The Dollar General cashier who took down an alleged shoplifter with her car says she's been fired after footage of the incident went viral.

The ex-Dollar General employee in the wild video is Jessie Sotto and she tells TMZ ... she's upset about her firing because she loved her job, and thought she was a good cashier who had her former employer's best interests at heart.

Jessie, who was a criminal justice major in college, says the alleged shoplifter had been a known problem at her Fresno, CA store ... ignoring prior warnings to stop stealing. She says she'd finally had enough, and decided to take matters into her own hands.

As we reported ... doorbell footage shows Jessie smashing her car into the alleged shoplifter while he was riding a bike down a residential street, with the crash scattering the alleged stolen items all over someone's front yard.

The incident went down earlier this month, and Jessie says once the video was on the internet she was canned.

Jessie claims the guy walked out with flowers, chips, donuts, bread, cheese, bologna and other items without paying ... and says she chased him down and asked him to give the stuff back. When he refused and called her a "bitch," Jessie says she tried to stop him with her car.

The guy in the video threatened to press charges against Jessie, but she says she hasn't seen or heard from him and police tell us they responded to the scene but the guy was nowhere to be found so no report was taken.

The frustration in her voice is clear ... and Jessie is now working for DoorDash.

Ryan McKenna, the Super Bowl selfie kid who snapped a viral photo years ago with Justin Timberlake, has pleaded no contest for allegedly going on a drunken rampage at a restaurant earlier this year ... and he's now on probation as he navigates adulthood.

The 19-year-old pled no contest on two charges -- resisting an officer without violence, and battery. The judge ordered the former selfie star to spend the next 12 months on probation.

Ryan's forbidden from consuming or even possessing alcohol -- he's not even allowed to enter places that primarily sell booze.

He's also been ordered to undergo substance abuse evaluation and submit to random breathalyzer and urine checks. He must also cough up $824 in court costs and fines.

We obtained body cam footage from February's incident ... which shows Ryan acting erratically before getting cuffed and taken to jail.

TMZ broke the story, cops got called to a Naples, Florida CPK on the eve of the Super Bowl after they were told Ryan was drunk and had hit his friend.

Another angle shows authorities slamming him to the ground before finally putting him in cuffs. Cops say he put his hands on an officer who was trying to calm him down.

A wild shootout at a New Mexico motorcycle rally left at least 3 people dead and 5 injured ... and TMZ has obtained video of the violence erupting.

Check out the footage, which shows a woman walking behind a pick-up truck standing in traffic and carefully peering around the side of it.

Suddenly, she turns around and moves swiftly away, crossing the road. She then breaks into a trot when the crackle of gunfire is heard nearby. A motorist repeatedly yells to her, "Get out of the way!"

In another clip, people inside a vehicle are filming the aftermath of the Saturday shooting at the Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally. A rescue truck with lights flashing can be seen parked outside a building as bikers ride down the street.

Red River Mayor Linda Calhoun told NBC News ... "I can confirm 3 dead and 5 injured. One person died at the hospital."

New Mexico State Police said the 5 wounded were being treated at hospitals, but their conditions and the extent of their injuries were not disclosed.

Calhoun said motorcycle gang members were involved in the bloodshed, which ended with several arrests. Upwards of 28,000 bikers attended the rally.

Reports of bomb threats made to several Target stores over three different states have now been classified as a hoax -- and it seems someone was trying to plant a false flag.

Target locations in Utah, Ohio and Pennsylvania -- spanning the greater Cleveland, Salt Lake City and Pittsburgh areas -- reportedly received correspondence Friday threatening to blow up several sites ... and all the emails sent referenced the Pride Month display controversy.

At first, it seemed the threats were coming from folks boycotting Target for supporting Pride Month -- but, Cleveland 19 News published a screenshot of the email in question, and it actually appeared to come from an LGBTQ+ ally angry about Target's decision to back down.

The note -- which was sent by someone named Alsan Akhmedov -- reads in part, "Target is full of cowards who turned their back on the LGBT community and decided to cater to the homophobic right wing redneck bigots who protested and vandalized their store."

It continues, "We won't stand idly by as the far right continues to hunt us down. We are sending you a message, we placed a bomb in the following targets." Four Targets in OH and one in PA were referenced ... the Utah stores were not mentioned in this specific message.

