Cesar Millan Who Let the Dogs Out? A Sorry-Ass Burglar!!!
Cesar Millan has way better home security than a stupid alarm system ... territorial dogs that thwarted a burglary.
Law enforcement sources tell us a prowler showed up at Cesar's home Thursday night, opened the door to his unlocked car parked in his driveway and stole an iPhone, sunglasses and a garage door opener.
Cesar wasn't home, but when his fiancée woke up Friday morning she noticed the garage door was open and items were missing from the car and police were called.
Surveillance footage shows the burglar used the remote to open the garage door -- presumably to gain access to the house -- and was met by several of Cesar's pooches who were none too pleased to see him. The dogs chased the perp away.
As for the stuff the guy took ... the loss comes to around $1,300. The burglar's still at large but cops have the edge with the video.
Throw those dogs a bone!

Zac and Alexandra don't look too shabby either.

John Oliver to Mike Pence My Bunny Book's Better Than Yours ... Score 1 for Gay Bundo
John Oliver has mastered the art of trolling, and with the help of a now best-selling gay rabbit ... he's making a laughingstock of Vice President Mike Pence's children's book.
Oliver's new children's book, "A Day in the Life of Marlon Bundo," is currently the No. 1 best selling book on Amazon. It's basically a satirical send-up of Pence's book, starring Bundo ... but, of course, the Veep's bunny is not out. It's also down at No. 4 on best sellers.
The "Last Week Tonight" host released his bunny tale on Sunday, a day before Pence's release -- to directly compete with the VP -- and, let's be honest, to troll the hell out of his conservative views on LGBT rights.
Oliver's got him beat in the overall category, and in Children's books, where both the hard cover and the Kindle version are dominating over Pence's version.
Yes, you could say John has pulled a rabbit out of his hat.

BTW, the OG Marlon doesn't seem upset about the competition or the gay plot twist in Oliver's book. After all, the comedian's donating proceeds from his book to LGBT friendly organizations.

'Crazy Alien' Matthew Morrison Outraged Over Animal Abuse Video ... PETA Demands Action
Matthew Morrison, the star of "Crazy Alien," is outraged and disgusted by the abuse of a dog on the film's set ... and says if he was there, he would've made every effort to stop it.
TMZ obtained a clip of a German Shepherd locked in a cage that was suspended high above the ground. The cage was then violently spun around and hurled into a freezing bed of water. We're told the scene was shot several times.
Morrison said of the incident, "I've just been made aware and seen a video from the set of a film I worked on in China. My heart is broken to see any animal treated this way. Had I been on set or known about this, I would have made all efforts to stop this. I've called the producers to express my outrage."
A spokesperson for PETA -- who provided the clip to TMZ -- tells us they want the film's cast and producers held accountable and are demanding the following:
--The scene be cut.
-- Director Hao Ning to commit to never working with live animals again.
-- The cast, including Morrison to donate their salaries to animal-protection charities in China.
-- The current condition of the dog used.
"Crazy Alien" is currently in post-production, a release date has not been made.

Stan Lee Missing Pooch Found & Returned By NFL Legend Jim Brown!!!
Stan Lee needed a real-life superhero to find and return his lost dog. Enter the immortal football legend, Jim Brown, who proved not all heroes wear capes.
Sources close to Stan tell TMZ ... the comic book legend's Mini Pomeranian, Charlotte, went missing last week, though it's unclear how she got loose. In any case, Stan's peeps canvassed the Hollywood Hills neighborhood where he lives and his business partner Keya Morgan posted "Lost Dog" flyers everywhere.
A few days passed, but the posters garnered zero leads ... leaving Stan resigned to the idea Charlotte was gone for good. But, not so fast.
We're told the NFL Hall of Famer and his wife, Monique -- who live about a mile away from Stan -- found Charlotte in their yard ... scared with no collar. The couple sprung into action ... first firing off an email to a bunch of their neighbors, but that fetched no clues.
The Browns were undeterred, and brought Charlotte to a vet, who found a microchip planted near her neck, but, again, no luck there either because the chip wasn't registered.
The Browns then went old school and canvassed several neighborhoods and BAM ... they saw the posters, called the number and just like that, Charlotte was reunited with Stan.
No word on whether Jim gets a reward!

United Airlines Dead Dog Triggers NYC Criminal Probe
United Airlines is now under the microscope in a third state, as law enforcement in NY take a closer look at how that French bulldog died in an overhead compartment ... TMZ has learned.
A rep for the Queens District Attorney's Office tells us they're now looking into the matter and currently reviewing the facts to determine if there is a prosecutable case in their jurisdiction. The United flight where Kokito died ... took off from Houston and landed at LaGuardia Airport, in Queens County.
As we reported ... the Harris County, Texas D.A. has launched its own investigation, which is in the hands of a police animal cruelty task force.
In addition, Illinois is home to United's headquarters ... so that state would have jurisdiction if and when Kokito's owners file a civil lawsuit.

