Kaley Cuoco German Olympian Who Struck Horse ... She's 'Classless,' 'Disgusting'
Kaley Cuoco is enraged at the trainer in the Olympics who hit her horse with her fist, calling the move "classless" and "abusive."
Kaley launched hard on Annika Schleu and Kim Raisner from Germany, who tried in vain to get Saint Boy to jump during the event. The coach, Kim Raisner, is also seen in video slapping the horse. She was disqualified for her misconduct.
Bundestrainerin Kim Raisner: "Hau mal richtig drauf. Hau richtig drauf!" Dann schlägt sie selber noch mit der Faust zu (Sekunde 23).@DOSB Das muss Konsequenzen haben.#ARD #Fünfkampf pic.twitter.com/JIBpqEGR6M

Kaley said, "I feel it's my duty and heart to comment on this disgrace. This is not Olympic show jumping. This is a disgusting, classless, abusive representation of our sport in so many ways. this team should be ashamed of themselves." She punctuated her comments with a photo of Schleu.
Kaley, who's an accomplished rider, is married to horse trainer Karl Cook.
And, Kaley wasn't done ... "You and your team did not do your country proud or this sport. You make us look bad. Shame on you and godspeed to any animal that comes in contact with you."
And, there's more ... "Pure classless behavior right here. Disgusting on all levels. This is not our sport. This does not represent our sport, This rider and her 'trainer' are a disgrace."
Kaley ended this way ... "I'll buy that horse outright and show it the life it should have. Name your price."
That would undeniably be a good move for the horse.

Forget eagles and birdies ... baby bears are now clearly the best animal you'll see on a golf course -- 'cause 3 invaded a North Carolina green this month, and it was ADORABLE!!!
The cute scene all went down last Friday in Lake Toxaway ... when a course employee caught three cubs causing quite the scene on one of the holes.
In the footage, you can see as 2 bears wrestled ... another picked a fight with the flagstick, rolling around with the pin and biting the hell out of it!
The shenanigans went on for about a minute ... with the 3 stomping all over the carefully curated grass without a care in the world.
Eventually, the trio of cubs ran off ... which was probably the best news for all of the golfers on the course, as the person who shot the vid said the bears' Mom was close by.
Unclear what golf's rules of play are in this setting ... but probably best to mark down a par and move on to the next hole. Deal?

Ezekiel Elliott Dog Bite Case ... Latest Attack Caught On Video
-
Exclusive
- 1.5K shares
New surveillance video, obtained by TMZ Sports, includes the sound of a woman screaming and begging for help as Ezekiel Elliott's dogs allegedly attacked her in her own backyard last May.
The footage is part of a "dangerous dog" case file on Elliott's Rottweiler, Ace ... and, according to both witnesses and officials in court documents, it shows how Ace and two of the NFL star's other dogs escaped the running back's Frisco, Texas home on May 20 and terrorized neighbors.
The clips -- totaling around 90 seconds -- appear to show a landscaper leaving Elliott's side gate open while exiting the Dallas Cowboys player's property on May 19.
It appears the gate stayed open all night long and into the morning of May 20, when Elliott's dogs are seen walking through it and into the neighborhood.
According to the docs, while in the neighborhood, one man claimed Ace and Elliott's two bulldogs attacked him, leaving him with injuries on his hand, wrist, forearm, thigh and leg.
A woman in the neighboring area says she later found the dogs in the street and brought them into her backyard to keep them safe.
The problem ... she claims the dogs then attacked her -- and says surveillance cameras in her yard captured the audio of the attack.
The woman -- who has since sued Elliott over the incident -- claimed in the court docs she suffered wounds to her finger, forearm, thigh and stomach.
The video from the case file ends with a shot of law enforcement and Elliott in a driveway.
Docs show, though, the alleged dog bites didn't stop there ... with one woman accusing Ace of biting her while trying to feed the dog while it was in quarantine following the May 20 incident.
The case file included pictures of Ace as well as one of the alleged victim's injuries.
Over the weekend, Zeke's attorney Frank Salzano gave us the following statement.
"Mr. Elliott and his representatives are aware of the lawsuit filed on July 30th, which stems from a previously reported incident from May 21st of this year. As Mr. Elliott expressed at that time, he was - and remains concerned - for the party involved."
"However, as in most disputes, there are extenuating circumstances to this matter which will impact the legal proceedings which we are not at liberty to disclose. As such, we have no further comment at this time."
As we previously reported, Elliott was issued three citations over the incident. Ace, meanwhile, was ordered to be removed from the city.

