Justin and Hailey Bieber's potential starter home is one that's still under construction -- but we're hearing they're eyeing it pretty hard, and could spend a fortune to get it.

Sources tell TMZ ... Mr. and Mrs. Bieber have been looking at this monster of a home in Brentwood, which is currently owned by the CEO of Playboy Enterprises. The guy bought the place when it was a vacant lot in 2014, spending around $9 million just for the land.

Now, he's got a nearly completed property sitting atop all that dirt. It's a 7,500-square-foot modern Mediterranean mansion -- and as you can see, it's fit for a king and queen.

Enter the Biebers, whom we're told are seriously considering buying it and completing the work being done right now -- which, for now, is still being funded by the Playboy peeps. Our sources say Justin and Hailey might wanna pick up the baton and make it their own.

As for how much they could possibly spend ... we're told the pad could end up having a final price tag in the range of $18 to $20 million. Not to mention what it would cost finishing all the building that needs to be done.

In any case, it looks like it'd be a great first house they'd own together as a married couple. We know they've been looking around L.A. for the past couple years, but haven't pulled the trigger on anything quite yet. To this date, it appears they've mostly been renting.

Pamela Anderson's new husband's got style ... which probably explains her huge Colgate grin.

Pamela formally introduced her Hollywood mogul hubby, Jon Peters, to her fans around the world with this shot she posted Friday -- black and white, so it's classy. It's unclear when and where the picture was taken. It might be in Wetzlar, Germany (perhaps a honeymoon?) because that's the location on the pic, but of course, that can be manipulated.

Wherever they are they look happy and comfy. She's in a white knitted sweater and he's in a puffy black vest looking hella stylish with his aviators.

As we reported ... Pamela and the "A Star Is Born" producer tied the knot Monday in Malibu. It was a surprise wedding, for sure ... but something Jon's been dreaming about forever.

He said, "There are beautiful girls everywhere. I could have my pick, but -- for 35 years -- I've only wanted Pamela. She makes me wild -- in a good way."

As we told you ... they dated more than three decades ago, but reconnected after she broke things off last year with French soccer star Adil Rami.

Hugh Hefner's son, Cooper, is forging his own path ... and it's taking him overseas to train with the Air Force.

Cooper, who infamously quit his father's beloved Playboy to start his own media empire, has already joined the Air Force after recently abandoning his plans to launch a digital content platform for millennials ... and this week he left for basic training overseas.

Hef's son says he's stepping back from the Stag and Hefner Media Corporation to move forward with a greater service to our community and country ... this after his March enlistment.

Cooper is one of Hugh's two sons with his second wife, Kimberley Conrad, and the 28-year-old previously took over Playboy back in 2016 when his father's health declined, bringing back nudity to the magazine's spread.

We're guessing Cooper will be a popular figure at basic training, with plenty of stories to share with his new comrades.

Former Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal insists she did not extort Donald Trump ... as Fox News host Tucker Carlson repeatedly claimed, so now she's suing the network.

You'll recall, McDougal went public last year claiming she and Trump had a 10-month affair, beginning in June 2006. Carlson covered the alleged affair on Dec. 10, 2018 ... and according to the suit said, McDougal "approached Donald Trump and threatened to ruin his career and humiliate his family if he doesn't give [her] money."

She says Carlson continued, "Now that sounds like a classic case of extortion."

McDougal, 1998's Playmate of the Year, says Carlson repeatedly mentioned the "extortion" as "undisputed fact" during the broadcast, but she says that's completely false. In the suit, she says she never threatened Trump over his career or his family -- and no one involved in the payments Trump allegedly made to McDougal ever accused her of trying to extort Trump.

According to the docs, she never had any communication with Trump about money -- instead, she claims it was Trump's confidante and former National Enquirer honcho, David Pecker, who negotiated with her lawyers in the summer and fall of 2016.

She says AMI ultimately paid her $150k in exchange for her life story. She also claims former Trump attorney Michael Cohen and Pecker admitted the reason they were paying her was to "suppress McDougal's story" so it wouldn't derail Trump's campaign.

