2 Chainz, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Hulk Hogan, Jamie Foxx, and Dua Lipa were at LIV nightclub.

Benny Benassi hosted New Year's Eve 2019 at Wet at W nightclub in South Beach.

EDX hosted a New Year's Eve soiree at WALL nightclub.

J Balvin & Alesso were poolside at the Fontainebleau hotel.

Meek Mill hosted New Year's Eve 2019 at STORY nightclub.

Meek and Fabolous hosted D'USSE dinner at Mandrake restaurant.

Myles Shear and Don Julio hosted New Year's Eve 2019 at a Miami Beach Residence.

Tory Lanez hosted New Year's Eve 2019 at Rockwell nightclub.

Taylor Swift had a heroes party for New Year's Eve with a bunch of famous buds.

Taylor dressed as Ariel from "The Little Mermaid," Gigi Hadid dressed up as Mary Poppins and Blake Lively dressed as Dorothy from "The Wizard of Oz."

Some of the other costumes ... Audrey Hepburn, Ms. Frizzle, Cinderella, Gwen Stefani, Mr. Toad, Avril Lavigne, Nancy Drew, Posh Spice, Rizzo, Frida Kahlo, Steve Irwin.

BTW ... the Gwen Stefani costume -- the blue bikini top -- replicates a '90s red carpet appearance by the singer. The Dorothy outfit even came with Toto in a basket!

Taylor commented on the post, "Sending you all love and hope going into 2019."

Taylor joined Ryan Reynolds for a little gin guzzle from Ryan's label, Aviation.

The party went down somewhere in New York City. It's unclear if it's a restaurant or whether she took over a club.

You're gonna be partying and drinking your ass off on New Year's Eve ... and so will Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne and Future, but those rappers are raking in LOADS of cash for their services.

We're told Nicki and Weezy will be performing at LIV Nightclub in Miami and for their appearance, they're collecting a total of $250k between the two. If you think that's low, you're right because it is. We're told the rappers are super tight with the owner, David Grutman, so they didn't ask for their top rate.

Future's making out like a king out in Vegas. He's performing at Drai's and will pocket a sweet $400k check for grabbing the mic and doing his thing.

Lil Baby & Gunna are getting $110k total for a show at the Masonic Temple in Detroit, and rapper Sheck Wes will be Down Under in Australia ... raking in more than $110k.

Sweet gigs if you can get them.

And, get this ... the singer -- John Legend, who performed a bunch of songs off his Xmas album, "A Legendary Christmas."

Nick and Priyanka had their third wedding reception Thursday night in Mumbai for Priy's Bollywood industry friends. She danced her ass off while the MC rapped to Biggie's "Hypnotize." Worth noting ... dude with the mic rapped the n-word.

No one was fazed by the lyrics, and everyone seemed more interested in Priyanka doing attempting the Milly Rock. Nick stood there watching ... in admiration, we're sure. Also, he's gotta be tired of dancing at wedding receptions by now.

Priyanka also danced to some traditional Indian music ... some of which looked choreographed.

It's becoming a thing. You'll recall, the families had an intense dance off some 20 days ago when the nuptials began. There was also a Wednesday bash for the media in India.

Travis Scott is working OT these days ... performing in front of thousands, and then performing in front of hundreds ... all in the same night.

The rapper hit up OHM Nightclub in Hollywood late Thursday night for an after-party following his INSANE concert at The Forum. Fans at his concert were so crazed, Travis asked at one point ... "What y'all ate for breakfast? Oh my geez."

Crazed fans were not the only ones turning up at The Forum for Travis -- Kylie was there with Kris and her BF, Corey Gamble.

The crowd at the concert was subdued compared to the die-hards at the after-party. They roared, jumped and damn near lost their minds ... especially when Kodak Black's "ZEZE" featuring Travis blared through the speakers.

If Donald Trump Jr. doesn't have plans to celebrate his 41st birthday on NYE, a Vegas strip club is willing to throw him a party ... hosted by none other than his alleged ex, Aubrey O'Day.

Larry Flynt's Hustler Club in Sin City is extending an invitation to DTJ to ring in the big 4-1 later this month in the company of his alleged one-time mistress -- who strongly implied, one way or another, they hooked up in 2011 while she was a cast member on 'Celebrity Apprentice.'

The ex-Danity Kane member is set to perform 3 songs at the shindig, and even share face time with certain guests. That could be Trump Jr. ... if his heart desires! Although, we're pretty sure his current GF, Kimberly Guilfoyle, ain't gonna be down for this.

