."

Cops add ... "Search warrants, which are reviewed by an independent judge for probable cause, are an important tool used by investigators to determine whether or not the evidence incriminates or exonerates the accused."

A couple in Florida is suing the Orlando Police Department for what they say was a bogus SWAT raid at their home, stemming from false allegations of child porn ... and they say cops kept their baby for hours in a soiled diaper.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Christian and Laurie Ann Campbell claim OPD raided their home back in August 2020 based on false info that they were child molesters.

TMZ obtained video of the raid, and there's a massive police response ... and the sheer number of officers involved here is almost comical.

A police officer in Texas has a lot of potential as a gator wrestler when he's ready to retire ... 'cause new body cam footage shows him wrangling the baby reptile.

The incident -- occurring last Friday in Fulshear, Texas -- was caught on body cam footage, showing an officer saunter up to a home to remove the gator from the property.

Watch the clip ... the officer walks up to the scaly creature pretty calmly -- saying he got a call. Instead of reaching out to animal control, he's got it handled -- since it ain't a huge gator.

Ricky Pearsall, the 49ers 2024 first-round draft pick, was shot earlier today during an attempted burglary in San Francisco, the city's mayor announced.

23-year-old Pearsall is in stable condition at a local hospital ... after reportedly being shot in the arm around 3:30 PM.

The alleged shooter was caught at the scene and is currently in custody.

The harrowing incident went down Saturday afternoon in the Union Square area of downtown SF, according to SFPD.