McDougal is suing Fox News Network for defamation and unspecified damages.

Playboy Playmate Lauryn Elaine came home to a frightening situation that only got worse ... and cops are now on the hunt for 3 masked men they say robbed her.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lauryn noticed her front door was busted in when she got home at 11:45 PM Wednesday in North Hollywood and, when she entered, 2 men came out of her bedroom and one out of her brother's.

We're told the men had masks on their faces, and one pointed a gun at her at demanded she open her safe. Our sources say the men tied her up with a dog leash, and took more than $30k in cash and her purse.

After they fled, Lauryn managed to free herself and ran outside to get help.

We've obtained video of the aftermath ... and Lauryn's pad is absolutely trashed. It looks like the suspects ransacked every room, overturned furniture, smashed a mirror on a closet door and busted up the floor.

Lauryn points out where they put her on the ground with her hands and feet bound.

Our sources say cops are looking for any video in the area to help them identify the masked intruders.

Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison were able to reach Hugh Hefner from the great beyond ... and Bridget says Holly's finally made peace with her famous ex.

Bridget came on "TMZ Live" this Halloween, breaking down her séance at Holly's house -- which she claims is haunted -- and telling us about the girls' paranormal chat with the late Playboy founder.

As we first told you ... the former 'Girls Next Door' stars planned to contact Hef the night before Halloween with the help of "Ghost Adventures" star and Hollywood psychic medium Patti Negri.

The girls accomplished their metaphysical mission, contacting Hef and several other spirits from beyond the grave.

Holly and Hugh had a rocky history before his death -- she claimed he abused her emotionally and verbally while she was in the Playboy Mansion -- but Bridget says Holly was totally okay with getting in touch with Hef's spirit.

It's kinda spooky ... Bridget says during the séance, Holly learned Hef periodically checks in on her from the spirit world, but Holly's happy to know he still cares about her.

Hugh, who died in 2017 at age 91, famously dated Holly, Bridget and Kendra Wilkinson back in the day. Since then, Holly and Bridget have gotten super into ghouls and ghosts.

Bridget hosts her own podcast called "GHOST MAGNET With Bridget Marquardt" on Apple Podcasts ... and the séance will be a special edition of her show. The ritual will also be streamed live on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

We got Francia and her lingerie video costar, Instagram model Maddy Belle, shopping Wednesday in Bev Hills ... and the smokin' hot chicks tell us just how things went down in South Beach, and why the cop should be put back on duty ASAP.

Francia and Maddy say they were finishing up a skit outside the Miami Beach Police Headquarters when the officer who appears in the video, William Beeker, just happened to walk out of the building. The models say they asked him to take part in their skit, and he obliged.

San Diego-born Shauna Sand made a name for herself in the '90s as a model and actress but was most-notably nude as the sexy centerfold in May, 1996 as Playboy's Playmate of the Month.

Shauna Sands was in a handful of episodes of the classic under cover cop show "Renegade" where she was cast alongside her hubby, Lorenzo Lamas, as the biker bad boy Reno Raines.

Sands continues to model and also sells worn (and signed) lacy lingerie, Lucite high-heel shoes and hot personalized photos on her eBay account.

Ex-San Diego Chargers star Shawne Merriman is being sued by the parents of a deceased Playboy employee, who claim he drugged and possibly assaulted their daughter before she overdosed while partying with him ... but Merriman flat-out denies wrongdoing.

The employee was Kimberly Fattorini, who died in 2017. At the time, her death was ruled accidental, with the cause being overdose from a cocktail of substances ... including booze, coke and a commonly used date rape drug known as GHB.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kimberly's parents claim that she and some friends went to a club event 'cause of an invite from a promoter, who the parents allege went on to host the girls at his house, continuing to party into the early morning.

The lawsuit alleges that the promoter texted Shawne at some point the next day, saying ... "Got 3 whores over," with the idea being that Shawne could take a couple off his hands.

