Beckhams to Los Angeles: Bite Me!
Things are heating up in the kitchen between Victoria and David Beckham -- and "Hell's Kitchen" star Gordon Ramsay -- literally!
The swanky British power couple and the foul-mouthed reality TV chef are planning to open a restaurant in Los Angeles.
Oh, yes, Posh is a woman who looks like she enjoys a hearty meal! Once a year! Ramsay tells News of the World, "We've been friends for a while and have spoken about it. There's always been something in the pipeline." Food, glorious food!
Posh, who's meat-free (obviously), has reportedly insisted that the menu offer a range of vegetarian options. PETA-licious! Mrs. Beckham wouldn't dare chow down on plates of greasy fish and chips! The horror!

PETA to Hard Rock: Drinking and Monkeys Don't Mix
TMZ has obtained a letter sent by PETA to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, warning them not to use live monkeys in the upcoming revival of "Beacher's Madhouse," featuring ousted Miss Nevada Katie Rees.
PETA claims they have been "inundated with phone calls and e-mails from our members who were upset," concerning primates that will be used in the show, as featured in advertisements. PETA claims monkeys in Vegas would suffer from "being displayed in a crowded nightclub with deafeningly loud music, and intoxicated patrons will cause these monkeys trauma, stress, and unnecessary discomfort." Kinda like K-Fed does!
Another reason cited by PETA: "They harbor many diseases that are transmissible to humans, including bacterial, viral, and fungal infections. Primates who have been forced to live in artificial, substandard conditions frequently attack humans."
"Madhouse" creator Jeff Beacher tells TMZ, "I love all animals including the ones I hire -- I hire all of them through trained professional animal handlers, who also love animals and treat them properly and with care. I am appalled and insulted that they would accuse me of such accusations." PETA had no problem with the use of Katie Rees.
Olsens Furry in France
Fashionista beasties Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were snapped wrapped in fur as they capped a Paris trip, and MK has not scrapped her witch boots! Crapuleux!
Ashley, who made PETA's Worst-Dressed list in 2006, looks like she's wearing a black mink and her pint-sized platform jackboots as she leaves the posh Plaza Athenee hotel near the Champs Elysees. Oh, l'humanite!
Mary-Kate opted for a lighter mink jacket, her tragicomic white sunglasses, a green alligator purse, torn black leggings, an unfortunate skull scarf, and of course, yet another pair of five-inch ankle-high witch boots! L'horreur!
TMZ contacted PETA for comment, and Veep Dan Mathews said, "Maybe their granny left them those ratty furs. They should have buried the coats with her."
And the rest of the outfits too!

P!nk's Painful Tribute to Departed Doggie
P!nk will never forget her recently departed pooch -- especially since she inked his furry little face on her arm!
In late January, the singer returned home and found her beloved bulldog, Elvis, drowned in her backyard pool. The dog often took a dip but somehow didn't survive his last one.
The devastated songstress is an animal lover and supporter of PETA. Her body art memorial marks tattoo number 22. Elvis was a gift from Lisa Marie Presley.

J.Lo Ambushed by PETA
J.Lo's auditions for her new "Glow After Dark" reality show were derailed Friday night when two members of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) took the stage, pretending to audition, and launched into a tirade against the singer/actress.
TMZ obtained video of the confrontation, secretly shot by PETA at the event, which was held at Macy's in Downey, California. "J.Lo, fur ho!" screamed one of the ladies, who began by saying, "I think the most important thing about being a diva...is not only being sexy and being stylish, but is not wearing real f***ing fur!"
The shocked M.C. scooped up one of the infiltrators and strong-armed her off the stage.
J.Lo was not present during the outburst.

Steve-O Slams "Abusive" Circus: "F**k 'em!"
If a "Jackass" star is calling you "abusive," you know you're in trouble.
TMZ got the first look at a video ad for peta2 -- the youth-centric offshoot of PETA -- in which the one and only Steve-O lashes out against animal cruelty in the circus. The daredevil, who was once a circus clown after attending the Ringling Bros. Clown College (go figure!), goes on a heated tirade against his former teachers, calling them "a bunch of dicks" for their alleged treatment of animals.
Happily, Steve-O has no issues with cruelty to himself, and as far as we can tell, he won't stop his own ridiculous antics.

