Party All The Time

YG was swarmed by cops early Sunday morning and handcuffed for reckless driving, and the situation became tense.

The rapper was on his way to appear at 1 OAK during BET weekend at around 1:45 AM and cops claim he was speeding and weaving in and out of lanes on the Sunset Strip when cops lit him up.

This is where the situation became tense. L.A. County Sheriff's deputies claim YG became "upset and uncooperative and used profanities toward the deputies." They also claim he was "riling up the crowd," so they handcuffed him.

Cops began yelling at bystanders who were upset over the police response, telling some to "shut up."

Sheriff's deputies administered a sobriety test with a field breathalyzer and determined YG was not under the influence.

The 7th Annual BET Experience Saturday night did not disappoint ... not by a long shot.

The big event celebrating BET Weekend in L.A. went down at Staples Center in Downtown Los Angeles, and featured the likes of Cardi B, Migos, G-Eazy, Yung Miami, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby, and Trippie Redd.

Staples was also where Meek Mill and YG performed Friday night, with a tribute to Nipsey Hussle.

The concerts are all a lead-up to Sunday night's 19th Annual BET Awards, which will go down at L.A.'s Microsoft Theater. Cardi leads the nominations with 7, followed by Drake with 5.

Mick Jagger is unreal, and for that matter, so are all of The Rolling Stones. They performed for the first time since Mick's heart surgery and looked incredible ... but there's something even more shocking.

The Stones entertained 60,000 fans Friday night in Chicago at a sold-out Soldier Field concert, and if you closed your eyes it would be hard to hear the difference between circa 1965 and today.

Mick pranced up and down the stage was in top form ... this after undergoing heart valve replacement surgery in March.

The group was forced to postpone the first 14 days on its No Filter tour, but check out the video ... it was worth the wait.

This was not Mick and co. going through the motions. The concert was as much of a statement as anything ... the heart surgery was a bump in the road, but not a deal breaker.

They played a ton of hits -- 20 songs in all -- including "Sympathy for the Devil," "Honky Tonk Women," "Paint it Black," "Jumpin' Jack Flash," and "Start Me Up." Oh, and of course, "Gimme Shelter" and 'Satisfaction.'

In all, the concert lasted about 3 hours, and there was no sign of fatigue.

It's actually the first Stones concert since July 2018. Think of this ... The Beatles lasted a decade ... The Stones have been together for half a century.

Bella Thorne is leaving her troubles behind on the mainland ... hopping on a yacht to party her face off in Miami!!!

This glamorous scene was once where LiLo shot her MTV reality show, "Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club" ... but a rep for Lindsay, Anna Rothchild, tells us she's canceling the show after its inaugural season.

As you can see ... the rows and rows of cabanas, beach chairs and umbrellas that once covered the landscape have disappeared, leaving behind nothing but sand. The images are from May, according to the person who snapped the pics.

All traces of Lindsay are pretty much gone as well ... the iconic sign with the Lohan Beach House logo has been removed, and the backdrop full of succulents just looks desert dead.

It definitely ain't Insta-worthy these days.

Billie Eilish gave an encore performance in NYC ... from her window, and her fans roared in approval.

The 17-year-old alt-pop singer rocked back and forth Wednesday night from her dressing room at Radio City Music Hall as a huge crowd gathered below ... blasting Billie's hit after hit. The "Ocean Eyes" singer had just performed there and the crowd clearly thirst for more. And, she gave it to them.

Watch ... Billie danced and recorded her fans down below. She posted her vantage point on Instagram and you can see why she's cemented her status as a bonafide star. BTW ... her gig at the iconic Radio City Music Hall followed Tuesday night's NYC debut at Rooftop at Pier 17 ... which sold out.

Machine Gun Kelly and Yungblud joined forces after separate gigs in different cities ... with an impromptu performance atop a tour bus that had fans losing their damn minds.

So check it out ... MGK had a scheduled performance Wednesday night at the City National Grove in Anaheim while Yungblud was performing at world famous Roxy Theatre in WeHo. But, just after midnight ... MGK rolled up on his tour bus, spotted YB and, in endearing fashion, yelled, "What's up, you f***? Come here."

