Brian Laundrie I Just Saw Him on Appalachian Trail, Hiker Claims

Brian Laundrie is alive and on the run ... at least according to a Florida man who insists he came face-to-face with Gabby Petito's fiance.

Dennis Davis claims he was hiking on the Appalachian Trail Saturday when says he saw a dazed man on a deserted road ... right at the border between Tennessee and North Carolina. Davis says the man pulled his car up to his and asked for directions to California, but he did not want to take the Interstate ... he wanted to use back roads.

Davis says one of Dog the Bounty Hunter's daughters sent him audio of Laundrie's voice and says it was definitely a match, adding "There is no doubt in my mind I spoke to Brian Laundrie, none whatsoever" ... this according to the New York Post.

Davis went on to tell the Post Laundrie said, "Man, I'm lost ... me and my girlfriend got in a fight but she called me, told me she loves me, and I have to get to California to see her."

He says Laundrie was driving a light-colored pickup truck, like a Ford F-150 and was wearing a bandana.

Davis says he called the FBI and dialed 911 but no one has returned his call.

Gabby Petito Case Cops Show Up at Laundrie House ... Tell Protesters to Pipe Down

Brian Laundrie's family can't seem to get any peace and quiet (shocker) -- evidenced in the ongoing swarm of protesters who continue to camp outside their home ... and whom cops have now had to confront with threats of tickets.

A meager-sized crowd was gathered outside the Laundrie home Saturday, where there were several people shouting from the street across the way ... with chants like, "Hey hey, ho ho ... the dirty Laundrie's got to go," among other things.

There's also a makeshift memorial honoring Gabby Petito that has been assembled on the front lawn of the Laundries ... so yeah, the heat is very much still on for them from their community members.

However, it seems one guy who was on a megaphone -- demanding they give up their still-missing son, be truthful with the cops and stop hiding from scrutiny -- was too much for the family ... as they seem to have called 911 to break up the crowd, and sure enough -- cops showed.

Looks like he might've been violating a noise ordinance there -- and the North Port police officers proved it by measuring the volume level with a decibel reader ... informing the gentleman that he was, in fact, too loud on the thing -- and had to drop it, or else.

Based on the others who kept on screaming after he finally backed down ... something tells us there's more than enough noise to go around to keep the Laundries on edge.

Dog the Bounty Hunter Adds $10k for Brian Laundrie Arrest

Dog the Bounty Hunter's putting his money where his mouth is -- he wants Brian Laundrie found so badly, TMZ's learned he's adding $10k in rewards for info leading to Brian's arrest.

A rep for Dog the Bounty Hunter tells us ... Dog, Francie and the Chapman family are adding $10,000 to the standing reward. We're told Dog and his family are determined to bring closure to Gabby Petito’s family, and they hope upping the reward helps to uncover Brian’s whereabouts.

Prior to Dog's donation, the reward money sat at $170,000 -- much of that was donated by private individuals supporting the Petito family.

As we've reported ... last week, Dog joined the nationwide manhunt for Brian -- and earlier this week he alerted cops to a possible sighting. Dog and his team are currently on a remote island off Florida looking for Brian.

Dog had said he felt he was THIS close to capturing him, but the island terrain has slowed down the search.

Gabby's family has called on Brian to turn himself in.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Moab Police Department

Gabby Petito told a Utah police officer that Brian Laundrie hit her during their August 12 dispute in Moab, but then quickly walked it back and said he actually grabbed her face after she hit him first.

New bodycam footage from a second police officer sheds new light on the incident, in which Gabby and Brian were separated after cops were called because they were seen fighting in public.

The new video is far more audible than the one released earlier ... and this one provides a much more detailed account by Gabby ... the key moments can be clearly heard.

The officer notices various marks on Gabby -- on her face and her arm, and gently asks what happened.

Listen for yourself -- when the cop asks Gabby bluntly if Brian hit her, she says "I guess, yeah, but I hit him first." She then explains he grabbed her face and demonstrates how his fingernail may have scratched her cheek.

Gabby says Brian did not punch or hit her in the face, though.

As we reported ... two 911 callers did report that Brian struck Gabby's face. However, in the initial police report released a couple weeks ago ... police wrote that both Gabby and Brian claimed that she began slapping him first, and he grabbed her face and pushed her away.

DEADLY DECISION
Moab Police Department

There's another eerie video ... where 2 cops involved in the incident try to determine if it rises to the level of domestic assault, but ultimately seem to decide on the spot that it doesn't.

One of the officers even implies that Brian may be the one at risk of becoming a "battered man" ... but he doesn't think that's the case.

As you know ... Gabby was found dead at a Wyoming state park, and Brian is the main person of interest in her death.

