The tragic death of a stuntwoman on the set of "Deadpool 2" has reminded us that Hollywood stunts can quickly go awry, and they often have through the years.

We took a look back at some of the most brutal (and sometimes fatal) stunts that actors and stunt doubles put themselves through for the sake of the job ... and the aftermath ain't pretty.

From Dan Bilzerian's porn star rooftop toss in 2014 that left the woman with a shattered foot to the controversial mishandling of a pup on the set of "A Dog's Purpose" earlier this year and everything in between ... this week's latest accident, which left road racer Joi 'SJ' Harris dead, makes the message clear to Tinseltown's performers: BE CAREFUL!!!

Lamar Odom could be one step closer to getting back on the court -- he hit up the BIG3 games in L.A. over the weekend and chatted with league honchos about joining next season.

As we previously reported, Odom has been privately expressing interest in playing pro ball again -- and when Ice Cube found out, he extended an invitation to Odom ... as long as he gets in shape.

Fast forward to Sunday when the BIG3 rolled into L.A., and Lamar was on hand to witness the action.

We're told he had some friendly conversations with league officials about getting the ball rolling for his comeback. Seems this could really happen.

Odom was one of a TON of stars at the Staples Center for the action -- including Snoop, Oscar De La Hoya, Jesse Williams, Chris Brown, LL Cool J, Jeanie Buss, T-Pain, Dwyane Wade, Chad Ochocinco and more.

Bodybuilding superstar Rich Piana had 20 bottles of steroids in his home at the time of his medical emergency ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports.

Cops were called to Piana's Florida home at 1:30 PM on Monday after the 46-year-old social media sensation suddenly collapsed in his bathroom while getting a haircut from his girlfriend, Chanel.

Piana's girlfriend says she tried to catch the former Mr. California bodybuilding champ when he collapsed but couldn't due to his massive size and weight. Chanel told officials Piana struck his head during the fall.

The 911 operator instructed Chanel to perform CPR but she was unable to revive him.

When emergency personnel arrived, paramedics found crushed up white powder on a table along with a credit card and straw and decided to give Rich 2 doses of Narcan (often used to treat opiate overdoses) to try and revive him.

Chanel told responders Rich had battled opiate addiction in the past but she believed he was clean.

Rich never regained consciousness and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was placed into a medically induced coma.

The report notes that police found bottles and bottles of testosterone in the home, 20 in total. Chanel said Rich is an admitted steroid user who's been juicing for more than 20 years.

Chanel also noted Rich had suffered from a slightly enlarged heart at one point in his life -- but didn't know if that contributed to the medical emergency.

Tupac Shakur's 1996 Hummer -- the ride he bought a month before he was killed -- is headed back to the auction block ... because the previous winning bidder bailed on paying.

The rapper's fully loaded Hummer sold for a whopping $337,000 in May 2016 -- 3 times more than what was expected -- and it turns out it may have been too good to be true. After several attempts to collect, the anonymous Ohio bidder defaulted.

We see 2 Chainz rollin' ... and we ain't hatin'!!!

The rapper broke his leg just over a week ago and needed surgery to fix it. The doc told him he might have to cancel his entire "Pretty Girls Like Trap Music" tour ... but Chainz wasn't having it.

So the rapper's producer hit up Sean Mahaney of Seanco Custom Wheelchairs ... and Sean tells TMZ his team got a tricked out 2-wheeler in less than a week ... in time for the tour's show in Tuscon.

No one's talkin' price, but we're told the chair set Chainz back around $10k. The cushion alone runs a G.

The pink wheelchair is propelled by 26-inch wheels with 144 gold spokes, chain-link detail that harnesses the wheels ... plus the rapper's "TRAP" logo. Sean's no stranger to tricking out wheelchairs. He hooked up Slim Jimmy for last year's BET Awards, which is how 2 Chainz's crew heard about Sean.

2 Chainz will perform the majority of his tour in the chair.

Khloe and her NBA superstar bf, Tristan Thompson, also tagged along for movie night. Not sure what flick they checked out ... but couldn't have been better than this chick.

Models start at around $10k. The owner says he considers himself the Henry Ford of bunker makers because he's making them "affordable for the everyday man." Top of the line goes for $165k. The owner tells us in the last 3 days he's sold as many shelters as he would have sold in 1 year, 6 years ago.

-- Rising S Bunker offers a starter bunker for $45k but the top-of-the-line, "The Aristrocrat," will set you back $8.35 million.

-- Vivos can dig 30 feet underground and customize your bunker ... starting at $35k. They're luxurious, a full size kitchen, spa, pool tables, but that'll cost you extra.

-- Safecastle offers a $19k bunker which is bare bones but it could still save you ... so they claim.

Kylie Jenner's smokin' hot body is now 20 years in the making -- and she decided to show off the goods a day before the big 2-0 ... to all of our delight.

Kylie posted these shots of herself Wednesday -- the day before her 20th birthday -- proving she's all woman as she exits her teens. With curves like these ... her 20s are looking good.

Later in the day she celebrated her bday with her mom, most of her sisters (sans Kourtney), her friends and, of course, her man, Travis Scott.

They held a private shindig at the Hills Penthouse in West Hollywood ... where there was a chocolate fountain, a curvy ice sculpture (in honor of Kylie, obviously) and a cake with her face on it.

Kylie had every reason to celebrate and then some. As we reported, her mom says her lip line, Kylie Cosmetics, is now a $400 million company ... and on track to be a billion dollar company by 2022.
