Rob Kardashian's stepping back out into the public eye ... for another one of his sister's birthday parties.

Rob was spotted entering Delilah in WeHo well after 1 AM to celebrate Kendall Jenner’s 24th bday, decked out in an orange hoodie and his signature blue baseball cap. As he walked in, he put his hands around the waist of Kylie's current BFF, Stassie Karanikolaou.

We're told Rob was at Blind Dragon for a while beforehand ... along with a massive celeb guest list partying with Kendall on Halloween.

As we told you ... Rob was seen for the first time in a long while last week on Kim's Instagram Story while he was celebrating with the family at her 39th birthday dinner. He's looking a lot slimmer.

Our Kardashian sources told us he'd lost weight by eating healthier, exercising, and most significantly ... quitting alcohol.

It's unclear if Rob abstained from drinking as he was hanging with his sis at the Hollywood hot spots, but at least he's joining the party.

Heidi Klum did not disappoint when she revealed her highly-anticipated costume ... and ditto for the rest of the celebs who showed up.

Heidi arrived for her 20th annual Halloween bash Thursday night at Cathédrale Restaurant at Moxy East Village in NYC where she arrived in her goriest costume to date. Call it a mashup of alien and robot ... with faux guts and brains exposed and bolts and pipes attached to her body.

It took 12 hours to perfect the look ... and when it was complete she had a hankerin' to scare the bajeezus outta our camera guy.

Mariah Carey, Coco Austin, Ice-T and Reggie Bush were also on hand.

Over on the West Coast ... Kourtney Kardashian looked giddy in a cowgirl outfit for Kendall Jenner's shindig at the Blind Dragon in WeHo. Gigi Hadid looked SSSMOKIN!!!!

Todd Gurley kicked off Halloween with a CRAZY bash in Hollywood -- partying with superstars like Drake and Wiz Khalifa ... while giving away tons of pizza and wings!!

The L.A. Rams running back threw his epic Gurleywood Halloween Bash at Poppy Wednesday night in full costume as Verdine White from Earth, Wind & Fire.

The guest list was sick ... Drake (dressed up like his dad), Wiz (dressed up as himself from the "Never Lie" video), YG, Swae Lee and a bunch of smokin' hot models.

Gurley was having a blast ... but got serious for a quick minute when we asked if he would miss his former Rams teammate, Aqib Talib, who was recently traded to Miami.

"Lib a real one," Gurley said ... "Good dude."

Todd said he's gotten close with Aqib's family and that's what he's gonna miss the most.

But, then it was back to partying, and Todd thanked all of his sponsors before reflecting on his life -- "Man, I used to be broke!"

Todd's come a long way ... the 25-year-old signed a 4-year, $60 million extension in 2018. So, yeah ... he's doing well!!

It was absolute PANDEMONIUM after the Washington Nationals won the World Series on Wednesday ... from the locker room to the streets -- and the video is WILD!!

The players RAGED with a booze-filled celebration ... chugging beer and champagne, while dancing around to Latin music, hip-hop and of course, Queen's "We Are the Champions."

Max Scherzer and Juan Soto passed around the Commissioner's Trophy. While Sean Doolittle busted out a blue lightsaber and did his best Jedi impression. It was awesome!

Out on the streets of D.C., thousands and thousands of people were celebrating Washington's first-ever championship -- climbing street signs, dancing and just partying their faces off.

The best celebration went down at Nationals Park in D.C. (where fans gathered just to watch the game on the big screen). It was pouring rain over there but it didn't stop one diehard fat guy from slip and sliding all over the dugout.

Some good news, bad news for LeBron James ...

The good news ... the NBA superstar doesn't seem concerned about the fires near his home anymore. He partied at the Dream Hotel on Tuesday night wearing a Halloween mask.

The bad news ... WEAK COSTUME, BRO!!!

Don't get it wrong, we love Mario Bros. -- Luigi is the beloved neglected younger brother -- but a dinky little mask?! You're better than that Bron!!!

Fact is, the Lakers star has had a rough week -- he was evacuated from his Brentwood home early Monday morning due to the raging Getty Fire and moved into a nearby hotel.

Unclear if Bron is back in his home yet (the fire is still a threat according to officials), but James sent a taco truck to the first responders on Tuesday to show his appreciation.

Great work, now upgrade that mask!!!

Pauly D and Vinny Gaudagnino are giving 2 of their exes another shot at love, and the decision-making process requires some intense bumping and grinding ... in a Vegas club.

Pauly D's making out with Nikki Hall, who made it all the way to the finals of 'Double Shot.' Now, she went home empty-handed because Pauly chose to go solo -- but she's clearly back on his radar.

Meanwhile, Vinny's grinding all over Maria Elizondo. She was eliminated one episode before the 'Double Shot' finale, but clearly hope springs eternal 'cause she's giving Vinny a pretty intense lap dance.

The guys had cameras rolling for all of this because we're told it's gonna end up on their new MTV show, "DJ Pauly D and Vinny's Vegas Pool Party."

Guess we know where the next scenes will be shot -- and ya can't say Maria and Nikki aren't giving it their all to stay in the running!!!