Kimberly's parents go on to claim that Shawne did in fact show up, and was allegedly witnessed carrying a bottle with some sort of liquid inside. After that, the parents allege that Kimberly texted the promoter from inside the house saying, "you friend just poor'd half G in my drink," and the parents believe G refers to GHB, which is a powerful depressant.

The lawsuit alleges Kimberly sent a number of texts afterward that made no sense, with the implication being that she was incredibly intoxicated. The suit claims that Kimberly, Shawne and a friend of hers then went to her friend's place after ... and then around 3 PM, a 911 call was placed by Kimberly's friend who found her unresponsive.

Kimberly's parents claim that first responders found her "half-naked with her jeans unzipped and unbottoned." They also allege Shawne was in the room when 911 was called, and that he made clear to the present parties that he didn't want it known he was there.

The suit alleges that a preliminary report from the autopsy didn't indicate any foul play, but they also note that a test for sexual assault wasn't done because officials said it wasn't conducted at the time of the initial autopsy, and couldn't be done properly afterward.

Now for an alleged text Kimberly's parents claim they dug up between a friend of Kimberly's and the promoter who initially invited Shawne ... it allegedly read, "Shawn killed her ass, what a f***ing idiot." Another alleged text from the promoter reads, "That dumbass been drugging girls for years."

The complaint claims negligence, battery and a violation of the drug dealer liability act. The family's asking for damages.

As for Shawne, a representative for him tells TMZ ... "As of right now Shawne, nor his attorney, have any knowledge of him being named in any lawsuit. This alleged lawsuit is baseless. Shawne attended an after party more than two years ago where a young woman unfortunately overdosed."

Zak Bagans and Holly Madison are officially an item ... we've learned the two are dating!!!

Sources close to the new couple tell TMZ ... Holly came into Zak's Haunted Museum in Las Vegas early last month and the sparks were flying, so they started talking romantically. We're told things picked up pretty quickly, and they started dating.

The "Ghost Adventures" star and former Playboy model have been keeping their relationship low-key ... but eagle-eyed fans have noticed similarities on the celebs' Instagram stories, which hinted at something between them.

Our sources say Zak and Holly had been introduced before she strolled into his museum in May, but neither was single during that initial interaction.

Holly famously dated Hugh Hefner -- in her "Girls Next Door" era -- before marrying Pasquale Rotella in 2013 at a Disneyland wedding ceremony ... but last September, Pasquale filed to divorce Holly.

3:45 PM PT -- TMZ has obtained the arrest report for Valerie Mason, and it sounds like no drugs were actually found on her.

According to the report, officers made a traffic stop for a car that had a busted taillight, in which Valerie was riding shotgun. When the guy who was driving couldn't provide ID, he was searched and police say they found drug paraphernalia in his pocket that is usually associated with meth.

Officers asked Valerie and another guy who was in the back seat to step out as well, and upon further investigation ... cops say they found 2 grams of suspected methamphetamine in a container in the passenger door panel. Police say they also found a hypodermic needle cap in the back seat.

Cops say all three people, including Valerie, denied ownership of the drugs found.

Valerie Mason -- a former Playboy Playmate, who was featured on "The Girls Next Door" -- was arrested for drug possession in the South ... specifically, for meth.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Valerie was picked up by cops late Friday night in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana -- where she was transferred to the local jail and booked for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (a schedule II drug) ... which is a felony.

We're told cops found meth when they arrested her. Per jail records, Valerie is no longer in custody -- she was released the next day on a $3,000 bond.

Valerie was a Playmate of the Month back in September 2008. Her centerfold debut was documented in the E! reality series, 'GND,' as she moved into the Playboy Mansion with Holly Madison and Hugh's other girlfriends. She appeared in 5 episodes between '08 and '09.

According to Playboy, Valerie doesn't come from a modeling background. She submitted photos of herself on a whim and got recruited by Holly herself ... who invited her out to do a test shoot.

