Party All The Time

Michael Phelps was swimming in EDM this weekend -- and even though he wasn't in the water ... the dude found a reason to lose his shirt anyway.

The all-time Olympian -- who's got 23 gold medals to his name -- was on hand Saturday night at the XS Nightclub within the Wynn Las Vegas resort ... and he was in partying mood, which was only facilitated further with Diplo in the DJ booth and a packed crowd.

Mike and Diplo bro'd out behind the turntables ... and it looks like MP got so hyped, he ended up going bare-chested amid al the festivities. Maybe he was celebrating a bet on Gervonta Davis -- who won a big boxing match against Ryan Garcia earlier in the night.

Speaking of fighters ... Mr. Conor McGregor was also in attendance, and Phelps got in a battle pose with the guy. He also smiled for the camera alongside Travis Kelce!

There was even more star power in the crowd ... Sabrina Carpenter, Dixie Damelio and Loren Gray -- not to mention Michael B. Jordan, Chace Crawford, David Dobrik and others.

Of course, there were even more A-listers who were front and center for the fight itself ... these are just a handful of celebs who decided to rage after the fact at this particular club.

Leonardo DiCaprio was back in the desert this weekend trying to be as low-key as possible -- but his typical incognito look gave him away ... as did the 2 beauties he was hanging with.

The actor was spotted out and about late Saturday night and early into the wee hours of Sunday as Day 2 at Coachella came to a close. While the Empire Polo Club might've closed its gates following the headliners' sets ... there was another party to hit right next door.

Of course, we're talking about Levi's and Tequila Don Julio's Neon Carnival -- which was hosted just a stone's throw away at the Desert International Horse Park in Thermal, CA ... basically, a mini-Coachella.

As we just mentioned ... Leo was in good company -- hanging out with a couple of young women as they all got nice and snug amid the packed crowd. LDC was rocking his usual black baseball cap and COVID-friendly face mask ... which he pulled down in this rare instance. He also eventually lifted his head enough to see that gorgeous face of his.

Hey, bud! Good to see ya.

Looks like DiCaprio was with some friends for this outing too -- and by the looks of his smile ... he was having a ball. Remember, he's a Coachella regular ... having made appearances for the past several years -- and he's usually rolling with a hottie or two.

While he may have been the biggest star on the scene Saturday ... he was far from the only famous person hitting up the Neon Carnival on the late night -- there were lots of others.

Just to give a sense of who else popped in ... Lil Nas X, Janelle Monae, Camila Cabello, Metro Boomin, Lil Baby, Future, Teyana Taylor, Shay Mitchell, Anderson .Paak, Coi Leray, Olivia Culpo, Glorilla, Yo Gotti ... and a helluva lot more. A who's who, really.

The California desert doubled down on the second day of the Coachella Music and Arts Festival and didn't show any signs of slowing as some of the biggest names in Hollywood charged head first into a Saturday filled with sexy parties, mind-melting music from BLACKPINK, Rosalia, Charli XCX ... and epic friends.

Storm Reid brought a slinky top and braids to the exclusive Revolve party, while "Too Hot To Handle" babe Kayla Rich got tied up in a string bikini and some cut-off jeans. GloRilla gave Indio a sneak peek into her Sunday performance with a psychedelic two-piece to have you drooling for #GloChella!

The parties were full steam ahead as all the biggest brands made their mark on influencers with all kinds of swanky secret parties for those looking for the private party vibes. Bella Thorne was shining bright with a pair of mirror chrome boots and Kobe Bryant's daughter, Natalia Bryant, kept it casual while at the Marc Jacobs shindig. Other brands like Guess Jeans, Kendall Jenner's 818 Tequilla and H&M were all on hand to hook up the festivals famous.

Not all those Day 1 ragers were up and at 'em yesterday ... there was plenty of resting and soaking up some sun from the comforts of one of the many private pools. Aurora Culpo gave a whole new meaning to the phrase "kickin' it by the pool" ... her muted black suit still somehow gave her a leg up on the Coachella competition.

Saturday was definitely also for the boys ... cause YouTube vlogger Toddy Smith was hanging on the pool's edge with some buds, while Zane Hijazi and Heath Hussar wedged themselves close together for some selfies to show they clearly still have pull in Hollywood.

The Indio desert was bumping into the wee hours of the morning as the 2023 Coachella Music and Arts festival rocked out on the Empire Polo Fields with some of the world's best talent, both on and off the stage!

Stars were feeling the love while getting into the festival feels like "Vanderpump Rules" cast members Ariana Madix and Dayna Kathan who shared a smooch for social media. Paris Jackson and Alessandra Ambrosio kept the classic boho vibes going with lots of hippy fringe and flashes of peace signs ... while G-Eazy and "Outerbanks" star Austin North kept it punk in black rock rags.

Blink-182 had lots of support from the side stage where Kourtney Kardashian kept things low-key and Landon Barker posed at a party before Travis Barker made his big return to the drums while playing to a packed Sahara Tent during a standout sunset performance.