Jon Jones 911 Call Before Arrest: 'She's Bleeding From The Nose & Mouth'

jon-jones-audio-01
911 AUDIO

A security guard claimed Jon Jones' fiancee was bleeding from the nose and mouth -- and was scared to return to the hotel room where the UFC champ was staying -- in a 911 call before his arrest.

"We've got a possible DV call. Domestic violence call. Female is bleeding from the nose and mouth," a Caesars Palace security official told Las Vegas Metro PD dispatch around 4:30 AM on September 24.

Security almost immediately informs dispatch the male suspected of being involved in the incident is "professional MMA fighter, Jonathan Jones."

FYI, Jones was in Vegas because his epic 2013 fight against Alexander Gustafsson was inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Despite the alleged injuries, security tells the 911 operator the woman has not accused Jones of getting physical with her ... but he's clearly suspicious.

The caller says the woman was asking for help, but didn't want to grab her stuff from the room, despite an escort from security.

"She's trying to get assistance, but she's refusing to go back up to the room."

Jon's fiancee -- who was with her 3 daughters -- received first aid ... but refused any further medical assistance.

Remember, Jones was ultimately arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery and tampering with a vehicle ... for allegedly smashing his head into a cop car while handcuffed. The damage is said to be north of $5,000, making it a felony.

It's unclear what started the alleged incident, but Jon's fiancee told police he returned to the hotel room from a night at the strip club, and was in a bad mood.

Days after his arrest, Jon broke his silence, saying he was swearing off alcohol from now on.

Despite vowing to kick booze, Jones will still have to appear in court later this month.

Kylie Jenner Alleged Fence Jumper Busted for Setting Off Fireworks!!!

UPDATE

1:09 PM PT -- Kylie has filed docs to get a restraining order against the man.

Kylie Jenner's $40M mansion became the epicenter of an unplanned and unwanted fireworks display after cops say one man set them off in the street and hopped her fence!!!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops were called to Kylie's L.A. property around 10 PM Wednesday because a man was buzzing her security and asking for Kylie. We're told Kylie's armed guards told the man to get lost -- which he did at first -- but returned a short time later.

When he came back, our sources say the man started setting off fireworks outside her property, and then jumped the fence. Luckily, cops were quick to arrive and apprehend the man before he could make it within the inner perimeter of her security barriers.

A source with direct knowledge tells us the man kept reaching into his pockets to simulate he may have had a weapon ... Kylie was not home at the time of the incident.

We're told the suspect -- a pretty big dude, around 6'4" and 240 lbs. -- carried a suitcase containing a hammer, rubber mallet, a lighter and fireworks. Cops say he did about $1,200 in damage to Kylie's security gate ... and they booked him for felony vandalism. He's being held on $20,000 bail.

The incident comes just weeks after another scary arrest at Ariana Grande's home, in which a man allegedly brandished a knife and threatened to kill the singer. And, of course ... the entire Kardashian crew's all too familiar with cases like this as well.

Gabby Petito Murder Dog the Bounty Hunter Says ... He's Closing in on Brian Laundrie

UPDATE

2:42 PM PT -- Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Dog's still on the hunt for Brian, on a remote island with his team. However, we're told the terrain there is rugged and is slowing the speed of the search a bit, but the plan is to continue into the night and spread out to other nearby islands if need be.

Dog the Bounty Hunter has only been on the Brian Laundrie case for a few days, but TMZ has learned he now says Laundrie is alive, and Dog feels he's close to capturing him.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Dog is rolling to a remote site where he says Laundrie is hiding. Dog says he'll be at the site in less than an hour. We're told Dog had obtained information that leads him to believe Laundrie was alive and moving around as of 10 PM on Tuesday.

Dog says his latest information -- 12 hours old -- is that Laundrie is alive and evading capture.

Dog is working with a team that includes skilled ground and boat crews.

Obviously, we cannot confirm Laundrie's location or whether he's even alive, but we're reporting what Dog is saying. We will obviously update once Dog gets to the location.

Brian Laundrie Feds Investigating Burner Phone Purchase On Day He Went Missing

UPDATE

11:44 AM PT -- According to the Laundries' family attorney, Steven Bertolino ... they did purchase a new phone, and he believes it's the one Brian left behind at home and the FBI is already in possession of it.

The feds are on the hunt for a burner phone Brian Laundrie allegedly purchased the day he went missing ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the manhunt for Laundrie tell TMZ ... FBI agents recently visited an AT&T store in North Port, FL -- where Laundrie's parents live -- and seized surveillance footage.

We're told Brian allegedly went to the store September 14 with an older woman and purchased the phone before they left.

The timing is significant because Sept. 14 is the date Laundrie's parents claim they last saw him leaving their home. They say he had his backpack and was going to a nearby nature reserve, but never returned. They reported him missing Sept. 17.

