8:27 AM PT -- According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Fetty and others distributed more than 100 kilograms of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl and crack cocaine across Long Island and New Jersey. The feds claim the drugs were first obtained on the West Coast and used USPS vehicles with secret compartments to smuggle them East.
The docs say during their investigation, they obtained $1.5 million in cash, 16 kilograms of cocaine, 2 kilograms of heroin, fentanyl pills, pistols, handguns and a rifle.
If convicted, the defendants could face life in prison.
7:57 AM PT -- Fetty's attorney, Navarro Gray, tells us, "We pray that this is all a big misunderstanding. He sees the judge today. Hoping he gets released so we can clear things up expeditiously." A rep for Rolling Loud tells us they had no prior knowledge of Fetty's legal issues.
Fetty Wap was supposed to perform at Rolling Loud, but his set never happened ... and it's all because the feds grabbed him before he hit the stage.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Fetty was taken into custody by the FBI at Citi Field in New York Thursday. We're told he was arrested on federal drug charges, though the specifics aren't yet known.
Fetty has mostly stayed outside of the spotlight in the last few years, so the Rolling Loud set would have been a big deal for him and his fans.
As for the rest of the festival, it wasn't without big moments on its first night. Thursday's headliner, 50 Cent, brought out DaBaby for a surprise appearance ... DaBaby's first return to the RL stage since the homophobic remarks he made at the festival in Miami.
We've reached out to a rep for Fetty Wap for comment on the arrest ... but so far, no word back.

9:57 AM PT -- It appears the intruders got in Dorit's home after smashing through a back window, images from FOX11 in L.A. show the damage.
9:29 AM PT -- Several of Dorit's 'Housewives' costars just showed up to her house to offer support. Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna and Teddi Mellencamp were all spotted walking inside Dorit's L.A. home Thursday morning.
As we reported, 'RHOBH' is currently in production, but we've not yet seen camera crews on scene.
Dorit Kemsley was the victim of a terrifying home invasion, after 3 men stormed her bedroom, threatened her life and fled with a ton of very expensive possessions.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was asleep around 11 PM Wednesday when the men broke into her L.A. area home. We're told Dorit begged for her life, shouting, "Don't Kill Me!"
Our sources say Dorit gave up everything, including expensive purses and jewelry -- once the men took off, she called the police.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
As for the value of the things taken, our sources say it was at least $100k.
At this time, there have not been any arrests and there are no suspects ... it's unknown if the men were captured on camera. Daily Mail was the first to publish the story.
A source close to Dorit says she and her kids are all safe. Her husband, Paul, was out of town on a business trip, but he's traveling home now. We're told "RHOBH" is currently in production, so the incident will likely play out, to some degree, on the show.
The LAPD Robbery Homicide division is now handling the investigation.

'Rust' Gaffer Serge Svetnoy Back in L.A. After Hutchins Tragedy

The gaffer from the set of 'Rust' who torched producers and the novice armorer over Halyna Hutchins' death is back in Los Angeles. ... and he's got some support waiting for him.
Serge Svetnoy touched down in L.A. Tuesday just a couple days after his scathing Facebook post squarely blaming Hannah Reed and others working behind the scenes for allowing this tragedy to unfold on set.
As you can see, Serge was greeted by a friend ... who was ready to welcome him with open arms. The 2 embraced in a hug, although the guy still looked pretty somber, and understandably so.
He also appears to be one of the first crew members back on the West Coast after last week's shooting incident in New Mexico. It could be a sign of where cops are in the investigation too -- presumably, the authorities are starting to cut people loose.
Like we told you ... Serge wasn't shy about sharing his criticism of what went wrong and whose actions he thinks cost Halyna her life. He explicitly mentioned the 24-year-old weapons expert ... while also throwing around words like "negligence" and "unprofessionalism."
In addition to his comments, he also posted what's believed to be one of the last photographs of her ... shortly before she died.
She and the rest of the crew were rehearsing a scene in a church, where Alec Baldwin was in full costume ... and where he ultimately did a cross-draw motion and fired the gun, not knowing it had a live round of ammo in one of the chambers. Serge says he was holding Halyna, and was covered in her blood before she was airlifted.
Waiting for your permission to load the Facebook Post.
So far, there've been no criminal charges brought forth -- but the investigation is still underway, and this is far from over.
Undoubtedly, there will be lawsuits coming, in addition to whatever law enforcement decides to do.