NFL superstar DeAndre Hopkins went ALL OUT for his Halloween costume -- going head-to-toe blue paint to recreate Genie from "Aladdin" ... and it's amazing!!!

The Houston Texans WR hit up the team Halloween party Monday night and spared no expense for his look. The only question ... why does a top-flight, insanely fit pro athlete have to draw on ABS?!?!

Hopkins was joined by his mom, Sabrina Greenlee, who dressed up like Cleopatra -- but she also could have gone as herself ... since she's now the basis of a big-time Hollywood movie based on her life story.

Other Texans who showed out at the party ... QB Deshaun Watson who came as Jack Skellington from "The Nightmare Before Christmas."

One interesting thing about Deshaun's costume ... he was rocking sunglasses at night -- and we're not sure if it was part of the costume or a result of him being kicked in the eye during the Texans victory over the Oakland Raiders.

Remember, Watson caught a foot in his eye while scrambling in the 4th quarter -- and even though he couldn't see, dude threw a TD pass anyway!

Watson was checked out on the sideline and went back in and played -- but the sunglasses Monday night make us wonder ... he good??

Paulina Gretzky DEFINITELY brought it for Halloween ...

Wayne Gretzky's smokin' hot daughter channeled Gabrielle Union in "Bring It On" ... putting on the tiniest Clover cheerleader outfit for her costume this year -- and she KILLED IT!!!

The 30-year-old mother of two celebrated the holiday in epic fashion ... partying it up with her golf superstar husband, Dustin Johnson.

The couple appeared to have the spooky bash at their place -- with golf star Brooks Koepka and his model GF, Jena Sims, in attendance -- but all eyes were on Gretzky.

The Great One's daughter was dancing, hula-hoopin' and waving pom-poms ... and it was pretty great.

As for the rest of the party, Dustin made a good Jackie Moon and Jena Sims CRUSHED her 'Devil Wears Prada' fit!!!

By the way, Gabby Union didn't let Paulina get all the "Bring It On" shine over the weekend ... 'cause she went back to her old movie cheerleading days and rocked the famous Clover costume again!!!

Demi Lovato threw a crazy Halloween party Saturday night, and tons of celebs came out to celebrate.

The bash went down at Hyde nightclub in Hollywood. Among those who attended ... Paris Hilton, Larsa Pippen, Jason Derulo, Jake Paul, Madison Beer, Hana Cross, EJ Johnson, Jayde Nicole and Dorothy Wang.

Demi came as Pennywise from "It." Paris came as a schoolgirl. Larsa came in camo ... check out the gallery.

Kylie Jenner was supposed to attend, but her driver got in a little fender bender and she ended up being a no-show. She wasn't hurt and spent her night hanging with Sofia Richie. BTW ... Kylie was dressed as Madonna, circa 2003 VMA Awards.

Michael Jackson's imprint on Halloween culture is living on through his children -- one of whom's got an interesting tidbit about how his late father would celebrate ... incognito.

Prince Jackson hosted the third annual 'Thriller Night' at the Jackson family estate Friday night, which was all done in partnership with the charity Heal LA Foundation -- a nonprofit that emulates MJ's Heal the World org, but with a focus on those struggling in Los Angeles.

Tons of members of the Jackson clan rolled through, including Paris and Blanket (who goes by Bigi now), as well as Michael's nephews Taryll, TJ and Taj Jackson ... they all wore costumes.

While being interviewed outside the party, Prince shared a nice little nugget about life with their dad during the spooky holiday ... which, as it turns out, was one of the only times MJ could get out in public with his family without so much hoopla and attention.

PJ says because it's acceptable to be in costume for Halloween, MJ would take advantage and go trick-or-treating with the kids. Sounds like those outings were successful to a certain extent. MJ's nephews say there was always a tell that'd give him away. Any guesses???

As for what went down inside the actual party, it seemed pretty family-friendly ... with what appeared to be a haunted maze built in, and a 'Thriller' tribute show put on by dancers.

Of course, Michael's signature song has become a Halloween staple -- and tons of people still jam out to it and even rock his look from the music vid to this day. Again, a classic.

The best Halloween party in Hollywood went down Friday night in Bev Hills ... a party that has become a frightening tradition!

George Clooney and Rande Gerber hosted the Casamigos bash at the home of Mike Meldman, a developer and, of course, tequila tycoon.

The theme was psychedelic ... check out the neon and graffiti decorations.

As for the celebs who showed up ... David Arquette, Chuck Liddell, Gerard Butler, Cindy Crawford, Dave Grohl, Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake, Kaitlynn Carter, Maria Menounos, Larsa Pippen, Laverne Cox, Lisa Rinna, Molly Sims, Jeff Probst, Steve Tisch, Nina Dobrev, Paris Hilton, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Pia Miller, Patrick Whitesell, Ryan Phillippe, and tons more.

Cindy Crawford came dressed in a disco costume and Rande Gerber went as a hippy. Paris Hilton dressed as a fancy-looking bunny with large feather ears and satin lingerie. Lisa Rinna paid homage to J Lo's famed Versace dress with her teal and green costume.

