Connecticut Xenophobia American Couple Berates Landscapers ... 'Are You Here Illegal?'
A Connecticut couple was filmed going on a xenophobic rant as they harassed two landscapers -- demanding to know if they were in the country illegally.
Sharon Bourgeois-Williams and Robert Shaw were inside their Middletown home last Sunday when they heard Jose Martin and his brother making somewhat of a racket as they were groundskeeping on a property nearby.
The duo came out to confront the siblings about the noise, but they got into a confrontation and everyone pulled out their cell phones to record each other.
Check out the footage posted on social media ... it begins with the couple complaining the brothers have "no respect for anyone." Then Shaw flips them the bird and shouts, "Thanks a lot, idiot."
The clip cuts to a close-up of Shaw stuffing his phone into Martin's face while stating, "You don't like it? No? What a d—k."
Bourgeois-William starts calling them "clowns" and asking them if they're here illegally or if they have a VISA.
She then berates Martin's brother -- aggressively pointing at him while repeatedly yelling, "Are you here illegal?"
The parties finally went their separate ways before things could turn violent, but the police still got involved after reviewing the video Martin posted online.
Middletown PD issued a statement saying they determined "Shaw and Bourgeois-Williams’ hostile behavior prevented one employee from moving freely in the roadway." Both were charged with disorderly conduct.

10/16/23 12:45 PM PT -- Cops say they took Walter into custody over the weekend.
3:23 PM PT -- Marty York just broke his silence, posting a photo of Walter and writing, "This is the hardest post I'm ever going to have to write. Last night my mother was murdered by a man she was seeing. Right now there is a nationwide manhunt."
He continues, "If you've seen this man please call the police immediately. I can't even comprehend what is happening right now, but I feel if I find this person I'm going to physically maul him. I pray to God I don't find him because it will be a fate worse then hell."
Tragedy has struck the family of "The Sandlot" actor Marty York, his mother, a sheriff's deputy, was murdered in her own home ... and cops are on the hunt for the alleged killer.
Cops say Deanna Esmaeel was found dead Thursday inside her home in Crescent City, California. On Friday, the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office -- where Deanna is a deputy -- put out an alert to the public in hopes of tracking down Deanna's boyfriend, Daniel James Walter.
Investigators say Walter, who recently changed his name to Edward Patrick Davies, is the suspect in Deanna's murder ... though they don't say what happened.
According to the alert, deputies were able to locate Walter's vehicle, but the 54-year-old was nowhere to be found.
Sheriff Scott of the DNSO released a statement following Deputy Esmaeel's death, saying, "We are all deeply heartbroken with the loss of Deputy Esmaeel. Our hearts and prayers go out to her family, friends, and co-workers."
Marty York played "Yeah-Yeah" in the 1993 classic "The Sandlot" and has continued to act on various projects through the years. He has not yet publicly commented on his mother's murder.

Ex-NFLer Sergio Brown Fought Cops During Extradition ... Video Shows
Ex-NFL player Sergio Brown -- who's accused of murdering his mother -- fought Mexican cops in a wild meltdown on a plane over the weekend as they were trying to extradite him to the U.S. ... new video shows.
The footage was filmed by Michelle Williams, a California resident, who told CBS 8 the incident went down on an Aeromexico plane still on the tarmac in the Mexico City airport. Williams said the plane was slated to go to Tijuana.
In the clip, you can see Brown appeared to be extremely agitated as two law enforcement officers were trying to hold him down in his seat so they could start the process of getting him back to the States after a warrant for his arrest was issued in Illinois.
Brown complained repeatedly that he was being kidnapped -- and at one point, he got physical with one of the cops.
Brown can be seen in the video pushing the man ... before the officer's partner restrained the former Buffalo Bills defensive back from behind. Still, 35-year-old Brown screamed and wiggled.
"Let me go!" he yelled. "This is kidnapping! Cameras, please! Kidnapping!"
The struggle lasted several more seconds -- and after Brown appeared to lurch backward and hit his head on the top of the plane ... a woman who said she was a doctor stepped in to try to calm him down.
They shared an exchange of words ... before the video cuts out.
Despite the chaotic scene, Brown was ultimately moved to the U.S. ... and booked into a San Diego jail on Tuesday. On Wednesday, cops revealed he was taken in on a warrant for first-degree murder in the death of his mom, Myrtle Brown, who was found deceased with apparent assault injuries last month.
Brown -- who played in the NFL from 2010 to 2016 -- had been in Mexico in the days following the 73-year-old's death ... partying and drinking with clubgoers in Tulum as if nothing was wrong.
He's now scheduled to be transported to Illinois in the coming days to face the murder charge.

Keefe D Backed Out of New 2Pac Sit-Down ... DJ Vlad Says He Took Money and Ran!!!
Weeks before Keefe D's arrest for the murder of Tupac Shakur, he was ready to talk about the July raid on his home -- but according to DJ Vlad, Keefe got cold feet and made off with stacks of Vlad's cash!!!
We reported at the time how investigators collected several electronic items such as a hard drive, laptops and USBs during the raid ... and police say that ultimately led to last month's stunning arrest of Keefe.
Now, Vlad tells Faizon Love ... Keefe actually reached out to him to do another sit-down, and Vlad agreed. He said he even paid Keefe an initial deposit to secure the interview.
As it turns out, Vlad says he learned Keefe was fielding offers -- and collecting deposits -- from other outlets too, but was unable to make the interview happen before he got busted.
Vlad says he's yet to see any sort of refund of his money and doesn't sound like he's holding his breath for one.
While it's possible Keefe was playing media outlets just to make some quick money ... Tupac's brother Mopreme is far from amused by his actions over the last several years, and want to see justice dealt.

