Paris Hilton's Tiny Dog Broker Teacup Dog Broker Accused of Puppy Scam ... But Pooch Co. Calls BS

Paris Hilton and Kelly Osbourne's broker who specializes in tiny dogs has been accused in a police report of "fraud as result of a scam."

The customer who filed the report tells us she bought a teacup Maltese from Betty's Teacup Puppies for $7,150 May 23, and was assured the pooch would be delivered by June 1. She says time was of the essence because she was giving the dog to her brother who was leaving the country.

The woman says the broker reneged when she called and said the dog was too small to deliver by the deadline. So, the customer demanded her money back the the broker allegedly told her to pound sand.

The broker admits she couldn't meet the June 1 deadline, but tells us her contracts clearly state no refunds ... if you pay for a dog, you get a dog. She tells us she'll gladly send a dog to the disgruntled customer.

10:15 AM PT -- We're told the customer just agreed to take a partial refund from Betty's in order to resolve the dispute.

Mika Brzezinski My Bitches Got My Back!!!

Mika Brzezinski has gone to the dogs -- in a good way -- after Donald Trump viciously attacked her.

The MSNBC anchor was out walking her 2 pooches Thursday in NYC ... with a curious letter emblazoned on her sweatshirt.

In case you've been under a rock all day ... Trump went on a tantrum Thursday morning, calling Mika stupid and crazy before saying she was "bleeding badly from a face-lift."

Mika was back to normal just a few hours later.

Mika: 1, Trump: less than 0.

World's Ugliest Dog Contest Crowns Winner ... Martha the Mastiff!!!

The top dog at this year's World's Ugliest Dog contest was also huge -- a 125 lb. Neapolitan Mastiff named Martha ... but she had some tough competition.

The 29th annual contest held in Petaluma, CA featured 14 of the world's ugliest canines, who competed for a trophy and a $1,500 prize. Now that Martha's the winner ... expect to see her on all the morning talk shows.

Martha stood out from the crowd of older smaller dogs who normally dominate the competition ... and was a fave from the start. Moe, a 16-year-old Brussels Griffon-pug mix who was the oldest in the contest, came in second.

Julia Roberts Lost Dog Found & Returned ... Thanks to Neighborhood App

Julia Roberts' dog once was lost, but now is found and back in her yard ... thanks to her neighbor and a mobile app that connects everyone in her hood.

Someone in Julia's Malibu community found her chocolate lab, Major, earlier this month at Little Dume Beach near Point Dume in Malibu ... and then posted the news using Nextdoor -- an online social network specifically for neighbors.

The post read "Found Chocolate Lab," which was listed in the Lost & Found section of Nextdoor's Point Dume page. Sure enough ... Julia's husband, Daniel Moder, responded and got the contact info of the person who found Major.

A neighbor tells us the pup was safely returned. Happy ending for everyone. Woof!

Kim Kardashian New Pups Look Like Micro Poms, BUT ...

Kim Kardashian seemed to go all micro when she bought 2 Pomeranians for her daughter and niece, but turns out she took a much safer route.

Kim posted this pup pic, showing off the pooches she got North and Penelope. Micro Poms -- which are sometimes under 3 pounds -- carry with them serious health issues, including underdeveloped organs, diabetes, as well as thyroid and breathing problems.

We checked around and even though the Poms look super tiny, we're told they're not micro, based on facial features and their coats. The dogs are teacup Poms.

Life expectancy for teacup Poms are 7 to 14 years, so North and Penelope could enjoy their pups well into their teens.

The legendary "Star Trek" actor is in Stockholm shooting for his new comedy/reality show "Better Late Than Never" ... and showed off his skills as a bunny handler. Spoiler alert -- he wasn't great at it.

Rabbit show jumping is big in Sweden -- kind of like the Westminster Dog Show in the U.S.

Shatner and his fellow cultural icons on the show -- Henry Winkler, Terry Bradshaw and George Foreman -- all took part in the rabbit racing and looked like they had a blast. As usual, host Jeff Dye was their guide.

Amazon Sued Over Hoverboard Fire Burned Down House, Incinerated Dogs

A California family is suing Amazon for allegedly selling them a hoverboard with a cheap battery that caught fire and burned down their home and incinerated their 2 beloved pooches, Bella and Boo.

