Justin Bieber doesn't like stupid questions, and if he thinks you're asking one ... he might say a thing or two about your stupid face.

We got the Biebs shopping in Bev Hills Tuesday, and he was very sensitive about paparazzi talking to him about anything. Hockey, Kanye ... it's all off the table.

Kanye West is a man of his word ... at least when it comes to free Yeezys.

We got 'Ye back in November when he promised he'd hand out the shoes for all the paps' hard work. Seemed like big talk at the time, but earlier this week he delivered to a bunch of freelance camera guys. Totally free of charge!

At $200 a pop, it's a pretty generous gift. We're told he also sent out more than 100 pairs to everyone who guessed his album name correctly.

No one can say Mr. West doesn't have sole.

Sofia Richie's easily amused ... at the expense of a couple of paps who were clearly head over heels for her.

We got Sofia out at 1 AM Thursday leaving The Nice Guy ... sans the Biebs. But the night had just begun for her, and an hour later she reappeared -- with Bieber himself -- leaving Doheny Room.

Hope she's not late for work today.

Amber Heard's camp has come out swinging, claiming she did not refuse to have her deposition taken Saturday.

A member of Amber's team tells TMZ ... "Although she was ready, willing and able to go forward with her deposition, it was not taken by Johnny's attorneys. She waited for 10 hours and at no time did Amber ever refuse to start the deposition. There was nothing preventing Johnny's counsel from commencing the deposition."

They do not explain why Johnny Depp's lawyers would not want to grill Amber. As we reported, they were all present and had both a court reporter and videographer at the ready.

The team member also says Johnny's camp agreed to have Johnny's depo taken this Wednesday, but now says they can't make the date.

And they dispute the claim Amber was an hour and a half late for the depo. Even though it was called for 10 AM, they say they "confirmed" Amber would be arriving at 11. And they say she was there at 11, but didn't enter because they were blindsided by paparazzi.

Kim Zolciak's daughter, Brielle, could have a career as a TMZ photog ... at least based on this video of her hammering mom with plastic surgery questions.

Kim and the fam were at LAX when we decided to give Brielle a trial run behind the camera -- and she hit up Kim about some pretty obvious changes to her face.

No joke ... Brielle seems like a natural who even hit up stepdad Kroy Biermann about his future in the NFL. But you gotta see his reaction to the grilling ... same for her little bro.

Entertaining brood for sure.

Rihanna made a comment that was at the same time lighthearted and downright eerie, telling her bodyguard to cut a photog a break because "He's not beating me."

Rihanna was leaving her fav ... Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica Thursday night when her bodyguard got a little overprotective.

Chris Brown got pissed at a photog covering a celeb-filled event, and ordered his peeps to regulate ... according to the photog who's now gone to the cops.

It all went down at a launch party on a private yacht last weekend in Fort Lauderdale. Michael Watts, the photog, claims he was taking pics of Chris and Warren Sapp when CB got pissed and began yelling obscenities.

According to the police report filed by Watts -- and obtained by TMZ -- Chris went ballistic during a shot with singer Tank, shouting ... "This ain't no press release, you're done!" Watts claims CB's enforcer then shoved him so hard, he spun around and cracked his $1,200 Canon lens against a wall.

The photog says he left to avoid further confrontation. Chris flatly denies his guy hit anyone, or in his words ... "It's a lie, lie, lie, lie."

Kim Kardashian flew back into L.A. and broke big news ... there's a new momager in town -- or at least that's how it seemed in the chaos at the airport.

Kim and Kris Jenner came back from the Cannes Film Festival together, but check out the video. Instead of Kris barking out orders, Kim was the one in charge at LAX ... maneuvering through the pack of fans and photographers, and directing drivers.

The LAPD is looking into allegations that James Harden roughed up a photog in L.A. on Tuesday night -- allegedly breaking the guy's finger in the process ... TMZ Sports has learned.

This did NOT happen by accident ... Alec Baldwin and his wife going straight into L.A.'s hot zone for paparazzi the day after he exploded on a photog in Beverly Hills.

Tensions had to be high as Alec and Hilaria walked out of Craig's and slowly made their way to their car ... swarmed by paps who were all aware of what went down. In fact, we asked him about "the incident," straight up.

Watch how it plays out. Hilaria looks very worried about his reaction in the situation, but it's obvious Alec did this to make a point: that he can play nice with the paparazzi.

It's also pretty clear when he gets in the car ... this probably wasn't HIS idea.

Alec Baldwin exploded in anger Tuesday, getting in a photographer's face and berating him for shooting Baldwin's wife.

Baldwin and Hilaria were in Bev Hills when he unleashed on the photog with ear-shattering volume, ordering him to "shut up."

It's unclear what preceded Baldwin's tirade, but he tells the photog in no uncertain terms his wife is out of bounds for the paparazzi ... interesting for sure, because Hilaria is a prolific Instagram user who chronicles her life on the app. She's also a correspondent for "Extra."

It's even more interesting ... Baldwin wrote an essay where he said he was moving from New York to California because he can't stand the paparazzi presence in the Big Apple. He wrote in New York Magazine, "L.A. is a place where you live behind a gate, you get in a car, your interaction with the public is minimal."

The incident occurred in a very public part of town ... Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills.

Marvel fans rejoice ... images have finally surfaced of Benedict Cumberbatch in full costume as Doctor Strange.

Photogs caught Cumberbatch in action Saturday in Manhattan ... and by the looks of things, the cape doesn't seem to slow him down at all.

That's not all ... Chiwetel Ejiofor who plays villain Baron Mordo in the comic made an appearance too.

Talk about a nerd-gasm.

9:45 AM PT -- Kylie says the fan she scolded "wasn't annoying," and she eventually came into the restaurant and they took photos together.

Kylie Jenner's not gonna put up with any screaming little kids, even if they are her loyal fans ... as 3 girls learned the hard way.

Kylie got the usual Kardashian-Jenner treatment at Craig's on Thursday night -- swarmed by paparazzi and fans. It happens every time, and Kylie's gotta know that at this point.

Still, watch her reaction when 3 persistent girls tried to get her photo, an autograph, a lock of hair ... something! KJ was NOT having it.

To the little girl ... at least she looked you right in the eye, right?

Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin came to the rescue of a little kid who got crushed by the crowd that gathered to get a peek at the women shopping.

Unclear if the kid was a fan, or just an innocent bystander -- but he totally got flattened as Kendall and Hailey made their way through the crowd outside Citipups Chelsea. The video's insane and the kid had to be terrified.

Kanye West is asking a judge to erase his paparazzi beatdown conviction from his record ... TMZ has learned.

Kanye copped a plea in 2014 for attacking a photog the year before at LAX. He pled no contest to misdemeanor battery and was placed on 24 months probation. He was also ordered to perform 250 hours of community service.

Over the last 2 years, Kanye more than held up his end of the bargain. He put in way more than the required number of community service hours at L.A. Trade Tech's fashion school. He also kept his nose clean for the 24 months.

According to the deal, Kanye is now eligible to have his record expunged, and we've learned he's already filed legal papers asking a judge to do just that.

TMZ has chronicled the radical changes in Kanye's behavior over the last few years. Now when he's at LAX, he's not only nice ... sometimes he acts as a peacemaker.
