Nick Cannon's answer to questions about Mariah Carey, divorce and/or James Packer ... is Ike Turner.

We got Nick outside the Halloween party at Vandal in NYC, and of course, he got a heavy dose of Mariah. Makes sense ... as we reported, their divorce was just finalized, and now she's in the middle of cutting all ties with Packer.

Luckily for Nick, he was in character as the late Ike ... which allowed him to throw out the perfect response to the questions.

Diddy's sons hosted a Halloween bash this weekend with big poppa and a grip of celebs in tow ... but it turned into a teary-eyed affair after a mob bum-rushed the gates.

The Combs brothers -- Justin and Christian -- reigned in some of hip-hop's finest Sunday night at the Taglyan Cultural Complex in Hollywood, with the likes of Chris Brown, Amber Rose, Bow Wow and Meagan Good showing up in costume. Chris had the best one ... as Deadpool.

But the night turned sour for a bunch of would-be party crashers, who rushed the front gates when Justin and Christian rolled through. Security let the pepper spray fly ... and all hell broke loose.

The mob attack was a spectacle, for sure, but it couldn't keep Diddy and his boys down on Halloween.

The Cleveland Cavaliers had their annual Halloween party Sunday night ... and it was nothing short of epic ... with several HUGE talking points that need to be addressed:

"Ladies of London" star Juliet Angus is turning the big 4-0 in a $15k a night, members-only English countryside estate.

We're told the party's going down the weekend after Thanksgiving at hoity-toity 10 Castle Street, about 2 hours outside of London ... not far from where Guy Ritchie tied the knot last year.

Guests will be treated to a Thanksgiving feast and bestie Lindsay Lohan -- if she shows -- is sure to hit the decks for the party.

There's a strict dress code -- velvet only. Activities include horseback riding and croquet. There'll also be massages upon arrival.

Only her favorite "Ladies of London" costars are invited, which might provide clues on season 3.

Kate Hudson's annual epic Halloween party didn't disappoint ... bringing out a ton of celebs this year.

Hudson hosted the bash at her house in L.A. Friday night ... and everyone from Leo DiCaprio to Adam Sandler got in on the action. Kendall Jenner, Jessica Alba and Emma Roberts were there too.

Playboy employees livened up their Beverly Hills offices by decking out their cubicles with some dead-on decorations ... and yes, that's partly a reference to Anna Nicole Smith.

There's a huge hole to fill in the Playboy universe because the Mansion's annual Halloween bash was canceled this year -- so Playmates Kennedy Summers, Stephanie Branton and Miriam Gonzalez got their kicks at the corporate office instead.

The ladies judged the staff's Halloween decorations, which you can see for yourself in the gallery.

Along with a tribute to "Stranger Things" and a Playmates graveyard ... there was a "dead" strip club with a "coked-up" champagne room. Trump even showed up.

Top honors went to the video dept. for their looping horror show.

Sorry, party people ... Amber Rose ain't down to rage for the 5th time in less than a week ... so she just pulled the plug on her Halloween event.

The party was supposed to happen Wednesday night at a mystery location -- Amber's invite only said "details coming." We're told Amber's waving the white flag because she's been going HAM since Friday when she turned 33.

She threw back-to-back house/pool parties Friday and Saturday, then did a full day at Disneyland with her son on Sunday ... and finally -- showing her range -- did a late night at Ace of Diamonds strip club on Monday.

We gotta say, partying is kinda Amber's brand, so it's odd she cancelled. Of course, she's got 5 more days to make good before Halloween.

Drake celebrated his BIG 3-0 Sunday night with a stacked guest list who put their differences aside, namely exes Taylor Swift and John Mayer, as well as Katy Perry.

Taylor rolled into Delilah in WeHo flanked by squad members Karlie Kloss and the Haim sisters, but what's interesting is that Mayer also showed up. Perry was there too, however our photogs didn't capture her going in or out.

Taylor infamously penned the breakup song "Dear John," which Mayer has always said took him by surprise. Same goes for Perry and Swift's track "Bad Blood." No word how things went down inside.

Also there ... Jamie Foxx, French Montana, Shay Mitchell and Drake's dad, Dennis Graham, who didn't look like he had any problems scoring dates for the party.