The family claims Amazon sold them a hoverboard for Christmas, 2015, with a substandard battery and a manual instructing them to "store the scooter indoors."

A month later they say they left the scooter charging inside their home and came back to find the home engulfed in flames as firefighters tried in vain to revive Bella and Boo on their front lawn.

A day after their home burned down, the family claims a worried neighbor who had purchased the same hoverboard called Amazon's customer service line and was instructed to 86 the scooter.

The family says even worse ... the company issued an alert warning of the danger, but never notified them.

We reached out to Amazon ... a rep says they have no comment.

Michael Jackson Estate Hey, Lifetime & Netflix ... Make Your Movies, Just No MJ Tunes

The new Lifetime and Netflix movies about Michael Jackson and his pet monkey, Bubbles, won't feature any of MJ's music if they know what's good for them.

Sources close to Michael Jackson's estate tell TMZ the new flicks, 'Searching for Neverland' and the recently announced animated feature, "Bubbles," are not authorized -- therefore, they're not allowed to use ANY of Michael's materials ... especially his music.

We're told MJ's estate is holding off on legal action for now, but if they hear anything like, oh let's say "Billie Jean," "Thriller," "Beat It," "Rock with You," "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" or any of his hits ... they'll round up the lawyers.

The reason they're not heading to court now? The estate reps haven't seen the movies. 'Searching for Neverland' drops next week, though, so things could change by Monday.

Here's the real question ... can a movie about Michael Jackson even exist without his music, his videos or his pictures? We think not. Soooo, good luck with that, guys.

'Pee-wee's Playhouse' Actor Jambi the Genie Accused of Threatening to Kill Dog

John Paragon, the actor who played Jambi the Genie on "Pee-wee's Playhouse," is being accused by a neighbor of repeatedly screaming at her to "shut her f***ing dog up!!!" and he tells TMZ ... guilty as charged.

We spoke with John, who says the 200 pound, white dog barks "incessantly" and numerous neighbors have complained, to no avail. He admits he's screamed at her to "shut the f***ing dog up," and she responded by flipping him off. He says he's never nor would he threaten her physically.

John says he's filed police reports and he and various neighbors have complained to animal control and a hearing is set for June.

She also says the alleged harassment has been going on for years ... back in 2014, she says she was playing bean bags with some friends and John began screaming, "Stop throwing those f***ing bags. F*** you."

United Airlines Would-Be World's Biggest Rabbit Dies Onboard Flight to U.S.

United Airlines is catching more flak this week after a rabbit set to become the world's biggest bunny died on-board one of its flights.

The 3-foot bunny named Simon reportedly died Monday night on a United flight from Heathrow to O'Hare -- yes, really.

The breeder, Annette Edwards, says Simon was healthy before boarding ... but was found dead in the plane's cargo hold upon landing. It was reportedly on its way to a new celeb owner in the States.

The rabbits cost around $6,400 to raise, and Edwards sells them for $640 a pop. Simon, who was 10 months old, was expected to surpass his 4-foot, 4-inch dad ... and snag the record for world's biggest.

United -- which is already dealing with a PR nightmare -- reportedly said it was saddened to hear this news and that it's trying to determine why Simon died.

IT'S A SIXTH SENSE
TMZ.com

Cesar Millan's a firm believer in dogs' ability to sniff out earthquake danger ... especially after the video of one pooch fleeing during the big one Monday in Chile.

The 'Dog Whisperer' was leaving Madeo in WeHo when we asked him about the dachshund caught in the 7.1 magnitude shaker. Cesar said it's no old wives' tale ... dogs are tuned in to this kinda stuff, and they're not the only ones. He added ... all of this is old news, if ya live on a farm.

City folk. Whatcha gonna do with 'em?

Chile Earthquake Little Hot Dog Runs for Life

The moment a massive earthquake struck off the coast of Chile Monday an adorable little dog sprang into action ... running for his life.

The harrowing moment was captured on video by a guy in Valparaiso, Chile -- the 7.1 magnitude quake struck 22 miles off the coast of the port city. He was outside on his deck when the shaking hit and the pup, looks like a dachshund, started barking and sprinting.

The dog eventually makes it into the apartment and finds its owners. There are no immediate reports of damage or serious injuries.

They say dogs can supposedly sense when earthquakes are coming, so maybe the little guy was trying to warn everyone.
