Party All The Time

Snoop Dogg, Future, Flo Rida and other big artists were MIA from a Super Bowl party gig, and the promoter tried to blame ISIS -- but the real problem was $$$$.

The Saturday night party in Houston, slugged "Super Bash," was also supposed to feature Nick Cannon and Floyd Mayweather -- but none of them were there. The promoter, whose ticket packages ran from $75 to $5,000 each, said the party was celeb-free due to a bomb threat a few blocks away.

Sources connected to the venue tell us the promoter simply didn't come up with enough scratch to pay the celebs and vendors for the event. Other sources -- close to Snoop, Future and Flo Rida -- tell us they never inked a deal because they never got paid, so they never planned to attend.

There really was a bomb threat, but we're told it played no part in the no-shows.

Floyd did promote the party on social media, but bailed as well. His camp hasn't gotten back to us on whether he got paid.

The New England Patriots turned ALL THE WAY UP after completing the greatest Super Bowl comeback. EVER.

The celebration went down right after the postgame ceremonies in the convention space next to NRG Stadium -- and featured performances by Lil Wayne and Pitbull ... and STK catering.

We're told Pats owner Bob Kraft made an appearance. Bill Belichick chose formal attire ... as did SB MVP Tom Brady. But the rest of the gang -- including Julian Edelman and Adriana Lima -- let loose.

The best Super Bowl party went down in Holmby Hills -- where Diddy threw a rager at his mansion ... complete with huge stars, huge TVs and TONS of booze!

Chris Brown, Kourtney Kardashian, Chris Rock, Russell Simmons, Miguel and many, many more rolled up to Diddy's mansion for the shindig and turned all the way up!

Diddy was toasting everyone with his Ciroc vodka and DeLeon tequila -- Shots! Shots! Shots!

Just last week, Vick did a radio interview and said he could still play in the NFL and considered himself better than any backup QB in the league.

Liam Payne dodged a bullet this weekend when shots rang out at a club popular among celebs.

Liam was at The Peppermint Club in WeHo Saturday night when a guy showed up and tried to get in with a fake ID. He got into it with security, made his way to the parking lot and fired shots in the air just outside the club. The guy escaped and is still on the loose.

We're told clubgoers inside heard the shots and freaked out. They stayed put and began tweeting like crazy. One woman tweeted, "Shooting @ the peppermint club. I'm f***ing shaking right now."

Cops found multiple shell casings when they arrived. As for Liam, we're told he left about half an hour after the shots rang out. Probably not his best night ever.
