Holly Madison never had Hugh Hefner take any testosterone pills before they got busy -- or at least she never endorsed it -- according to a new lawsuit she's filed.

Madison says she discovered an article online saying she did an interview with Dr. Oz describing how Hef took Blackcore Edge to cure his erectile dysfunction. In her suit, she says that's totally false.

According to the docs, the article made it seem like Holly said, "when Hefner took a pill, 15 minutes later his blood would start pumping! He got stronger, bigger, and lasted as long as an 18 year old." It also made it seem like she said all the girls in the Playboy Mansion benefited from the pills.

Holly not only denies the content of the article, but points out she NEVER did an interview with Dr. Oz. She also says the Blackcore Edge article was made to look like it was affiliated with Men's Health ... but it was a knockoff website.

Dani Mathers -- the Playboy Playmate who snapped a pic of a naked woman at an L.A. gym and posted it -- is barking up the wrong tree by asking the prosecutor to go easy on her.

The L.A. City Attorney filed legal docs asking the judge to reject her lawyer's attempt to avoid jail by undergoing counseling and even taking an anti-bullying course. She's also willing to go to school to tell firsthand how bullying harms people.

The City Attorney is scoffing at Dani's attempt for mercy, saying she never even apologized to the 71-year-old victim -- btw, the City Attorney says her age is relevant. You'll recall, when she posted the nude photo she captioned it, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

Dani faces a maximum of 6 months in jail for the crime of invasion of privacy. The City Attorney has not said if he'll demand jail time.

Call off the dogs -- Hugh Hefner looks to be alive and well ... based on what his wife posted Sunday night.

Crystal Hefner -- Hugh's 3rd wife -- uploaded a Snapchat video of herself and hubby having dinner at the Playboy Mansion ... rocking the ever popular dog filter.

From what we can see, Hef looks pretty good for a guy who's 630 in canine years -- despite rumors he went to the big doghouse in the sky.

We're pretty sure it's an old pic, but the insinuation is ... he's fine. 90-year-old Hef had a very similar response a few months ago when there was yet another rumor of his demise.

The Orange County D.A. hit the former Playmate with 3 counts of driving under the influence -- including 1 for drugs -- and 1 additional count of hit-and-run with property damage -- all misdemeanors. It's also alleged that her BAC was at least .20%.

TMZ broke the news of Ashley's arrest, but she has a different story of what went down ... including a strong drink defense of why she was wasted. She faces up to a year behind bars if convicted on all 4 counts.

Dani Mathers -- the Playboy Playmate who secretly took a pic of a naked woman at an L.A. gym and then shamed her on social media -- has just been charged with the crime of invasion of privacy ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Mathers was at her LA Fitness and zeroed in on an elderly woman who was changing clothes in the locker room. She posted the pic and then tagged it, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."

It took some hunting by LAPD detectives, but they found the victim, who was game to have Mathers prosecuted.

The L.A. City Attorney has now pulled the trigger. If convicted she faces 6 months in jail.

Mathers is also persona non grata at LA Fitness.

Dani's attorney, Tom Mesereau, tells TMZ, "I’m disappointed that she was charged with any type of violation. She never intentionally violated anyone’s privacy and never tried to break the law at any time."

Paris was leaving the Delilah opening in WeHo Thursday night when she dropped a living paradox known as Hugh Hefner.

Playboy model Katie May died from a simple visit to a chiropractor for an adjustment, which ultimately left her with a fatal tear to an artery in her neck ... according to the L.A. County Coroner.

TMZ obtained a copy of Katie's death certificate, and it clears up a huge mystery surrounding her sudden death in February. The document says she died when a blunt force injury tore her left vertebral artery, and cut off blood flow to her brain.

It also says the injury was sustained during a "neck manipulation by chiropractor." Her death is listed as accidental.

As TMZ first reported, Katie -- known as the "Queen of Snapchat" -- had taken a nasty fall during a photo shoot. She thought she had a pinched nerve and went to an L.A. chiropractor on Friday. She suffered a stroke on Monday, and remained on life support until Thursday.

Katie's family is aware of the coroner's findings. They would not comment on whether they or her estate would pursue legal action.

Identical twin sisters and Playboy Playmates Brandi and Brittany Kelly are double the trouble on land but even more so in the drink.

Legend has it you can tell them apart by their personality ... Brandi is more the wild one, and judging from the above photo, that'll put her on the left. Wait, or maybe that's her on the right?

Sad news ... the NBA player who was called out on Instagram for allegedly cheating on his Playboy Playmate girlfriend ... has been dumped for good.

You remember the story ... 2014 Playmate of the Year Kennedy Summers put Utah Jazz center Jeff Withey on blast back in June when she found out he took someone else on a movie date behind her back.

Somehow, Jeff won her back and they got engaged the following month.

But now, their relationship has hit a roadblock once again -- with Kennedy calling the whole thing off ... citing "many issues." We're told jealousy was a factor.

In fact, Kennedy's rep, Zack Teperman, issued a statement saying social media played a huge role in the split.

"While it has its many pros, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. can also create many issues within a relationship. The negative effects of social media have claimed yet another couple."

Kennedy -- a 3rd year medical student -- has already moved out of the couple's home.