All of those stores -- plus some in Utah, which also received bomb threats -- were evacuated ... but after preliminary investigations, cops are now saying this whole thing is fake.

Some law enforcement agencies have reportedly said the email looks to have originated from overseas, and that there was no credible threat upon inspection at the Targets mentioned. Cops in Utah -- where the stores also appear to have been sent a similar email -- said the same thing ... calling the bomb threats "bogus." In other words, disinformation.

Alarming behavior from Raz B -- breaking a window at a hospital and climbing onto the building's roof, forcing police to get involved ... TMZ Hip Hop has learned.

The scary incident went down Thursday in Kansas City, the morning after the B2K singer posted a video on Instagram where he repeatedly said he didn't feel safe.

Raz B claimed to be at a Hilton hotel in Kansas City on Wednesday night, saying he was "fighting to stay alive" and didn't want to "have this surgery here." He also posted the address for a Kansas City hospital.

TMZ obtained video showing Raz on a roof of that same hospital ... as shocked onlookers watched in horror from a window across the way.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... officers were dispatched to Saint Luke's Hospital at 10:20 AM Thursday after being called by off-duty cops and hospital security.

Police say when they got there they determined he had broken a window in order to climb to the roof.

There was concern Raz might jump off the ledge ... cops say the fire department responded to the scene too and placed mats down below, just in case he did.

Police say a negotiator got involved too, and he ultimately came back through the window peacefully and was treated by medical staff.

Raquel Leviss and her family are so terrified after a wave of death threats stemming from her affair with Tom Sandoval, they've contacted the country's top law enforcement source for help ... TMZ has learned.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star's rep tells TMZ ... Raquel and her family have been on the receiving end of violent and graphic death threats both online and over the phone that has gotten so bad they've had to contact the FBI.

We're told some of the alleged threats include messages sent to Raquel through social media, saying ... "Tear you limb from limb" and "Un-alive and dump the body."

A source close to Raquel tells TMZ ... it's understandable why people hate her for the Scandoval, but to elevate that hate to the point of threatening Raquel and her family takes things too far and is disturbing.

A spokesperson for the FBI tells TMZ ... "FBI neither confirms nor denies investigations. Obviously, we review all allegations reported to us and encourage anyone who believes their life is in imminent danger to call 911."

As we reported, Raquel's getting mental health treatment in the wake of the cheating scandal, and we haven't seen her out in public in weeks ... so she's clearly in a bad spot, and the alleged threats aren't helping.

As we reported ... Tom and Raquel were raked over the coals during part one of the "VPR" reunion, with some of their fellow costars threatening Tom with violence.

But death threats are on a whole other level.

About a dozen travelers got into an all-out brawl at Chicago's O'Hare Airport with lots of fists flying, hair pulling and rolling around on the floor.

Check out video, posted to Twitter, which shows guys and girls getting into the knockdown, drag out fight Monday night at the baggage claim area of Terminal 3.

Unclear what triggered the violence ... but the scene quickly turned chaotic, and the participants started wailing at one another.

You see 3 men wildly throw punches on the luggage carousel. Women try to pull out each other's hair while grappling on the ground. One woman is barefoot, having lost her shoes during the WWE-like Battle Royal.

Thankfully police arrived to break up the fight before anyone got seriously hurt.

Prince Harry's team fought like hell overseas to get police protection when he and his family are in England, but the court shot them down ... a rejection that comes amid Harry and Meghan Markle's controversial NYC "chase."

For those unaware, Harry and Meghan had their UK taxpayer-funded protection revoked in 2020 after moving away, and stepping down as working senior royals. His legal team was in court last week trying to get back that protection, but London's High Court said no way.

During the one-day hearing, Harry's attorneys claimed the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures -- which ordered the removal of his protection -- had no right to reject his bid to pay police for some security detail.

Lawyers on the other side argued allowing him the privilege would open up similar situations for wealthy people ... something they saw as dangerous, and the High Court agreed.

The hearing happened one day before the NYC "chase," -- something Harry and Meghan's camp called "near catastrophic" ... although NYPD, and others, said that account was an exaggeration.

A massive event for Jeep fanatics, called "Go Topless Weekend," became a po-po hotspot ... with cops busting more than 230 people during the wild event.

