Kendra Wilkinson is out of the hospital, shaken from a weekend car wreck ... and her tricked-out Audi is in even worse shape ... check out the photos we got.

The former Playmate was hospitalized Sunday after what was described as a nasty head-on crash in the San Fernando Valley. Kendra was bruised and battered but doctors found no broken bones.

Cops tell TMZ ... the person Kendra hit has neck and back injuries.

The initial investigation shows Kendra turned left in front of a car that had the right of way -- in other words, it looks like it's her fault.

The wife of former NFL player Hank Baskett dropped out from the ABC diving show "Splash" ... because she was scared of getting hurt.

The Holmby Hills digs is known for temporarily housing some of Playboy's hottest models ... including Jayde Nicole and former "Amazing Race" contestant Jaime Edmondson.

As for the house ... 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 1.3 acres of land, oasis waterfall, pool and spa.

"Mob Wives" Chicago" star Pia Rizza is adamant -- the porn company offering her $100,000 to have sex on screen ... can take their deal and shove it somewhere they usually shoot .. up close.

Pia's response comes on the heels of an offer from porn producer Brazzers ... asking the 'Mob Wives' star to bare all in one of their nudie flicks ... after Playboy shot her down.

Pia tells TMZ ... even though she would have posed for Playboy, pigs will fly before she drops trou for a XXX film, saying, "ABSOLUTELY NOT! That is f***ing insane. A porn deal is not in my future."

She explains, "I am not that girl and I will not be doing porn!! I am a mother and it’s just not something I would ever do no matter how much they pay me."

FYI -- she's still down to strip for Hef, saying, "Playboy is on a different level. Everyone has done playboy because it's classier."

When God closes a door, he opens a window, and in the case of "Mob Wives Chicago" star Pia Rizza ... that window is hardcore porn.

As TMZ first reported, Rizza got word that some racy pics she took were about to be released, so she gave them to us as a way to gauge Playboy's interest. Turns out ... there wasn't any.

But Rizza does have a future in the adult business if she wants it. Porn company Brazzers is offering her $100,000 because they feel her "fierce sexual energy has taken the world by storm."

Flattery will get them everywhere, we suspect.

A rep for Brazzers says they'd prefer to shoot a full-on porn, but they're willing to renegotiate the deal if Pia would prefer to do a pictorial.

TMZ broke the story ... Rizza found out someone was trying to sell nude pics of her to the media ... so rather than let them surface on their own, she decided to release them herself.

40-year-old Pia had hoped the pics would get her a Playboy spread ... but that's not happening any time soon ... because Playboy rejected her this week.

Sources close to Pia tell us the photos were submitted to Playboy last weekend, but the magazine quickly shut down the idea, saying they weren't interested at this time.

When "Mob Wives Chicago" star Pia Rizza found out there were naked pictures of her being shopped to various media outlets ... she knew the drill -- RELEASE THE PHOTOS HERSELF!!!

Pia tells TMZ ... she took the racy pics -- which she allowed TMZ to publish -- sometime last year, while still filming "Mob Wives" and sent them to her boyfriend to get some feedback on whether she had the right stuff for Playboy.

But Pia tells us ... the pics somehow got into the wrong hands -- and someone was trying to sell them without her permission.

2010 Playmate of the Year Hope Dworaczyk and her perfect breasts are FURIOUS at an L.A. t-shirt company -- claiming they were hired to promote slim-fitting boob-accentuating tees ... but never got their money.

Hope has filed a lawsuit against a company called Tees by Tina, claiming they entered into a contract in January 2011, in which Hope agreed to promote their shirts in exchange for $120,000.

But according to the lawsuit, Hope says Tees by Tina tried to terminate the contract early ... and failed to pay out the balance of what she was owed. Hope says Tees by Tina has also continued to use her in promotional material, despite not paying her in full.

In between making pizza and tanning, "Jerseylicious" star Filippo Giove found time to show off what his mama gave him -- BY DROPPING TROU for Playgirl and TMZ has the pics.

Filippo -- a star on the Style Network show since 2010 -- stripped down to his bday suit and posed in a variety of sexy (ish) positions for the upcoming Spring issue.

Specifically, Filippo shows off his derriere on some red satin sheets ... poses with a few strategically-placed bubbles and gets naked in a pizza shop while slathered in marinara sauce -- with only a LARGE pizza box covering his junk.

Hugh Hefner's new bride Crystal Harris is lucky she's alive ... because Hef's old GF Kendra Wilkinson says she wanted to KILL Crystal for previously dumping the Playboy mogul.

Kendra was on the Big J Radio Show in Montana this morning when the host asked about Hef and Crystal reuniting in matrimony ... and KW blew up, saying, "I got pissed off when she hurt him."

Kendra continued, "That pissed everybody off that she would just leave him and dump him, use him and abuse him." Then added, "I wanted to kill her."

You'll recall, 26-year-old Crystal abruptly ended her first engagement to 86-year-old Hef in 2011 just days before their wedding. The couple patched things up last year and eventually married on New Year's Eve.