Blueface MOM ALLEGEDLY ATTACKED IN HOME ... Cops Think He Might Have Been Target
-

Blueface's mom and stepdad say they were attacked in a violent home invasion at a place her son owns ... and it sounds like the alleged attackers were there to go after the rapper.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Blueface's mom, Karlissa Saffold, and her husband got into a physical altercation with 4 men who broke into the Santa Clarita home where they stay.
We're told the men shattered a back window around midnight, but were scared away for some reason, and Blueface's mom and stepdad called the cops, who took a report.
It's pretty scary ... we're told the suspects returned a few hours later and somehow got inside the house, and Blueface's stepdad heard something downstairs and went to investigate.
We're told the stepdad bumped into one of the suspects and they started fighting. Our sources say another intruder joined the altercation, pointing an object at the stepdad before striking him in the head with it.
We're told the stepdad suffered a concussion and injuries requiring 10 stitches near his left eye ... and his face was a bloody mess.
Our sources say the 4 suspects fled and Blueface's family called the police, who brought the stepdad to the hospital for treatment. He's since been released.
A second police report was filed and we're told the Santa Clarita County Sheriff's Office is investigating ... but there have been no arrests so far and nothing appears to have been taken from the home.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... one working theory is Blueface was the intended target ... but he wasn't home at the time, and doesn't live there.
We're told there are no suspects yet and law enforcement is still seeking cooperation from all involved.

Alec Baldwin Asst. Director Handed Him Loaded Gun ... According to Warrant
-
Breaking News

The gun handed to Alec Baldwin before the fatal shooting on the "Rust" movie set was loaded with a live round ... according to a warrant from the ongoing police investigation.
The warrant says an assistant director handed the gun to Alec and told the actor it was safe to use before the deadly incident ... according to the warrant obtained by the Associated Press.
The warrant says the assistant director didn't know the gun was loaded, but it doesn't mention who actually loaded the gun ... which may become the central issue.
Alec's blood-stained costume from the movie has been taken as evidence, as well as the gun that went off, plus other prop guns and ammo being used on set, according to the warrant.
The warrant says Halyna Hutchins was shot in the chest and Joel Souza was wounded as he was standing behind her.
A source working on the movie tells us gun safety has been a consistent issue on set, and just last weekend blank rounds were shot when they weren't supposed to go off.
As we reported ... Alec pulled the trigger on the gun and the accident resulted in the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Hutchins. She was struck and airlifted to a hospital, where she died. Director Souza was also hit, but has reportedly been released from the hospital.
Baldwin says he's cooperating with the investigation and says, "There are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother and deeply admired colleague of ours."

Derecka Purnell Rips President Biden Over Police ... Don't Give Them More $$$
-
Exclusive
President Biden is dead wrong about the effectiveness of community policing and the need to bolster police numbers and budgets ... at least according to author Derecka Purnell.
Derecka, who has a new book on abolishing the police, joined us Friday on "TMZ Live" and laid into the Prez over his pro-police rhetoric during Thursday's Biden Town Hall.
She says Biden's trying to distance himself from the 1994 crime bill, but is regurgitating some of what she sees as the same failed policies this time around ... and she's not buying what Biden's selling in terms of community policing.
The way Derecka sees it ... community policing doesn't work like most folks might think, and she says the fatal interaction between Derek Chauvin and George Floyd is a perfect example of why it doesn't make much difference if cops know those in the community they're policing.
Derecka is a bit of an expert on the topic ... she's got a new book out called "Becoming Abolitionists: Police, Protests, and The Pursuit of Freedom."
She says nice police don't equal non-violent police ... and thinks Biden is missing out on a chance to make amends.