Jessica Biel dressed as 90s JT, with the signature tight-blonde curly hair and large diamond stud earring. And, Justin Timberlake dressed as a microphone.

Nina Dobrev dressed as Billie Eilish -- rocking lime-green roots and black tears running down her face. Kaitlynn Carter dressed in a 70s costume, wearing a silver chain dress and go-go boots. Gerard Butler came dressed in a miss-matched psychedelic outfit and no shirt.

Larsa Pippen dressed as a dark angel with a black mini-dress and black feather wings. Patrick Schwarzenegger went as Austin Powers and his girlfriend, Abby Champion, went as a fembot.

Adele isn't wasting any time getting out on the town and living her ultimate single life ... partying at Drake's birthday party with a hot new look.

The 31-year-old -- who filed for divorce from her husband last month -- was spotted in a black dress, striking a pose outside the Hollywood bash Wednesday. Drake had his party at Goya Studios ... and attendees included Snoop Dogg, Kylie Jenner and French Montana.

Adele and her hubby of 7 years, Simon Konecki, announced their split back in April but said they'd work together to lovingly raise their son together.

It wasn't until September when Adele filed divorce docs in L.A. ... the two kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight since starting to date back in the summer of 2011. She gave birth to their son, Angelo, in October 2012. They tied the knot in a very secret ceremony, and she didn't confirm the union until 2017.

It's no surprise Adele had an invite to Drake's party, the two have a bit of a history. Adele attended a Drake show last year and raved about it. Drake replied, mentioning if he knew Adele was in the crowd, he would have been "SHOOK."

The two also spent a night together in L.A. earlier this year, hitting up a deli and a local bowling alley.

Halloween has officially hit Hollywood -- with massive parties to kick-off the holiday -- including star-studded events held by Paris Hilton and Dan Bilzerian.

Paris' party was held at a massive estate in Beverly Hills ... guests included Heidi Klum and her hubby, Kelly Osbourne, Paris Jackson and Ryan Phillippe. Paris was decked out in a super-hero worthy costume.

Bilzerian held his bash at a mansion in Bel Air with celeb buddies Diplo and Jason Derulo in attendance. The party even featured a neon haunted house for brave guests to walk through.

Rest in peace, turnover chains ... SMU just changed the sideline celebration game forever -- straight-up poppin' bottles on their bench after a huge play Thursday night!!!

The Mustangs were taking on the Houston Cougars in a conference matchup ... when in the second quarter, SMU recovered a fumble that swung momentum in the game.

To celebrate, the 'Stangs didn't turn to jewelry or a backpack -- instead, they went for the VIP scene ... reenacting bottle service at a club!!!

The clip is hilarious ... several players hold up signs reading "It's A Party," "SMU" and "Takeaway" -- all while one dude grabs a fake bottle of bubbly.

The funniest part? The bottle explodes on command -- dumping confetti all over his teammates!!!

The rest of the game wasn't quite as fun for SMU ... they won, but they had to sweat it out -- barely beating the Cougars, 34-31.

Kanye West turned one of L.A.'s most famous indoor venues into an outdoor oasis as fans gathered to hear his new album, "Jesus is King."

Yeezy faithful flocked to The Forum Wednesday to get a listen to Ye's latest project ... the floor of the arena was covered in long grasses to resemble the field where he first started Sunday Services.

The event -- which was a no-phone zone (except for Kim) -- started out with a screening of Kanye's "Jesus is King" IMAX film ... a 30-minute glimpse inside the Roden Crater with sounds from a gospel choir.

Then, Kanye appeared on a makeshift stage in the middle of one of the patches of long grass to play his album. Fans went nuts, crowding around Ye to vibe to the new music.

As for the album ... the production is top-notch, as expected, but the lyrics are noticeably different than Kanye's other stuff. It's totally gospel-based, with mentions of Jesus and being saved throughout ... there's also minimal -- if any -- cursing.

And yes, there was merch ... fans lined up deep to grab $170 sweaters and $45 hats.

Kim Kardashian just entered the last year of her 30s and as a gift ... her husband, Kanye, got her something she seems to appreciate more than any one material item.

The middle Kardashian sister hit the big 3-9 Monday, and to celebrate ... it appears she kept it relatively low-key with her closest loved ones -- including Ye and the kids. She posted a few videos of what she described as a "home cooked meal" from Carousel Restaurant ... which cooks up Middle Eastern cuisine. KK and co. also had a beignet truck pay 'em a visit.

The biggest revelation came a bit later in the night though, when Kim posted a photo of a letter she'd received ... which said a million-dollar donation had been made in her name.

Kim says Kanye gave the money to her fave charities -- which focus on prison reform, which she's obviously passionate about -- and got the kids in on it too. The charities included Cut 50, Buried Alive Project, Equal Justice Initiative and the Anti-Recidivism Coalition.

The idea of a donation as a gift may seem a little Costanza-ish -- remember "Festivus?" -- but these orgs are very much real ... and a million bucks goes a long way toward the cause.
