Cardi B is a master multitasker -- flying down to the Dominican Republic for some Merengue dancing with her fam ... all before a big show she's got in Texas a few hours from now.

The rapper was down in the D.R. Saturday -- Cardi's part Dominican herself, BTW -- with her sister, Hennessy, and some pals while they visited family and stuck around for a big get-together later in the night ... her grandmother's 80th birthday party, no less.

We got this video of Cardi doing her thing on the dance floor ... where she was cutting it up with the help of a DR legend -- accordionist and singer Fefita la Grande, who was handling stage duty for the night as Cardi and co. Merengue danced the night away.

Chance the Rapper was down to party with Megan Thee Stallion after the BET Awards ... within reason, of course.

The Chicago MC and his wife, Kirsten, paid Meg a visit late Saturday night at her private booth inside The Mansion Elan in Atlanta -- shortly after both of them took the stage at the award show for the pre-taped telecast ... which will air on TV Tuesday.

Chance -- who collab'd with MTS for his song, "Handsome" -- and Kirsten took shots with the "Hot Girl Summer" rapper ... but it looks like they weren't trying to get too loaded.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga are definitely hooking up again, or they just HAPPEN to keep showing up at the same places -- in a huge city, mind you -- by total coincidence. You make the call.

The exes' latest close encounter went down Saturday night at Hyde Lounge on the Sunset Strip. KJ arrived on a party bus with her sis, Khloe Kardashian, around 1 AM -- and, as you can see, she was beaming from the second she stepped off the bus. Hmmm, wonder why?

Tyga was already inside at that point. We don't know exactly what time he arrived, but we know it was before 1 AM ... and we know he left at 2 AM.

Blake Snell's gonna be smellin' like Budweiser for weeks ... 'cause the Tampa Bay Rays pitcher mindlessly drained 2 beers on himself after the big win Wednesday ... and it was all in the background of an interview!!!

The players were going crazy in the locker room after rolling past the Oakland A's in the AL Wild Card with a 5-1 win ... drenching the visitors locker room with champagne and brews.

The Rays had a bunch to celebrate -- from Yandy Diaz's 2 solo dingers and Avisail Garcia and Tommy Pham's HRs to Charlie Morton getting the win on the mound.

But, there was one highlight of the celly that needs separate recognition -- Snell and one other teammate took advantage of Morton's postgame interview ... by jumping in the background and dumping 2 full beers each on their heads!!

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have tied the knot again -- and the Biebs is already admiring his bride anew in two new photos of the happy couple.

JB posted a pair of photo booth-style professional shots from Monday, with both him and Hailey kissing for the camera and then posing in goofy faces. He's got his white shirt and bow tie on, while Hailey's got her bridal dress ... which looks stunning.

Justin captioned the pics, "My bride is 🔥." The watermark in the top left corner marks their wedding date with, "The Biebers September 30, 2019."

Justin and Hailey Bieber are feeling extra sappy as they get ready to walk down the aisle ... because, before their big day, they made their wedding guests watch "The Notebook."

Sources at the Biebers' blowout South Carolina wedding bash tell TMZ ... Justin and Hailey hosted a huge sleepover for all their friends and family Sunday night at the Montage Palmetto Bluff, complete with a screening of their favorite flick, plus some fun and games.

Our sources say the evening had a carnival theme ... and there was a huge spread of ice cream and candy, a giant dance party, bowling and a big game of capture the flag.

The party lasted deep into the night ... we're told Justin and Hailey surprised everyone around 1 AM when they busted out a bunch of water guns, and a huge water fight ensued!!!

Swae Lee wasn't about to let a little thing like a spill offstage ruin a good night -- so he took his shirt off and drank some Henny afterward to hit that point home.

The Rae Sremmurd rapper was putting on a show late Friday night at the Union Rooftop in Minneapolis, where he appeared to lose his balance at one point while jamming out to his song, "Black Beatles" ... and promptly fell face-forward into the crowd.

Luckily, it wasn't a hard fall ... and it looks like the security guard standing next to him was quick to reach for him and pull him back up. Swae didn't return the favor though.

Later in the show, the now-shirtless MC held a big bottle of Hennessy above his head ... keeping the party going, and proceeding to take a shot to big cheers. As he passed the bottle back to an audience member, the guard tried intercepting ... and SL wasn't having it.

Hailey Bieber's a sucker for monstrous penis-shaped cups in the hands of friends like Kendall Jenner -- 'cause when you're the bride-to-be everyone does as you please.

Hailey, Kendall and several other friends were wildin' out Wednesday night in L.A. for Mrs. Bieber's bachelorette party. They started the festivities with dinner at Ysabel, and then made their way over to Delilah nightclub in WeHo.

In the pics, you can see how delighted Hailey was at the sight of Kendall working the phallic sippy cup. BTW, the straws were also penis-shaped, so ... pretty much every bachelorette party you've ever seen or attended.

Hailey was rocking a strapless, bridal white dress, complete with a veil, diamond necklace and, of course, her blinding gigantic diamond ring. Hell of a sendoff just days before she and Justin Bieber walk down the aisle in South Carolina.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin and Hailey locked down their wedding singer -- Daniel Caesar. You'll recall Justin and Hailey got married in an NYC courtroom last September, but this ceremony -- for family, friends and God -- is equally important to them.

French Montana is pulling out ALL the stops for his upcoming album -- which you can hear in a new single that features Post Malone, Cardi B and one catchy ass tune.

TMZ got a hold of a new track that we're told will appear on the NYC rapper's much-anticipated third album, "Montana" -- which is set to drop in November. After releasing a recent single with Gunna ... it looks like we might have the second coming here.