Brian Laundrie Remains Found in Florida Are His ... Dental Records Prove It

The hunt for Gabby Petito's fiance, Brian Laundrie, is officially over ... the FBI says dental records prove the remains found on a Florida hiking trail match those of the 23-year-old.
Brian's remains were found Wednesday at the Carlton Reserve in North Port, FL ... only hours after the FBI uncovered some of Brian's belongings during an initial search at the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park.
The Laundrie family attorney tells TMZ, "Chris and Roberta Laundrie have been informed that the remains found yesterday in the reserve are indeed Brian’s. We have no further comment at this time and we ask that you respect the Laundrie’s privacy at this time."
As we reported ... Brian's parents led the FBI to the previously unexplored trail, where the feds found some articles of clothing and a backpack they believed might belong to Brian. The Medical Examiner went to the location, as well as the Pasco County Sheriff's Office's Human Remains Detection Team and a K-9.
The parents of fugitive Brian Laundrie, ventured into Florida’s Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park today, where Fox News Digital saw an officer apparently tell parents that law enforcement "might have found something." @FoxNews @FoxNewsDigital #gabbypetitio #BrianLaundrie pic.twitter.com/KNo9WZyM5a
— Laura Ingle NOT Ingraham (@lauraingle) October 20, 2021 @lauraingle
The news comes about a month after authorities said the body they found in Wyoming's Grand Teton National Park was indeed Gabby's body. The Teton County Coroner conducted an autopsy and ruled her death a homicide, with authorities saying she was strangled to death.
As you know by now ... Laundrie went on the run and had so far eluded the FBI and Dog the Bounty Hunter during a nationwide manhunt.
The Petito case, of course, gained national attention after Brian returned to his Florida home without Gabby on September 1 ... despite the fact they had taken a cross-country trip together and documented the trip on social media.
Adding fuel to the fire ... there had also been an alleged domestic disturbance while on the road in Utah and a public blowout in Wyoming that got so bad they were booted from a restaurant.
Gabby's parents said they had not heard from her since August 25 and they reported her missing on Sept. 11. Laundrie was named a person of interest just 4 days later but then came a huge twist -- he did not cooperate with authorities and his family reported him missing on Sept. 17 ... adding that they had not seen him in days.
Gabby's family called for Laundrie to turn himself in during an emotional news conference in her home state of NY.
Along the way, there were tons of alleged Brian sightings ... all over Florida and even as far as Canada. Someone alerted authorities they spotted a man on their trail camera that fit Brian's description ... albeit around 450 miles away from his North Port home -- which would be quite a journey on foot over 4 days.
The Okaloosa Co. Sheriff later said they searched the area where the image was taken but didn't find anything, or anyone, of interest. The FBI also paid Laundrie's parent's home a visit to collect some of his items for DNA matching.
Then there was this ... Dog joined the manhunt too, and he even alerted cops about a possible lead.
Most recently, we obtained surveillance video of a man who resembled Brian riding a bike on a deserted road surrounded by heavy brush on the outskirts of a property a few miles away from North Port.

Cedric Richmond Yeah, Biden Wants to Spend More $ on Policing ... It Could've Saved Alton Sterling from Death
-
Exclusive
President Joe Biden has taken heat for his comments this weekend that he wants to spend MORE on policing -- not defunding the police as some have advocated -- and one of his top advisors says if Biden had his way several years ago, Alton Sterling would be alive today.
Cedric Richmond was on TMZ Live Thursday to outline the Prez's agenda when it comes to improvements he wants to make in training American police forces. Biden recently raised eyebrows among supporters when he said he did not want to defund the police, but instead, build them up.
Richmond says Biden wants to put more money behind cops, but spend it on things like body cams, better training and even mental health experts within departments.
Richmond tells us community policing -- where officers take the time to meet and learn about members of a community -- can potentially be life-saving ... using the killing of Alton Sterling as an example of a life that could have been spared with better policing.
While a formal bill has not yet been signed to back police forces, Richmond believes anything Biden brings forward will only be beneficial ... no matter the extra cost.

TMZ Sports has learned authorities spoke with Liddell, Heidi, and their child ... and determined that they likely were involved in an argument that turned physical, but no one was seriously hurt -- so, no charges.
Chuck and Heidi's daughter did tell prosecutors she witnessed her parents pushing each other. The report also indicated Chuck had a red mark on his face ... while Heidi had no visible injuries.
As we previously reported, Chuck adamantly denies he was the aggressor ... and instead claims he was actually the victim.
We broke the story ... Chuck was arrested early Monday morning after cops received a 911 call for a domestic disturbance.
Chuck was taken to a local Los Angeles jail. Heidi was given a citation.
The former UFC star filed for divorce on Friday.

