Justin Bieber Punching Paps in Paris
Justin Bieber mixed it up Tuesday with the paparazzi in Paris and appeared to throw a punch during the fracas.
We're told Bieber and his crew tried to clear the photogs out of the way as they entered their hotel after dinner.
Check out Bieber -- inexplicably dressed in a camouflage jacket and pants with black leather sneakers -- his hand just below the neck of one photog ... another photo shows Bieber appearing to be in mid-punch.
Biebs has been a busy boy in Paree ... dining with Kendall Jenner and later partying with Kendall, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Paris Hilton and GF Selena Gomez ... but avoiding Miranda Kerr like Ebola.

Paris Cops We Don't Care About Kim Kardashian
Parisian police couldn't care less Kim Kardashian was attacked while making her way through paparazzi at a Fashion Week event ... they say the assault means nothing to them ... and don't understand why Americans make such a big deal of it.
An official from the Prefecture de police de Paris said unlike the cops in the U.S. ... the Paris police don't become involved in such "minimal situations."
So cops tell us they will take NO action against Vitalii Sediuk for trying to tackle Kim to the ground.
It's a pretty laissez-faire attitude ... considering Princess Diana was killed in Paris 17-years ago while trying to flee from paparazzi.
As we previously reported ... Kim and Kanye beefed up their security while in Paris.
Sacrebleu!

Kim & Kanye Armed Guards & Armored Cars After Paris Attack
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are bulletproof -- or will be very soon -- because they're ramping up their personal security -- complete with ARMORED VEHICLES -- after a frightening assault in Paris.
Our Kim and Kanye sources say ... K&K were "freaked out" after Kim was almost tackled to the ground by a crazy man. They're especially upset because the Paris paparazzi are following them in hordes ... and crowd control has become extremely difficult.
Our sources say ... they've hired 2 additional teams of armed bodyguards who will encircle them whenever they're in public during Fashion Week.
We're told Kim and Kanye will NOT retain the additional security when they come back to the U.S. They feel Paris has just become too insane for them to handle.
It's pretty ironic ... remember Halle Berry said she wanted to move to Paris because the paparazzi were less aggressive?

'Catwoman' Julie Newmar A Photog Ruined My Wolford Stockings
Former "Catwoman" Julie Newmar took a big spill at LAX Monday and she's blaming an aggressive photog for her cuts and bruises … and for ripping her $89 stockings.
Newmar told cops she was getting out of her wheelchair to get into her car when she became disoriented from the camera flashes.
Catwoman didn't land on her feet this time ... she fell on her hands and knees … bloodying them. Newmar filed a police report, but we're told nothing will come of it since the photog didn't commit a crime.
Newmar told us the worst part was ripping her Wolford stockings.
She's going to sue for lost profits -- she couldn't appear at a film festival. And we're guessing she wants the 89 bucks as well.

Lamar Odom Makes Peace With Photog After Hollywood Freak Out
Lamar Odom's war with the paparazzo he went after in the street last year is over -- TMZ Sports has learned the photog is dropping his lawsuit ... and all signs point to "settlement."
You remember the incident ... Lamar jacked a photog's bag in July 2013 and threw his camera equipment all over the street -- while a Hollywood tour bus drove by!
The photog claimed Odom caused more than $15k in damage to his camera stuff -- and demanded more than $500k for assault, stealing property and more
Now, we know the photog has filed court docs asking the judge to drop the case without prejudice (so he can't sue Lamar for the incident again.)
Smells like a settlement was struck between the two sides -- but when we called Odom's lawyer, all he would say was "no comment."

Kanye West I Don't Want to Hurt Paparazzi... My Father Was One of 'Em
Kanye West played the 'some of my best friends are black' card in his civil lawsuit over the LAX paparazzi attack -- revealing that his dad was once a celebrity photog.
During deposition for the suit filed by Daniel Ramos ... Kanye told Ramos' attorney, "My father was a paparazzo himself." He added that his parents didn't raise him to "be out here wrestling with random paparazzi in front of LAX."
Kanye said he respects some of the paparazzi and gets along with them from time to time, but accused Ramos of asking him about "dumb s**t."
West went on to list a bunch of other jobs his dad did -- marriage counselor, medical illustrator and Black Panther. Maybe explaining why .... as we first told you ... he also declared himself, "the smartest celebrity you've ever f***king dealt with" during the deposition.

