Bhad Bhabie I'm Finally 18, Time to Retire!!! 'I Done it All Already'
Bhad Bhabie is celebrating her 18th birthday by cashing in on the catchphrase that made her a thing -- and the way she sees it, the only place left to catch her ... is in early retirement.
We got the artist formerly known as Danielle Bregoli Thursday night on her way outta BOA in WeHo, where she and some friends were ringing in her milestone bday -- it's actually on Friday -- and feeling good.
We asked Bhabie what she was looking to check off her bucket list, now that she's finally, and legally, an adult ... and ya gotta see her answer. While most of us were just getting started at 18 ... this rapper's got a much different viewpoint.
Of course, becoming a viral sensation -- and a national conversation piece -- at the age of 13 will do that to you! Speaking of Danielle's infamous coming out party 5 years ago on Dr. Phil ... it's about to make her buckets of cash.
Bhad Bhabie is auctioning off 20 NFTs of her "Cash me outside" moment -- which includes a bunch of artist representations of the OG meme, her music and a lot more. As for what someone does with such an NFT ... we asked Danielle and she basically said, "I don't really care."
See? You can still catch her outside, except now she can vote. 😬

Sen. Marco Rubio Packed Miami Beach Looks 'Unsafe' ... Have Fun, Don't Wild Out!!!
-
Exclusive
Marco Rubio says Miami Beach looks "unsafe" with all the spring breakers, but he still wants folks to come and have a good time ... as long as it can be done without violence.
We got the U.S. Senator at Reagan National Airport in D.C. Monday and asked him about the state of emergency for Miami Beach, which is struggling to maintain law, order and COVID safety ... amid a flood of partygoers.
Marco admits the videos of spring breakers flooding the streets and breaking the 8 PM curfew is not a good look and unsafe. As he put it, "It's never a good look when you're throwing chairs and tearing the place up" -- but he's also blaming that chaos on just a few bad apples.
Despite thousands of arrests, including 2 men busted for allegedly drugging and raping a woman who later died in a hotel ... Marco says people should still spend their spring break dollars in Miami, if they can do so without getting out of control.
As for a possible super-spreader event -- which Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber has said is a concern -- Sen. Rubio's brushing that off, and told us why he thinks most of the South Beach revelers won't get sick.
Not sure about his logic, but what's clear is the Senator is trying to walk the line between health and economic concerns in his constituency.
Sooo ... Bienvenido a Miami???

State of Emergency Miami Beach Partiers Go Wild Arrests for Violating Curfew
Try telling a bunch of Spring breakers they have to pack it in by 8 PM ... it doesn't work.
Huge crowds of partygoers filled the streets after curfew ... oblivious to or contemptuous of Mayor Dan Gelber, who tried putting the brakes on celebrations out of fear it would become a breeding ground for COVID.
#BREAKING: Curfew now in effect in South Beach. Thousands on Ocean Drive rn pic.twitter.com/Sv2xJtSTzJ
— Joel Franco (@OfficialJoelF) March 21, 2021 @OfficialJoelF
The video tells the story ... it could be March 2019 from all appearances, because the crowd was wild.
The logic behind the curfew -- people drink as the evening wears on and getting increasingly unsafe.
The good news and the bad. First, the bad ... COVID cases in Florida have now topped 2 million. The good news ... despite the warnings that opening Florida too early would result in disaster, it hasn't materialized so far, and in fact, the state is doing better than states like New York and California which have much more rigid COVID restrictions.
Cops arrested at least a dozen partygoers for violating curfew and other misdeeds.
The curfew is in effect for 72 hours, but if Saturday night is any barometer of what's to come ... good luck.

Spring Break Arrest Handcuffed Kid Makes Getaway ... And the Beach Goes Wild!!!

11:03 AM PT -- Police say the handcuffed suspect who ran from cops was charged with escape, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence.
Cops say they've also identified the person in the crowd who opened the door to let the shirtless kid out, and they say his arrest is pending.
If ya gotta get arrested during Spring Break, might as well get the entire beach cheering for you as you flee from cops while you're in handcuffs -- that was this kid's game plan, anyway.
The video from a beach in Clearwater, FL is pretty epic, and this guy is probably an instant legend with his friends. Law enforcement sources tell us Clearwater PD hit the sand to break up a fight ... and when the video starts they've already got a suspect handcuffed in the back of their car.
But, someone in the crowd opened the back door, and the shirtless kid starts racing down the beach, trying to make a getaway. The only problem is everyone on the beach cheered and started running with him -- so much for the element of surprise!
The hilarious scene looks like they all just heard there was a free beer giveaway. Alas, the cops were in better shape than the suspect, and eventually recaptured him.
Hope it was fun, since he'll probably get an added charge or 2 for evading arrest.
If nothing else, Flash's folly will live on in TikTok infamy.