We reached out to the North Port AT&T store, where an employee told us she could not confirm or deny Brian was there Sept. 14 and said she was told not to discuss the matter. We also reached out to AT&T corporate, and they told us, "Thanks for contacting us.  I have to refer you to law enforcement on this one."

We've reached out to law enforcement ... again, they would not confirm or deny.

We broke the story ... Dog the Bounty Hunter claims he knows Laundrie is still alive and says he's closing in on him.

The Petito family and their attorney held a press conference Tuesday in New York, announcing a foundation in her name and calling on Brian to emerge from wherever he is and give himself up.

As we reported ... Dog the Bounty Hunter is hot on Laundrie's trail, alerting cops to a Florida campsite possibly linked to Brian and his parents.

The Petito family are welcoming Dog's help, and asking everyone to help find Brian just like folks helped find Gabby's body.

Laundrie's been missing for weeks and he's officially a wanted man after the feds issued an arrest warrant last week and charged him with unauthorized use of a credit card right around the time Gabby went missing.

There have been a few potential Brian sightings, like the trail cam footage in Florida and doppelganger sighting in Canada ... but so far nothing concrete.

The Petito family isn't expecting any help from the Laundrie family in locating Brian ... saying the Laundries didn't help them find Gabby.

As you know ... Gabby was found dead in Wyoming's Grand Teton National Park earlier this month. Her family held a candlelight vigil this past weekend and also laid her to rest with an emotional funeral service.

As for the foundation, the Petito family says the goal is to help other missing persons and their families, and keep Gabby's memory alive.

Dina Lohan Pleads Guilty in DWI Case Gets 18 Days in Jail

Dina Lohan's going to spend some time behind bars ... after copping a plea in her DWI case.

A spokesperson with the Nassau County D.A.'s Office tells TMZ ... Lindsay Lohan's mom pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting it.

We're told Dina will have to spend 18 days in jail and will then be on 5 years probation. She also must participate in a victim impact panel and take part in an alcohol program.

As we reported ... Dina was busted back in January after cops say an outing at Outback Steakhouse ended with her t-boning another car outside the restaurant and leaving the scene.

Cops ultimately tracked her down at her Long Island home ... where cops say she fell on her face and accused the responding officer of pushing her. Cops said they detected a strong odor of booze on her breath and noticed Dina had glassy, bloodshot eyes too.

BTW ... Dina had a prior DWI in 2013 also in Long Island.

We've reached out to Dina's attorney for comment, so far no word back.

Dog the Bounty Hunter Finds Campsite Possibly Linked to Brian Laundrie ... Alerts Authorities

UPDATE

7:53 AM PT -- 9/28 -- According to our sources ... the possible evidence that Brian's parents were at the campsite are 2 camping reservations under their name from Sept. 1-3 and Sept. 6-8. It's been reported the Laundries were seen driving with a small camper, so it's believed this is where they went ... but there's only speculation Brian was with them.

UPDATE

We're told Dog received a tip that Brian was spotted at the campsite as recently as Saturday, and he plans to head to the Fort DeSoto Park area himself to continue tracking leads he's received.

Dog the Bounty Hunter is right on Brian Laundrie's tail ... or at least it's possible, and authorities are looking into it.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... Dog -- who joined the manhunt for Gabby Petito's fiance a couple days ago -- has been in the Florida woods looking for him, and found something he thinks may finally lead to his capture.

We're told Dog got a tip that led him and his new wife Francie to a fresh campsite that might be linked to Laundrie ... who's been missing for a week and a half now.

Our source says Dog has alerted authorities to the campground location because he believes it could be a major clue in the manhunt, and he's currently waiting for their arrival.

There's more -- we're told Dog believes he's also uncovered proof that links Laundrie's parents to the campsite ... though it's unclear what that is.

Of course, this could also be a false alarm -- just like the trail cam footage and the look-alike sighting in Canada -- but we'll have to wait and see.

As you know ... Gabby was found dead in a Wyoming state park a little over a week ago, and the feds have issued an arrest warrant for Brian for unauthorized use of a credit card right around the time Gabby went missing.

Gabby's family held a funeral for her this weekend in New York.

SINGING WHILE SEARCHED
TMZ.com

Lucian Piane -- former producer, composer and judge on "RuPaul's Drag Race" -- is in trouble with the law for the second time in a month, but he doesn't seem to have a care in the world about it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lucian was busted by police in the San Fernando Valley Monday afternoon after cops got a call from a bank, claiming he broke a window by ramming a shopping cart into it.

We got video of the arrest which shows Piane singing a parody rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" as cops search him. And, ya gotta love this ... he name drops RuPaul, and cracks jokes about officers pulling his pants down, saying it'll make him more famous!!!

All jokes aside ... Piane was barefoot and yelling as cops hauled him off in cuffs.