But don't worry, Kendra's not holding a grudge -- saying she only wants to see Hef happy.

LAPD officers rushed to the Playboy Mansion earlier today in response to a bogus 911 call reporting an assault inside the home -- but we're told ... cops do NOT believe it was a "swatting" prank.

When cops arrived at the scene, the LAPD says there was no evidence a crime had been committed on the property.

After an initial investigation showed no signs of an assault, an LAPD spokesman told the media, "It could be one of those swatting calls."

But law enforcement sources tell us, police have since been able to identify the caller and no longer believe it was a "swatting" prank. We're told the call wasn't intended to garner a SWAT response ... which is the whole point of "swatting" pranks. In fact, only two squad cars responded to the home.

We're told cops believe there's a possibility the caller was convinced an assault had actually occurred. Law enforcement is still investigating the situation.

It's not surprising cops initially jumped to the "swatting" conclusion -- Hollywood's been besieged with "swatting" pranks in recent months ... reporting fake crimes at celebrities' homes in the hopes SWAT teams will be called in on false pretenses.

Recent victims include Ashton Kutcher, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Simon Cowell, Tom Cruise, the Kardashians, and Chris Brown.

As we reported, a 12-year-old was charged earlier this month in connection with the "swatting" calls ... specifically for the Kutcher incident and another incident involving an L.A. bank.

It's the question millions of gentlemen ... and Brent Musburger ... have been dying to know -- WILL KATHERINE WEBB TAKE IT OFF FOR PLAYBOY?!?!??

Miss Alabama USA -- more famously known as AJ McCarron's super hot GF -- arrived at LAX yesterday when one of the photogs finally posed the question ... and her answer is interesting.

It's clear the decision to do it would upset some very important people in her life ... but IF they were ever to come around, you think she would too?

Mary O'Connor -- Hugh Hefner's loveable secretary/den-mother who was featured on "Girls Next Door" -- passed away this weekend ... after working at the mansion for more than 40 years.

Hefner tweeted the bad news Sunday ... saying, "Mary passed away today. We loved her more than words can say."

Sources at Playboy tell TMZ ... Mary -- who was reportedly in her 80s -- had been dealing with some health issues recently ... but Hef is still taking the death "extremely hard." We're told Mary was "the rock" of the Playboy mansion and the mood at the house is "incredibly sad."

Hugh's ex-GF, Kendra Wilkinson, also tweeted about Mary's death ... saying, "RIP Mary O'Connor. She was an amazing person who helped me through so much. But I know she's happy with her boo Captain Bob. :)"

Lane Garrison will NOT get locked up for the alleged attack on his ex-GF Ashley Mattingly ... after striking a deal with prosecutors that requires the actor to complete A TON of self-help classes.

We broke the story ... Garrison was arrested last year after allegedly slapping the former Playboy Playmate during an argument at her L.A. apartment building.

Lane was initially arrested for felony domestic violence ... and could have faced serious prison time since he was still on parole for a 2007 manslaughter conviction.

But today, we've learned Garrison reached a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead no contest to misdemeanor domestic battery ... and in exchange, he was sentenced to 36 months of unsupervised probation and was ordered to complete the following:
-- 52 AA meetings
-- 8 hours of community service
-- 52 domestic violence classes

He was also ordered to stay away from Mattingly at all times.

For his part, Garrison denied ever hitting Ashley ... claiming he was simply trying to wrestle his cell phone out of her hand after she snatched it away from him.

Hugh Hefner or Crystal Harris's dog -- it's a toss up which one's sniffed more ass at the Playboy mansion ... but one of them took last night off, we presume, for the Harris-Hefner wedding.

Ex-Playmate Crystal forced her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, named Charles, to go black tie for the ceremony ... which was attended by a small group of family and friends.

We're not much for wedding pics ... unless there's a damn cute dog involved.

So, there ya go.

It's all over but the partying for Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris ... who finally tied the knot tonight at the Playboy Mansion -- after a brief 18 month time out.

Sources at Playboy tell us Crystal walked down the aisle around 7PM in front of an intimate group of family and friends -- a much smaller gathering than was originally planned for their June 2011 wedding.

That was canceled when ex-Playmate Crystal left Hef at the altar ... pulling the plug on their relationship days before the wedding.

We're told Crystal moved back into the mansion earlier this year, sorted out all the problems with Hef -- and then they decided to try the whole marriage thing again.

This is 86-year-old Hef's third wedding, and 26-year-old Crystal's first attempt.

Hugh Hefner wasn't BS'ing when he got engaged to Crystal Harris ... again -- a year after she abruptly ended their previous engagement -- because TMZ has learned, the couple just went to a courthouse to obtain a marriage license.

Sources tell TMZ, Hef and Harris dropped by the Beverly Hills Courthouse this morning to obtain the necessary paperwork in order to make their New Year's wedding ceremony official.

TMZ broke the story ... the re-engaged couple are planning to tie the knot during an intimate ceremony on New Year's Eve at the Playboy Mansion.

Harris moved back into the Mansion earlier this year, and we're told she and Hef have been on fantastic terms ever since.