Carlee Russell FOUND GUILTY FOR FAKING ABDUCTION
Carlee Russell has been found guilty of fabricating her wild kidnapping story ... and the judge recommends she spend a year behind bars.
The ruling came down Wednesday in Hoover, AL., where Carlee was found guilty of false reporting to law enforcement authorities and falsely reporting an incident, both misdemeanors.
Carlee had pled not guilty, but that didn't matter to the judge and prosecutors ... in fact, the judge recommended a one-year jail sentence.
Remember ... Carlee called 911 in July as she was driving down an Alabama interstate to report a toddler wandering alone on the roadside. She then got out of her car and vanished for 2 days ... ultimately showing up at her parent's house.
Cops determined there was no toddler on the highway, and Carlee was never abducted ... she eventually admitted her whole story was phony.
As we reported, Carlee's boyfriend dumped her once she copped to the load of BS ... this after he initially defended her and bought her kidnapping lie, like countless others.
Carlee's legal team says she plans to appeal the judge's ruling.

'Ebony Alert' Outrage Over New System For Missing Black Kids, Women ... Law's Author Defends Change
UPDATE
12:10 PM PT -- The man behind the new "Ebony Alert" in California is defending the new law in the face of tons of online backlash ... telling us disparities and a lack of resources for missing Black kids forced lawmakers' hands.
California State Senator Steven Bradford joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and told us the law was necessary because law enforcement wasn't doing its job when it came to issuing alerts for Black youths who go missing.
Bradford says young Black kids make up 38 percent of the state's missing persons, despite Black people only making up 13 percent of the state population ... pointing to the data as another example of why he feels an "Ebony Alert" is needed.
There's a media component to this too ... Bradford says missing Black kids don't get nearly the amount of coverage, pointing to 2021's Gabby Petito case.
As for questions about oversight, Bradford tells us how the new system will be monitored.
The Golden State is rolling out a new system to report and find missing Black children and women ... it's completely separate from an Amber Alert and it's already causing backlash.
Folks in California are outraged over the new statewide alert system -- dubbed the "Ebony Alert" and backed by State Senator Steven Bradford -- reacting to the first-of-its-kind law as another form of segregation.
Governor Gavin Newsom recently signed a bill into law creating the "Ebony Alert," which goes into effect Jan. 1 and will be used for Black people between the ages of 12 and 25 who are missing, plus young Black women who are reported missing.
The "Ebony Alert" is similar to the Amber Alert ... as it calls for local law enforcement to notify the California Highway Patrol if they need help finding lost children ... with lawmakers saying it also encourages media to report on missing Black people.
Problem is ... the reaction on the internet is there should NOT be separate alert systems for missing children based on race, with some saying folks claiming the change is "a way for authorities to decide how fast they want to respond" and others saying some groups will straight-up ignore "Ebony Alerts" altogether.
California lawmakers are being ripped for not thinking this through, and there are people wondering if there are going to be other alerts for different races too ... with one user proposing "the 'Juan Alert' for the Hispanic people that go missing."

Israeli Hostage Stalled & Distracted Hamas Terrorists ... Long Enough to Survive
An Israeli woman was able to stave off her murder at the hands of Hamas terrorists by killing them with kindness ... quite literally.
Rachel Edri is being hailed as a hero across Israel right now because of this harrowing story she recently recounted about being taken hostage by 5 Hamas members on Saturday morning ... when the surprise attack against her country was carried out.
She and her husband, who live in Ofakim, were held at gunpoint after the Hamas members stormed their home -- but she was able to keep them at bay for about 15 hours due to her incredible hospitality ... something she dished out as a way to distract the intruders.
You see ... one of Rachel's kids was a cop, and once he caught wind of his parents' situation -- he rounded up other officers and, while negotiating with the terrorists, scoped out the place to find a way to rescue his family. In the meantime, Mama Bear was playing a good host ... feeding the Hamas guys while also trying to chat them up with banter and conversation, all in an effort to stall.
Rachel, who's a grandmother, says she served coffee and cookies during the standoff, and apparently, it worked -- because when her son and the other officers eventually stormed the place, the terrorists were all stuffing their faces and weren't able to fire back. They were all killed on sight.

Teresa Giudice Offered Cop Family Biz Cards ... During April Traffic Stop
-
Exclusive
- 1.4K shares
Teresa Giudice seemed to have tried the old "Don't you know who I am?" trick during a traffic stop ... and while it's unclear if it worked, she lucked out with a friendly cop.
The 'RHONJ' star got pulled over back in April out in Riverdale, NJ ... this after a police officer apparently saw her swerving in and out of lanes during a night drive. The body cam footage -- which seems to have just been released -- shows his interaction with her.
Check it out ... the cop asks for Teresa's driver's license, and she forks it over -- but also tries sneaking some extra identifying information in the form of "family business cards."
The officer laughs it off, saying those won't be necessary ... and then heads back to his car to dive into her background. He's perusing her record for a bit, and then eventually heads back to talk to Teresa -- at which point he lets her off the hook with a simple warning.
Teresa sounds grateful ... telling the officer that she tends to drive a little crooked, and she even makes a random mention of her father dying. The whole chat is super chummy.
Again, we're not sure if the cop here realized who he was dealing with -- a celeb, especially around those parts in NJ -- but in any case ... he cut TG a break. She should count herself lucky ... especially since she famously ran into serious legal trouble once upon a time.
Teresa's attorney, James Leonard, tells TMZ ... "There is no family business card. That is ridiculous. No such card exists or has ever existed. She was referring to a New Jersey State PBA card that was given to her by an acquaintance who is a law enforcement officer and issued her the card."
Leonard goes on ... "the bigger issue here is why is a video of a woman being pulled over, who did absolutely nothing wrong, being released to the public more than five months after the actual motor vehicle stop happened."