You can always count on social media stars to pack the polo fields with head-turning looks ... and James Charles' denim duds alongside Lele Pons' chrome-bust mold were definitely worth a second glance!

If you thought that the models were going to skip out on the fun then you were way wrong. Justine Skye, Delilah Belle Hamlin, Madison Beer, Nicole Williams English and a bunch more long-legged hotties were making the desert landscape look like a catwalk.

Cara Delevingne, Casey Affleck, and Camila Cabello are just some of the names set to show up and show out during Coachella weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Neon Carnival is no doubt THE place to be for people spending their weekend at the music festival. The highly-anticipated late-night party is going down Saturday at the famed Desert International  Horse Park.

Of course, this is the event that typically draws Hollywood's A-list every year. Party sources tell us Lil Nas X, Willow Smith, Nina Dobrev and Shaun White, Idris Elba, Delilah Belle, YG, and Gorillaz are confirmed to step out for the party's 12th year.

We're told influencers Dixie D'Amelio, Alix Earle, Lisa Rinna's model daughter Amelia Hamlin and singer Anderson .Paak are also expected to pull up to the party which is sponsored by Levi's and Tequila Don Julio.

DJ Ruckus will be spinning behind the booth for the party which always goes well into the early morning of Sunday.

Around 10,000 people showed up to last year's shindig and we're told event organizers are expecting even more this time around.

Tristan Thompson's back in the NBA and back in the L.A. club scene with his brother-in-Kardashian/Jenner-dom, Corey Gamble -- they soaked up some nightlife after the Lakers took home a big fat W.

Kris Jenner's bae and Khloe Kardashian's baby daddy headed to Bird Streets Club in WeHo to celebrate Tristan's new team, the Lakers, defeating the Timberwolves to earn a spot in the NBA playoffs. They left together around 1 AM Wednesday ... in a chauffeur-driven Maybach. Nice!

Neither guy had much to say as they exited, but gotta figure they were in good spirits after the W. Shout out to Corey's stylist, 'cause dude was rocking an eye-popping Lakers gold silk leisure suit as he sat courtside.

Tristan didn't see any playing time during his first game back from retirement.

Obviously, playing in L.A. means Tristan's closer to Khloe, too ... and as we reported, the duo's been spending time together recently -- even hitting up a McDonald's drive-thru together.

BTW .. today is Tristan and Khloe's daughter True's birthday -- so, we're guessing he and Corey were hashing out gift ideas last night.

It looks like the pro queens had no clue she was gonna be in attendance ... but that didn't stop them from snapping some pics with Halle after her impromptu number.

As you know, the 56-year-old recently rocked the Internet by posting a nude photo on social media -- some gave the actress a bunch of support, while a few trolls took misogynistic potshots.

Odell Beckham Jr. and Lamar Jackson are already connecting off the field ... the two NFL superstars hit up LIV nightclub in Miami Beach after OBJ signed a multi-million dollar deal with the Ravens.

OBJ and LJ were seen on video in the famed MIA nightclub ... partying it up as music played in the background, and they were greeted with a sign that read, "Welcome Lamar & OBJ."

Odell was visibly into the moment, enjoying himself after inking the one-year, $15 million deal (which could reportedly go up to $18 million).

The more pressing question is ... how does Lamar feel?

Remember, the 2019 NFL MVP revealed he asked for a trade earlier this month after failing to reach a lucrative, long-term deal with the Ravens.

You've got to imagine Jackson loves the idea of bringing in a top-tier wideout like Odell ... and judging by the fact they're partying together on night 1, it appears that's the case.

Before hitting LIV, OBJ, wearing a Ravens hat, announced the news on social media ... dressing his son, Zydn, in Jackson's No.8 Ravens jersey, with the word "Flock" as the caption.

Jackson publicly congratulated Beckham on signing with the Ravens ... posting a photo on IG of the two on what appears to be a FaceTime call with the caption, #TRUZZ.

Ravens fans have already started daydreaming about what an LJ-OBJ connection could look like on the field ... assuming Jackson's changed his mind on wanting out of Baltimore.

Israel Adesanya celebrated his big UFC title victory at a Miami hot spot ... and, needless to say, he pulled out all the stops.

The champ showed up -- belt in hand -- to E11EVEN nightclub after his second-round knockout of Alex Pereira on Saturday night. As you know, Pereira had previously KO'd Adesanya to snag the UFC 281 title at Madison Square Garden last year.

As Israel made his grand entrance into the club, the DJ gave him a shout-out and played his theme music. Everyone went wild, crowding around Israel so they could shoot videos and take selfies with him.

When Israel finally sat down at his table, he was treated like a king, getting bottle service. NFL star Odell Beckman Jr. walked over to Israel for a little chat. We're told Odell seemed very animated during their convo. Unclear, though, what the two were actually talking about.

Then Israel took to the stage to show off his dance moves with rapper GASHI, who was the headline performer. But, of course, Israel and his championship belt stole the show.

