Drake was where he's always been lately ... smack in the middle of all things Raptors.

Canada's NBA champs celebrated Friday into Saturday AM in a big way at the Wynn in Vegas.

Drake walked in cradling the trophy and then took the mic to ferociously pay homage to his team, all the while clutching a bottle of Dom.

The team, along with Champagne Papi, all wore championship hats.

Security swarmed the entire celebration, but at Encore Beach Club during the day, the only normies who were allowed in were women in bikinis.

The nighttime celebration went down at XS Nightclub at the Wynn hotel, where Drake has his residency.

As you know, the Raptors closed the book on the series in Game 6, beating the Warriors by a score of 114 to 110. Drake wasn't at the game, because it went down in enemy territory, plus there were security issues.

BTW ... Drake dropped 2 songs Friday night, but neither reference the Raptors or the NBA championship, but the cover art displays the championship trophy.

Congrats Canada!!!

Wendy Williams is keeping the party going a little longer in New York -- she's not sending her new guy friend back to Los Angeles, as originally planned ... not just yet.

Sources close to the talk show host tell TMZ ... Wendy is still having a blast getting to know her young, new sidekick, Marc Tomblin, and she's extending his trip to the Big Apple. Marc, who met Wendy in Cali, was supposed to head home Thursday, but she's keeping him around.

Wendy and Marc still aren't officially dating. Remember, she told us ... "I don't have a boyfriend," and we're told they're still taking things slow.

However, we're told they feel a deep connection with one another. As one source put it, the two are living "their best single lives possible."

We've seen them out on fancy dinner dates, and shopping sprees during Marc's big-city adventure with Wendy -- and there's one sure sign they're having a grand time. We're told Wendy's only taking calls that support her "living her best life."

She's got plenty of time ... Wendy's show is on hiatus for the next 3 weeks.

The biggest DJ in all of Westeros is taking his talents to Las Vegas ... Hodor from "Game of Thrones" is throwing it down on the 1s and 2s Friday at a strip club!!!

Actor Kristian Nairn, famous for playing Bran Stark's trusty sidekick in the super popular HBO series, will be the guest DJ Friday night at Larry Flynt's Hustler Club as part of Comic-Con weekend in Vegas.

The strip club is having a huge 'GoT' themed rave to kick off the weekend ... and come midnight, Hodor will be spinning tunes on the rooftop terrace as patrons dressed in cosplay dance the night away!!!

Turns out, club owners are HUGE fans of Hodor and the entire 'GoT' franchise ... and we're told the venue is gonna be tricked out to bring the show to life. Brothels were big in the Seven Kingdoms, so it makes sense.

What's the over/under on the number of times Kristian says "Hodor" during his DJ set???

Someone hold the door ... sounds like a great party.

Vinny from "Jersey Shore" is gonna let it all hang out again for Chippendales ... they're inviting him back cause he was huge ... at the box office, that is.

Due to popular demand, as they say, we're told Vinny will headline Chippendales during a 6-week run beginning July 26 and ending September 1st. It's no secret why the male revue would want him back -- Vinny's been very, very good for biz.

We're told ticket sales during his April through May run rivaled Tyson Beckford's legendary 2017 run.

'JS' fans, or just fans of abs, will remember Vinny made the crowd go wild ... first with a sneak peek of his Italian stallions and then with a steamy shower scene. Fans should note, his ripped keto diet fueled bod will be on display for the Friday and Saturday night gigs at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.

BTW, Vinny said Chippendales never told him to bare his ass in that shower scene, it was actually his choice ... "Because I've always been known to go hard or go home."

5:50 PM PT -- Cuba Gooding Jr.'s attorney, Mark Heller, tells us he has viewed surveillance video from the bar and says it shows "absolutely no criminality taking place on the part of my client."

Heller says he's contacted the Manhattan D.A.'s Office Sex Crimes Unit but has not gotten a return phone call. He is trying to find out if they've seen the surveillance video. Heller says he can't believe they would seek to arrest Cuba ... if they'd seen the video.

He says it's up in the air right now as to whether Cuba will turn himself in Thursday, as they'd planned, now that they've seen the video.

Cuba Gooding Jr. will turn himself into NYPD on Thursday and will be arrested for allegedly groping a woman -- but on camera he insists he did nothing wrong, and there's hard evidence to prove it.

Sources connected to the Oscar winner tell TMZ ... he plans to surrender Thursday and expects to be booked for a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching. Cuba was in L.A. Tuesday night -- about to board a flight to NYC -- when a photog asked him directly about the groping allegation.

Cuba says the claim he grabbed a woman's breast Sunday night at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan ... is absolutely untrue. He says he was there partying with friends, and posed for pics with fans, but says no one was touched inappropriately ... not even by accident.

