"Once Upon a Time" star Lana Parrilla's summer has been far from magical ... cops say she had an unwanted visitor trespass on her palace property.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a mystery man was spotted by security in front of the home belonging to LP -- best known for playing Regina Mills/the Evil Queen on the ABC fantasy drama -- earlier in August.

We're told when security confronted the man, he took off onto the property grounds ... prompting guards to call in LAPD officers, who rushed to the Los Angeles-area home.

Karen Read is getting sued by her late BF John O'Keefe’s family ... and the family is also going after the two bars they say overserved her booze before she allegedly struck O'Keefe with her SUV in '22.

TMZ obtained the docs ... John’s brother Paul O'Keefe and other family members just filed a civil suit for wrongful death and emotional distress against Karen ... who’s still staring down a second murder trial after her first ended in a mistrial.

Paul and family claim Read was reckless and ignored the risks after drinking ... adding she allegedly left John -- a Boston police officer -- on the ground to die after hitting him with her SUV in a snowy yard.

Oklahoma City Police just dropped dramatic body cam footage ... showing the intense moment cops shot an armed man in a fatal incident that began as a mental health call.

The clip's a tough watch -- It shows Brandon Lena, in distress, walking around with a pistol outside his house near Tinker Air Force Base.

Despite officers’ efforts to calm things down, it escalates quickly, ending with Lena’s death in the street.

A federal judge is dismissing felony charges against 2 officers who got the warrant to enter Breonna Taylor's home ... with the judge blaming Breonna's boyfriend, and not the warrant, for causing her death.

Here's the deal ... in 2022, Detective Joshua Jaynes and Sgt. Kyle Meany were charged with submitting a false affidavit to search Taylor's home before the raid, and then creating a fake cover story to avoid responsibility after Taylor was killed during the raid.

They were also charged with felonies for using a dangerous weapon to deprive Breonna of her Fourth Amendment right to defend herself against unreasonable search.

Looks like Jersey Shore cops went way overboard off the boardwalk while patrolling the beach this week ... putting an unsuspecting surfer in a chokehold over his lack of proper paperwork.

California surfer Liam Mahoney's visit to Belmar Beach Tuesday was not laid-back, as a new video making the rounds online shows him getting into a heated confrontation with police after he failed to display a beach access badge on his wetsuit.

Liam and a woman in his group tried to explain to the officers that he did, indeed, have a badge required to access the beach -- it was located on his backpack nearby -- but the situation escalated quickly.

Nikola Jokic's brother has been ordered to stay away from the man he allegedly socked during a heated dispute at a Nuggets playoff game earlier this year.

A judge made the ruling in Denver County Court on Wednesday -- just a couple weeks after Strahinja Jokic was formally hit with a misdemeanor assault charge for his apparent role in a fight at Ball Arena back on April 22.

The server's clearly stunned after taking the dish to the face, then runs off ... while the man, woman and child at the table quickly exit the restaurant.

One of Diddy's accusers might be giving the feds more ammo to indict him -- the woman who's already suing him for allegedly sex-trafficking her at his White Parties has now filed a police report.

Adria English spoke to Miami Beach PD last week, and detailed many of the same allegations -- dating back to early 2000s -- she laid out in her civil lawsuit against Diddy. She had not filed a police report prior to this.

Law enforcement sources confirmed Miami Beach PD detectives took a report from Adria, but we're told they determined there was not enough evidence to investigate human trafficking, or any other crime.

Devin Haney threw a punch in a brawl at a Southern California fair this week ... and now the incident is the center of an assault and battery report, TMZ Sports has learned.

Check out the video filmed by a patron at the OC Fair in SoCal ... where 25-year-old Haney, who looks to be with a group of friends, fires a left straight at a man who'd seemingly been arguing with the group.

The offspring of Credence Clearwater Revival's drummer isn't feeling like a "Fortunate Son" ... police are calling him a person of interest in a homicide and a woman's disappearance ... TMZ has confirmed.

Brent Clifford -- son of the band's longtime drummer, Doug Clifford -- was arrested at around 4 PM Wednesday in Portola, CA, according to a statement released by the Reno Police Department.

"General Hospital" star Johnny Wactor's murder case has been solved, at least according to cops, because cops have served search warrants early Thursday and are in the process of making "multiple arrests" ... TMZ has learned.

A firearm registered to notorious cop killer Christopher Dorner was recovered during the arrest of two men suspected in the armed robbery of a $1 million watch ... and the crazy thing is Dorner's been dead for over a decade.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles say Beverly Hills Police officers discovered a handgun registered to Dorner during a Saturday morning search of the suspects' Airbnb.

The firearm is a Glock 21 .45 caliber handgun ... and prosecutors say it was loaded and tucked inside a pillowcase when cops found it during their search. Authorities also released photos allegedly showing one of the suspects holding the gun.

50 Cent is getting praise from the Shreveport Chief of Police for pulling off an epic comedy and music festival that was crime-free... especially given the backdrop of the City.

50 hosted Dave Chappelle, Katt Williams, Andrew Schulz, Matt Rife, Bill Bellamy and other comedians for the 4-day "Humor & Harmony" event which began last Thursday. There were performances by DaBaby, Master P, A Boogie, Moneybagg Yo, Muni Long and 50 himself, among many others.

Shreveport has had more than its share of crime problems, so cops were bracing for any incidents given the huge crowds that showed up for the festival. In the end, there wasn't a single issue, and officials were beyond grateful to 50, who helped provide security.

Shreveport Police Chief Wayne Smith tells TMZ Hip Hop, 50 and his team were instrumental in keeping the event safe with good planning, resources and masterful execution. The Chief added, "I haven't seen this type of positive activity downtown since the late '80s!"

The Chief called 50 after the festival wrapped to express his gratitude.

Skai Jackson has joined the ranks of former child stars who've had run-ins with the law ... the Disney Channel alum was recently arrested ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the actress, best known for starring in the Disney shows, "Jessie" and "Bunk'd," was arrested last week for domestic violence. We're told deputies were called to Universal CityWalk after security spotted Jackson and her boyfriend getting into it ... and the actress allegedly pushed him, and more than once.

Sources tell us security clocked the altercation and then detained the couple ... until law enforcement arrived.

A huge police union in Las Vegas is beefing with the NFL over one of its new credentialing policies ... and if the matter doesn't get sorted out soon -- it could mean big headaches are on the horizon for the Raiders.

According to Steve Grammas -- the president of the Las Vegas Police Protective Association -- Roger Goodell's org. has implemented a new series of protocols for police members working games this season ... and Grammas says he's got issues with them.

Specifically, Grammas says The Shield wants cops to submit biometric data -- including a picture of themselves -- on an app in order to gain clearance to do their jobs in specific parts of Allegiant Stadium.
