Ray J and Princess Love are pinching pennies when it comes to their once lost, but now found pooch ... this according to a new lawsuit.
The estranged couple is being sued by Eddie Macione, who claims he found their lost dog, Boogati, but hasn't seen a dime of the $20,000 reward he says they were offering.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Macione claims he found the pup wandering Woodland Hills in early April 2019 with no identification tags. Macione says he cared for the dog for weeks until he saw our story about Ray J and Princess dangling $20K for Boogati's return, no questions asked. The next day he says he called the number listed on the reward postings and returned the pooch.
In the docs, Macione says Ray J and Princess have refused to fork over any dough and are using their fame to "frighten" him from pursuing the reward. The lawsuit doesn't specify what they allegedly did to scare Macione.
Now, the guy's going after Ray and Princess for the full $20,000 plus damages.
We reached out to Ray J ... so far, no word back.

Central Park 'Karen' Gets Her Dog Back ... 10 Days After Calling Cops on Black Man
Amy Cooper -- infamously dubbed Central Park "Karen" after calling the police to lie and say a black man was attacking her -- now has her dog back ... just 10 days after her phony call.
The animal rescue, Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel Rescue Inc., announced a vet determined the dog was perfectly healthy and -- after law enforcement refused to take the dog in their custody -- decided to return the dog at the owner's request.
You'll recall, action was swift back on Memorial Day after Amy retaliated against a black man in the harshest way possible after the man, a bird watcher, complained her dog was off-leash despite a law requiring dogs to be on-leash in Central Park from 9 AM to 9 PM.
As we reported ... what happened next is one of the most disgusting acts you'll see after she asks the man to stop recording her. He didn't. She then threatened to call NYPD and "tell them there's an African-American man threatening my life."
The video spread like fire ... and it wasn't long before she was shamed into returning the dog to the animal rescue. She also issued an apology before the financial firm where she worked at firing her saying, "We do not tolerate racism of any kind at Franklin Templeton."

'Tiger King' Star Jeff Lowe Carole's Getting Ghosts with Zoo ... Indian Burial Ground?!?
-
Exclusive
Carole Baskin is getting more than she bargained for now that she's won control of Joe Exotic's old zoo -- Jeff Lowe says it's got at least one skeleton in the closet!!! Like, for real.
Jeff and his wife, Lauren, told us Carole's court victory is a little hollow for her, because she won't inherit any of the exotic animals you saw in the 'Tiger King' series -- they're all going to Jeff's new zoo. She's essentially getting a giant dirt lot, with some bamboo shoots, in Wynnewood, OK.
Jeff says the only bonus for Baskin is the remains of a young Native American boy buried on the property, as if Carole hasn't heard enough buzz about buried bodies.
As we reported, Carole won a $1 million judgment against Joe and his mother way back when, but Baskin never got the bread. Now, the judge says Joe's transfer of the zoo land to his mom and Jeff was fraudulent, so the judge granted Carole control of the land to help satisfy the outstanding $1 mil.
Jeff and Lauren aren't ticked about the decision at all. They told us why Carole actually deserves the land, in their opinion.
Now, back to the human remains -- Jeff hinted there's more than one skeleton on the land that used to belong to a Native American tribe. You gotta see what happened when we pressed him for more -- turns out the Lowes have a reality show in the works.
As for what it'll be about ... check out Wednesday's "TMZ Live" (showtimes). We can tease just as well as Lauren and Jeff!

