5:52 PM PT -- President Trump and Melania have arrived to pay their respects.

George H.W. Bush is being honored by Washington, D.C.'s biggest power players -- past and present -- as a week-long memorial gets underway.

The State Funeral for our 41st President was held Monday in the Capitol Rotunda and the attendees included H.W.'s veep Dan Quayle, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell and Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.

His son, 43rd Prez George W. Bush was there and seemed to be choking back his emotions at times.

Current VP Mike Pence, Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas and Chief Justice John Roberts also paid their respects.

Monday's ceremony is the start of a week of remembrances for the former Prez, whose body will lie in state until Wednesday -- so there's sure to be a steady stream of dignitaries coming to salute him.

No wonder Cardi B couldn't make it to her court hearing Monday in NYC ... she's hosting a WILD-ASS twerk fest down in Miami.

Okay, it's not a party, she's working ... it just doesn't look like work. The rapper was covered head-to-toe in tiger body paint while shooting a music video. She put in some serious twerk on a floating stripper pole, and when we say twerking ... we mean LOTS OF TWERKING.

Liziane Gutierrez embodies the ol' saying ... find yourself a woman who can do both, because she's showing a lot of fashion range while in Dubai.

The Brazilian model's heating up the sand in the shadow of Dubai's famous Burj Al Arab hotel ... in her own way, of course. Liziane opted for a burka on the beach, at one point, but ya had to know that wouldn't last long. She eventually emerged in a tiny but colorful bikini.

The lady gets around. You'll recall, the last time we saw Liziane showing off her curves was back in the summer, down in her native Brazil where she busted out this little ensemble ... and made sure her girlfriend had plenty of UV protection.

Here's something you don't see every day ... 2 movie stars riding bare-ass nekkid on a scooter -- but when ya do, it sure makes for a good day.

Sebastian Stan -- who plays Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier in the 'Avengers' flicks -- and Irish actress Denise Gough busted out their birthday suits Wednesday morning and hopped on the scooter to cruise through Athens. It's not a dare or a drunken escapade ... they're just filming for the upcoming movie, "Monday."

Check out the gallery ... Sebastian and Denise seem totally at ease riding in the nude. So, they're either great actors or kinda freaky. Or both. They're definitely not shy.