Mariah Carey went retro for her big Halloween bash ... she was squired by her ex and left her fiance at home.

Nick Cannon was front and center with the twins, along with a ton of celebs ... including Master P, Floyd Mayweather, and Tiny Harris.

As for James Packer ... we're told Halloween parties just aren't his jam.

Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz and Young Dolph shook off a near-shooting incident to fire off Benjis upon Benjis inside V Live Atlanta.

Our sources say the rappers dropped $60k combined on the evening's entertainment ... and all stayed until closing time. You can tell from this video, they weren't the least bit rattled by gunshots near their music video set earlier that night.

We're told Gucci arrived with his girlfriend, Keyshia Ka'oir, but spent most of his money on FAME (best known as Ph*** Fame) -- one of the most popular girls in the biz.

New disgusting allegations against Johnny Manziel -- who's being sued for more than $350,000 for allegedly treating a $50 MILLION mansion like a giant litter box ... according to a new lawsuit.

As we previously reported, Manziel's at war with the guy who owns the famous Weidlake Mansion in the Hollywood Hills ... where the QB allegedly stayed for most of the summer.

According to the lawsuit, Manziel and his pal entered an 8 month lease to stay at the pad but disappeared after 3 months ... after causing more than $187,000 in damages.

"Defendants ravaged the plaintiff's home," the suit reads ... "They broke doors and mirrors, and failed to clean up and immense amount of dog feces and urine that was left throughout multiple rooms of the house for days, if not weeks."

The owner claims the pee and poo left an "overwhelming stench and permanent staining to expensive couches, hardwood floors, rugs and carpets."

The owner claims he reached out to Johnny to fix the issue and Johnny texted back taking full responsibility.

"This is on me %1000," one of Johnny's alleged texts reads ... "I cannot apologize enough."

The owner says Johnny also promised to cover the damages saying, "I'm a man of my word."

Problem is ... according to the suit, Manziel and his roommate never fixed the problem -- plus they moved out after 3 months and still owe $125,000 in unpaid rent.

After they punched their ticket to the World Series, Indians pitcher Ryan Merritt stuck it to Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista who warned that he'd be "shaking in his boots" going into Game 5.

After Merritt BLANKED the Jays, he grabbed a pair of cowboy boots during the victory celebration and showed 'em off ... who's shaking now????

As for the rest of the team, they raged with booze -- it was fun.

Tobey Maguire was getting super close to Sofia Richie in a club, and the pics were taken before he and wife Jennifer Meyer announced their separation ... but we've learned it's not what you think.

Sources connected to Tobey and Jen tell us, they've actually been separated since June. Tobey's taken advantage of his freedom and hit the clubs on a fairly regular basis with pal Leo DiCaprio.

1:02 PM PT -- Ty's agent, Happy Walters, tells us Ty asked for and received permission from the team to miss the flight.

Sacramento Kings star Ty Lawson was partying his face off with teammates at a Vegas club Thursday night before missing a team flight on Friday morning ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Lawson hit up Drai's nightclub along with Ben McLemore and Willie Cauley-Stein and boxer Adrien Broner ... and you can see in the video, they seemed to be having a great time.

Problem is ... Lawson missed the team flight to Kentucky for an exhibition game the next day and Kings' honchos are reportedly demanding an explanation.

For the record, Ben and Willie made the trip and had decent games.

The Kings had said Lawson missed the game due to "personal reasons" -- unclear if the clubbing counts.

According to ESPN's Marc Stein, Lawson also missed a team shootaround in Vegas earlier in the week.

Kylie Jenner is in the running for StepAlmostMom of the Year after she and Tyga threw a baller Ferrari birthday bash for his son -- but it happened to be a carbon copy of the one Blac Chyna threw.

King really made out for his 4th birthday -- the Sunday party with Kylie and his dad was epic. Ferrari balloons, Ferrari cake, Ferrari plates, horse rides with Ferrari saddles, and a freakin' Ferris wheel!

But King got all the same stuff one day earlier at his mom's house. Seriously, Chyna had almost the exact same Ferrari themed party on Saturday.

Kylie and Chyna really should talk more often.