Carole Baskin Taking Over Joe Exotic's Old Zoo!!! Judge Gives Jeff Lowe the Boot

Joe Exotic isn't gonna sleep well tonight -- his nemesis, Carole Baskin, now has control of the Oklahoma zoo that used to be his, thanks to a judge's ruling.
The short story is Carole won a $1 million judgment against Joe and his mom many years ago, but she never got the dough. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge said Joe's transfer of the zoo land to his mother and Jeff Lowe was fraudulent. So, now the judge is granting Carole control of the land to help satisfy that $1 mil judgment from the old trademark lawsuit.
The federal judge's ruling says Jeff has 120 days to get himself and all of the animals off the property. You'll recall, he had just re-opened last month and renamed the zoo, Tiger King Park.
Doesn't sound like Jeff is too busted up about the loss of land. He and his wife, Lauren, tell TMZ, "We have long anticipated that the judge would eventually undo the 2016 land transfer. We are thankful that he dragged out his decision this long and allowed us time to complete the new Tiger King Park in Thackerville Oklahoma, behind the World’s largest casino."
If you hadn't heard, Jeff was already planning to ditch Joe's old Tiger King Park property in Wynnewood, OK.
Jeff and Lauren continued, "Considering [Carole] spent approximately 2.5M chasing her 1M judgment, we congratulate her on her new acquisition of 16 acres in rural Oklahoma."
They took one parting shot, saying, "The possibility of human remains being buried on this land should make her feel right at home."
Yeah, we think Joe would second that emotion.

'Guardian' Dog Finds Forever Home!!!

Exclusive

8:14 AM PT -- Here's some good news we can all use right about now ... the pup's been adopted!!! We're told Guardian was adopted by the third person in line at the shelter, and is going to a loving family. Awesome!
The adorable, loyal dog that was found standing guard by his dead sister is heading for a much happier ending, hopefully ... a family's coming to adopt him.
As we reported ... the Catahoula mix was found in Texas last week by Kingsville-Kleberg Health Department Animal Control & Care Center officials when they responded to a call of a dog carcass along a stretch of highway.
The little guy refused to leave the side of the deceased pup, believed to be his sister, seemingly to protect her, before being rescued himself. He was appropriately named Guardian.
Since then, Guardian -- who's just 6-12 months old -- has been in the care of the Kingsville-Kleberg animal control workers, who tell TMZ they've received more than 100 inquiries from people and rescue groups about wanting to adopt the viral pooch.
We're told the first person who called expressing interest in giving Guardian a loving home was a woman who said she's had dogs her whole life and can provide him all he needs ... including other pet dogs so Guardian can have some lifelong pals.
The animal control staff says the woman has an appointment to come meet Guardian Friday at 8 AM, and fully intends to pay for his shots and the adoption fee ... and take him home with her.
If it doesn't work out for some reason, we're told there's another potential adopter who can also meet him Friday morning, and clearly ... a lot more dog lovers who'd love to have him in their home, as well.
Here's wishing Guardian -- and his new family -- the very best.

Central Park 'Karen' White Woman Calls Cops on Black Man ... FIRED From Her Job

Exclusive Details

11:40 AM PT -- 5/26 Franklin Templeton has just announced Cooper's been fired from her job. The company said, "Following our internal review of the incident in Central Park [Monday], we have made the decision to terminate the employee involved, effective immediately." The investment firm doubled down ... "We do not tolerate racism of any kind at Franklin Templeton."
5:36 AM PT -- 5/26 -- "Karen" has been put on administrative leave by her employer, an investment company, in the wake of the video surfacing. The company, Franklin Templeton, said, "We take these matters very seriously, and we do not condone racism of any kind."
The woman, whose real name is Amy Cooper, said Monday, "I sincerely and humbly apologize to everyone, especially to that man, his family ... It was unacceptable and I humbly and fully apologize to everyone who's seen that video, everyone that's been offended," adding, "everyone who thinks of me in a lower light and I understand why they do."
8:02 PM PT -- It appears "Karen" was shamed into returning her adopted rescue. The Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel Rescue, Inc. -- where she reportedly adopted the pup in March 2018 -- said just hours after "Karen" went viral, she "voluntarily surrendered the dog in question to our rescue while this matter is being addressed ... the dog is now in our rescue's care and he is safe and in good health."
This is a disgusting case of Karen-ing caught on video -- a white woman calling the police and pretending a black man is attacking her ... when he really just asked her to leash her dog.
This went down Monday in NYC's Central Park ... and the video starts with the woman attempting to leash her dog, but then she quickly walks toward the man recording the video ... who'd complained her dog was off-leash. All dogs are required to be on-leash, by law, in Central Park from 9AM-9PM.
What happened next is really heinous to watch play out -- she asked the man to stop recording her, which he didn't. She then threatened to call NYPD and "tell them there's an African-American man threatening my life."
The man encouraged her to call and, of course, she did and carried out her threat ... which you have to see. The woman started yelling, and used a high-pitched, hurried tone -- trying to make it sound like she was in imminent danger.
It worked. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... NYPD responded around 8 AM, but when they arrived both parties had left, so no tickets, no arrests. We're told the initial call dispatch put out to officers was for a "possible assault."
Well, the cops didn't get her, but with the video getting around on social media ... the woman is, deservedly, getting dragged online. Several people believe they've ID'd her and her dog. BTW, the woman was also dragging/choking her poor dog during her phony-baloney rant to cops.
Aside from the harmful, blatant lie about a fellow citizen ... she also wasted NYPD resources at a time when the city is still recovering from being the coronavirus epicenter.
Like we said ... disgusting.