HAWAIIAN AIRLINES DOG DEATH Heat Exhaustion Killed My Pup?!?
-
Exclusive
The owner of the 2-year-old emotional support dog who died while traveling with Hawaiian Airlines believes his pup may have suffered a very painful death ... and he wants authorities to investigate.
The dog, a pit bull named Louis, had a body temperature of 107 degrees and his right paw was bloody with nails worn down to the quick ... according to the necropsy results, obtained by TMZ. For reference, normal body temp for dogs is around 101 or 102.
The owner, Dr. Randall Carpio, says the findings lead him to believe Louis died from heat exhaustion or heat stroke. He also claims the necropsy is missing key details surrounding the death.
He says Hawaiian Airlines ordered the testing while keeping him in the dark about Louis' death.
TMZ broke the story ... Louis died July 21 while traveling from Kona to Honolulu, but Randall says the airline gave him no explanation why.
The dog owner's attorney, Evan Oshan, filed a complaint with the Hawaiian Humane Society, claiming the airline isn't being transparent, and called on the state to investigate. He says the complaint was also sent to the Hawaii Attorney General's office.
In the complaint, obtained by TMZ, Randall says Louis was given a clean bill of health 48 hours before the journey ... and he claims airline agents told him the pup died in the animal holding facility at the Honolulu airport during a layover.
He recently received the dog's ashes and toys, but, obviously, he's looking for more answers.
Hawaiian Airlines tells TMZ ... "Our employees treat pets that fly with us as if they were one of our own, and we are deeply saddened by Louis’ loss. We want to give Dr. Carpio the closure that all pet owners deserve and will continue to be as transparent as possible with his attorney while we conduct an internal investigation."

Ezekiel Elliott Sued Again Over Alleged Dog Attack ... New Accuser Seeking Over $1 Million
-
Exclusive
For the third time in the last 14 months, Ezekiel Elliott is being sued over an alleged dog biting incident ... and this time, the accuser is looking for more than $1 MILLION in damages.
In the new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, Jennifer Gampper claims she's one of Elliott's neighbors and says on May 20, 2021, she was attacked by one of his dogs near his Frisco, Texas-area home.
Gampper claims that while the company Perfect Synthetic Grass (which she's also suing) was performing landscaping work at the residence ... Elliott's pooch escaped the house and attacked her.
In the suit, Gampper says she suffered severe and permanent injuries ... but doesn't get more specific.
Gampper is asking for monetary relief of over $1,000,000.
As for Elliott, his attorney, Frank Salzano tells us he's concerned about Gampper, but that doesn't mean he's at fault.
You'll recall, cops actually investigated the incident ... and said two people were injured in the alleged attack, listing Gampper as one of the "victims" in a report.
Cops added that three of the running back's dogs escaped that day ... and said they ultimately ended up issuing Elliott 3 citations.
As for the dog that allegedly bit Gampper -- Zeke's Rottweiler, Ace -- a court official tells us it had a "dangerous dog hearing" after the incident, and was ultimately required to be removed from the city.
Of course, this is far from the first time Ace and the rest of Elliott's dogs have been accused of being violent.
Remember, back in June 2020, a pool cleaner alleged in a lawsuit that Ace bit her arm and dragged her ... before the 26-year-old's two bulldogs began attacking her legs.
Court records show that case has since been closed. We reached out to the accuser's attorney in that case for further details, but so far, no word back yet.
Elliott was also sued earlier this summer, in June, when a pet resort employee claimed Ace viciously bit him too on March 25, 2021. That case is still playing out in the court system.
Elliott hasn't been shy about his love for his dogs over the years ... hanging with them on his social media pages, and even getting a tattoo of Ace on his arm.

The legendary dog musher was first diagnosed with throat cancer back in 2001 -- and after surgery and radiation therapy, he was cancer-free.
But, Mackey announced on Tuesday via Facebook that the illness is back ... saying, "My winter plans just changed yet again."

"I’m not good about asking for help in any form — but here it goes. I have 8-10 dogs that deserve to race in a top team and 12 more that want to win — this season," Mackey says.
"All do respect to ALL,,,, not looking for sorry,,, just the right people for my dogs on a short term / winter deal ( unless is a team lease- sale )"

Mackey is a legend when it comes to the sport and holds the record for the most consecutive wins ever ... 4 Yukon Quest races (2005-2008) and 4 Iditarod races (2007-2010).

"Had no idea he was gonna make it during the Games," Hendrix tells us.
"Then all of a sudden he's going online saying, 'Hey, I'm making this for Izzy the Frenchie. Things just blew up, man!"
The 27-year-old has made jumpers for several dogs during his time in Tokyo -- saying, "learning to knit and crochet has helped me so much through these Olympics and we won GOLD yesterday."