Louisiana Black Woman Throttled by Cop ... After Allegedly Being Attacked by Kids
A Black woman who'd allegedly just been beaten up by a group of kids received even more brutality from a cop -- an interaction that was captured on video ... and is disturbing to the core.
Video appears to show 34-year-old Shantel Arnold getting dragged by a Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office deputy last month. The woman had reportedly been attacked by a group of boys in her Louisiana neighborhood beforehand -- but it looks like the cop is roughing her up, instead of helping her.
Video has since gone viral ... it shows the cop trying to pull the woman up off the ground by the arm, which he does -- only to slam her back down by yanking her hair ... allegedly ripping some of her braids out of her scalp in the violent process.
According to witnesses, the deputy was cruising up alongside Arnold as she was walking home from a scuffle with the boys -- whom she claimed were bullying her over her size. She stands at 4'8" ... and often gets this sort of treatment, per reports.
This deputy reportedly asked her what had happened, but Arnold didn't wanna talk to him -- asking that he leave her alone.
Arnold was ultimately taken to the hospital for her injuries, and we're told she wasn't arrested or charged for anything. JPSO's internal affairs office is investigating the incident ... although, it's unclear if the officer has been placed on leave. He has yet to be identified.
Also of note ... we're told the officer wasn't wearing a body cam.

Brian Laundrie Look-Alike Bum-Rushed by Feds ... On Appalachian Trail
A guy thought by some to be a dead ringer for Brian Laundrie got the fright of his life when agents came storming through his hotel room.
The so-called doppelganger's name is Severin Beckwith ... he was hiking the Appalachian Trail with a pal and staying at a hotel called the Fontana Village Resort & Marina in North Carolina recently -- and U.S. Marshals gave him a rude awakening.
Beckwith tells the New Yorker he heard a knock at their hotel room door ... and before he knew it, a gang of federal agents with riot gear and shields were busting in, guns raised and pointed at his face -- proceeding to pin him down and check for signs he was Laundrie.
Apparently, one of the agents who was checking him out said he had a notch in the upper part of his inner ear -- just like Laundrie -- but luckily, Beckwith was eventually cleared.
After providing an ID and showing he didn't have Brian's tattoos, Beckwith was cut loose ... while also being warned he should shave his beard for the foreseeable future. Beckwith's rocking a shaved look (like Laundrie, who's bald). Witnesses in that area claimed to have seen Laundrie lately.
As for who ratted out Beckwith ... he says he suspects it was one of the hotel employees, who apparently fired off a photo too, which the agents showed him during the ordeal.
The hotel ended up comping them a free night, and a complimentary breakfast for all the trouble. Not exactly a great consolation -- but considering the circumstances, we're guessing Beckwith took it with a smile.

Washington State Trooper Final Sign-Off Amid Vaxx Mandate ... 'Inslee Can Kiss My Ass'
Washington is requiring all state employees be vaccinated by Monday -- but one trooper quit ahead of the deadline with a sobering final sign-off ... and harsh words for the governor.
22-year vet Robert LaMay -- who worked for the Washington State Patrol -- hung it up over the weekend, issuing one final thank-you to his coworkers and peers on the official dispatch system ... while also taking a big shot at Gov. Jay Inslee, who's enforcing the mandate.
Check it out ... LaMay, who's apparently unvaccinated, gets on the radio and says this will be his final time in a WA state patrol car, all because he's been deemed "dirty," as he puts it.
He goes on to recount the good times he had on the job, while thanking his colleagues for getting him home safe each night -- and, finally, ending his remarks with, "Jay Inslee can kiss my ass." He drops the mic on his lap ... waiting for someone on the other end.
Eventually, the dispatcher jumps on and goes through a list of his contributions as a trooper ... also thanking him for his service. It's somewhat unceremonious, which he acknowledges.
Of course, this paints a stark picture of what a lot of law enforcement officers -- and others -- across multiple states are facing -- and there's rumblings mass firings/resignations could be coming as more and more vaccine mandates go into effect over the coming weeks.
Delta Airlines CEO Ed Bastian ditches Biden’s divisive mandate:

"We’re proving that you can work collaboratively with your people, trusting your people to make the right decisions, respecting their decisions and not forcing them over the loss of their jobs." pic.twitter.com/nTPOJmSYVE
Even on the federal level, vaccine mandates are being hotly discussed and debated -- especially among airlines ... which got roped into President Biden's order since they contract with the federal government. And yet, not every airline will play ball -- like Delta.
The question ... is forcing people to get vaccinated with the threat of losing their jobs the most effective way to get 'em onboard??? Many say yes -- but some, clearly, feel differently.

Mona had gotten into a fight, and while attempting to leave the scene in her boyfriend's car ... a campus cop who'd responded decided to open fire on them.
One of the bullets Eddie Gonzalez fired struck Mona in the head ... leaving her hospitalized on life support. After doctors determined Mona was brain dead, the life support was turned off -- and now the Rodriguez brothers find themselves in a nightmarish battle to get any measure of justice.
As they explained to us, they feel they're getting the cold shoulder from Long Beach officials, including Mayor Robert Garcia, as well as L.A. County District Attorney George Gascon.

Gabby Petito Strangled to Death Laundrie Family: It's a 'Tragedy'
-
Breaking News
- 4.4K shares
12:15 PM PT -- The Laundrie family attorney, Steve Bertolino, told NewsNation Now correspondent Brian Entin that "Gabby Petito's death at such a young age is a tragedy."
The family added, "While Brian Laundrie is currently charged with the unauthorized use of a debit card belonging to Gabby, Brian is only considered a person of interest in relation to Gabby Petito’s demise. At this time Brian is still missing and when he is located we will address the pending fraud charge against him."
11:34 AM PT -- The Teton County Coroner kept the presser brief, revealing Gabby died by strangulation ... while maintaining her death is a homicide. He also estimates the time she was killed might've been 3 to 4 weeks before her remains were found.
As for why it took so long to come to this conclusion ... the coroner says they were waiting on toxicology, as well as for certain specialists -- like an anthropologist, who was apparently consulted for this -- to weigh in ... saying they wanted to be exact and get it right.
The coroner also noted ... Gabby was NOT pregnant.
Gabby Petito's cause of death is about to be revealed after weeks of waiting on a coroner's findings -- and TMZ is streaming the highly anticipated results live.
The autopsy report is being discussed Tuesday during a press conference and comes several weeks after investigators found her remains at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming last month.
As you know by now, the coroner ruled her death a homicide.
Now, the last pieces of the puzzle in this tragedy are finally coming together -- and may very well back up what her family suspected all along ... that she was brutalized, and left out in the wilderness to perish.
Of course, the one answer that remains elusive ... who's responsible, and obviously why? The prime person of interest is Gabby's fiance, Brian Laundrie, who has gone missing and for whom a manhunt has been launched.
Laundrie remains unaccounted for, despite a handful of alleged sightings in different parts of the country.
There was a suspected sighting nearly 500 miles away from where he was living in North Port, FL -- with a man claiming to have spotted somebody on his deer cam who looked like Brian -- but cops have said they have no reason to believe, for now, Brian's in the area.
Most recently a hiker claimed to have seen Brian on the Appalachian Trail ... but nothing concrete there either. Dog the Bounty Hunter also joined the nationwide manhunt.
As we reported ... Dog's hitting the pause button on his search -- this after injuring himself on the job.
As for Laundrie's family ... they say he went hiking sometime in mid-September, but never returned. This follows an already incredibly suspicious return back to Florida without any trace of Gabby. Her family's blasted Brian and his family for clamming up on providing answers.
The feds issued an arrest warrant for Laundrie but NOT for Gabby's death -- it was for Use of Unauthorized Access Devices. Prosecutors claimed Laundrie used a Capital One Bank debit card from August 30 to Sept. 1 to purchase stuff totaling at least $1,000.
The feds haven't said it was Gabby's card, but that doesn't seem like much of a leap.
Just a few days later ... the FBI visited the Laundrie residence to retrieve some personal items in hopes they might have his DNA on them.
One thing we do know about Gabby and Brian's recent past is that they had a confrontation in Utah ... something that was briefly investigated by a police officer, who recorded one of the final images of her alive, and crying.
And, a witness called 911 shortly before Gabby's disappearance, telling the dispatcher he saw Brian slap and hit Gabby during an argument.
Now, we're going to learn what happened to her after that ... once and for all.