Aside from the video we posted -- showing Cuba partying that night at the bar -- he says there's also surveillance video that will show he's innocent.

He also tipped his hat to Jon Stewart, who hours earlier had blasted Congress over the 9/11 Victims Fund, and said that's what's really important now.

As for his legal trouble ... Cuba didn't seem worried. Our Sources say he'll surrender at the Manhattan Special Victim's Unit -- and will be accompanied by his lawyers, Peter Toumbekis and Mark J. Heller. Cops will fingerprint him, and take a mug shot.

From there, as Cuba says ... he'll trust the system.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is moving on from that crushing Conference Finals loss to the Raptors by getting right back in the gym ... and dancing his ass off!!

The Greek Freak and his fellow NBA playing brother, Kostas, channeled their inner MadeinTYO for their workout cooldowns ... bustin' out the woah dance while "Chucky Cheese" blasts in the background.

Kylie Jenner's drama with Jordyn Woods is far enough behind them for them to say hello to each other in public -- but Tristan Thompson is STILL on their no-fly zone.

Kylie, Jordyn and Tristan were all partying Friday night at Bootsy Bellows, and people inside the nightclub tell us Kylie and Jordyn spoke with each other briefly inside the VIP area.

We're told Kylie was inside for about half an hour, and Jordyn was there for about 20 minutes ... and in that small window, KJ went down from her top-level section to say hi to JW, who was in a lower section.

The former BFFs flashed smiles as they said hello, and we're told their interaction wasn't awkward at all. As one source put it, the "good vibes" were flowing. Kylie and Jordyn weren't alone, there were some mutual friends around to help break the ice.

As you know ... Kylie and Jordyn's super close friendship ended back in February after Jordyn hooked up with Tristan at a house party. In the fallout, Khloe broke up with her baby daddy once again, and Jordyn was kicked out of Kylie's guest house.

So, all eyes were on Kylie and Jordyn as they made their way to Bootsy Bellows for the birthday bash of their longtime pal, Stassie Karanikolaou ... and things got even more interesting when Tristan popped up.

Tristan -- who was rolling with Drake, NBA baller Jordan Clarkson and Shaq's son, Shareef O'Neal -- walked up to Kylie and Kendall's section ... but we're told Kylie didn't talk to him, only Kendall did. Our sources say TT and Jordyn didn't communicate either.

By all accounts, Kylie's peace summit with Jordyn went well and it seems like they're getting more comfortable being around each other. They say time heals all wounds ... it's been about 6 months for the ex-friends.

4:55 PM PT -- A rep for Woodstock tells us, "We are in discussions with another venue to host Woodstock 50 on August 16th - 18th and look forward to sharing the new location when tickets go on sale in the coming weeks.

It's not looking good for Woodstock 50 again -- the music festival doesn't have anywhere to set up shop.

The hammer dropped Monday afternoon when Watkins Glen International -- an upstate NY race track -- terminated Woodstock 50's site license ... leaving the troubled concert without a home. The racetrack cited its contract with Woodstock 50 as its reason for scrapping the permit.

It's terrible news for fans who were still holding out hope the festival would actually get off the ground on the heels of major money issues nearly shutting it down.

As we've reported ... Woodstock 50's previous financial backer, Dentsu, tried canceling the event altogether. Woodstock 50 recently found a new partner to bankroll the project, and organizer Michael Lang has vowed the show will go on, but Monday's news appears to be the knockout punch.

The clock is ticking, and right now you'd have to say ... it's gonna be difficult to host a music and arts fest in August without a venue.

12:02 PM PT -- TMZ just got a hold of video that features Cuba at the venue where he allegedly groped a woman's breast. This footage was filmed Sunday evening at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in NYC -- the night and location in question.

Considering the 911 call was placed around 1 AM, we'd assume most of what we're seeing here was before the alleged incident.

You can see Cuba was having a good ol' time, singing karaoke with his pals and carrying a drink in his hand. Later in the clip, you see him standing by two women -- whose faces we've blurred -- and he tells one of them to hush by signaling for her to be quiet. He also seems agitated by the interaction as the woman tries talking to him.

It's unclear from the video if any of the people around him have anything to do with the alleged incident, but it's interesting for sure.

Cuba Gooding Jr. allegedly got handsy with a woman in NYC, and now cops are looking into it ... TMZ has confirmed.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a woman called 911 early Monday morning to report the actor for allegedly forcibly touching her breast without her consent at a club Sunday evening. Our sources say she told cops Cuba groped her while they were socializing.

We're also told that she got into his face about it afterward, and the 2 of them had to be broken up by security. Our sources tell us Cuba eventually left the club, and by the time officers showed up on the scene ... he was long gone.