Halsey's man didn't hesitate joining MGK on the bus rooftop and quasi performed their new hit "I Think I'm OKAY" featuring Travis Barker. The crowd ate it up. One problem ... the duo had no idea how to get the hell down. Lucky for them ... the crowd had an easy solution.

BTW ... MGK and Yungblud sauntered over to On The Rox ... joining Travis to perform their hit track. MGK was hanging all over the place Yungblud sprayed champagne everywhere.

Super BTW ... we ask MGK if the new tattoo on the back of his head -- which reads "Hotel Diablo," the name of his new album -- hurt at all. Ya might -- or might not -- be surprised by his answer.

Courteney Cox is back in Mexico with Jennifer Aniston and her gal pals, and judging by her relaxed appearance ... getting there was a lot easier this time than the last girls getaway.

The "Cougar Town" star splashed in the waves on the beach in Cabo San Lucas Wednesday as she celebrated her 55th birthday with some of her best friends ... including her "Friends" costar.

The other ladies enjoying fun in the sun include actress Mary McCormack, Kristin Hahn, and Jason Bateman's wife, Amanda Anka.

It's unclear if Jimmy Kimmel's wife, Molly, made this trip, but you'll recall back in February ... she was with Jen, Courteney and Amanda when they had to make an emergency landing on the way to Cabo to celebrate Aniston's big 5-0.

Takeoff was the man of the hour at his beverage-fueled surprise 25th birthday party ... but Cardi B made sure to grab some -- okay most -- of the attention.

Cardi and her husband, Offset, joined Quavo to celebrate the bday of their fellow Migos rapper in downtown L.A. Tuesday night, and the party theme was sweet ... as in loaded with sugary drinks, candy and cake.

The bash looked fun as hell too ... with a variety of arcade games, delicious food, and of course -- TakeOff's Drank Factory. According to Quavo, the party was thrown as a surprise for his pal ... he shared a post saying, "Surprise Take U Deserve It!!!"

As for the cake ... Cardi showed off plenty in a black fishnet getup accentuating her backside. Following her wardrobe malfunction at Bonnaroo, it appears she decided to go with a "less is more" approach to her outfit.

Katy Perry went into full geek mode at Disneyland ... just like the rest of the world visiting the park's newest attraction.

Katy and her fam hit up Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Tuesday and there was no shortage of fandom explosions. She was there with her fiance, Orlando Bloom, who challenged her to a lightsaber duel ... though Katy wanted no part of it cause she was in the middle of Instagramming the scene.

Cuba Gooding Jr. remembers 2 things distinctly about his accuser -- that he absolutely did NOT touch her breast, and also that unlike most fans he meets ... she claimed to LOVE one of his worst movies.

Cuba's lawyer, Mark Heller, tells TMZ ... the actor says when his accuser approached him at the NYC club, sitting down on the couch next to him and his girlfriend ... she said she was a fan of his movies, especially "Snow Dogs." If you've seen it, you know why that would stand out to Gooding.

That initial interaction is what you see in the surveillance video TMZ obtained.

We're told, Gooding initially thought she was messing with him because she shouted out "Snow Dogs" over his Oscar-caliber classics, but he decided to be friendly since she was a fan.

As for the touching that's evident in the video ... Heller says Gooding admits placing his hand on her thigh as a cordial gesture -- as friends might do when sitting closely. Then he says he brought his hand up to her hand -- NOT her breast -- and brought her hand to his lips for a kiss. Again, Gooding says it was all a "friendly gesture."

The actor insists he did not touch the woman's breast and wasn't hitting on her ... as he was ever mindful his girlfriend, Claudine De Niro, was sitting in between them.

After the encounter, Cuba and Claudine went downstairs at the club to make out on a couch when the accuser confronted Gooding's security about the alleged groping. We're told Gooding says he had no idea what she was talking about and was confused about who she even was, because he'd met so many people that night. He then got up to leave.

When the case hit the media, Gooding claims he only remembered his interaction with the woman ... mostly because the surveillance video triggered his memory about her love of "Snow Dogs."

As for initial reports about club security having to break up a heated argument between Cuba and the accuser ... Heller says it didn't happen. He adds there are no witnesses nor video to support it either.

NBA draft prospect Bol Bol -- the 7'2" phenom from Oregon -- just flew out of L.A. ... after getting in some partying with a bunch of attractive ladies.

