Justin Bieber dug into his pockets -- but not very far -- to settle with a paparazzo who sued him.

Jose Osmin Hernandez had sued Biebs for assaulting him 3 years ago, claiming the singer kicked him MMA style and punched him at The Commons in Calabasas during a date with Selena Gomez.

Sources tell us the case has settled but the amount is in the "legal nuisance" territory, meaning Bieber would have paid more in attorneys' fees so it made sense just to throw some money at the guy.

The case has been dismissed.

The L.A. Rams had a strong message for their players -- now that you're in L.A., don't act like the old Kanye West!!

The players were called to a media training session earlier this week -- where they were shown TMZ and TMZ Sports videos to show them the right way and the wrong way to handle the media.

Rams punter Johnny Hekker says they were shown a Kanye video as part of the presentation (it's gotta be the "Don't Talk Ever" clip, right?)

On the flip side, Hekker says they watched several positive interactions with various athletes and celebs ... including a recent clip with their very own running back Todd Gurley!

Hekker says the team harassed Todd for his answer to a question about In-N-Out burgers ... but it was all in good fun.

Chris Martin has just been sued by a photog who claims the singer has got it out for the media.

Richard Terry was perched at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in L.A. back in January when he saw Chris and Gwyneth get into a Jeep. He claims Martin intentionally turned his wheel sharply to the right, causing the Jeep to jump the sidewalk and hit Terry.

As TMZ reported ... another photog across the street took pics of the incident, and some felt it was a set up for the photog to bait Martin and then chronicle what followed.

Terry says in his lawsuit, Martin has "a significant history of repeated and ongoing violent acts against entertainment news people."

Terry is particularly pissed off that Martin left the scene instead of tending to him.

Justin Timberlake was on his game -- his country game, his drinking game, and his trash talking game -- as he walked out of a Chris Stapleton concert in L.A. ... and the video is HILARIOUS!

Justin went to see his "Tennessee Whiskey" pal play the El Rey Theater Monday night, and it sounds like JT threw down a few during the show.

It's hysterical ... as photogs scramble to get shots of Justin leaving, he scolds them for being asleep at the wheel.

The LAX employee Olivier Martinez unloaded on ... is now unloading a lawsuit on Martinez and Halle Berry, claiming he was attacked for no reason whatsoever.

We got video of the incident when it went down back in January -- after Halle and Olivier landed at LAX they were swarmed by paparazzi, and Olivier used their baby's car seat to shove the employee -- named Ronaldo Owens -- flat on his ass.

In his lawsuit, filed Monday in L.A., Owens says he wasn't blocking the couple's path ... and had every right to be where he was as an LAX employee. One angle of the video did show Owens taking a photo with what appears to be his phone.

However, in his suit Owens says Martinez brutally charged at him without provocation -- and he accuses Halle of masterminding the whole thing, saying she gave her husband "carte blanche ability to attack."

He's suing them for at least $5 million.

Owens filed a police report, but the L.A. city attorney declined to prosecute.

Justin Bieber's lawyers are barking about three nude pics taken of him on vacation in Bora Bora, but we know Justin isn't all that pissed because the shots show just how ... GIFTED he is.

Multiple sources close to Bieber tell TMZ he was upset paparazzi, armed with telephoto lenses, snapped the photos of him butt (and other parts) naked frolicking with Jayde Pierce. We're told he thought it was a total invasion of his privacy.

We saw it the same way, and decided NOT to post the images. But our sources say Justin's anger faded when the pics went viral ... for one seemingly larger than average reason: Bieber's a really big deal, and we're told he's happy the world knows it now.

As we reported, JB's lawyers threatened media outlets that published the pics. We're told his legal team was just doing its job ... sending the message that Justin's not okay with the violation.

But reality is, there's almost zero chance Justin sues ... 'cause as they say, size matters.

Justin Bieber and his team are sending a strong message -- the nude photos of him published this week invaded his privacy, and anyone who posted them should take them down immediately.

TMZ has confirmed Bieber's legal team has sent multiple cease and desist letters to news outlets that published the pics, saying remove 'em or else. They claim the photos were taken without Bieber's knowledge. They show a naked Bieber in Bora Bora ... right before jumping into a pool.
