Drake is bringing some heavy hitters to the stage Monday in Toronto for his annual OVO Fest ... we just got wind of the lineup, and it's INSANE!!!

Our sources tell us this is the star-studded group set to perform ... Meek Mill, Chris Brown, Tyga, YG, Megan Thee Stallion, Cardi B and Offset, DaBaby, Lil Baby, Rick Ross and Gucci Mane!!!

OVO Fest 2019 kicked off Sunday night at the Budweiser Stage in the Six ... with special performances by B2K, Mario, Lloyd, Pretty Ricky, Ying Yang Twins and Bobby V.

A solid opening-day lineup, no doubt ... but tonight is shaping up to be EPIC!!!

Safe to say OVO Fest is the place to be for a little Monday fun day ... and for everyone who is not up in Canada tonight, good luck dealing with a serious case of FOMO.

Rihanna is looking like the sexiest loofah in all the land as she celebrates the Crop Over Carnival in her native Barbados -- and if she's a little tamer this year, it's still a must-see event!

RiRi hit up the carnival Monday wearing this pink feather ensemble. No question about it ... the Caribbean queen rocked it. But, ya gotta admit ... her past outfits have been way more revealing.

Rihanna didn't attend last year's festivities -- a 200-year tradition that marks the end of the sugar cane season -- but fans were salivating at the thought of what she might wear when she announced last month she'd be returning this year.

The one-legged dude who went viral after getting busted by cops trying to sneak into Lollapalooza Friday during a massive stampede is Mekailo Woodfork. He tells us Rich gave him the star treatment over the weekend in Chicago after learning of his plight.

Mekailo, an 18-year-old from the Chicago suburbs, tells us he went to the festival with every intention of sneaking in with his buddies. The cops infamously cut his first attempt short, but he says police let him go and he made another attempt to jump a fence -- which he somehow did -- only to have security waiting on the other side.

Enter Rich the Kid ... we're told the rapper saw the viral footage of Mekailo getting busted by a cop, so his manager reached out to the teen over Instagram and hooked him up with backstage access!

Sean McVay's incredibly attractive fiancee went on a girls trip with her incredibly attractive friends in Puerto Rico ... and the pics are great!!!

Veronika Khomyn and her 4 gal pals spent the weekend in San Juan for what they dubbed a "birthday trip" ... but it's unclear whose big day they were celebrating. We're just glad they're having fun.

McBae -- whose birthday is reportedly in March -- posted a hot shot from their time on the beach ... which reminds us how lucky the L.A. Rams coach really is.

Khomyn posted about the trip, saying "To have you as my best friends is everything. My stomach still hurts from laughing so much this weekend. Thank you for the best birthday trip."

McVay and Khomyn -- who have been together for years -- got engaged while on a romantic vacation in Italy back in June.

Heidi Klum did her second wedding with Tom Kaulitz right -- saying "I do" on the high Italian sea ... and then promptly hopping on another boat and catching grub the next day.

The supermodel got hitched (again) in Capri this weekend, where she was seen wearing a strapless white gown and veil aboard a yacht. Her hubby opted for a white tux himself. The second round of nuptials comes months after they got legally married in February.

TMZ broke the story ... secretly tied the knot a year after they met each other in 2018 to the day -- February 22. They'd gotten engaged this past December.

After Saturday's ceremony, the married couple and some friends hitched a boat ride Sunday to a nearby restaurant, where they stuffed their faces with Italian chow ... and a little bit of each other's faces too. Tom had his hair down under a cap, while Heidi had hers tied up in a bun. Each of them looked super relaxed as they kick off their honeymoon.

This is Heidi's third marriage -- she was married to Seal and Ric Pipino before -- and Tom's second. He doesn't have any kids, but Heidi's got four from her previous relationships.

Chaos at Lollapalooza in Chicago where more than 50 people charged the gates "Game of Thrones"-style to get free entry ... but cops only managed to stop one dude -- a guy who only has 1 leg.

It all went down around 2 PM -- where fans who obviously were stoked to see huge acts like Childish Gambino and Tame Impala.

There was clearly a "They Can't Stop All Of Us" mentality ... and they were mostly right. Mostly.

In the footage, a cop storms into the fracas with heroic intentions ... only to step in front of the only guy in the group with a prosthetic leg.

Officials say NONE of the fence-stormers actually made it inside the festival -- claiming the gate that went down was only a perimeter fence.

In other words, there was a gate behind the gate.

No word what happened to the one guy who got stopped.

Look, cops don't always take the easy way out ... there was that one time they ran down a world-class athlete who ended up being the #1 overall pick in the NFL Draft.

Nicki Minaj is about to change her identity -- adding her beau's last name to her own -- and officially making her Petty.

Nicki and Kenneth Petty marched into a Beverly Hills courthouse earlier this week and got a marriage license. Sources close to the couple tell us Nicki -- whose real name is Onika Tanya Maraj -- will be known as Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty.

As for the wedding, it's a mystery ... but there are clues. Several of her close friends flew into L.A. Tuesday, the day after she and Kenneth got their marriage license. The friends stayed in town for less than a day and flew out again. They were all staying at 2 swanky WeHo hotels.