Rover Dog Sitter Loses Pet on the Job ... Pooch Mysteriously Killed, Owners Devastated
-
Exclusive
- 1.5K shares
A dog sitter screwed up in a big way ... the dog she was caring for was killed, and the owners are crushed and don't believe the woman's story on what really happened.
Ashley Dingess and Nick Roa shared a Chihuahua/Yorkie mix named Gizmo ... they were going to Disneyland over the weekend and booked a dog sitter through Rover ... an app that pairs dog owners with dog sitters.
It went south fast ... Ashley and Nick say the sitter told them the dog ran away, which they say is B.S. because Gizmo is up there in years and had surgery recently on a bum leg, so she couldn't run fast.
The sitter finally fessed up and said she was running errands and the dog somehow escaped ... she may have jumped out the car window, but that's a hard one for Ashley and Nick to swallow. They just don't know and they say the dog sitter has been sketchy from the jump.
Gizmo ended up getting hit by a car and killed at the onramp of a nearby freeway -- and Ashley and Nick were notified of this by a Good Samaritan. Of course, they're devastated and furious ... and contacted Rover to complain.
We're told the company was apologetic and told them to submit their grievances in writing. In the meantime, they say Rover offered them $500 to cover cremations costs ... but to them, that's simply not enough to right this wrong. This is bigger than just money.
Ashley and Nick tell us they want this to serve as a cautionary tale for other pet owners looking to use Rover's services. Unclear if they're planning to take legal action.
A Rover rep tells us. "Our Trust and Safety team is investigating the incident and we are prepared to take appropriate actions, including removing the pet care provider from our community. Pending the outcome of the investigation, we've paused their account on our platform."
They continue, "Our hearts go out to all who loved Gizmo and we will continue to offer our support to his family. This experience is highly unusual on our platform: Over 40 million stays have been booked through Rover, with 97% of reviews receiving 5 stars."

Britney Spears desperately wanted to say "Aloha" to a curly-tailed cutie she spotted on her tropical vacay -- and she excitedly did just that when the opportunity presented itself.
The singer was spotted practically jumping for joy Sunday when she came across a potbellied pig in Hawaii ... where she and her BF, Sam Asghari, have returned for vacation again.
With all her recent conservatorship drama playing out in court, it's been a while since we've seen Brit looking so genuinely giddy as she does here. She completely freaked when she saw someone's pet pig out for a walk on Maui.
Britney bent down to pet and stroke the little guy. Apparently, she's gotten the word ... domesticated pigs are super smart, and make a nice alternative to cats and dogs.
Anyway, here's hoping this guy doesn't end up on a spit over a luau fire pit. Looks like Britney would be heartbroken.

Hawaiian Airlines Emotional Support Dog Dies on Flight Owner Getting No Answers
-
Exclusive
- 7.1K shares
12:51 PM PT -- Hawaiian Airlines has responded, saying, "We are deeply sorry about the passing of our customer’s dog. We shared the necropsy results with the animal’s owner earlier in the week, and we are in the process of returning the dog’s remains."
A 2-year-old emotional support dog is dead ... and the owner wants some answers from Hawaiian Airlines.
The dog, a pit bull named Louis, was apparently supposed to travel in the cargo hold from Kona to Honolulu and then on to Seattle, but the dog never made it. The dog's owner says the airline told him the dog died in Honolulu, but there was no explanation as to what happened.
The dog died July 21, and the owner has been waiting for a necropsy report and information on where the dog was when he died, but so far we're told Hawaiian has been radio silent. The owner, Dr. Randall Carpio, says the airline did indeed perform a necropsy but has not handed the report over to him, only telling him over the phone that the necropsy was inconclusive.
Dr. Carpio also says the airline has not given him the dog's remains.
Dr. Carpio had big plans for Louis. The doctor says the dog had an engaging temperament and demeanor and he was being groomed to provide emotional support to children and the elderly. Dr. Carpio says Louis was actually going to become a member of his medical team to provide support for his patients.
The dog owner's attorney Evan Oshan tells TMZ ... “We want to know how Louis died and if it is discovered that there was any animal neglect or cruelty. We call upon governmental officials to investigate and file necessary charges if appropriate. We are weighing all legal options and will take appropriate measures and seek all legal remedies available under the law to obtain justice for Louis"
The lawyer tells us they're considering all legal options.
We reached out to Hawaiian Airlines for comment ... so far, no word back.