Nicole Bitch-Slapped by PETA
It seems Nicole Richie fired her stylist a little too late ... she just landed at the top of PETA's Annual Worst-Dressed List.
The animal rights group showed no mercy as they dug their their claws into fur-loving Richie by saying, "This pelt-wearing party girl is all animal skin and bones. She's an incredible shrinking woman with the heart to match." Meow!
PETA put Hollywood wonder twin Ashley Olsen in the #2 spot: "Wearing fur does add 20 pounds, but if Ashley wants to fill out her frame, we suggest using a fork instead." Ouch!
Christina Ricci landed at #3 for posing on a magazine cover wearing "fur from slaughtered reindeer." Fur-galicious Eva Longoria was named #4 because they wish "She'd be more sympathetic to the plight of rabbits, considering the way she screws around like one on Wisteria Lane." Well!
Notably absent from the list: Paris Hilton, who topped the list last year, and Beyoncé, who was ambushed by PETA at a restaurant last June for including fur in her fashion line.

Fur-Loving Beyoncé Frightens Zoo Residents
Beyoncé Knowles took some time off after finally wrapping her upcoming movie "Dreamgirls" and spent an afternoon with her entourage at the Taronga Zoo in Sydney yesterday.
The singer-actress-designer -- and sometimes-target of animal rights organization PETA -- spent the day visiting all the fuzzy and furry creatures residing at the Zoo, presumably not searching for inspiration for her next clothing line.
The former Destiny's Child diva took all sorts of heat for the use of animal fur in her fashion line House of Dereon after she was ambushed by an angry PETA member at a charity dinner earlier this year, as TMZ first reported.

PETA Wants Gator-aid From Beyoncé
PETA is going after Beyoncé Knowles -- again -- after the singer told Arena magazine about her peeps taping a baby alligator's mouth shut during a recent photo shoot.
The shoot went down for Beyoncé's upcoming album, "B'Day." She told the magazine, "There was a shot where I held an alligator. (It) had (its) mouth taped -- that was my bright idea." Beyoncé added, "He was really cute, but since his mouth was taped, he didn't have any way to defend himself. He was upset, so he peed on me. That was an experience."
PETA thinks it was a bad experience -- for the gator. The animal rights organization contacted one of the world's leading biologists, who wrote Knowles a letter saying, "As a specialist in reptile biology and welfare, I'm concerned about your posing with a terrified baby alligator for your new album cover." He added, "Humans and alligators are not natural bedfellows, and the two should not mix at events such as photo shoots. In my view, doing so is arguably abusive to an animal."
Beyoncé has not responded to the letter. This isn't the first time PETA has gone after her. This past June, Beyoncé and her mom were confronted by PETA members at a fancy New York restaurant over the singer's use of fur in her fashion lines.

Pam Strips, Bashes Beyoncé
Pamela Anderson stripped down to her panties in the window of Stella McCartney's London boutique Wednesday, in a protest over fur.
When asked if there's a need to name and shame celebs who wear fur, the "Baywatch" babe took no prisoners. "I don't think that's glamorous at all ... especially the ones that are starting to put them [fur] in their clothing lines like J. Lo and Beyoncé ... it's really important for them to be conscious of what they wear, especially as they're fashion icons."
Beyoncé Knowles was recently confronted by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) at a swanky restaurant in New York. TMZ was first to run the undercover video.
PETA Staffer Legally Changes Name to KentuckyFriedCruelty.com
A 19-year-old PETA staffer has legally changed his name to KentuckyFriedCruelty.com.
Chris Garnett, youth outreach coordinator for the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, said he changed his name in support of the group's anti-KFC campaign.
"People don't believe me at first when I tell them my name, but it never fails to spark a discussion," Garnett, er, KentuckyFriedCruelty.com, said in a statement. "Many vow to boycott KFC after I explain the company's indifference to cruelty to animals."
Norfolk, Va.-based PETA's complaints against KFC stem from video footage shot last year recording alleged mistreatment of birds at a Pilgrim's Pride Corp. plant in Moorefield, W.Va. The plant is a KFC supplier.
Yum! Brands, the parent company of KFC, has disputed the claims of mistreatment. In June, a grand jury refused to indict former workers at the West Virginia chicken plant.
"Stacked" star Pamela Anderson, who has narrated a PETA video showing the alleged abuse, supports Garnett's name change.
"I'm sure Chris can't wait 'till KFC stops torturing chickens so he can change his name back," the actress said in a statement, adding that the chicken abuse "is awful and has to stop."