It's possible the wedding went down that day, but we're not sure. It's also possible they could get hitched this weekend. Her mentor, Lil Wayne, has a couple days off from his Blink-182 tour and our sources say he plans to be in L.A. Saturday and Sunday.

Lil Uzi Vert broke the bank celebrating 25 years of life ... throwing a lavish birthday party in NYC and dropping over a million bucks for a luxury car that used to belong to Floyd Mayweather!!!

The Philly rapper pulled out all the stops Wednesday night for his bday bash ... partying the night away with celeb friends and tons of smokin' hot babes at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge.

Jordyn Woods, Wale, Gunna, Casanova, Bernice Burgos, Pop Smoke, Shiggy, DJ Clue and a bunch of others turned up ... and Uzi was literally looking like a kid in a candy store, because guests chowed down on candy sushi, cotton candy, popcorn and pretzels.

Uzi rolled up to his party in style ... hopping out of Floyd's former Bugatti. We're told Uzi dropped $1.7 million on Mayweather's whip, and he threw down another $20,000 to get the car rush-delivered from Los Angeles.

Lil Uzi bought the 2012 Bugatti Grand Sport from celebrity car broker RD Whittington ... and we're told it's the same car Floyd got before his 2017 superfight against Conor McGregor.

The Bugatti looks a little different now ... thanks to some sweet custom work by CarEffex, which tricked it out with a $10k custom wrap.

BTW ... when Floyd first copped the Bugatti, he threw down $3.3 MILLION. So, Uzi got a steal.

Back to the party ... Lil Uzi Vert guzzled champagne and there were Uzi-themed cocktails, courtesy of D'usse. He cut into a birthday cake decorated in diamonds and dollar bills -- the party theme was "Dripping Green & Diamonds."

Speaking of diamonds ... as you can see in the pics, Uzi was rocking tons of new ice from celeb jeweler Eliantte. Gotta have that bday bling!

Logic is getting ready to walk down the aisle again ... because we've learned he and his fiancee just got a marriage license.

Sources close to the rapper and Brittney Noell tell TMZ ... the couple took a trip to a courthouse earlier this month and got the necessary paperwork to tie the knot.

No word on when they'll make it official -- or if they already have -- but licenses are typically pulled shortly before the nuptials. A marriage license is good for 90 days ... so the clock's ticking.

Logic and Brittney have been keeping their relationship very private. It looks like she had her bachelorette party in San Diego back in June ... and you can clearly see her engagement ring in some photos from her bachelorette weekend.

Brittney's done some modeling and she's got her own clothing line ... so Logic has quite the catch.

As we first reported ... Logic and Brittney met in early 2018, and he took her with him on a private jet for a show in Vegas in April, shortly after pulling the plug on his marriage to Jessica Andrea.

TMZ broke the story ... Logic finalized his divorce with Jessica in September, and he got to keep their home in Tarzana.

Dana White turned 50 on Sunday ... and his surprise birthday bash was INCREDIBLE -- with an amazing performance from Gwen Stefani and Don Henley busting out "Hotel California"!

The UFC boss had no idea the party was being set up at the Aria Hotel & Casino on Sunday night ... but when he arrived, the guy nearly lost his mind!!!

White is a huge music fan -- his office is filled with memorabilia -- so to have the stars from "No Doubt" and The Eagles in the house meant a lot to him. Gwen performed several hits including "The Sweet Escape."

We're told roughly 200 of Dana's closest friends and family members showed up for the bash ... including Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis and UFC Hall of Famer Matt Serra.

Just 24 hours before the party, Dana was in Canada for UFC 240 ... where he wrapped the UFC championship belt on Max Holloway after he defeated Frankie Edgar in the main event.

But, when you're Dana White, and traveling internationally means jumping on your private plane, it makes life easier!

Woodstock 50 will be a free show to those lucky enough to get their hands on tickets ... though which performers will officially take the stage is still up in the air.

Sources familiar with the event plans tell us, organizers have decided to release tickets in the coming days free of charge. We're told a limited number of seats will be available for the show -- which has been moved to Maryland -- and instructions on how to get tickets will likely be posted by the end of the week.

Our sources say the show will now be billed as a benefit concert ... and those who are able to snag seats are encouraged to donate to their favorite causes.

Here's the problem ... we're told it's still VERY unclear who will perform at Woodstock. Artists who signed onto the OG 50th Anniversary event are no longer obligated to their contract ... and big names like Jay-Z and John Fogerty have already announced they've pulled the plug on their performances.

Our sources say organizers are still hopeful they'll be able to put on a 3-day festival with music throughout ... and final plans are still very much in motion. In fact, we're told all artists who are still booked and scheduled to perform have been paid in full.

As for how Woodstock plans to make money to pay for event employees and other costs? We're told VIP tickets will still be sold at a cost in an effort to bridge the gap between expenses and profit.

Woodstock 50 is set to happen the weekend of August 16.

