Thomas Markle says he's still being chased by paparazzi days after his daughter's marriage ... and he can't even go through a drive-thru without getting hounded.

Thomas tells TMZ the pictures of him grabbing a drink Monday were taken right after his friend picked him up from a safe house where he'd been recovering from his emergency heart surgery. Thomas says there were 5 cars filled with paps following them. What's worse, his friend's small kid was in the car.

Thomas says he's being bombarded inside his housing complex, where he needed the help of four security guards Monday to get him safely inside his home.

Thomas says he just wants to be left alone. Thomas tells us, "I never asked for this and my friends never asked for this and photographers, knowing there's a child in the car, have no business chasing it."

Justin Bieber is somewhere high-fivin' like crazy right now -- or he should be -- because he's finally nailed the delicate art of backing up his Lamborghini!

That's only slightly tongue-in-cheek. Truth is, we've watched the Biebs struggle for weeks to exit Hillsong Church in his $400k Lambo Aventador, but this Wednesday night ... he went for it and scored.

In the past, we've seen Justin bottom out his ride, or make multi-point turns to avoid reversing out of the steep driveway -- but ya can't say the kid doesn't learn from his mistakes. He revved the engine and made a clean exit ... in reverse.

Still, it doesn't hurt to look back at JB's greatest Lambo misses. We should all have such problems.

Aubrey O'Day is finally returning to going out in public -- on the heels of her alleged Donald Trump Jr. affair becoming huge news -- but she's definitely not pulling a Stormy Daniels. Yet.

The singer, and ex-"Celebrity Apprentice" contestant, was out in Bev Hills over the weekend, and -- as she must have expected -- got hit with questions about Trump Jr. and their alleged 2012 fling.

It's clear Aubrey's not ready to spill the tea, at least publicly. As we reported ... she's already told friends the affair happened, but it has nothing to do with his wife, Vanessa, filing for divorce.

BTW, her companion in this video is infamous for her butt. We're talking about Aubrey's Maltese pup, Ginger -- not her Kim K look-alike friend.

You might recall ... Aubrey, Ginger and her other pooch, Mary Ann got into hot water in 2012 when they -- the dogs, not Aubrey -- plopped their asses on a lunch table at Toast in WeHo.

In this third (and hopefully) final installment of "Justin Bieber struggles backing out his Lamborghini," we find out how many people it takes to pull off a 5-point turn.

Justin was worshiping Wednesday night at Saban Theatre in Bev Hills ... where once again he decided driving his Lambo was the way to go. Ciara and Russell Wilson also showed up, and Justin parked his whip behind theirs.

As service ended, Justin's struggles were about to begin. You see Justin trying to map out how to back out of a driveway that's truly been a thorn in his side.

Check it out ... paps cheer on the Biebs, who clearly needs it. At least his Lambo didn't take another beating.

Justin Bieber was revving and roaring his new Lamborghini in town -- but not cruising through streets like you might expect ... he was just trying to get out of a driveway.

Biebs was leaving a church service in Bev Hills Wednesday night, and on his way out ... he seemed to have the hardest time reversing his whip out of a steep entrance/exit.

It's pretty damn funny, especially considering this thing's got something like 730 HP ... and is supposed to be the luxury ride of bull-like caliber. You'd never guess all that, though, by how long it took JB to get up the hill here. And yet ... he eventually got it done.

Side note ... what color do you think this Lambo is? We thought white ... but then had to take a second look.

Kim Kardashian got a good laugh from her husband ... and Kanye West got instant relief as he handled his biz wiz.

Kim and Kanye had just arrived Sunday at a warehouse in L.A. when he answered nature's call -- outside the building. Kim, rocking a new pink 'do, turned around and appeared to burst into laughter at Kanye's desperate need to pee.

Y'know this was an emergency, because the couple was fully aware of the paparazzi. Then again ... we haven't seen video, so it's possible 'Ye was just clowning for the cameras and not actually urinating. Either way, Kim was entertained by his antics.

Travis Scott gave what might be the first public update on his and Kylie Jenner's new baby girl -- and, believe it or not, she's a good looking kid ... so says dad.

Paps got Travis Saturday night leaving Poppy, where he actually responded to a camera guy's question about how newborn Stormi Webster is holding up. It's short, but descriptive.

As we reported ... Travis is proving to be a changed man in light of his first child coming into the world, and this video is just more evidence of that. The Houston rapper usually clams up around the paparazzi ... now he's opening up, as slow as it might be.

We got Kim Wednesday leaving her DASH store and fired off a bunch of questions to see if she'd finally bite for once. Turns out, Millie Bobby Brown got her talking.

A pap got Tamar's estranged hubby Sunday out in Bev Hills where the denials came straight from the horse's mouth. Vince says it clear as day on the Govan rumor ... not true at all.

He also backs up what Tamar said herself about his Christmas day arrest -- there was no spousal abuse ... even though he was, in fact, arrested for spousal assault.

We broke the stories ... Tamar unleashed her fury on a woman claiming to have gotten pregnant by Vincent, and people were quick to assume she was referring to Laura. Laura denies it's her, and says her own ex, Gilbert Arenas, is the one fueling the rumor.

We ran into LiLo leaving an Xmas party Wednesday night in NYC, and asked if she'd ever move back to the States after a LONG hiatus overseas ... where she's been for a while now. She's currently living in Dubai.

Lindsay says she'd consider coming home -- but not for the reason you'd expect.

Paris Hilton paid homage to a photo that blew up the Internet 11 years ago today.

Back in the day it was all about Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan ... Kim Kardashian was just a supporting player.

Paris posted the pic Monday, calling it "The First Coming of The Holy Trinity."

The New York Post called it something different ... and it was one of their most controversial headlines in years.

11 years later Britney is 9 years deep into her conservatorship but doing great, Paris is an international mogul and Lindsay ... well, she's definitely alive.

Taylor Swift's literally putting up walls all around her, turning an historic landmark home into her own personal fortress that will be impenetrable to cameras -- if all goes according to her plan.

Taylor obtained permits to block visibility to her Beverly Hills mansion ... including putting up a 6.5 ft tall cinder block wall by her front porch and a 7 ft high retaining wall by her tennis court. She also upgraded and remodeled her front gate -- emphasis on "up."

Normally, this would be no big deal, but Taylor's crib -- purchased in 2015 -- was designated a historic landmark by the city of Beverly Hills. That means she gets a HUGE tax break, but it also means she has to jump through hoops to make the slightest alteration.

Phil Saveni, president of the Beverly Hills Historical Society, tells us Tay Tay's changes are all good though because the walls won't "impact the integrity" of the home.

Translation: It's full steam ahead at Chateau Swift!

Beyonce and Jay-Z made another major debut this weekend -- they showed off their twins in full view for the first time since their newborn photo shoot ... and as you might imagine, they're freakin' adorable.

The couple was seen Friday coming in and out of a mansion they were staying at in Miami, where most of the fam seemed to be tagging along ahead of Jay's concert in Orlando.

The only difference now is we're seeing the entire brood together for the first time in 5 months, including its 2 newest members, Sir and Rumi Carter. Bey carried Sir -- who seems to be working hard on his mean mug -- while Jay's mom, Gloria, held Rumi.

Grandma Tina was there too, and even got to cradle Rumi herself. Jay and Blue Ivy must've gotten their baby duty done inside, though, 'cause they were twin-free in front of cameras.

The Carter-Knowles sure look good in full force ... you might even need to do a double take here to appreciate 'em.
