Law enforcement sources tell us the body of a transient man was found on the ground of a golf course that shares a fence with the Playboy Mansion.

We're told there was a hole in the fence right near where the body was found. Sources at the mansion tell us they think he may have been trying to get on the grounds during an event there last night.

The L.A. County Coroner has already picked up the body.

In fact, Pam never even accepted the check -- she had Playboy send the cash directly to Waves 4 Water ... a charity that distributes water filters to people who don't have access to clean drinking water.

Anderson tells us, "Waves 4 water are my heroes. They get things done ... and yes, Playboy wrote them a check when I shot the cover (Jan. 2011 issue) directly for 25Gs."

Steve Jaffe, Oksana's PR guy, tells TMZ ... "Not now, not ever, nor for any amount of money, would our client, Oksana Grigorieva, even consider any offer to pose for Playboy. Someone might have sent an email to one of her representatives but that's not news."

Sources close to the offer tell us Playboy is willing to fork over a cool $75,000 for her trouble -- and to sweeten the deal, they're even willing to give Oksana the cover ... a pretty enticing move for a struggling musician looking for some non-Mel publicity.

66-year-old Dorian -- aka Victoria Rathgeb -- aka Victoria Vetri -- (currently 5'5", 110 lbs) was arrested late Saturday night -- and is still behind bars. Bail has been set at $1,000,000.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... they believe Dorian and her BF were having an argument that turned physical -- and that's when Dorian grabbed a handgun and fired at least one shot into her boyfriend's upper body. The boyfriend was rushed to a nearby hospital -- we're told he's expected to survive.

When authorities first arrived to the scene, Dorian told cops that her boyfriend was shot by a drug dealer.

If convicted, Dorian could face up to life in prison.

Sources involved in the negotiations confirm Hugh Hefner's people reached out with a "pretty big offer" involving a huge payday and the cover -- as long as the Mexican reporter strips down to her traje de cumpleaños.

But don't get too excited -- sources close to Ines tell us her network prohibits talent from posing in the buff.

Livingston (32C-22-33) was placed in federal custody last night, after, according to the NY Post, she allegedly suffered an anxiety attack aboard a JetBlue flight bound for Newark ... and people on board believed she tried to pry open the door at 10,000 feet.

Livingston -- who was featured as a centerfold in the debut Singapore edition of Playboy -- was immediately detained and now faces federal charges.

A source close to the model tells the NY Post, "She said she's gone through this before, but never this bad, and didn't have . . . her medication."

UPDATE: TMZ has learned ... feds interviewed Livingston after the flight and determined that she was not trying to open the door. Instead, officials believe she was trying to stabilize herself during a panic attack brought on by turbulence.

We're told several passengers saw Livingston touch the door ... and did think she was trying to open it ... but ultimately, officials aren't buying that story.

Hirsch tells TMZ he actually laid eyes on the tape which co-stars Karissa's boyfriend, "Smallville" actor Sam Jones III. Hirsch says it was sent to him from "a reputable third party" and that he'd "love to be able to release it."

The XXX footage in question sounds a lot like the sex tape Karissa claims Spencer Pratt stole from her house -- which, as we first reported, she's threatening to sue him over if he doesn't return it.

Vivid's chief isn't divulging who dropped the tape in his lap, but does say he's "very impressed with the quality and content" -- which sounds like executive speak for ... it's smoking hot!

But before you scour the Internet for clips -- we spoke to Jones who said, "I understand that the guy from Vivid saw footage with Karissa and I in it. We have spoken to our legal team and they will be dealing with this ASAP."

Karissa's lawyer fired off a letter to Spencer -- claiming that he is in possession of footage that was "taken from [Karissa]" and "contains private materials" featuring herself and boyfriend Sam Jones.

And not just artsy "top half" naked -- we're talking full-frontal, birthday suit naked.