The NYPD is currently looking for Cuba and we're told the plan is to book him for forcible touching. We've reached out to his attorney for comment ... so far, no word back.

It ain't just for show ... Odell Beckham is actually USING that crazy $350,000 Browns-themed Rolls-Royce to get around L.A. ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Remember, Beckham recently tricked out his 2019 Rolls-Royce Cullinan to show off his team spirit -- with a custom Browns paint job, custom wheels and pimped out sound system.

7:50 PM PT -- Katherine entered the outdoor ceremony under heavy cover of umbrellas, but you can still see she's wearing a simple, fitted gown with a long lace trim veil with a huge train.

Chris and his son, Jack, arrived by golf cart ... suited and ready for the walk down the aisle.

The wedding is being held at the ritzy San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito. The luxury resort just reopened 3 months ago after the 2017-2018 mudslides devastated the area.

6:45 PM PT -- We have confirmation today IS the wedding day. We've now seen Katherine in her gown and Chris in his suit, and we're about to get the pics.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are gearing up to tie the knot, and could actually do the deed any minute now -- because they held a lavish wedding rehearsal at Rob Lowe's home.

Kat and Chris hosted entertained family and friends Friday at Lowe's sprawling estate in Montecito. Warming up for the big day, Katherine stole the show in a white gown late in the day.

Come Saturday morning, Kat was still in her PJs and slippers as she chatted up some friends. We're hearing the "I dos" are going down sometime on Saturday, but don't have confirmation on that just yet. Makes sense though ... rehearsal dinner's traditionally the day or night before.

Patrick Schwarzenegger was seen nearby, as was Bobby Shriver and Patrick's GF, Abby Champion -- so, as expected ... a full-blown family affair.

You'll recall ... Chris popped the question to Katherine back in January of this year, and she said yes. They've moved quickly, to say the least. As they say ... when ya know, ya know.

This will be Chris' 2nd marriage, and Katherine's first. Congrats!!!

L.A. Pride Festival goers will be thinking love and inclusivity, but cops will be focused on shutting down terrorism by rolling out some new tactics for this weekend's events.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Department and their partners stepped up their game for the festival in West Hollywood -- including Sunday's parade -- to ensure it all goes off without a hitch.

We're told deputies closely studied recent terrorist attacks -- including the Manchester Arena bombing, the Las Vegas mass shooting and several instances of assailants using vehicles as weapons.

As a result ... we're told law enforcement will be using an array of vehicles as barriers, for the first time, to shore up vulnerable areas along the route and surrounding area. Of course, both uniformed and undercover cops will be on the scene ... and video surveillance will be heavily employed.

Our sources made it clear ... law enforcement has not received any specific threats against the festival, but they are prepared for the worst.

A bunch of the starting pitchers -- including ace Chris Archer -- went with Ninja Turtles ... and catcher Elias Diaz was a stunning plus-sized Power Ranger.

The winner of the day (besides the Pirates, who are now just 4 games back of the Cubs in the NL Central) ... outfielder Gregory Polanco -- who had an Avatar costume complete with a tail!!!!

Tom Brady RAGED Thursday night -- pounding beers, dancing with his teammates and SHOWING OFF HIS 6TH SUPER BOWL RING!!!

The G.O.A.T. -- along with most of his 2018 Patriots teammates -- rolled over to Robert Kraft's mansion on Thursday night for the ring presentation ceremony for winning Super Bowl LIII ... and the party was LIIIT!!!

Even head coach Bill Belichick cracked a smile and flexed a little bit ... showing off his hardware too.

Rob Gronkowski ... you know he turned up -- and the future Hall of Famer was giddy like a kid when he saw the Super Bowl LIII Lombardi Trophy still has that DENT in it from that time he used it for batting practice at Fenway Park!

Josh Gordon was also on hand to get a Super Bowl ring -- despite being suspended for the back end of the season for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Before the suspension, Gordon had racked up 40 catches for 720 yards and 3 TDs.

The rings are sick -- each piece contains 422 diamonds, totaling 9.85 carats ... and 20 sapphires representing 20 AFC East Division Championships.

There are also a few sayings engraved into the rings -- including the playoff rally cry," Still Here," and the Patriots team motto, "We Are All Patriots."

Tom and the Patriots famously beat the L.A. Rams 13 to 3 in Super Bowl LIII -- with Julian Edelman winning the Super Bowl MVP award.

As for Robert Kraft, he seemed super happy and unfazed by the other drama in his life ... the ongoing Asian massage parlor prostitution case in Jupiter, Florida.

State prosecutors have appealed the judge's decision to throw out the video evidence in the case ... so it's an uphill battle for officials -- but a great situation for Kraft.