The song is called "Writing on the Wall," and it features Post, Cardi and producer-singer Rvssian. It is VERY different from what you heard on 'Suicide Doors' ... in a good way, of course. While 'SD' was hypnotic ... this one's gonna get you up and dancing.

In fact, we'll even go so far as to say that 'Writing' is kinda reminiscent of French's smash hit, 'Unforgettable,' with Swae Lee from a couple years back. Similar in vibe, for sure.

First, 5'9", 225-pound utility man Willians Astudillo thrusted his hips in a fashion we NEVER knew he could.

Then, newly acquired reliever Sergio Romo decided to ditch his shirt and take a few laps around Comerica Park's field!!

Amazing.

The Twins have crushed it all year long and are a legitimate threat to take down the Yankees and the Astros in the American League's postseason next month.

This is pretty great ... skate superstar Nyjah Huston is sick of keeping his awards in a room at home, so he turned his newest trophy into a modified booze cup and hit the bars!!!

The 24-year-old just clinched the 2019 Street League Skateboarding championship -- the 5th time he's won the title -- and celebrated by raging with friends.

It started off as a house party ... but things escalated quickly -- with Huston and his pals hitting Poppy nightclub in L.A., one of the hottest spots in town.

By the way, who parties on Monday night?! 24-year-old millionaires. That's who.

But, the best part about the clip ... Huston has taped a red Solo cup to his prize so he could drink from it -- kinda like the NHL's Stanley Cup.

Huston -- along with some of his famous pals, including Faze Banks -- then proceeded to rage their faces off inside the club.

Pretty epic actually.

They passed the trophy around the place. Everybody had a blast. Nobody got arrested or in trouble!! Overall, great night!!

"When They See Us" star Jharrel Jerome was the man of the hour when he hauled in a huge Emmy win, but he left zero doubt the night's spotlight belonged to the man he portrayed.

Jharrel proudly brought CP5 exoneree Korey Wise with him Sunday night to Netflix's after-party at L.A.'s Milk Studios. It was a helluva win for Jharrel, who brought home Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series.

Jharrel, of course, played Korey ... one of the 5 teens wrongfully convicted for the 1989 rape and beating of a female jogger. Korey was the oldest of the accused at 16. He served 12 years behind bars before he and the others were exonerated in 2002.

During his acceptance speech, 21-year-old Jharrel paid tribute to the "exonerated five" ... but that was only the beginning.

Arnold Schwarzenegger looked like a rock star ... even with just a tiny baton.

The Terminator orchestrated one helluva performance Sunday at the 186th Original Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. He proudly waved his baton with purpose as Münchner Zwietracht rocked out to Die Schlagermafia's "Very Good for Hollywood."

Ya gotta give Arnold credit ... he may not have the technical moves down, but he swings with passion. Arnold was there for the festivities with GF Heather Milligan. He's no stranger to getting down at the world-famous festival. It's kinda an annual thing for him.

As we reported ... Arnold was there last year with Heather to celebrate his son's, Patrick, 25th birthday. And just like he did last year, once again, Arnold wore a traditional Lederhosen -- a light-colored shirt and short leather trousers.

This whole Area 51 thing kinda fizzled, but at least unseen aliens could enjoy a small, freaky dance party.

DJ/producer Paul Oakenfold performed at a festival called Storm Area 51 Basecamp. Thing is ... it wasn't anywhere near Area 51 Alien Center. Event organizers bailed on that idea and brought a free music festival to Vegas.

The dance party was a separate, 2-day event held at the Alien Research Center ... a souvenir shop 100 miles out of Vegas. Before the dance party, there was a screening of the movie, "Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers."

The original plan was for millions of people to storm Area 51 to "see them aliens." Millions didn't show up ... not even close -- more like a light sprinkle.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are taking advantage of their friends' fancy wedding weekend ... by turning it into a fun-filled, romantic time of their own.

The engaged couple looked happy and in love at a pre-wedding dinner party in Italy Thursday night ... smooching at their table at the seafood restaurant Pierluigi.

The celeb couple's in Rome to see their friend, fashion designer Misha Nonoo, tie the knot with millionaire entrepreneur Michael Hess.

Katy and Orlando aren't the only big names attending the lavish wedding -- Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, along with supermodel Karlie Kloss and hubby Joshua Kushner are on hand ... and there are rumors royalty will be in the house too. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to show for the ceremony.

As with most weddings, the vibes were jovial at the dinner. At one point Katy and Orlando were spotted walking out arm in arm with other guests looking like they were having the time of their lives.

Bet they can't wait for the real reception.

"Bar Rescue" star Jon Taffer is releasing his own line of hard seltzer to compete with White Claw -- and tells TMZ he spotted a major flaw with WC ...the flavors are weak!!!

Taffer just launched Taffer’s Mixologist Sparkling Craft Cocktails -- clearly hoping to capitalize on the hard seltzer craze that led to a national shortage of White Claw.

FYI, hard seltzer sales have reportedly crossed the $1 BILLION mark over the past year (mostly due to White Claw sales) -- and Taffer saw the perfect opportunity to jump in.

"I've been working on this for a year," Taffer told TMZ in New York ... "perfect time to bring my hard seltzer to the marketplace."

So, how the hell can a new brand compete with such a monster in the space? Taffer says White Claw has a major Achilles heel.

"I think they had a good viral hit. I think they got into the space nice and early. But, I also think there are some weaknesses in that brand, flavor profiles and things like that."

In other words, Taffer thinks White Claw tastes like White Crap.

"So, what I did after 185 Bar Rescues, I came into this with flavors! Things like Cucumber Jalapeno and Strawberry Basil ... so I really came at this with a flavor mentality, not just a money mentality."