We've reached out to Valerie for comment ... so far, no word back.

2:47 PM PT -- Cesar's team told us he would be working with the bird, however, a spokesperson for the Metropoulos brothers says Cesar's team is full of it. The rep tells us, "As the owner of the Playboy mansion, Daren Metropoulos is very proud to have the only private zoo in Los Angeles. He has provided every resource necessary to create a protective environment where these very unique animals are flourishing."

The statement continues, "Because of the iconic status of the property, Daren receives many requests to visit the zoo. Cesar Milan contacted Daren a year ago and he granted him access."

"There are no plans now or in the future, for the African grey crowned crane, or any other exotic animal to leave the zoo or to be cared for or trained by anyone other than the current team of professional caretakers. Any reference to the contrary is inaccurate."

Cesar Millan's spreading his wings ... using his talents to tame a moody birdie at the Playboy Mansion.

We're told the new owners of the famous mansion -- brothers Evan and Daren Metropoulos -- will hand over their African grey crowned crane sometime at the end of this month. The plan ... the famous dog trainer will calm the temperamental bird at his Santa Clarita ranch.

Cesar came into the picture near the end of last year during a visit to the mansion ... where the Metropoulos bros groused to Cesar about the bird's aggressive tendencies ... like charging people and just making it difficult for caretakers to tend to the exotic bird.

Cesar connected with the African crane during his visit and made it submit ... showing who's boss, and it astounded everyone. The brothers were duly impressed and hatched a plan with Cesar to reboot the bird.

The crane's gonna get the full Cesar treatment, and when he's done, it'll head back to the Mansion ... hopefully way less cranky.

Kendra Wilkinson is officially back on the market ... 'cause the former playmate just finalized her divorce with ex-NFL star Hank Baskett.

Kendra and Hank filed docs in January signifying their marriage is dunzo ... and this time they got it right. According to the docs ... they will share joint custody of their 2 kids -- 9-year-old Hank IV and 4-year-old Alijah. They're also splitting most of their property right down the middle.

As we reported, the ex-couple had two previous divorce settlements rejected by the court after making clerical errors in their filings.

Kendra and Hank got hitched back in 2009 at the Playboy Mansion ... with the late Hugh Hefner and her other 'Girls Next Door' castmates in attendance.

TMZ broke the story ... Kendra filed for divorce back in April, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Right before the divorce filing, Kendra posted an emotional video of herself crying, confirming a split from Hank ... and saying she was frightened for the next step.

That step is finally here.

Crystal Harris just unloaded the home Hugh Hefner left her for $5 million.

Hefner bought the 4 bedroom pad in the Hollywood Hills back in 2013. The backstory is interesting. Hef married Crystal in 2012, and the next year he wanted to make sure she had a roof over her head when he died. You'd think the Playboy Mansion would have been enough, but the fact is Hef didn't own it ... it was owned by Playboy Enterprises, and he was worried it might be sold and his wife would be displaced.

So, in 2013, he bought the house which was held in trust for the 2 of them. When he died in September 2017, she became the sole owner.

As for how much the house appreciated in value ... it didn't. Crystal listed it for $7.2 mil, but it didn't sell. She just sealed the deal on the 5,900 square foot home for $5 mil -- the price for which it was purchased.

Vendela Lindblom's officially shaken the stigma of women with shaved heads made infamous by Britney Spears more than a decade ago ... by making history as the first Playboy Playmate with the hot hairstyle.

We got the Swedish-born model outside Amoeba Records in Hollywood and asked how she managed to land in the pages of the iconic magazine ... she says a lot of girl power's to thank.

Vendela's not really sure why it took so long for a buzz cut Playmate, but she says the time is right now and she's happy to be the first.

She also reveals who she'd vote for as the hottest woman out there with a buzz cut ... no arguments from us.

As for the comparisons to Britney circa 2007 ... Lindblom's a good sport. But, she wants to make it very clear her look is completely by choice ... no mental breakdowns led to the 'do.