6:44 AM PT -- 10/12 -- TMZ Sports has learned Chuck's wife, Heidi, is also in some hot water following the alleged incident early Monday morning.
Law enforcement sources tell us Heidi was cited on the scene because police could not determine the aggressor.
As Chuck said in the statement he released yesterday, the UFC legend asked cops if Heidi could remain at their house with a minor child who was on the premises, while he was taken to jail.
Police obliged ... and Chuck was locked up for several hours in an L.A. jail.
As for what happened before and during the incident, we're told Chuck and Heidi were at a party. They returned home and got into an argument that allegedly turned physical.
We're told neither party had injuries.
4:16 PM PT -- Liddell is opening up on his arrest ... saying he was the victim and claiming his wife had assaulted him, causing bruises and lacerations.
Although Liddell says he never got physical with his wife, he claims he was told she would be arrested, so he volunteered to go to jail in her place.
"This was one of the many times I have tried to shield a family mental health issue from the public purview," Liddell said in a statement. "It has become painfully apparent that this cannot continue, as our private life has now reached a public breaking point."
10:46 AM PT -- Liddell was just released from jail in L.A. ... and all things considered, appeared to be in good spirits as he left the Lost Hills sheriff's department.
Chuck didn't speak with reporters as he hopped into a Mercedes-Benz and rode off ... but acknowledged their questions with a fist pump.
Chuck Liddell was arrested early Monday morning for domestic violence ... and the UFC legend is currently sitting in a Los Angeles jail cell.
TMZ Sports has learned the L.A. Sherriff's Department received a call about a fight at a Liddell's Hidden Hills home. When cops arrived, they investigated ... and determined the 51-year-old former fighter was involved in a verbal argument that turned physical.
We're told the alleged victim is Liddell's wife. She did not require medical attention.
Chuck was taken to jail ... where bail was set at $20,000. He's listed at 6'2" and 240 pounds on his booking sheet.
Of course, Liddell -- AKA The Iceman -- was once one of the UFC's biggest stars and best fighters in his heyday ... with wins over Tito Ortiz, Vitor Belfort, Randy Couture and Alistair Overeem.
Liddell last fought Ortiz in 2018 ... and last year, said he was retiring for the time being.
Liddell has stayed in the fighting scene in retirement ... recently serving as referee for the Aaron Carter vs. Lamar Odom Celebrity Boxing match.

4:14 PM PT -- Camaryn just posted a video showing her alleged injuries, and says she's standing up for herself.
She also refutes what sources close to Tyga told us about her showing up uninvited. Camaryn has text messages that appear to show Tyga sent a car to pick her up at 3 AM.
Tyga and his girlfriend got into it after she showed up at his home screaming in the middle of the night, and now she's accusing him of domestic violence ... TMZ has learned.
According to a source very close to the rapper ... his ex-GF, Camaryn Swanson, came over to his home around 3 AM after he told her not to, and she was at his front door, shouting at the top of her lungs.
We're told Tyga, and other family members in his home felt Camaryn appeared to be under the influence. Still, he still let her inside to talk, and the yelling continued.
Our law enforcement sources say Camaryn claims Tyga put his hands on her during the argument. Afterward, her mother came to pick her up, and then Camaryn called cops to report the alleged incident.
We're told responding officers saw "visible marks" on her, and they took a report for felony domestic violence. Tyga has not been arrested. Police went to his home Monday morning, but he refused to speak with them. Instead, we're told he will go to LAPD Tuesday morning to tell his side of the story.
Tyga and Camaryn reportedly began dating in early 2021, and went Instagram official in March. It's unclear when they broke up, but we're told it happened prior to her showing up Monday morning at his home.
We've reached out to Tyga's camp, but no word back.
