"Once Upon a Time" star Lana Parrilla's summer has been far from magical ... cops say she had an unwanted visitor trespass on her palace property.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a mystery man was spotted by security in front of the home belonging to LP -- best known for playing Regina Mills/the Evil Queen on the ABC fantasy drama -- earlier in August.
We're told when security confronted the man, he took off onto the property grounds ... prompting guards to call in LAPD officers, who rushed to the Los Angeles-area home.

A federal judge is dismissing felony charges against 2 officers who got the warrant to enter Breonna Taylor's home ... with the judge blaming Breonna's boyfriend, and not the warrant, for causing her death.
Here's the deal ... in 2022, Detective Joshua Jaynes and Sgt. Kyle Meany were charged with submitting a false affidavit to search Taylor's home before the raid, and then creating a fake cover story to avoid responsibility after Taylor was killed during the raid.
They were also charged with felonies for using a dangerous weapon to deprive Breonna of her Fourth Amendment right to defend herself against unreasonable search.

A judge made the ruling in Denver County Court on Wednesday -- just a couple weeks after Strahinja Jokic was formally hit with a misdemeanor assault charge for his apparent role in a fight at Ball Arena back on April 22.
Strahinja, according to the Denver Post, appeared before the judge as the order was handed down. The outlet reports Strahinja was also ordered to return to court in October.

One of Diddy's accusers might be giving the feds more ammo to indict him -- the woman who's already suing him for allegedly sex-trafficking her at his White Parties has now filed a police report.
Adria English spoke to Miami Beach PD last week, and detailed many of the same allegations -- dating back to early 2000s -- she laid out in her civil lawsuit against Diddy. She had not filed a police report prior to this.
Law enforcement sources confirmed Miami Beach PD detectives took a report from Adria, but we're told they determined there was not enough evidence to investigate human trafficking, or any other crime.

Devin Haney threw a punch in a brawl at a Southern California fair this week ... and now the incident is the center of an assault and battery report, TMZ Sports has learned.
Check out the video filmed by a patron at the OC Fair in SoCal ... where 25-year-old Haney, who looks to be with a group of friends, fires a left straight at a man who'd seemingly been arguing with the group.
It's unclear if Haney's punch landed, but the fight was on, with at least three others letting the fists fly at the lone man as he attempted to defend himself.

Brent Clifford -- son of the band's longtime drummer, Doug Clifford -- was arrested at around 4 PM Wednesday in Portola, CA, according to a statement released by the Reno Police Department.
Authorities say they took Brent into custody on an active warrant in connection with the shooting death of William Andrews -- a man cops found dead this past Sunday.

"General Hospital" star Johnny Wactor's murder case has been solved, at least according to cops, because cops have served search warrants early Thursday and are in the process of making "multiple arrests" ... TMZ has learned.
LAPD has ID'd members of the Florencia 13 gang in connection with Johnny's murder outside Level 8 in downtown L.A., where he worked.
We're told fingerprints found at the scene helped crack the case.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles say Beverly Hills Police officers discovered a handgun registered to Dorner during a Saturday morning search of the suspects' Airbnb.
The firearm is a Glock 21 .45 caliber handgun ... and prosecutors say it was loaded and tucked inside a pillowcase when cops found it during their search. Authorities also released photos allegedly showing one of the suspects holding the gun.

50 Cent is getting praise from the Shreveport Chief of Police for pulling off an epic comedy and music festival that was crime-free... especially given the backdrop of the City.
50 hosted Dave Chappelle, Katt Williams, Andrew Schulz, Matt Rife, Bill Bellamy and other comedians for the 4-day "Humor & Harmony" event which began last Thursday. There were performances by DaBaby, Master P, A Boogie, Moneybagg Yo, Muni Long and 50 himself, among many others.
Shreveport has had more than its share of crime problems, so cops were bracing for any incidents given the huge crowds that showed up for the festival. In the end, there wasn't a single issue, and officials were beyond grateful to 50, who helped provide security.
Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith tells TMZ Hip Hop, 50 and his team were instrumental in keeping the event safe with good planning, resources and masterful execution. The Chief added, "I haven't seen this type of positive activity downtown since the late '80s!"
The Chief called 50 after the festival wrapped to express his gratitude.
The event, which included a celeb basketball game, a car show, a G-Dome which resembled the Vegas Sphere, was all for charity. 100% of the proceeds went to the G-Unity Foundation.

According to Steve Grammas -- the president of the Las Vegas Police Protective Association -- Roger Goodell's org. has implemented a new series of protocols for police members working games this season ... and Grammas says he's got issues with them.
Specifically, Grammas says The Shield wants cops to submit biometric data -- including a picture of themselves -- on an app in order to gain clearance to do their jobs in specific parts of Allegiant Stadium.