Israel also hit the dance floor with UFC legends Chuck Liddell, Tito Ortiz and Kamaru Usman.

What a night! Congrats, Israel.

Chaos erupted at UConn's campus following the Huskies' national championship win on Monday night -- with the team's fans smashing windows, tearing down light poles ... and even lighting fires in the streets.

The hectic celebration in Storrs, Conn. happened just moments after the UConn men's basketball team completed its dominant NCAA tournament run by beating San Diego State in the final, 76-59.

Videos from the scene show fans were ruthless with property on and near UConn's campus ... with supporters at one point grabbing a huge pole and ramming it into a glass door over and over again until it completely broke free.

Other footage shows people lit fires that authorities had to deal with. Fans were also seen climbing light poles ... before ripping them down.

There was even an overturned car in a parking lot.

No word yet if any arrests were made -- a UConn spokesperson tells us they're still gathering information.

As for how the team celebrated the W in Houston, Texas ... it was far less disorderly. The guys soaked in the confetti -- before they cut down the nets.

There will ultimately be a party when the guys get back to campus -- but here's to hoping it features a whole lot less destruction.

Bhad Bhabie and her mom have come a long way since Dr. Phil, but not that far -- on her 20th birthday she's still living up to her moniker by shaking what her momma gave her ... for her momma!!!

A source close to the family tells TMZ ... Bhad Bhabie, aka Danielle Bregoli, turned 20 on March 26, and to celebrate she flew private to her home in Florida ... where she was surrounded by close friends and family, and ready to really cut loose.

We're told the birthday shindig was an intimate gathering at her home ... which, included her mom Barbara, her mom’s friend and BB's friends. As you can see, the birthday girl was rocking a pink bikini and was NOT shy about showing off her dance moves for mom.

Up close and, seemingly, too personal for Barbara!

Guess you could say we caught Bhad Bhabie outside, putting on a show by the pool ... bending over in her swimsuit and putting her butt cells in motion.

At one point, she puts her leg across the chair where Barbara is seated and continues twerking. How 'bout dat?!?

While her mom doesn't seem to be moved by the show, she says ... "She didn't learn this from me because I don't know how to do it."

Drake missed his headlining Lollapalooza Brazil set Sunday night -- less than 24 hours after he was partying in Miami with 50 Cent the night before.

The 2 superstars linked up inside the Booby Trap On the River, which would have been a monumental occasion ... had thousands of fans not been expecting him on the stage down in Brazil to cap performances from Rosalía, Tove Lo, Armin Van Buuren and more.

Drake was quickly replaced with Skrillex on the bill, which, as you'd expect, didn't sit well with some fans.

The festival issued a mea culpa ... explaining Drake didn't have all the necessary tools to nail his performance and offered Day 3 ticketholders the opportunity for a refund.

A translated statement on the festival's social media says, “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Drake is without members of his sound and production team, essential to the realization of the Lollapalooza show in Sao Paulo. Drake was excited to perform for his fans in Brazil. Unfortunately, this is beyond his control. Sorry.”

Drake and 21 Savage are set to go on tour latest this year ... but as of now, Brazilian fans are SOL as the dates only hit North America!!!

Odds are, you'd never expect to see the cast of "Succession" -- especially Brian Cox -- jammin' to a Carly Rae Jepsen hit ... but that fantasy became reality Monday night.

The faces of the hit series hit up the Jazz at Lincoln Center in NYC ... this as the final season is about to premiere on HBO. Some of the main characters formed a dance circle, with Brian in the middle.

Sarah Snook, Kieran Culkin, Alan Ruck, Alexander Skarsgård, and Justine Lupe were just a few in the mix -- clearly having an absolute blast.

Kieran implores someone to "Dance, bitch!" -- unclear who he was signaling, but he's obviously a lot more like his character than we thought.

Noah Schnapp showed he was the life of the party on St. Paddy's Day at the University of Pennsylvania -- and he did a little Spider-Man routine to prove it.

The "Stranger Things" star was caught on video climbing up to the top of the PIKE fraternity house at the Ivy League school in which he's enrolled as a freshman ... studying business.

The footage, obtained by TMZ, started off with Noah scurrying on his hands and knees along the edge of a brick wall leading to the roof.

Noah then jumped to his feet and went into Spider-Man mode, scaling a portion of the façade before his buddies grabbed him and hoisted him to safety onto the roof. Once there, Noah cracked a big smile as he apparently beckoned someone to follow his lead.

He's obviously having a blast at college. You may recall, we also got video of Noah at a bar with a dirty swimming pool after he first arrived at the university in September. He was seen jumping into the pool filled with beer cans and cigarettes. All of his friends loved it and went totally nuts.

Jennifer Lopez is doing a juggling act ... she celebrated the launch of her shoe collection in Bev Hills Saturday, as she and Ben Affleck are scrambling to buy a house before the end of the month because the financial consequences are HUGE.