Daft Punk EDM Duo Announce Retirement ... In 'Epilogue' Music Vid
Daft Punk -- the popular house music duo known for wearing helmets on stage and acting like robots -- have officially called it quits, and did so in a fittingly dramatic fashion.
The French pair, Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter, just posted an 8-minute video called "Epilogue" ... in which the only sounds for the first 5 minutes are an excerpt from their 2006 film, "Electroma."
In the clip, the guys walk through the desert, coming face-to-face with each other, and then one of them activates an explosive device on the back of the other ... watching him walk away and blow up.
Then, their classic electronic music kicks in as "1993-2021" flashes on the screen ... and the remaining Daft Punk member walks off into the sunset.
We reached out to the group to see if this means they are breaking up, and their longtime publicist, Biz 3 owner Kathryn Frazier confirms it ... but gave no reason.
Daft Punk began blowing up in the late 90s as part of the French house movement, but would go on to achieve mainstream success with "One More Time" and "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger."
They won a Grammy for their "Alive 2007" album, famously composed the soundtrack for "Tron: Legacy" in 2010, and had a smash hit in 2013 with "Get Lucky," featuring Pharrell.
The Weeknd's 2016 collab with the group on "Starboy" was their first #1 hit on Billboard's Hot 100. Since then, both tour and breakup rumors have followed the group ... but it seems breaking up speculation has come true.

Mardi Gras All Quiet on Bourbon Street ... COVID Cancels Carnival
Mardi Gras is a muted scene in 2021 due to coronavirus cancellations of almost all the festivities New Orleans is famous for this time of year ... and it's an eerie sight.
Bars are closed, Bourbon Street's blocked off, there are no parades ... and revelers loaded with beads and booze are not packing the streets to celebrate Fat Tuesday.
Compared to what went down in 2020 -- right before the COVID-19 pandemic really hit the fan -- it's pretty incredible, and a little depressing.
However, after the city announced it would be shutting down Mardi Gras events because of the pandemic, a silver lining emerged ... a house floats movement.
According to reports ... roughly 3,000 house floats have sprung up in the greater NOLA area in tribute to all the absent parades, and they're pretty awesome. They're calling it Yardi Gras!
Still, you can't help but look at the pics of Bourbon Street and simply say ... what a difference a year makes.

Tampa Bay Bucs tight end Cameron Brate knew the stakes were high when Tom Brady drunkenly threw him the Lombardi Trophy ... saying his career woulda been OVER if he missed the catch!
"If I had dropped that? I think I would've had to retire," Brate told the Tampa Bay Times.

"That was amazing. He pointed it at me. We talked about it earlier. It was a great throw. I mean, what do you expect from Tom Brady? A great throw."
You've seen the insane video by now -- TB12 tossing the trophy from his boat to another boat during the Bucs' floating Super Bowl parade on the Hillsborough River.
As Tom got ready to make the toss, you could hear his daughter scream, "Nooooo!!!!!"
Fortunately, Brate made the catch -- and the clip has gone super viral.
Not every Bucs receiver was as sure-handed as Brate on Wednesday -- just ask Chris Godwin who said fellow WR Scotty Miller dropped his cell phone into the river during a parade blunder!

FYI, Godwin has reportedly made around $4.6 mil during his NFL career -- and will undoubtedly have some big contracts in his future. So, yeah ... he can afford a new phone!

Super Bowl Streaker Hit Strip Club After Game ... Dragged Off Stage
The guy who streaked at Super Bowl 55 hit the strip club after he was released from custody -- and worked the pole so hard, he was DRAGGED off the stage!!!
... while still wearing his thong bathing suit!
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
31-year-old Yuri Andrade rolled into the Penthouse Club in Tampa where he was cheered on by patrons ... including Tampa Bay Bucs superstar WR Mike Evans.
But, the craziest moment came when he broke away from security and rushed onto the main stage ... where he grabbed a pile of money and made it rain before jumping on the pole and trying out a few moves.
Eventually, security rushed in and apprehended him -- though it looks to us as if the club was in on the joke, since they posted footage with the guy on their social media page afterward.
Andrade is getting the hero treatment in Tampa after claiming he made $370,000 by allegedly betting a ton of money that a streaker would hit the field at Super Bowl LV ... and then taking matters into his own hands to seal his victory.
The worst part of the whole stunt ... Andrade claims the cops who detained him at the stadium wouldn't let him pick his wedgie from the thong bathing suit.
But, judging by the strip club footage, he's fine now.

