Party All The Time

Diablo seems to have rebounded in a big way ... after his involuntary psych hold and an apparent suicide attempt.

We got the DJ/producer in West Hollywood Saturday night outside Delilah, and he was super introspective about the downward spiral he had experienced just weeks before, when he posted an alarming note on Instagram, saying, "I'm gonna end it tonight. Goodbye everyone."

Diablo was placed on a 5150 hold after friends called the cops to rush over and help him. He now says one of his missions is to spread awareness about mental illness, and how to take steps to keep it in check.

Diablo was at the club with Lil Xan, who was clearly wasted as they made their exit.

Janet Jackson is loved in Las Vegas .... and that couldn't be clearer from the opening night of her residency.

Janet performed Friday night to a packed house at the Park Theater at the MGM. The show is part of her tour -- "Metamorphosis."

Her set list is awesome -- "Nasty," "Escapade," "Miss You Much," "Free Xone." "Throb," "All Nite (Don't Stop) You," "Trust A Try," "Rock With U," "When We Ooo," "That's the Way Love Goes," "I Get Lonely," "Any Time Any Place," "Would You Mind," "Moist, Someone to Call My Lover," "When I Think of You," "All For You," "If," "Rhythm Nation," "Made For Now," "Scream" and "Together Again."

Tyga must have a lot on his mind, because he apparently forgot he was supposed to perform Friday night in San Diego ... and the fans were enraged.

Kylie's ex-BF was supposed to perform at Omnia nightclub, and the event was pricey -- $100 for men and $70 for women, and that's just to cross the threshold.

As the night wore on, people figured out what was up and things got rowdy. Eyewitnesses tell us there was pushing, shoving, bottles and glasses were thrown on stage, etc.

The DJ tried to vamp up the crowd from midnight until 1:45 AM, but they weren't having it.

It looks like there may be an issue with refunds, because management told the crowd, "Nothing could be done."

Check out Tyga's apology ... no excuses, and generally "sorry" doesn't cut it.

Tyga's next performance is Saturday night at the FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA for the Powerhouse Liftoff Edition, but clearly ... don't hold your breath.

Woodstock 50 is back on track after a legal victory helped it land a new partner and pump life back into the festival.

Oppenheimer & Co. has signed on to secure funding for the festival. A well-placed Oppenheimer source with knowledge tells TMZ, "We will gain financing from our clients and funds in the company." Translation ... some clients who invest with Oppenheimer will have a new addition to their portfolio ... Woodstock. We're told there will probably be other funding from other sources, but Oppenheimer is a game changer.

Another Oppenheimer source tells us ... the company has already ID'd some investors who will participate in the funding.

The news comes on the heels of a legal victory for W50 in which a judge put the brakes on Dentsu -- the previous financial backer -- attempting to cancel the event. As we reported ... a judge tentatively ruled Dentsu did not have authority to cancel the event.

The organizer, Michael Lang says ... "We look forward to putting on an incredible festival" and adds that he's incredibly appreciative of Oppenheimer for "joining with us to make W50 a reality."

Halsey's doing her part to keep Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road" at the top of the charts by TWERKING to the hit ... while wearing chaps, and not much else!!

Halsey was heading out to a party Wednesday night when she decided to show off her outfit -- cowboy hat, boots and black leather assless chaps. Her ensemble woulda been enough, but then she went and started strutting and twerking to 'OTR.'

Juvenile probs be like "Slow motion for me."

Anyway ... she captioned her post, "When someone says 'cowboy themed birthday party' and you already own the chaps."

Not that Lil Nas X, featuring Billy Ray Cyrus, needs the help. It's been number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for 6 consecutive weeks -- and it's been streamed more than 140 million times since it dropped last month.

The rapper's been in hot demand ... he performed at Cardi B's spring/summer line collection launch just a couple weeks ago.

As for Halsey's vid ... Lil Nas X had a simple one-word response ... "ayeee." Says a lot, though.

Oprah, Andy Cohen and Seth Meyers were just some of the slew of celebs who made their way to Liberty Island Wednesday night for the opening of the Statue of Liberty Museum.

The parade of stars was pretty incredible ... from Gayle King, Tony Bennett, Jeff Bezos and David Letterman to Hillary Clinton and her pregnant daughter, Chelsea, the stars were all out in full effect for an occasion that, tbh, has long been overdue.

As you know ... the Statue of Liberty draws millions for an up-close look at Lady Liberty but since 9/11, security's been incredibly tight and visitors have been restricted from visiting inside the statue.

Enter the Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation ... which poured $100M over 2 years to build a museum where visitors will learn about how the French made the 150-foot-tall gift to 'Merica.

There's also the original torch that was on the Statue when it opened in 1886. It was replaced in the 1980s.