The 19-year-old had been in L.A. to show off his talents to NBA teams ahead of Thursday's 2019 NBA Draft -- where he's expected to be a 1st-round pick.

The issue ... Bol battled a foot injury that sidelined him for most of the 2019 college basketball season -- and there are concerns about how the injury will affect him in the pros.

But, when we saw Bol Bol at LAX on Monday -- he told us he's 100% ... and didn't seem to have a problem using that foot to climb the escalator inside the terminal.

Over the weekend, Bol Bol was spotted leaving Bootsy Bellows with a female entourage -- because that's what you do when you're 19 years old and about to become a multi-millionaire!

Bol has a bright future in the NBA ... at least according to Shaquille O'Neal, who raved about the guy back in May telling us, "The guy everyone should be looking at is Bol Bol."

He added, "Bol Bol can play. He's the real deal."

Of course, Bol Bol is the son of NBA royalty -- his father is the late NBA legend Manute Bol ... the 7'7" phenom from Sudan.

Hodor from "Game of Thrones" must've still been in character during his DJ set this weekend -- he didn't talk much ... but there was A LOT of noise coming from his booth.

Actor Kristian Nairn came through for his DJing gig Friday night at Larry Flynt's Hustler Club in Vegas, where he'd been booked to perform for a Rave of Thrones event ... in honor of the Comic-Con going down, of course. It was a rooftop affair, full bar included.

Musically speaking, Kristian didn't disappoint. The dude did his thaaang well from behind the turntable, mixing in a bunch of EDM hits, and the crowd ate it up on the dance floor.

Like we mentioned earlier, Hodor wasn't in a chatty mood -- at least from what we can see in this video. Not even a courtesy "Hodor" mumble on the mic ... kind of a bummer, really.

BUT ... Kristian was cordial, waving at patrons who, naturally, shouted out his character's name. It also looks like folks showed out in full 'GoT' attire, with some even taking a seat on a makeshift Iron Throne.

Luckily, nobody endured death by flesh-eating white walkers this time around. Yeah, Hodor holds the door ... and holds it down pretty much everywhere else, including here.

Cardi B's rainbow-colored jumpsuit couldn't take the pressure of a full concert worth o' booty shaking, but she made sure the show went on ... slightly more covered up.

The rapper had just taken the stage Sunday night at the Bonnaroo Arts and Music Festival when -- a couple songs into her set -- she suffered a wardrobe malfunction ... a split right down the middle of her ass.

Cardi left for a few minutes after announcing her outfit had ripped, but after the crowd entertained themselves by singing "Old Town Road" ... she reemerged in a white bathrobe and declared, "We gonna keep it moving, baby."

Even with her setback, Cardi's set was a super quick 45 minutes, but was jam-packed with all of her hits ... including "I Like It," "Money" and "Bodak Yellow" to close it out. She also vowed to "keep it sexy" and managed to do so ... even in a robe.

As we reported, Cardi's had to cancel some shows lately due to complications with her recovery from cosmetic surgery -- lipo and a boob job.

12:11 PM PT -- Drake did his best Rob Gronkowski impression at the Raptors' parade -- catching a full beer that a fan threw his way ... and chugging the hell out of it!!!

Drizzy has been raging on Kawhi Leonard's double-decker parade bus all morning long ... and when someone tossed a brew his way -- he went full Stone Cold Steve Austin on it!!!

He cracked it open ... poured it down the hatch -- and appeared to dab afterward!!

The parade is going on hour No. 5 ... but there's a chance we haven't seen the best from Drake yet -- he's supposed to address the crowd once the parade reaches the end.

Toronto shockingly upset the Warriors in six games last week ... and the Canadian city is throwing a party to celebrate -- and we'll be live streaming the whole thing.

Two of the Kardashian kids got their traditional double birthday party this weekend, courtesy of Kim and Kourtney.

North West turned 6 on Saturday and Penelope turns 7 next month, but close enough for a birthday bash.

The theme of the party ... the Hasbro game, Candy Land. It was held in the backyard of one of the Kardashians ... we don't know which.

Tons of party stuff ... a bounce house, toadstools and the obligatory candy, complete with an enormous candy bar festooned with the worlds, "Happy B-Day Penelope and North."

North and Kim showed up with matching eye shadow and braids.