The club's GM actually went through Jr.'s dad ... sending a letter to Prez Trump, cordially inviting both him and his boy to party. It's true, Priyanka and Nick are seriously back in India, and they're keeping the party alive Wednesday with a second helping of wedding reception, this only days after Nick was spotted in New York sitting courtside at the Knicks game.

Knee inflammation be damned ... nothing can keep Todd Gurley from a good Ugly Sweater party!

The L.A. Rams running back threw on his best Santa coat and red beanie for a big Christmas event at a mansion in the Hollywood Hills on Monday night.

Gurley seemed to be moving around the party pretty well -- sipping on drinks, posing for pics and even dancing around a little bit.

It's not like he was running wind sprints in the backyard -- but it was a big mansion with stairs and he handled it all just fine.

Gurley aggravated the injury in his left knee during Sunday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles -- and coach Sean McVay has said he'll be monitoring the knee going into Week 16.

"If he's able to go, we want him to be able to go," McVay told the media ... "But, if it's something that whether you're playing for the playoffs or whether you're not, we're always going to be smart with a player like Todd."

Gurley wasn't the only star at the party -- comedian Michael Blackson was there with an attractive female friend.

Samuel L. Jackson practically had all of Hollywood under the same roof to celebrate his birthday ... the star-studded guest list was truly incredible.

Samuel doesn't turn 70 until Friday but he kicked things off over the weekend with a bunch of famous friends. The shindig went down Sunday night at Cipriani in NYC ... and the place was flooded with tons of celebrities -- LL Cool J, Cedric the Entertainer, Magic Johnson, George Lucas, Judge Judy, Whoopi Goldberg, Sugar Ray Leonard and Hall of Famer Dave Winfield are just some of the people who showed up to honor the legendary actor.

Offset looked like a dude who hadn't seen much sleep as he capped off his birthday weekend with a final club stop ... and it also seems like he had Cardi B on the brain.

We got the Migos rapper heading into the Argyle nightclub in Hollywood Sunday night -- day 3 of this birthday festivities -- and our photog tried peppering him with questions about Cardi and his failed attempt to publicly get her back during her Rolling Loud set.

He stayed mum, but his face says a lot here ... I'M F***IN' TIRED, BRO!!! That's what we're seeing, anyway. Makes sense -- he's been partying since at least Friday.

Just the day before, he was covered in a diamond-crusted face mask and surrounded by his best pals at another venue ... this right after he'd ambushed his wife onstage. And, of course, Offset was also celebrating the day before that too (his actual birthday) ... rounding out the trifecta.

As tired as he appears, we're gonna take a leap and say he might've also been feeling bummed about the Cardi sitch, for which he got dragged online after many folks accused him of hijacking her moment to selfishly satisfy his agenda ... begging for forgiveness.

Offset kept the party going after crashing Cardi B's set with a second birthday bash for himself, where he covered up his face ... but not in shame or anything. Quite the opposite.

After ambushing Cardi's Rolling Loud set Saturday and begging for forgiveness -- which he didn't seem to receive in the moment -- the Migos MC rolled on over to the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in L.A. ... where he was decked out in all gold and a diamond-crusted face mask.

He seemed to be in good spirits too, underneath all the headgear -- showing nothing but smiles as he performed despite the awkward run-in he'd caused just hours earlier.

If Offset was trying to shake off any bad vibes, he certainly had enough pals around to help him forget. Eyewitnesses tell us tons of other rappers were there celebrating with him -- Kodak Black, Rae Sremmurd, Lil Yachty and 21 Savage just to name a few.

And if the homies weren't enough, his label even gifted him a brand new Rolls Royce as part of the festivities. Funny enough ... Cardi gave him something similar last year.

It's like they say ... lucky at cars, unlucky in love. Or, something like that ...

Diddy was all about celebrating his family Friday night ... the twins and his beloved Kim Porter.

Diddy threw an early birthday bash for his twins, D'Lila and Jessie, who will turn 12 on December 21. Waiting for the actual day would be dicey since people flee for the holidays.

The 80's-themed party looked awesome. It went down in L.A. at World on Wheels. The girls were dressed in neon outfits and Diddy was rocking a neon "Sean C" sweatshirt.

This has gotta be a tough time for the family. Kim Porter's birthday 48th birthday would have been Sunday. TMZ broke the story, Kim was found dead at her home last month. The L.A. County Coroner is still trying to determine cause of death.

Diddy paid tribute to Kim, declaring it Kim Porter Day WORLDWIDE.

We got Diddy and the girls coming in and leaving the party. They seemed in good spirits.