Enough U.S. history ... check out the pics 'cause there are some serious meetings of the minds happening ... with Hillary at the center of it all. BTW ... Tony Bennett and Gloria Estefan performed and Oprah was awarded with the Inaugural Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Award.

Olivia Jade's letting her family's lawyers do the lawyering ... and she'll handle the partying.

Lori Loughlin's daughter was spotted out in Hollywood with some friends around 2 AM Wednesday, after leaving the popular nightclub, Bootsy Bellows. She was dressed pretty casual, which seems to be her approach to dealing with her parents' involvement in the college admissions scandal.

The timing of her outing is interesting, though ... Olivia hit the town just as things got more difficult for her mom and dad Mossimo Giannulli. A USC soccer coach who was a critical link in the admissions scam just copped a plea Tuesday ... and insiders say the coach may provide info about the motives of rich parents who wanted to get their students into the university.

As we've reported ... Lori and Mossimo allegedly paid $500k in bribes to get Olivia and her sister into USC under false pretenses.

There's a chance Olivia could eventually be called to testify in her parents' case, but clearly she's not spending her nights preparing for it ... unless one of those guys she's with is an attorney.

Nelly had to hit pause on his show in Las Vegas after one of his fans did something that totally messed with his flow ... untied his shoe!!!

We just got this wild video from inside Nelly's Thursday night gig at Drai's Beachclub ... and you see him cut the music and go on a long rant after someone in the crowd reached onstage and tugged on his shoelaces!!!

Check out the clip ... Nelly was NOT having it. He paused the show for a few minutes, ranting about being too grown to have people untying his kicks, and ripping an overzealous fan for getting too close for comfort.

Fortunately, Shoelacegate didn't derail the whole show ... folks at the club tell us Nelly got back to rapping after addressing the crowd.

So, if you're trying to grab Nelly's attention the next time you're at one of his shows ... stay away from his footwear.

James Harden enlisted the Gucci Gang to get over that crushing playoffs loss to the Warriors ... partying his face off with Lil Pump and Smokepurpp in Miami!!

The Beard's Houston Rockets just got booted from the postseason after losing to the Dubs in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals on Friday ... and naturally, Harden jetted to South Beach for some well-deserved R&R.

The Miami rappers -- along with Adrien Broner -- showed off their ice and partied like rockstars while partying through the night at Mokai Lounge.

The guys danced to a bunch of hits -- including "Yes Indeed" by Drake and Lil Baby and "Put a Date On It" by Yo Gotti and Lil Baby.

But, Pump wasn't done partying after hanging with Harden ... moving on to "rent out" a strip club to himself and throwing singles 'til early in the morning.

Tyrese is joining forces with Paul Walker's brother to put on an event that will have car enthusiasts -- and 'Fast & Furious' fans -- salivating ... and it's for a good cause too.

The 'F&F' star is the special guest at Cody Walker's FuelFest later this summer in the UK, which will feature some of the top custom, exotic, rare and exclusive cars from all over the world ... along with live music, art and more celebs.

We're told some of those celebs will be straight from the set of "Fast & Furious 9," which is scheduled to begin filming nearby in London during the fest.

As you can see, Tyrese and Cody are stoked to launch the car show in Europe ... but Cody's still making some adjustments to the local scene ... mechanically speaking.

FuelFest just launched in Southern Cal in March, and after this UK event at the historic Warren Estate on August 11, it will head back to the U.S. for a show in Miami.

Tickets go on sale next week, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Paul's charity -- Reach Out WorldWide -- an organization that helps provide aid to places hit by natural disasters.

Cardi B stole the show at Rolling Loud Festival in Miami over the weekend ... with a bootyful performance that got so hot, she needed a super sexy shower onstage!!!

Cardi twerked her way through her set at Hard Rock Stadium, showing off all her assets in a pink one-piece and fishnets ... and ya gotta see the rapper dousing herself with some H2O in front of a packed house!

Offset hopped onstage for a couple duets with his smokin' hot wife ... and Quavo offered his support as his flame, Saweetie, dazzled in a cute, red getup during her gig.

Billy Ray Cyrus and Lil Nas X joined forces to sing their hit song, adding a little country flair to the rap-heavy festival ... while Travis Scott, Waka Flocka and Tyga showed out.

Nothing could be more on the nose than breakout actor Darren Criss singing the signature song from Lady Gaga's "A Star is Born" at a bar. Seriously ... this dude's talented.

The lead star from the FX series 'The Assassination of Gianni Versace' -- a role that won him tons of accolades this past awards season -- took the stage early Saturday morning at Tramp Stamp Granny's in Hollywood ... a piano bar that he has an ownership stake in.