6:44 AM PT -- How does Gronk celebrate a Super Bowl?! DANCE PARTY!!!
The Bucs tight end and his girlfriend, Camille Kostek, got on stage at the official Super Bowl afterparty at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa … where Migos and Ludacris performed for a packed crowd.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
We’re told a ton of Bucs players attended the party -- including Tom Brady -- but it was Gronk and Camille who stole the show with their trademark dance moves!!
Of course, there was also a crazy fireworks show in the bay — and yeah, we got video of that too!! Check it out.
TURN UP, TOM BRADY!!!
Check out the wild scene in the Tampa Bay Bucs locker room right after they won the Super Bowl -- players slamming champagne, firing up cigars and getting pics with the greatest QB of all time!
"Hey, I appreciate you TB," linebacker Devin White told Brady ... "That's 1 for me, that's 7 for him!"
The scene in the locker room was wild -- everyone was just as excited as you'd expect them to be.
Antonio Brown got in on the celebratory action too -- flexin' and yelling, "We the champs!!!"
The only issue is COVID protocol seemed to go out the window -- we couldn't spot a single player celebrating with his mask on.
Then again, they were all tested rigorously before the game ... so hopefully, everyone is safe.
On the field, the wives and GFs were also going H.A.M. -- check out Rob Gronkowski's GF, Camille Kostek, celebrating with Gisele, her longtime friend from the New England Patriots days!
And, there was good reason for those 2 to be stoked -- 43-year-old Tom threw TWO touchdowns to 31-year-old Gronk in the Bucs' 31-to-9 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs!

All COVID-19 protocols were put on the backburner after the Super Bowl Sunday night ... with thousands of reckless fans hitting the streets to celebrate the huge win.
Packs of Bucs backers -- mostly maskless -- jumped on minivans, climbed trees and scaled lamp posts following Tom Brady and Co.'s 31-9 win over the Kansas City Chiefs ... and ya gotta imagine Dr. Anthony Fauci is losing sleep over the visuals.

Shoutout to all the folks trying to drive near Raymond James Stadium in Tampa after the game ... 'cause there was no way any car was getting through all the crowded streets Sunday night.
The celebration even made it to the trees ... with one determined fan climbing up and trying to uproot the thing to somehow show team pride.

Remember, Dr. Fauci practically begged folks to cancel big parties and any other sort of large gatherings for the Super Bowl ... but clearly, his "lay low and cool it" didn't resonate with the fans in Florida.
The even crazier part?? Even fans in Chiefs jerseys were poppin' bottles of champagne in the streets into the night ... while a woman who used the moment to show off her twerking abilities on top of a car.
Here's hoping everyone goes home and quarantines after this rager.

Diplo Plays Morgan Wallen Song 'Heartless' At Super Bowl Party

12:47 PM PT -- The plays keep coming for Wallen ... the country star's "Dangerous: The Double Album" is the first country album to spend its first four weeks at #1 since Shania Twain’s "Up" in 2002.
Morgan Wallen has been booted from just about every platform that played his music, but Saturday night he got the biggest platform of all ... and the crowd loved it.
Diplo headlined to around 2,000 people at the WTR Tampa Pool, and at around 1 AM he spun his hit with Wallen, "Heartless."
TMZ broke the story ... Wallen hurled the n-word at a friend as he returned home Sunday night in Nashville, and the reaction was swift. His label, Big Loud Records, indefinitely suspended his contract. He's also been yanked from radio streaming on SiriusXM, iHeartRadio, Pandora and other platforms. CMT has removed his performances and he's now ineligible for the ACM Awards.
Although his radio play dropped 71% since the video surfaced, sales of his catalog of albums and songs went from a combined 5,000 Tuesday to 22,500 after the video surfaced ... that's a 339% increase.
Wallen's sister also wrote an emotional post, saying her brother is a good man without malice in his heart and shouldn't be defined by the worst moments. Diplo clearly agrees.

