Britney Spears is taking a load off in Hawaii after ending her residency in Las Vegas -- and we are so thankful for the break ... and the view.

Brit was spotted rockin' a yellow bikini on a Hawaiian beach Wednesday -- just a few days after she performed her last residency show in Vegas for New Year's Eve.

She went out with a bang then, and it looks like she's still banging now. Britney's toned figure was on full display ... and, Lordy, does she look good.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have poured boatloads of cash into their Hidden Hills home over the past few years, but it was all worth it ... because the house is now $20 million ABOVE water.

Sources tell us ... the couple sunk around $20 mil into renovations since they bought the property -- once owned by Lisa Marie Presley -- in 2014 for $20 mil. It's been in a constant state of design, re-design, construction and expansion -- not to mention all the landscaping -- until they finally moved in a few weeks ago.

Now get this ... we're told Kim and Kanye had the property appraised ... and the estimated value is $60 million. Do the math, and they're in the black $20 mil.

The holidays are over for us normies, but not for UFC star Anthony Pettis and his smokin' hot fiancee ... who are out in sunny Aruba getting their safari on!

It ain’t just any average trip -- Anthony popped the question on NYE at the Aruba Ritz-Carlton ... and Lisette said yes!!

Since then, the future Mr. and Mrs. “Showtime” have been living it up on the island -- exploring ancient ruins, off-roading at a safari and hitting the beach with flamingos are just a few of the activities they've been getting into.

Not like Anthony really cares -- anything with Lisette is winning.

Chris and Paris have been dating for a little less than a year now -- they made their relationship Instagram official in February. She seemed smitten with him back in March when we got 'em at LAX.

People first reported this engagement -- which is at least her second, and possibly third. She was reportedly engaged to Jason Shaw, and was definitely betrothed to Paris Latsis.

Based on previous attempts, her parents probably won't buy it until she actually walks down the aisle. Congrats!

Candice Swanepoel is used to showing off her curves in a bikini, but it was a different one catching people's eyes on Monday in Brazil ... her growing baby bump!

The Victoria's Secret Angel took a stroll in Trancoso, Brazil proudly showing off her new bun in the oven. Her partner, Hermann Nicoli, is Brazilian, which explains why the South African model was down there.

She already has a 1-year-old son, Anaca, with Nicoli. Unclear how far along she is. Candice announced she was preggo in December.

Betcha didn't know Tom Glavine was a huge Catholic antiques collector!!

Well ... he WAS a huge antiques collector, but the Hall of Famer is parting ways with some of his beloved historic items ... and now they're hitting the auction block!!

TMZ Sports spoke with Charles Pharr -- owner of Four Seasons Auction Gallery -- who says Glavine and his wife are looking to move into a new house and wanna get rid of some extra stuff.

18th century door Jesus painting -- est. $800

Not only would the winning bidders get the cool stuff, Pharr took advantage of the opportunity to create some really unique sports memorabilia and had Glavine sign his autograph on each item.