The Jeep-focused celebration took place in Galveston County, TX, and saw tons of Jeep owners flocking to the beach in their unique rides. The event looks kinda like an adult spring break, and the Sheriff's Office treated it like it, making 155 arrests on Friday alone ... before topping out at 234 by midday Sunday!

Police revealed the huge number of arrests during a Sunday news conference where they said 221 arrests were misdemeanors -- things like public intoxication and disorderly conduct ... the usual for enormous beach parties.

The other 13 people are facing felonies, and the Sheriff's Office says at least 2 more incidents are being investigated -- including a car accident where a woman was thrown from a vehicle and suffered a serious head injury.

Despite all the red flags, authorities are still calling the Jeep party a "successful event" because they roughly made the same number of arrests last year.

Rome's famed Trevi Fountain -- known for millions of well-wishes and even more Instagram selfies -- wasn't running its pristine, blue water after a group of protestors took over ... turning the H2O pitch-black.

Activists from the group "Ultima Generazione" -- or "Last Generation" -- took a dip in Italy's iconic fountain Sunday ... bringing diluted charcoal along and pouring it into the water.

Obviously, their handiwork was a big attraction ... with some onlookers booing as they stood in solidarity in the dark water, holding up banners protesting the use of fossil fuels.

Cops jumped in and dragged the protesters out of the fountain. The Trevi's been dyed red a couple of times as a stance against government corruption ... it's clearly a protest hot spot.

Climate activists have been going after priceless art for a while now ... a couple of Just Stop Oil protesters splashed a can of soup all over Van Gogh's  "Sunflowers."

A Monet painting -- even the Mona Lisa -- were recently subjected to food-based outrage.

Plenty of tourists know you can be slapped with a fine for going in the Trevi, but Rome Police went further -- the protesters were arrested and are now facing vandalism charges.

And BTW, Rome's mayor Roberto Gualtieri claims 300K liters of water now have gone to waste to clean out the fountain, grousing, "Enough of these absurd attacks on our artistic heritage."

Owen Wilson needs a new pair of pajamas ... because police say a homeless man got into the actor's house and promptly threw on some of Owen's sleepwear.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the man ended up inside Owen's Santa Monica home Tuesday night, rummaging through the house before slipping into a pair of the actor's pj's.

We're told Owen's assistant came home to discover the intruder, coming face-to-face with the man before they both booked it out of the house in separate directions.

Owen's assistant called Santa Monica PD, and cops rushed over with lights and sirens blaring, setting up a perimeter and nabbing the suspect in a nearby yard, still wearing Owen's duds.

Police say it doesn't appear the man took anything else from the home. The guy was booked on felony burglary.

We're told cops believe the suspect didn't know it was Owen's home.

A spine-chilling new report says Bryan Kohberger broke into a woman's home before the Idaho murders went down ... acting as some sort of creepy crawler, moving her stuff around in an attempt to make her fear for her life.

The bizarre claims came out in the latest episode of NBC's "Dateline," saying Kohberger became friends with a girl at Washington State University, where he was enrolled, just months before the fatal Univ. of Idaho stabbings -- and allegedly snuck into her place and moved her belongings in order to make her feel uneasy in her own home.

The terrifying tactic allegedly worked, because "Dateline" says she asked him to help set up security cameras as a result ... something he could have later checked on remotely after learning her WiFi password.

Former FBI profiler Greg Cooper says this wasn't a friend helping another friend with security detail -- saying he "orchestrated it so that she would come to him and that he would be able to help her. It is another level of power and domination and control over another person.”

For those unaware, the new report comes on the heels of Kohberger's recent indictment regarding the November deaths of Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle.

New body cam footage showed Kohberger at WSU about a month before the murders ... but he appeared cool-headed and respectful as he talked his way out of a ticket.

Looks like the drama at this year's Cannes Film Festival isn't just on the silver screen ... because the head of the entire event got into a seriously heated spat with a cop over his bike riding outside a hotel.

The Friday night confrontation was caught on camera by French journalist Eric Morillot ... who says the argument quickly turned physical after Cannes Director Thierry Frémaux was zipping around outside the Carlton Hotel, where a good chunk of attendees is staying.

