DeMarcus Cousins is leaving Northern California in the rear view mirror for good ... putting his RIDICULOUS pad on the market ... and asking $5.4 milli for the digs.

The NBA superstar plopped down $4.7 million for the 6 bed, 8 bath Granite Bay joint back in 2013 -- right after inking a $62 million deal with the Kings.

The 13,690 square-foot estate is pretty freakin' insane -- featuring a Playboy-mansion-style grotto (R.I.P. Hef), film and workout rooms, a 10-car garage and even an outdoor pizza oven.

But the best part has to be his swanky lighted tennis court ... 'cause there's no sign of a basketball court on the entire property!

Ellen DeGeneres just plunked down $18.6 million for a home away from home, but not that far.

Ellen's snagged a 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath beachfront home in Carpinteria, a quaint coastal community between L.A. and Santa Barbara. BTW, she's trying to unload her amazing 17-acre compound near Santa Barbara for $45 mil.

The new house is just a hair under 6,000 square feet and right on the sand. The cedar-shingled crib has a clay tennis court, plunge pool and a guesthouse.

Carpinteria is the less flashy version of Malibu. What you don't get ... Matthew McConaughey or Orlando Bloom flexing on the beach.

Kim hit up a pumpkin patch Tuesday outside L.A. with North and Saint, and a little friend of theirs tagging along. Not like picking out pumpkins isn't fun enough -- the kids, including Kim, also got to enjoy an inflatable slide.

Jay's wife Bey, Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B were among the stars who attended Tuesday night at the third annual Tidal X benefit concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The proceeds benefited hurricane relief efforts in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico and also Mexico after its devastating earthquake last month.

Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka'oir finally tied the knot in front of TV cameras, all in white, with a super famous guest list, and best of all ... BET picked up the tab!

Gucci and Keyshia got hitched Tuesday night at Miami's Four Seasons Hotel, draped from head to toe in white outfits ... a theme they kept going from Gucci's knee-less proposal.

As we reported ... BET had cameras rolling for the nuptials, which aired live. The couple scored $650k for the deal -- which includes a 10-episode series -- plus the all expenses paid million-dollar wedding. Great work if ya can get it!

The Tragically Hip's frontman Gord Downie lost his battle with brain cancer Tuesday night.

Gord was diagnosed with incurable glioblastoma after suffering a seizure in December of 2015. Instead of calling it quits, Gord and the rest of The Tragically Hip announced they'd be doing a final 15-date tour the following summer and played their final gig in Kingston, Ontario on Aug. 20, 2016.

The band produced 14 albums, at least half of which went to #1.

He continued to release solo albums until his death. His last album, the 23-song double album, "Introduce Yerself," will be released later this month.

The Band said this ... "Gord knew this day was coming – his response was to spend this precious time as he always had – making music, making memories and expressing deep gratitude to his family and friends for a life well lived, often sealing it with a kiss… on the lips."

Gord was 53.

If Travis Barker's looking for another side project it should be party planning ... because the 14th birthday bash he threw his son, Landon, shamed just about every over-the-top Sweet 16.

Travis turned his backyard into a mini-concert and the headliner was Lil Pump. Pump's got the No. 3 album on the charts, so it's a big deal.

We're told there were around 100 guests, including Stevie Wonder's kids and other celeb spawns.

Coolest part ... Landon got to share the stage with Pump and had a Louis Vuitton x Supreme-themed duffel bag cake.

The teen summed it up perfectly ... "Last night was a movie."

Odell Beckham Jr. hopped out of bed a week after undergoing ankle surgery and the look on his face says it all -- it ain't no fun.

The New York Giants WR was seen for the first time since suffering a horrific left ankle injury last weekend against the San Diego Chargers. He was leaving his crib in crutches and a large walking boot and on his way to physical therapy.

OBJ underwent season-ending surgery and posted a pic on Instagram from his hospital bed thanking everyone for their prayers ... but it's pretty clear he'd rather be prepping for the Seahawks on Sunday.

Denise Richards is taking extreme action in trying to unload her Hidden Hills home ... she's slashed the asking price by almost $1.3 MILLION.

Richards put the home on the market for $7.29 million over a year ago, but no takers. The ranch-style 6 bedroom, 8 bath home is still for sale ... for the reduced price of $5.995 mil.

The 8,200 square foot home has been extensively remodeled. It's also got some unique features ... a lagoon pool with a waterfall and a grotto, a pizza oven, wine cellar with tasting room and custom-built dog kennel/hotel for dog lovers.