Pet Python Bites Hand That Feeds ... Wraps Around Owner in a Flash!!!
A huge snake clamped onto a woman's hand, and then tried to put a death grip on her arm and leg in a matter of seconds ... and the whole battle is on video.
Check out this gnarly clip showing a woman -- who seems familiar with the python -- get attacked as soon as she lets it out of its tank. The snake bites down on her hand and then starts to curl itself around her entire arm.
At first, she tries to keep her cool and almost acts as if she's gonna handle the sitch on her own -- but things quickly escalated as the python wrapped itself even tighter, which prompted her to ask for help. Too little, too late it would seem.
Just a few seconds later, the snake latched onto her leg and started to coil even more ... which sent the woman into panic mode -- not to mention the guy who's trying to get it the hell off of her. Amid the chaos, the video finally cuts out.
It's unclear where or when exactly this happened, or what happened after this whole mishap -- but on its face, the message seems clear ... do NOT play with pythons!!!
As Indiana Jones once said ... anything but snakes 😬

Two-Faced Kitten 'Biscuits & Gravy' Janus Cat Dies ... 4 Days After Birth
A two-faced kitten who was born in Oregon this past week has died just four days later ... despite a hard-fought battle to pull through.
The rare feline phenom -- which is often referred to as a Janus cat -- was part of a litter of six kittens that popped out in Albany on Wednesday, and the owner, Kyla King, noticed one of them had two mugs on one giant head. She named the kitty Biscuits and Gravy.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Kyla and her family documented B&G's development over the next few days, showing off their attempts to feed the kitten -- which proved incredibly difficult, on account of it being able to feed itself out of both faces -- as well as it playing and napping with its siblings.
The owners say Biscuit (its short name) was actually able to eat pretty decently, but he simply wouldn't grow ... and had trouble carrying its head, which was too big for its body.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
In the end, the cat died of natural causes -- with Kyla writing ... "This photo was taken about an hour before Biscuits died. Kyla gave up 3 1/2 days of her life to put all of her efforts into saving him. He was born with the longest of odds and by living nearly 4 days, he beat those odds."
She added, "We thank all of you who have been so kind, prayed, and wished the best for Biscuits and Gravy. So many of you care and wanted to follow his progress, and said some very nice things to and about us. We will never forget your kindness!"
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
It's not uncommon for Janus cats like these to have short lifespans -- they simply have too many internal complications for prolonged good health. One exception though ... 15-year-old Frank and Louie, AKA Frankenlouie. He toughed it out for a long time, and died in 2014.
RIP

