New footage from a bank robbery earlier this year shows just how delicate the situation was ... with one police sniper taking a seemingly impossible shot to rescue hostages.

Officers for the Lee County Sheriff's Department surrounded a Fort Myers Bank of America after a 36-year-old man attempted to rob the establishment in February. The culprit took 2 hostages inside the bank ... using them as shields while communicating with a negotiator.

The Sheriff's Department released video of the standoff -- with a sniper steadying his aim onto the suspect while right outside ... balancing his gun on another deputy's shoulder.

7:47PM PT -- Garcia's attorney, Darin Chavez, tells us ... "[Ryan] was taken by the BHPD to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment and to our knowledge, may be charged with public intoxication."

Ryan Garcia was arrested for felony vandalism at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills Saturday afternoon ... and TMZ Sports has video of the superstar boxer being led away by cops in handcuffs.

Law enforcement sources tell us the boxer was arrested and taken into custody after he allegedly damaged property at the hotel, including his room and the hallway.

In California, any damage over $400 can be considered a felony.

An L.A. city councilman is accusing a neighboring city's police department of dumping a homeless man in his backyard and leaving him high and dry ... and he's got video.

Paul Krekorian -- who represents Los Angeles' 2nd District -- put forth surveillance footage Friday, via FOX 11 reporter Matthew Seedorff, that he claims shows Burbank PD officers dropping off a homeless man right in front of his office in North Hollywood Thursday.

The footage appears to show 2 cops escorting a man out from the back of their patrol vehicle, where he looks to be screaming and/or talking to himself ... before getting on the ground.

A woman involved in a police chase on a busy L.A. freeway ended the pursuit in the most bizarre way -- climbing on the roof of her car and getting naked ... and it's all on video.

The freaky footage -- which was taken Wednesday near the Culver City neighborhood of Los Angeles -- shows two California Highway Patrol cars attempting to pull over a black SUV in the HOV lane on the 405 when the vehicle suddenly stops and a woman emerges.

The thing is ... she pops out from the sunroof of the car -- fully clothed at first, but that doesn't last very long ... as she quickly strips down to her birthday suit for a strip tease.

The dad who rushed his daughter's graduation stage to keep her superintendent away seemed to be waiting for his moment to shine -- based on new video we got a hold of.

TMZ has obtained additional footage from Baraboo PD that shows the incident in question -- namely, the father of the high school girl who was ready to walk across the stage ... only for her dad to jump in and whisk away the superintendent, refusing to let him shake her hand.

We've seen this moment from one POV -- but now, in this new clip, we can see it from a bird's eye view ... capturing the entire ruckus from beginning to end with a wide angle.

Comedian Clayton English is thanking Tyler Perry for putting a brighter spotlight on his racial profiling lawsuit ... and says his run-in with airport cops has him thinking some Black cops absolutely discriminate against Black citizens.

The comedic actor filed suit against the Clayton County Police Department -- along with fellow comedian Eric André -- for separate incidents of alleged racial profiling they experienced at Atlanta's Harstfield-Jackson Airport.

English says he was walking down the jet bridge to board a flight -- having already gone through security and getting his ticket scanned -- when officers stopped him and hit him with a barrage of questions.

O.J. Simpson Cop Mark Fuhrman Barred From Police Work In California

Former LAPD detective Mark Fuhrman, who discovered the bloody glove in the O.J. Simpson murder case and later torpedoed the prosecution with his use of the n-word, can't return to law enforcement ... at least in the state where O.J. stood trial.

Fuhrman has been barred from police work in California, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

The decision came down from California's Commission on Police Officer Standards and Training, a group that's been decertifying cops in accordance with a new law aimed at police reform ... part of California's goal to build trust between the public and police in the wake of George Floyd.

The police officer who claimed he was injured during an encounter with Scottie Scheffler last month took photos of his alleged wounds ... and in the pics, you can see the cop did appear to be left bloodied following their run-in.

TMZ Sports just obtained the images from the Louisville Metro Police Department on Friday ... a little over a week after the criminal case against the world's best golfer was dropped.

Check them out ... in one, you can see just above the officer's watch, he had a penny-sized scrape on his wrist. In another, there seems to be a bit of blood leaking from the policeman's left knee area.

The dad who rushed his daughter's graduation stage to prevent her from shaking a superintendent's hand actually told cops why he did it ... and it doesn't look like he mentioned race at all.

According to the police report submitted by Baraboo PD, cops say the father was questioned by officers that night -- and in terms of a rationale ... they claim he told them he had some kind of personal history with superintendent Rainey Briggs ... the Black school official he shoved away.

Law enforcement sources tell us officers responded to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills for a welfare check in the early evening after the 25-year-old's fam called police. It's unclear exactly what led to the call being made.

Our sources say cops spoke to Ryan at the hotel and determined that he was okay and was not a harm to himself or others, and being no crime was committed, everyone went on their way.

A wild food fight broke out at a Northern California Chipotle when 3 female customers tried to fight a cashier, turning the place into a burrito battleground ... all on camera, of course.

This whole ordeal went down Friday -- and, as you can see, one furious woman dressed all in black leaps onto a table, screaming at the cashier ... while her other 2 pals also unleash chaos, undeterred by a man trying to play referee and stop them.
