Usher's selling frenzy continues ... he just sold his third house in less than a year.

The singer unloaded his 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in the northwest part of Atlanta. We're told Mychal Jaymes repped the buyer and brokered a deal at $775k. Usher bought the house back in June 2007 for $970k and initially put it on the market about a year and a half ago.

The new owner got himself a steal ... the 2,908 square foot house features a sick rooftop deck and the crib itself is just minutes away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium where the Atlanta Falcons play.

It's been a busy year in the real estate market for the singer ... just last November he sold his Sunset strip crib. Back in August, Usher also unloaded his 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom crib in Alpharetta, GA.

Philip Bailey burst onto the scene in the early '70s as the high-pitched singer -- alongside the band's co-founder Maurice White -- in the epic disco supergroup, Earth, Wind & Fire.

So, why is Giambi selling the place? Simple ... he wants to free up some cash.

"The auction of Casa Cielo marks an exciting new chapter for me as I move on to other ventures," Giambi said.

Giambi made a TON of cash during his nearly 20 years in the Bigs ... raking in a reported $133 MILLION!!!

He was a 5-time All-Star and won the American League MVP in 2000.

Before this rapper made headlines for beefing with one of hip-hop's biggest legends -- and before he had starring roles on the big screen -- he moved all around the globe with his missionary parents during an incredibly trying upbringing.

JB's prayers went unanswered -- his Maple Leafs got SHELLACKED in a 5-1 blowout.

Jackson Bostwick was only 30 years old when he slipped into the shocking spandex and took on the role of the superhero Captain Marvel -- opposite Michael Gray as the young boy Billy Batson -- on the short-running Saturday Morning television show 'Shazam!'

Although the series only lasted from 1974 to 1976 Jackson Bostwick only played the character Captain Marvel for the first 17 episodes of the program ... and was replaced by John Davey for the final eleven episodes.

Fun fact: Shazam stands for Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, Mercury ... which were Captain Marvel's elders.

"Game of Thrones" is all about winter right now, but the music that's on its way inspired by the hit show's gonna be way more fire than ice ... with some huge stars at the forefront.

TMZ's obtained behind-the-scenes shots of The Weeknd, SZA and Travis Scott on set while shooting the video for their track, "Power is Power." The trio's all decked out in clothes fit for the Seven Kingdoms ... in front of some iconic imagery from the show.

We're told the rappers/singers shot the video last weekend in L.A. Their collab is part of HBO and Columbia Records' release of "For the Throne" ... an upcoming album inspired by 'GoT.'
