It used to belong to his grandpa ... but Jeter bought the Greenwood Lake place way back in 2002 -- 'cause, well, it's a dope castle.

Jeets is pretty busy now as a part-owner of the Miami Marlins ... and he says he just doesn't have time for the 6-bedroom, 4-kitchen palace anymore -- so it can be all yours, for a pretty penny.

Colin Kaepernick is staying NFL ready -- training every single day at 5 AM in case he gets the call from a team in the market for a talented, capable, veteran QB.

These pics were shot early Tuesday morning as Kap put in work with his trainer, Josh Hidalgo -- Head of Sports Performance at the Sports Center NYC.

Hidalgo says a typical day for Kap goes like this -- "5 AM on the dot we are on the field, warming up, sprint work, conditioning, throwing, lifting and stretching."

"Then immediately after Kap’s training is done he is off to meetings ... then we are back at it 5 AM on the dot."

On this particular day, Kaepernick attended the 3rd Annual Backpack Drive at We Are Dream, an organization that helps inner-city kids in East Harlem, the South Bronx and Newark.

Kap is suing the NFL for collusion -- claiming he's been blackballed from the league over his national anthem kneeling demonstration.

His friend, Eric Reid, who also took a knee with him, has been hired by the Carolina Panthers -- and ya gotta think it's a good sign for Kap.

Canelo Alvarez and Floyd Mayweather both sat courtside at NBA season openers on Wednesday night. Floyd was at Staples Center taking in the Clippers game while Canelo sat on the floor at MSG for the Knicks.

Knicks beat the Hawks. Clippers lost to the Nuggets.

Floyd was flossin' hard with multiple expensive diamond necklaces. Canelo had a big ol' smile like he just signed a $365-million contract!

Alvarez was also sporting a Dolce & Gabbana sweatshirt and some expensive Balenciaga sneakers.

They weren't the only superstars to support the NBA last night -- the Clips had Billy Crystal and Scooter Braun.

The 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards turned into one big party onstage and off, with the best artists and biggest ballers turning up in South Beach ... showing off their ice, style and swag.

Here they are ... the celebrity Dodger fans who attended Monday's NLCS playoff game -- and were part of the lethargic crowd that Kike Hernandez is partially blaming for the loss.

In case you haven't heard, Kike was quoted after the game saying the lack of energy in the stadium affected the play on the field.

"We had no energy. The stadium had no energy. The fans had no energy," Kike said after the 4-0 shutout loss to the Milwaukee Brewers.

"Overall, it was a pretty bad game for everybody who calls themselves Dodgers.”

So, we decided to see who was in the crowd that night ... and it seems like Mario Lopez, Rebel Wilson, Danny Trejo and Will Ferrell have some serious 'splaining to do.

The Dodgers host the Brewers at Dodger Stadium on Tuesday -- SO, CHUG SOME RED BULL AND COFFEE AND GET BACK OUT THERE!!!

Slash's divorce from his longtime wife Perla got so nasty, she threw a DIVORCE PARTY to celebrate the death of their marriage ... complete with an anti-Slash cake!!

It all went down at Perla's L.A. home on Saturday night -- where everyone was encouraged to dress up as their favorite divorcee ... and the guests came through strong!

Perla dressed up like Zsa Zsa Gabor. One guest dressed like Gwen Stefani. Perla and Slash's son, London, went as Tommy Lee, complete with the stomach tattoo.

London and his band Classless Act even performed at the rager -- with Perla making a cameo on drums.

But, the diss-de-resistance was the cake -- which showed Perla standing on top of a smashed out Slash with the message, "Happy New Beginnings Perla."

The two were married back in 2001 and split in 2014 -- but the divorce just became finalized last month.

Despite the uncoupling, the bad blood is still very real -- in fact, Slash has told Perla she's persona non grata at the Hollywood Palladium Tuesday night, where London and his band are opening up for Slash.

Perla has said she plans to attend the show anyway -- which means Slash has a real decision to make.