United Airlines Dead Dog Triggers Criminal Investigation
The death of the dog that was placed in the overhead bin on a United Airlines flight has triggered a criminal investigation.
The Harris County, Texas D.A. has assigned the case to the animal cruelty division.
The D.A. did not disclose the target of the investigation. As we reported, the flight attendant who ordered the dog owner to place her pet carrier in the overhead says she was unaware there was a dog inside. The odd thing is ... the dog was barking loud enough for passengers to hear for a prolonged period of time before it died.
United has apologized, but that clearly is not the end of this story.

Tomi Lahren Me, Kick My Dog? Bitch, Please!!! (Even Though I Said I Did)
Tomi Lahren's probably better off reading from a teleprompter, because she now says the social media post about kicking her dog was a joke that just fell on deaf ears.
We got Tomi at LAX Wednesday and asked her point-blank ... did she actually kick her dog, Kota, 5 times because she was making too much noise during Tomi's appearance on "FOX & Friends"? Remember, it was Tomi's own video of herself berating her dog for loudly chewing a bone that got her in trouble, anyway.
Tomi denied abusing Kota, and said anyone with some logic would know she was joking.
She claims people are overreacting -- to HER SAYING she kicked her dog -- and did her best to prove she's a loving pet owner. Tomi tried to chalk this all up to a slow news day, but truth is the timing of her "joke" sucked.
Unless, somehow, she hadn't heard about United's dog issues.

United Airlines New Pet Carrier Policy Coming After Dead Dog Tragedy
United Airlines says its flight attendant did not hear or understand the woman whose dog was placed in an overhead bin -- but it's taking new steps to avoid a repeat disaster ... TMZ has learned.
United tells us by April it will start issuing "bright colored bag tags to customers traveling with in-cabin pets." The idea is the visual tag on a pet carrier will help flight attendants know for sure when someone's traveling with an animal.
The airline says that's exactly what didn't happen in the case of Catalina Robledo and her French bulldog, Kokito. United says after speaking to passengers and crew members, it believes Catalina did tell the flight attendant she had a dog in her tote bag carrier -- but the flight attendant "did not hear or understand [Catalina]."
United also repeated its earlier statement ... that the flight attendant did not knowingly place the dog in the overhead bin.

Olivia Munn I'll Never Fly United ... Nobody Should!!!
Olivia Munn's had it with United Airlines, and vows to never fly with the company after its latest debacle ... which involved the death of a poor dog.
We got the actress at LAX Wednesday, who tells us she's done with United not only because it can't take care of animals ... but also because of its recent history of not being able to take care of all its human passengers.
Olivia's strongly encouraging everyone to stop flying with the airline, and not just for now -- but for good.
As we reported ... United Airlines may be on the hook for big damages over the death of a family's French Bulldog, Kokito, after a flight attendant shockingly made the dog stay in the overhead compartment.
United had another huge scandal after a doctor was violently dragged off a plane last April.

Tomi Lahren My Dog Nearly Ruined My TV Appearance So, I Kicked It!!!
Tomi Lahren says she kicked her dog multiple times because it was making too much noise during her appearance on national TV.
Tomi's made her career on saying shocking things, but this might be her coup de grace. The "FOX & Friends" contributor posted video Wednesday morning of the dog, Kota, playfully wagging its tail while she berated the pup for chewing a bone loudly.
Bad timing, for Tomi apparently ... because she says she had to "kick her about 5 times during the show." Can't tell if she's serious, but if she is ... it's definitely her most heinous act yet.
We're hoping Kota's wagging tail is a sign she wasn't actually abused. We're reaching out to Tomi for comment.
If she was kicking her pet, Tomi covered it up pretty well during her FOX hit.

United Airlines On the Hook for Big Damages Over Dead Dog
-
EXCLUSIVE
United Airlines apparently thinks a ticket refund will make its latest scandal go away, but we've learned it may be on the hook for a lot more.
As you know, a flight attendant shockingly ordered a passenger to put her dog, Kokito, in the overhead compartment and after prolonged, panicked barking, the dog died.
Under Illinois law, where the airline is based, the woman could not only get the value of the animal but money for "emotional distress suffered by the owner." In addition, the dog owner could get up to $25,000 in punitive damages if a jury determines the dog died from abuse or neglect on the part of the flight attendant.
The French Bulldog was 10 months old and the family had posted numerous photos of the dog with the family on social media.
The reality ... even if United has to pay $30,000, or $50,000 or more ... this is a public relations disaster of epic proportions, especially given the airline's recent statement that all of its employees would be required to attend 4 hours of "compassion training." The move was a direct response to the horrific incident where a doctor was dragged off a plane.
