Mariah Carey can still cast one helluva spell -- she managed to spend Halloween her ex-hubby Nick Cannon and also her billionaire BF, James Packer.

Mimi slipped into a sexy witch costume for her party Saturday night at her rented Airbnb mansion in Bev Hills, but before the shindig ... she and Nick took their kids trick or treating. Naturally, they did it in the most Mariah way possible -- piling into a golf cart with Moroccan and Monroe.

Nick stuck around for the start of the party, but dipped out before Packer got there.

Don't mess with a witch on Halloween ... she'll always get her way!

It was chaos in the KC Royals locker room Sunday night ... players doused with champagne and Gatorade after beating up on the NY Mets on their way to the World Series title.

The Abbey is at the epicenter of the biggest Halloween celebration in the world ... so it makes sense the famous gay bar dropped a fortune to make its party epic.

The owners have dropped $50k on decorations and 3 dozen Go-Go dancers who will be well-serviced by a bank of make-up artists.

The Abbey sits just below Santa Monica Blvd., where 500,000 people are expected to congregate to watch floats and wild costumes.

Rande Gerber and Casamigos Tequila certainly know how to throw a Halloween party ... because it attracted way more stars than an awards show.

Celebs came out in droves Friday ... Paris Hilton, Jessica Alba, Serena Williams, Channing Tatum, David Spade, Maria Shriver and Kyle Richards, Cindy Crawford, Gwen Stefani, Lenny Kravitz, Fergie, Josh Duhamel, Seth MacFarlane, Sacha Baron Cohen & Julianne Hough to name a few.

Casamigos, co-owned by George Clooney, Gerber and Discovery Land CEO Mike Meldman, who dressed as golf pro Ricky Fowler (Ricky dressed as his caddy), made sure guests were appropriately liquified, with the help of a giant backyard bar.

We're told things remained pretty calm and everyone checked out around 12:30.

Jared Leto might not be invited to the next neighborhood pot-luck ... he pissed off a bunch of his neighbors Friday night by throwing a big Halloween party.

One of Leto's Laurel Canyon neighbors took to the neighborhood Facebook page, saying, "Perhaps you could educate all the people coming to your place the proper etiquette of driving uphill/downhill so as to not wreak havoc ... your guests should respect the residents and not park on the wrong side!"

Another neighbor on the page took a shot at Leto for being a "d" and not getting his guests a shuttle service.

But other neighbors defended Jared, telling everyone to chill out ... they were complaining about a party at 10:30 the night before Halloween. The neighborhood matters ... Jared lives in Laurel Canyon, a famous area populated by musicians and loud parties have been thrown there for decades.

We spoke with law enforcement who tell us they never got a call about the party ... maybe the neighbors decided to join -- smart move.

Zola says she'd like her own TV series about her days as a dancer and wants Meagan Good or KeKe Palmer to play her.

Zola's married to the guy from the saga and she's expecting a kid. She tells us she hasn't stripped since her wild weekend in March.

Playboy is being sued after a man claims he suffered serious injuries during the mansion's infamous Halloween party.

Michael Jed says he attended Playboy's 2013 Halloween bash and was approached by security guards during the party. Jed says they told him his wristband wasn't legit so they called the cops and placed him under citizen's arrest. Jed says he tried to make a run for it after waiting an hour ... big mistake.

According to the lawsuit, security guards beat Jed to a pulp ... he suffered trauma to his spine, bruises, contusions and sprains to his neck, back, shoulders, arms, legs and wrists.

On top of all that, Jed says he was arrested by cops but later released without any charges.

He's asking for unspecified damages including loss of earnings.

Hell of a guest list at Ciara's 30th birthday ... with 2/3 of Destiny's Child, Serena Williams, Lala Anthony ... a special guest appearance from the BATMOBILE!!!

It all went down at the Warner Bros. lot -- where the superstars put on their best superhero costumes to help Ciara ring in her 30th bday.

Beyonce was Storm from "X-Men," Kelly Rowland was not Beyonce, Lala was a mixture of Wonder Woman and Captain America ... and Serena -- well, she went as the greatest tennis player alive.

Kim Kardashian went full girlie for her baby shower -- as in a Girl Scouts themed party -- a family event big enough to get Khloe Kardashian to leave Lamar Odom's side.

All of the the Kardashian/Jenner sisters showed up Saturday to a Beverly Hills home wearing matching pajamas for the party, which recaptured a piece of Kim's childhood ... the movie, "Troop Beverly Hills." They even had tents in the living room, and of course ... Thin Mints and Samoas.

Kim's baby shower was originally cancelled due to Lamar's health crisis, but with his condition stabilizing ... they decided to go ahead, since Khloe was now able to be there.

No word if Thin Mints were frozen before serving, but everyone knows they should be.

McLean hit up a '90s Throwback Party at Greystone Manor in West Hollywood Thursday night and when a '90s cover band started playing the BSB hit "Everybody," McLean went nuts.
