It's pretty clear now ... Scott Disick isn't concerned about drinking after his rehab sting -- he's lounging poolside with hot chicks down in Mexico.

Scott surfaced at Joe Francis' home in Punta Mita along with at least 5 babes in bikinis ... including one Kendall Jenner look-alike.

We'll say this ... at least he's hyrdating. Scott downed agua while taking some phone calls, but switched to cervezas when it was time to chill with the ladies.

Johnny Manziel won't stop until all 50 states feel his turn-up ... Miami earlier this week, Vegas this weekend ... and now L.A. ... having been seen out Thursday night at the hottest club in the city.

TMZ Sports has video of Manziel leaving The Nice Guy ... the hot spot du jour for young celebrities in Los Angeles ... where the likes of Justin Bieber, the Kardashians, and Leonardo DiCaprio have all partied recently.

Zac Efron was hanging at a Florida pub Saturday night ... with a monkey-like creature on his arm.

Zac was shooting "Baywatch" in Boca Raton, hanging at an Irish pub for the night, when a random patron walked in with a Kinkajou. Zac took to the rainforest dweller -- called a "honey bear" in Central America -- and got handsy with it.

The Kinkajou has a propensity to drink people's drinks ... so you gotta see this one in action.

Johnny Manziel is bringing the party train to Vegas this weekend -- at least, that's the plan ... 'cause his name has popped up on the celebrity guest list for UFC 196, TMZ Sports has learned.

The Vanity Fair Oscar Party was the place to be after the ceremony.

It went down in Bev Hills at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. Lots of stars stopped by, including Chris Rock, Louis C.K., Dave Chappelle, Sarah Silverman, Vince Vaughn, Jeremy Renner, Adrien Brody, and Alejandro Iñárritu.

When you sit through 3 hours of that ... you deserve to party.

Leo DiCaprio celebrated his Oscar win by puffing on a vape pen and sipping a cocktail.

Leo was at Ago restaurant in WeHo to celebrate his win, and he was the center of attention.

When he left, someone gave him a bottle of booze. And the weirdest thing ... someone ran out after Leo's car with his Oscar, almost as if someone forgot to take it.

Oscar time in L.A. ain't just for the (white) movie stars ... some of the biggest names in sports come out too .. and they were looking their best Sunday night.

Serena Williams, Aaron Rodgers, Robert Kraft and GRONK all took part in the Tinseltown festivities ... most opting for the Vanity Fair after-party in Beverly Hills.

So, who looked the best? Hard not to go Serena here ... but Aaron Rodgers seemed to have the entire media talking about his classic look ... and his smokin' hot date Olivia Munn.

Charlie Sheen wanted everyone to know he's HIV free -- at least that's what his wardrobe seemed to be screaming at Elton John's AIDS Foundation party.

Charlie's t-shirt at Elton's annual Oscar event read, "Stay positively negative." Sheen has maintained there's no trace of HIV in his blood ... ever since announcing last November he'd contracted the virus.

The event raised more than $6 million for AIDS research, and if some thought Sheen's clothing selection was in questionable taste -- Elton and his husband David Furnish didn't seem to mind.

Justin Bieber and his crew were NOT the cause of a nightclub brawl in London Wednesday night ... but he was the reason for the ruckus.

Bieber partied at Tape nightclub following the Brit Awards and reportedly left early after someone from his entourage started a big fight.

But Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe (that's a mouthful) -- founder and manager of the club -- tells TMZ the fight started when a man smuggled a camera into Tape and tried to snap shots of Justin in VIP.

The club has a strict no camera policy, so security quickly booted the guy.

Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe says Bieber didn't leave then ... he simply moved to the "members only" section in the back, where he hung out with Diplo and Metro Boomin in the private recording studio and played music for the rest of the night.

Louis Tomlinson tossed bro code out the window by hitting the town with his old One Direction mate Zayn Malik's ex fiancee.

Louis and Perrie Edwards were spotted Wednesday night taking a car together after the Brit Awards. Perrie and Zayn broke things off in August -- about 5 months after he left the group.

Last night could've just been a convenient carpool sitch though, since Louis has been tight with actress Danielle Campbell lately.

Besides, even Paul McCartney and Yoko Ono see each other from time to time.