Super Bowl Tampa Bars, Restaurants Packed to the Gills ... Dare You to Find a Mask

It's pretty amazing ... the actual Super Bowl will be COVID safe with rigid rules, while the City itself has gone in the total opposite direction, and all the proof you need is right on video.
Thousands of partiers crammed into the Ybor City and SoHo Districts in Tampa Saturday night and it couldn't be more unsafe ... almost no one is wearing a mask, and sardines have more room to stretch than these folks.
The crowd is a mix of college students from the area and lots of others who flew down to Tampa for some fun.
The City and the NFL have encouraged people to wear masks and socially distance, but it wasn't happening. You see police cars in the area but we didn't see any cop or other official trying to make things safe. Probably wouldn't have done any good regardless.
The WTR Tampa Pool inside the Godfrey Waterfront Hotel was poppin' all weekend, with Steve Aoki performing Friday night and Diplo and 50 Cent taking the stage Saturday ... again, with COVID precautions non-existent.
The wild card ... are any of the partiers going to the Super Bowl? If they catch the 'rona before the game ...

Diplo Headlines Super Bowl Super-Spreader Party
-

Diplo can sure draw a crowd, because around 2,000 people swarmed the Godfrey Waterfront Hotel's WTR Tampa Pool Saturday night and -- aside from the whole COVID super-spreader thing that sometimes causes death -- a good time was had by all.
It looks very pre-pandemic, with music, a dance floor, bars, and fun shenanigans. And, as per usual, no social distancing and masks are few and far between.
The electronic music and light show are pretty spectacular, as fire dancers do their thing.
On a serious note, this is what is keeping Dr. Fauci and other experts up at night. Some of them have warned ... if there are 50 people in a crowd, there's more than a 50% chance at least one of them is carrying COVID.
With the variants spreading across the U.S. -- some of which are even more contagious than the COVID OG -- this and other events like it are disasters waiting to happen.

50 Cent also performed earlier in the evening at the same venue.
Here's what the event organizers demanded ... "Social distancing procedures will be strictly enforced, face masks will be required for all staff & guests, wellness and temperature checks will be mandatory for entrance, sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the venue, and continued cleaning protocols will provide regular sanitizing.” The best-laid plans ...
The Tampa PD was pissed ...“Scenes from WTR last night and a few other clubs were incredibly disappointing. The city spent the better part of a year educating residents on precautions due to the pandemic and have recently put a mask order in place for both the entertainment and event zones to ensure the safety of our residents and visitors to our great city.”
The night before, Steve Aoki headlined another bash at the same venue -- that was also super COVID unsafe.
Florida has 1,771,359 COVID cases with 27,599 deaths.

50 Cent Hosts Wild Super Bowl Party
50 Cent hosted a wild Super Bowl party Friday night ... and although you see masks here and there, for the most part, it was COVID-oblivious.
The bash went down at a private airport hanger in St. Petersburg. The drill was for everyone to mask up and, with limited capacity, there was room for social distancing. Well, that was the plan.
Doors opened at 9 PM with tickets ranging from $85 for general admission to $7k for a stage table ... judging from the crowd there was enough disposable income to fill the joint.
Tampa's own DJ Fresh performed as well and everyone was very clearly up for a wild and good time.
The party barreled on way past midnight, and more is in store tonight, when 50's set to perform again.
As we reported, health officials, from Dr. Fauci on down, have begged people not to have the typical Super Bowl parties both before the event and on game day. The reality ... people are hosting these parties all across the U.S. of A. ... and judging from recent history the state that will lead the pack is Florida.

Flaming Lips Space Bubbles For Everyone ... Futuristic Concert in Oklahoma
The Flaming Lips hopped on stage Saturday night for their long-awaited Space Bubble Concert, and gotta say ... it's awesome!!!
It went down in the band's hometown, Oklahoma City, and it did not disappoint. The band AND the crowd were all in their own, individual bubbles in a futuristic display that looked ... well, futuristic.
The Space Bubble Concert was originally scheduled for December, but there was a spike in coronavirus cases in Oklahoma so the band was forced to postpone.
Lead singer Wayne Coyne was very much into the bubble, saying going to a Flaming Lips concert is safer than going to a supermarket. Coyne told us about the precautions back in November ... as a way of keeping music and concerts alive during the pandemic.