Morillot says the Cannes honcho asked the cop for his name after apparently denying him the spot ... getting more and more heated as the bickering went on -- even threatening to file a complaint.

Of course, all the shouting's happening in French, but tension like that is a universal language. The heat reportedly died down later, with the 2 shaking hands.

For what it's worth, Frémaux announced at the beginning of this festival he'd be riding around on his bike to reduce his carbon footprint ... but it's unclear if he'll be making the switch back to cars now.

As you know, Frémaux's been welcoming the likes of Harrison Ford and Johnny Depp to the festival this year -- with both actors getting standing ovations after their films were shown in front of esteemed audiences.

Martin Scorsese is the latest to touch down in France ... bringing "Killers of the Flower Moon" to the festival Saturday -- and the cast joined him, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, and Jesse Plemmons.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle say all they want is their privacy, but they reportedly chose to have photogs snap their photos before the now infamous "chase" in NYC.

Sources tell the NY Post ... Harry and Meghan elected to stroll out in front of a throng of shutterbugs to get their pictures taken after they attended Tuesday night's awards ceremony at the Ziegfeld Theater in Manhattan.

The Post noted the couple made the decision despite having one of Barack Obama's former secret service agents on their security team. Chris Sanchez is the security dude's name and he's known as the “king of the back exits” ... because he's so good at keeping celebs under the paparazzi's radar.

After getting their fill of the cameras, Harry and Meghan jumped inside a waiting SUV with Sanchez and took off.

The Post quotes a source as saying, “Harry and Meghan were willing to give everyone those shots when they left the event, that was not the problem, but they were tailed from that point on."

Their rep, Ashley Hansen, gushed over the photos, telling the New York Times, “They were some of the most beautiful images of the evening."

This is just the latest example of Harry and Meghan wanting it both ways ... soaking up the limelight while demanding privacy ... at least that's the rap.

Following their photo op outside the Ziegfeld, we all know what happened then ... the paparazzi pursued Harry and Meghan through the streets of Manhattan in what the couple called a "near catastrophic car chase."

A customer lost his s*** and totally trashed a Chipotle Mexican Grill in D.C. -- and it was all because his tacos weren't made fast enough!!!

Fox 5 in Washington D.C. obtained surveillance video of the food fight, which starts off with the man standing at the counter waiting for an employee to prepare his food after he ordered the tacos.

It doesn't take long for him to go completely bonkers. He reaches over a glass partition and scoops up a pile of lettuce and other ingredients and hurls them at the worker, who ducks for cover in a room behind the counter.

But the unruly patron isn't done yet. He picks up a stack of trays, bags and napkins and throws them across the room. He even grabs a computer monitor and tosses it.

According to a police report, obtained by Fox Business, the man became furious simply because the worker failed -- in his view -- to serve the tacos at a more rapid pace.

After making the mess, the suspect jumped on a scooter and drove off.

The Metropolitan Police Department has launched an investigation and is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the man's arrest.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are trying to put the squeeze on a photo agency that claimed their freelance paparazzi who followed the couple Tuesday night were not, as M&H claimed, "highly aggressive" and didn't cause a near-collision.

Harry and Meghan's legal team fired off a letter to the Backgrid photo agency, claiming in part they need the agency's footage of the "chase" to shore up their own security, adding ... "We hereby demand that Backgrid immediately provide us with copies of all photos, videos, and/or films taken last night by the freelance photographers after the couple left their event and over the next several hours."

Backgrid's lawyer has rejected the Sussex's demand, saying in a letter ... "In America, as I'm sure you know, property belongs to the owner of it: Third parties cannot just demand it be given to them, as perhaps Kings can do. Perhaps you should sit down with your client and advise them that his English rules of royal prerogative to demand that the citizenry hand over their property to the Crown were rejected by this country long ago. We stand by our founding fathers."

Backgrid says they had 4 photogs, 3 in cars and one on a bike, adding they "had no intention of causing any distress or harm, as their only tool was their cameras."

There's no legal basis for Backgrid to turn over its footage -- no lawsuit has been filed that would require the agency to turn over documents. Nevertheless, the demand was made.

As we reported, Harry and Meghan's team called their encounter with paps "near catastrophic," but NYPD sources say that's way overblown.