J Lo returned the favor to A-Rod Friday night, stopping her show in its tracks to wish her fiance a big, big HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

She was in Miami performing her "It's My Party: The Live Celebration" tour at the American Airlines Arena when she put everything on pause, brought her kis and his kids onstage and then called A-Rod up. As he stood next to a gigantic cake, she led the crowd into a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday."

She professeed her love for him and conceded, it been all about her this week. J Lo turned 50 on July 24 and A-Rod threw an amazing party for her. His birthday is today, on the 27th, so she returned the favor Friday night.

BTW ... A-Rod's 4-tiered cake, which looked incredible, was from Divine Delicacies. Alex's name was created with swavorski crystals. It also had an edible baseball jersey, bat and ball. The whole thing costs around $3k.

Woodstock 50 has taken another body blow ... Jay-Z and John Fogerty are pulling the plug on the festival.

The event's supposed to go down in just 3 weeks, and this kind of news could cause a stampede.

It's all kind of come full circle but not in the way Woodstock would have wanted -- it was Fogerty, along with Common and festival founder Michael Lang, who announced back in March that Jay-Z would perform at Woodstock 50.

Jay-Z was the big get for W50. He was slated to close the 3-day festival, which has faced a devastating series of setbacks.

As we reported ... the major blow came back in June when Watkins Glen International -- an upstate NY racetrack where the event was supposed to go down -- pulled the plug. There were major money issues as well that dogged the festival.

The event's now being held at the Merriweather Post Pavilion ... an outdoor amphitheater in Columbia, Maryland.

Jordyn Woods likes what Khloe Kardashian likes ... stars on the hardwood, because she's hangin' with another of Khloe's exes.

Kylie Jenner's former bestie danced and smoked hookah alongside NBA star James Harden in Houston Wednesday night, and, if you're not keeping track ... Harden's another ex-boyfriend of Khloe's.

We're told Jordyn and James were partying together at Belle Station, and were cozying up in the same booth. At one point, Jordyn stood up and danced in front of him while taking a hookah hit.

We're told the 2 have hung out in the past -- pre-Khloe's split with Tristan -- and Jordyn allegedly told friends Khloe was cool with it ... our sources say Khloe never even knew about it. What's unclear is if Jordyn and James have taken it a step further.

Jordyn took Chernobyl-type heat for contributing to the breakup of Khloe's family after allegedly cheating with her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, at a house party.

Woods claimed it was just innocent fun, though, and said he only kissed her once. Khloe first blamed Jordyn for destroying her fam, then took it back.

Things got so bad between Jordyn and Kylie ... Kylie kicked Jordyn out of her guest house.

Jennifer Lopez's 50th birthday party was insane -- with huge stars, a huge mansion, a huge cake ... and a 6-figure birthday present courtesy of her fiance, Alex Rodriguez!!!

It all went down Wednesday night at Gloria Estefan's waterfront mansion on Star Island in Miami ... where J Lo's famous friends like DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, Ryan Seacrest and Ashanti rolled to party with Jenny from the Block.

43-year-old A-Rod gifted Jennifer a sick red Porsche 911 GTS convertible, worth around $140,000!!!

He also gave a big speech in front of the crowd, telling Jennifer that he loves her deeply and is so happy to be a part of her 50th birthday. It was sweet.

And, speaking of sweet, the cake was lit too! It was 10 TIERS and it was taller than most of the guests and took 5 grown-ass dudes to carry it into the party!

We're also told it was covered with with 24-karat edible gold and featured her name and the number “50” in Swarovski crystals. And, it was delicious too -- a Divine Delicacies Custom vanilla rum cake with dulce de leche filling. The bakery had no comment.

We're told the total cake cost -- $10,000!!!

As for the party itself, everyone was turning up ... even her kids hopped onstage and serenaded J Lo with a birthday rap song. It was adorable!

Also, Fat Joe bumped his hit, "All the Way Up" ... and the place went NUTS!!!

Lopez was also gifted a huge portrait of herself that was also bigger than most of the guests!!

The big grand finale was an explosive fireworks display over the water -- it was like the 4th of July all over again!!!

By the way, Jennifer isn't taking too much time to recover ... she's got a concert in Miami on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, which will close out her tour.

Props to A-Rod for setting the whole thing up and everyone seemed to have a blast -- and now, we're all thinking the same thing in the office ... how are they gonna one-up this party for the wedding bash?!!

Donald Trump made a surprise appearance at a wedding that had a theme -- Make America Great Again.

The wedding went down Saturday night at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in Bedminster, New Jersey.

There was no doubt about it ... there were chants "USA, USA, USA," and "Trump, Trump, Trump."

You see the President kiss the bride and wave hello to the crowd that is cheering him on.  At various points during the evening, various people from the wedding party wore "MAGA" hats and even posed with Trump.

We're told the bride and groom -- PJ Mongelli and Nicole Marie -- are huge Trump fans. His Facebook is laced with Trump support, including a pic of him with the President.

The couple got engaged in 2017 at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster.

Nicole Marie actually sent Trump multiple invites to the wedding, including a booklet that showcased encounters that she had with him, including rallies and Trump parties.