Check it out ... Darren takes on the role of Bradley Cooper with the first verse and does pretty damn well. Then, a female companion gets onstage for Gaga's verse ... and absolutely kills it. We're told Darren went on to sing "A Whole New World" too, all impromptu.

It's been about three months since the Academy Awards wrapped up, where "Shallow" won Best Original Song ... but people still seem to be completely enamored with the movie, and the tune.

Take the WWE wrestlers who sang it in the ring a couple months back, or Billy Porter taking a whack at it in January. Now, Darren and co. are doing their own rendition.

Lil Wayne bailed on Rolling Loud after festival security insisted on frisking him.

Wayne was set to headline the Audiomack Stage in Miami but pulled the plug after security was unrelenting, insisting that he go through a "mandatory" security check.

Wayne reached out to fans on social media, apologizing, but standing firm ... "I do not and will not ever settle for being policed to do my job."

He then told the fans they could still see him ... at the scheduled afterparty at STORY nightclub. We know he showed up for the party.

He also plugged his summer tour with Blink 182.

It was a pretty wild night. Kodak Black was arrested earlier in the evening at Rolling Loud after law enforcement executed arrest warrants ... the rapper was wanted for state and federal offenses involving firearms. It's unclear if he was armed at the time of his arrest.

The show continued after Lil Wayne bailed ... Lil Baby performed after Wayne's scheduled set and it doesn't appear people in the audience bailed on the festival.

Danny Amendola has a new chick filling in the empty chair once occupied by Olivia Culpo -- but he can't seem to shake his ex completely, especially on her birthday.

The star wide receiver was down in his natural habitat of Miami Saturday, laying oceanfront with a smokin' hot lady friend who was tanning right next to him in a two-piece. Beach day with bae(?) -- a classic Amendola move, as we've come to learn.

It was pretty hot down there too -- and we're not just talkin' weather. Danny's pal got a little handsy with his abs after he seemed to spill some water on himself.

It sure looks like he's moving on from Olivia after going on an online tirade about her and her new flame, Zedd -- airing out A LOT of their personal biz in the process.

Speaking of Olivia and Zedd, the new pair also happened to be in Miami the same weekend. Olivia was in town celebrating her 27th birthday with her girlfriends, hitting up the elegant Swan restaurant ... where she was treated to a cake that was almost as big as her.

Zedd was there too, BTW ... tucked away in the background, but appearing to be having a grand ole time nevertheless. What's not to smile about when you got a former Miss Universe by your side??? Nothin' ... that's what.

Talk about a blast from the past -- we got Nicole Richie rapping early 2000s Dr. Dre alongside her hubby, Joel Madden ... and killin' it too.

Lionel Richie's eldest kid hit up the Retro Room in Palm Springs Friday night with the Good Charlotte singer and a handful of pals, where we're told they sat down and had themselves some drinks ... staying for about two hours total. It wasn't just wining and dining the couple did, though -- a little karaoke got thrown in the mix too.

They opted to perform together ... with Nicole taking the lead, and Joel playing hype man for her. In the footage, obtained by TMZ, you can see Nicole rapping along to the Eminem and Dre track, "Forgot About Dre." Check it out ... she does pretty well in keeping up with Slim.

Nicole and Joel are pretty low key these days, but it's always nice seeing 'em out and about ... even if it's not in the heart of L.A. They got hitched in 2010, and have a couple of children together. The simple life, if you will.

Cardi B and Offset don't seem too concerned about alleged attempts on his life out in Georgia -- there's too much $$$ to be made in the state next door ... and they're gettin' it.

The married couple spread out and took the city of Miami by storm in the wee hours of Saturday morning following their performances at the nearby Rolling Loud Festival, where Offset and the rest of Migos headlined ... and Cardi handled her own set solo.

Cardi hit up David Grutman's LIV nightclub to perform at an after-party she'd been booked for, showing up around 3:30 AM, we're told, and going on to rap a number of her hit songs, including "Taki Taki," "Money," Bodak Yellow" and "I Like It."

Check out her outfit of choice too -- looks like she's on a sheer neon trip lately. No complaints here!!!

Meanwhile ... Offset, Quavo and Takeoff were on the mainland at E11EVEN Miami, where they too were hired to perform ... only doing it from the cozy confines of their VIP section. Sources tell us Offset and co. did a few different songs from their actual table in the club's "party pit," and ended up walking out of the joint around 5:30 AM ET.

The all-nighters follow a very scary situation just a couple of days prior -- a car was seen opening fire on an Atlanta studio where Offset was recording Wednesday.

In surveillance footage, obtained by TMZ, you can see someone hanging out the passenger side of the car as shots ring out. Offset wasn't harmed, and cops are currently investigating. One witness on the scene felt as though the rapper might've been a target.