LAPD Horse Ditches Cop Rider ... Evades 'Arrest' on Venice Beach
An LAPD horse went from trusty steed to fugitive on the run on Venice Beach this weekend after it somehow lost its police officer rider ... then tried to make a clean getaway.
The wild scene went down Saturday, and it starts out with a cop who somehow came off the saddle and attempted to run down the free-spirited stallion in the sand -- to no avail. It looks like the horse might be freaked out by all the people who gathered around.
Yeah, that probably didn't help ... it quickly became a spectacle.
Eventually, the big fella found his fellow horse pal standing calmly nearby with its own rider mounted on top ... and he finally settled down enough for the frantic officer to catch up and rein him in, literally. The horse stopped putting up a fight and allowed itself to be led away.
What's crazy is that once the horse was away from the massive audience, it still was being a little stubborn and jittery. But, alas, the cowboy cop broke the bronco once more ... and got back on the horse.
No official word on if they rode off into the sunset together -- probably not, it was still around mid-afternoon here.

Adolf Hitler Rumored 'Pet Alligator' Dies at 84
An alligator rumored to have once belonged to Adolf Hitler has died at quite a remarkably old age.
The reptile -- who goes by Saturn -- recently passed away in the care of the Moscow Zoo, which he called home since the 1940s after he was discovered by British soldiers and gifted to the facility shortly thereafter ... once Germany suffered defeat in WWII, of course.
Saturn is actually said to have survived a bombing at the Berlin Zoo back in 1943 -- where he had been living after being shipped there from America in the mid-'30s -- and somehow lived among the ruins until he was found again in 1946. After that, Russia was his new home.
For some reason ... rumors swirled in Moscow that the alligator might've once been part of Hitler's personal collection of exotic animals. The Moscow Zoo says it became an urban legend but doesn't elaborate on why something like that might've even been thought.
Вчера утром наш миссисипский аллигатор Сатурн умер от старости. Ему было около 84 лет – крайне почтенный возраст. Московскому зоопарку выпала честь содержать Сатурна 74 года. Он видел многих из нас детьми. Надеемся, что мы его не разочаровали. pic.twitter.com/UigsB8xwBv
— Московский Зоопарк (@moscowzoo) May 23, 2020 @moscowzoo
Whatevs ... the scaly creature lived out the rest of its days in Moscow's care, and apparently -- he was a very good, but also cantankerous boy. Of the animal, the Zoo writes ... "He was fussy about food and loved being massaged with a brush. If he didn’t like something, he would gnaw on the concrete decorations." He had a diet of rabbits, rats and fish.
Now, the Zoo doesn't confirm whether the Hitler story is true or not -- the theory could never be proven -- but they do defend Saturn's rep by saying ... regardless of who he might've belonged to, an animal's an animal, and shouldn't be judged by any human action.
The alligator was 84.
RIP?

Brody Jenner Not Back With Kaitlynn Carter ... Just Co-Parenting Dogs
-
Exclusive

Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter may SEEM like they're rekindling a lost romance, but they're not getting back together ... instead, they're just co-parenting pooches.
Here's the deal ... fans have noticed Brody and Kaitlynn lookin' pretty chummy recently -- BJ was the muscular hunk in the reflection of one of KC's snaps, and they both posted similar photos from the same beach -- but we've learned there's nothing brewing, other than a new dog in the mix.
Sources close to the famous exes tell TMZ ... Brody and Kaitlynn have hung out and bumped into each other a few times, but it's NOT a sign they're getting back together.
When Brody and Kaitlynn were "married" -- it was never a real marriage, there was a ceremony in Indonesia but they never made it legal -- they shared 3 dogs together ... Radar, Tank and Shoey.
Our sources say Brody and Kaitlynn had an agreement when they split ... he would take the dogs full time, and she had visiting rights.
We're told Kaitlynn adopted a new dog, Dash, a couple months ago and wanted to introduce the pup to the pooches she co-parents with Brody, so the exes set up a meet-and-greet for the dogs.
They all hit it off -- the dogs, not Brody and Kaitlynn -- freaking out and playing like good boys and girls.
Brody and Kaitlynn are getting along too ... we're told they said hello and were friendly when the bumped into each other at the beach in Malibu, in what sources say was not a scheduled hangout.
The exes are both moving on, but we're told there's no bad blood ... Brody was spotted quarantining with a UCSB grad and witnesses say Kaitlynn went on a date this week with Amber Heard's ex, Kristopher Brock.
Bottom line for Brody and Kaitlynn ... they'll continue to be in each other's lives because of their dogs and families, but that doesn't mean they're getting back together.