Our law enforcement sources say he was booked for felony vandalism -- the window he allegedly smashed was more than $1,000. He was released early this morning, around 1 AM.

Piane seems to be on quite the bender lately. As we reported, he was also arrested in late August in Oceanside, CA for public intoxication, after cops say he made a series of bogus, drunken 911 calls.

FLOWERS FOR GABBY
NEWSNATION

Cops in Brian Laundrie's hometown are sending a message to floral delivery people, and anyone else mourning Gabby Petito -- don't send flowers to Brian's parents' house ... they'll just get tossed in the garbage.

You can see from the video, a makeshift memorial was beginning to form on the front lawn of the Laundrie's Florida home, but on Monday ... as a local florist tried dropping off a delivery, a cop informed her it's a waste of time.

The officer says all flowers should be sent to city hall in North Port, FL -- apparently, a memorial is set up there -- but some had already arrived outside the house, where Gabby once lived with her fiance.

The cop added that city's public works staff will be clearing the yard in the middle of the night.

A reporter on the ground there said another delivery was made about an hour later but with the police gone ... the delivery person was able to leave the flowers at the makeshift memorial.

As you know ... Gabby's family had her funeral over the weekend and there was a candlelight vigil in her hometown of Long Island. Brian is still missing.

The FBI paid Brian Laundrie's parents' home a visit to get some personal items in hopes they might have his DNA on them.

Then there's this ... there's new dispatch audio that shows cops talking about a domestic dispute involving Gabby and Laundrie during a stop in Utah back in August.

San Diego Padres Woman, Toddler Plunge to Deaths ... At Petco Park Before Game

A woman and her child fell from near the top tier of a multi-story baseball park in San Diego -- a plunge that killed both of them ... and now cops are reportedly calling it suspect.

The horrific incident happened Saturday afternoon not too long before the Padres were set to play at their home field, Petco Park -- when a mother and her 2-year-old son went over an edge on the third level concourse somewhere ... with witnesses claiming the kid went first.

According to the Union-Tribune -- which spoke to eyewitnesses claiming to have first and second-hand accounts -- the mother and son were in a picnic area looking out onto the street side of the stadium, and somehow the boy toppled over a ledge ... and his mother went jumping after him, trying to grab on. The husband is also said to have been on-site.

Their fall amounted to about 6 stories in height, and they landed on Tony Gwynn Drive. Cops immediately showed up and launched an investigation -- so far, they don't know if it was accidental or intentional, but they are saying the deaths appeared to be suspicious.

Onlookers were horrified, and it was quite a scene -- but weirdly enough, the game's start time wasn't delayed ... and the Pads took the field promptly at 4:15 PM PT.

Homicide detectives are working the case, and asking anyone with good info to come forward and call 619-531-2293.

GOSPEL SINGER KELLY PRICE Seems to Weigh In Herself Reposts Message, She's Not 'Missing'

UPDATE

1:03 PM PT -- It looks like Kelly Price is finally speaking for herself on her mysterious situation -- and she seems to be putting to bed theories that she's unaccounted for ... albeit, in someone else's words.

UPDATE

Price posted an update on her Instagram Story Saturday, which appears to directly speak to whether she's missing or not. Based on what she has up there, it sounds like she's doing alright ... but still battling COVID.

UPDATE
UPDATE

It's a repost from another person's IG Story, who writes ... "Just spoke to @mskellyprice she is recovering with her supportive partner. She sounds strong. I hope this fabrication can stop and she is able to heal." Underneath that caption is a headline about Price's sister disputing her attorney's claim that she's fine.

UPDATE

The fact Kelly's weighing in now might just be the nail in the coffin here -- she's essentially saying, I'm here. As for whether she's speaking to her family or not ... that's another story.

Gospel singer Kelly Price is NOT missing and is safe, at least according to her attorney.

Monica Ewing, Kelly's rep, tells TMZ ... the singer is continuing to recover from COVID at an undisclosed location.

We're told Kelly's legal rep reached out to Cobb County police to notify law enforcement Kelly is accounted for ... even though she's now listed as missing with the National Crime Information Center.

TMZ broke the story ... Georgia officials say Kelly has been listed as a missing person, following last weekend's welfare check conducted at her home.

Before going missing, Kelly revealed in July she had COVID and was battling symptoms, and her family says she was eventually admitted to a hospital and ended up in the ICU.

Kelly's family told us her kids recently got a call that she was discharged, which surprised them because she was apparently not fully out of the woods.

The family says Kelly has gone radio silent and they told police her boyfriend is allegedly keeping her children from visiting her home ... and it led the fam to have cops conduct a welfare check.

We asked Ewing to clarify why Price had seemingly been ignoring her family and what her current status was with her fiancé, Ewing reiterated Kelly is safe and recovering from COVID and is trying to get well and will further address the story later.