Kanye West Grilled About Hating Paparazzi More than Nazis
Kanye West was determined to explain under oath why he thinks the paparazzi are worse than the Nazis ... but his panicked lawyer muzzled him.
TMZ has a copy of Kanye's deposition in the lawsuit filed against him by a paparazzo whom he attacked at LAX.
Nate Goldberg -- the lawyer for the photog -- is asking Kanye about a verse from his song, "Flashing Lights" ... rapping about paparazzi and saying, "I hate these n***as more than a Nazi."
Goldberg asks Kanye, "So why did you say that you hate the paparazzi more than the Nazis?"
Kanye responds, "'Cause that's what I wanted to say in that song."
Goldberg: "Well, you understood that the Nazis killed --"
At that point, Kanye's lawyer, a panicked Shawn Holley, interrupts, "Oh my gosh!"
Goldberg: "-- six million Jews."
Holley: "It's really been a long day and we should probably" (she's about to say recess)
Goldberg: "Well I'm not finished."
Goldberg then goes on to explain how it's "legitimate" for him to ask about the song because it shows Kanye's hatred for paparazzi.
Kanye then gets pissed that Goldberg quoted the "n" word from his song, saying, "But not legitimate to say n***a ... ever ... ever."
Holley successfully prevents Kanye from giving a full answer.
Bullet dodged.

Kanye West I Fear Electrocution By Drone
Kanye West fears the paparazzi will fly drones over his home to get shots of his child in the pool and accidentally electrocute her.
TMZ has obtained a copy of Kanye's deposition in the lawsuit filed by a photog who was attacked by the rapper at LAX.
In the depo ... Kanye sarcastically asks the photog's lawyer, "Is your daughter stalked by like drones? Are there drones flying where she's trying to learn how to swim at age 1?"
Kanye goes on ... "Wouldn't you like to just teach your daughter how to swim without a drone flying? What happens if a drone falls right next to her? Would it electrocute her?"
As for how that could happen, Kanye says, "Could it fall and hit her if that paparazzi doesn't understand how to remote control the drone over their house?"
Kanye then explains he and Kim are selling their $11 million Bel Air mansion because they didn't realize paparazzi could shoot directly from the street.
TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kanye are in escrow for a $20 million secluded estate in Hidden Hills -- near Calabasas. But Kanye clearly thinks even his 3 1/2 acres are not private ... because of paparazzi-controlled drones.

Laverne Cox V. Stiviano's Visor Is the New Black!
The trend we hoped would never catch on apparently has, because Sunday afternoon at LAX ... "Orange Is the New Black" star Laverne Cox was seen sporting the infamous V. Stiviano visor.
The Emmy-nominated actress fully channeled Donald Sterling's side piece as she made her way out of the airport and to her waiting car. She kept the visor down and remained silent the entire time, but trust us ... it's her.
It could have been worse -- at least she didn't rant about becoming president or how black people "do stupid s*** like buy rims."

Paparazzi Agency Of Course We Use Drones
The LAPD is worried the paparazzi will start using drones to shoot celebs and their homes. Turns out ... it's already happening.
We've learned a major paparazzi agency -- AKM-GSI -- has been selling drone videos of celebrity homes. Steve Ginsburg, who owns the agency, tells us he has no problem shooting the real estate but he wants nothing to do with images that include actual celebs behind their walls.
Ginsburg is clear - there is no law prohibiting his company from shooting aerial footage of homes ... even if the celebs are in the shot. But he says there would be a "huge backlash" if his or any other agency tried to hawk the footage.
Ginsburg says a photog tried to sell him drone video of Miley Cyrus in her backyard but he wouldn't bite. Miley actually spotted the drone and was pissed ... shooting the aircraft from the ground and uploading it on Instagram to show the intrusion.
Ginsburg tells TMZ, "We have the utmost respect for celebs and we stand by our word that we will not distribute any drone video capturing celebrities on public or private property."

Scooter Braun Attacks Photog's Lawyer You're a FAME WHORE!!!
Scooter Braun turned the tables in his Justin Bieber deposition, attacking the photog's lawyer for making a shameless fame grab.
Scooter was being deposed by the lawyer for a photog who accused Bieber's bodyguards of beating him. TMZ got hold of the transcript, and it's pretty epic. As the camera is trained on Scooter, he turns the tables, asking the photog's lawyer, "Why is the camera not on you and only on me?"
Scooter then looks at his lawyer and says, "I think it's better if it's on him too, because then his voice
is not the only thing that's famous. He can be famous with his face, too."
In another exchange, Scooter blows off a technical question, sarcastically saying, "I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know what is public or what is sealed. I like to watch a lot of 'Law & Order,' and I'm a huge fan of Jack McCoy ... but I don't know if what he does is actual law, or just the stuff I watch on TV."
Then Scooter accuses the photog's lawyer of leaking Justin's video deposition saying, "It was entertaining what you provided to TMZ."
Sorry, we don't recall.