'Guardian' Dog Stands By & Protects Sister Pup's Body ... On Side of the Road
A loyal dog was found standing guard over another fellow pup's dead body after it was apparently hit by a car and left on the side of a road in Texas.
The Catahoula mix was found by Kingsville-Kleberg Health Department Animal Control & Care Center officials, who responded to a call Friday for a dog carcass that'd been left along what looks to be a stretch of a highway. They came upon this little guy, whom they named Guardian, as he was standing beside the deceased dog, seemingly protecting it.
The Animal Control workers took photos of Guardian as they tried approaching, and it appears he was dead set on not letting anyone near -- at least not at first.
The agency says, "This was the scene our Animal Control Officers drove up to. This boy wasn't going to let anyone mess with his sister. Our ACOs had a hard time convincing him everything was going to be alright and they were there to help him." They added, "This call was one of the most heart wrenching for our staff, but we thought we'd share some behind-the-scene images of situations they are faced with on a regular basis."
Eventually, Guardian came around and let the humans take care of him and his apparent sibling. He's now hanging out at the Animal Control facility there, and is set to be put up for adoption if no one claims him by next week. He's a youngster too -- just 6-12 months old.
It seems someone might've already seen this story and shown interest in taking Guardian home -- 'cause later ... Kingsville honchos said they'd already scheduled an adoption -- assuming a rightful owner doesn't come forward before Friday. The dog is currently listed as a stray -- but he's certainly being taken care of now, and seems to be happy at the moment.
Pretty sad that one dog died here, but it's incredible to see how another one responded to its passing. Just goes to show ... these animals have extraordinary capacity for emotion.

Things were going smoothly at first for the young lady groomer, Kali Lander, but as she made her way to the bulldog's hind legs ... he got WAY too excited and hopped on her back.

'Empire' Star Bryshere Gray You and Your Pooch Were Terrors ... Landlords Claim Thousands in Damages
-
Exclusive

Bryshere Gray's in the dog house ... his landlord claims the "Empire" star's dog caused tons of damage in his apartment, and now he's suing the actor for the cost of the repairs ... but a rep for the actor says the suit's unnecessary, because he'll take care of it.
Vinod Venugopal and Payal Shah sued the actor -- AKA Yazz, AKA Hakeem Lyon on the FOX show -- in Chicago, claiming Gray and his pooch were terrors in the building.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the landlords say they rented Gray a condo inside their four-unit Chicago complex back in August 2019. They claim Gray, among other things, left his dog inside the condo for extended periods of time. They also claim the dog was left unattended in common areas in the complex and urinated and defecated all over the place.
The landlords claim the urine and feces significantly damaged the hardwood floors, stairs and other parts of the property. What's more ... the landlords claim Gray jumps in and out of windows, clogged the toilets by flushing down condoms, smoked weed in the place when smoking's not allowed under the lease, and engaged in unsanitary activity including, but not limited to, eating breakfast in one of the bathrooms.
There are pictures attached to the lawsuit showing the alleged damages, including the alleged plate of breakfast in the bathroom.
The total cost of repairs ... the landlords claim $26,120. The landlords say they reached out to Gray's team to settle the dispute but claim their demands fell on deaf ears. So, they're now suing for the damages and want $7,000 on top of that to cover their attorneys' fees.
We've reached out to Gray's team and his manager, Charlie Mac, tells TMZ ... Gray was diagnosed with ADHD some years ago "and unfortunately this [is] a result of that." Mac goes on to say, "He's a great person and it will be taken care of. It will be handled."
Mac added, "There is money inside of his security deposit that should rectify whatever issues the landlord has. [It's] sad that the landlord has chosen this way to handle this but we will do what is needed to make sure it is taken care of."
