Victoria's Secret model Shanina Shaik is throwing shade at her ex Tyson Beckford for fighting her fiancé DJ Ruckus' outside a NYC nightclub.

Shanina touched down in Miami and declared she hasn't spoken to Beckford in the last year ... so she's puzzled why he's still got beef. We broke the story ... Shanina's current guy and her ex brawled a couple weeks ago.

Shanina's on Tyson's turf down in MIA, but explained how she plans to avoid any more drama. And then she poured salt in his breakup wound by posting this pic.

Kim Kardashian's ex-bodyguard ... whose big mouth might have already cost him $30 million, is blabbling again -- this time claiming he'll gladly stop talking for the right price.

As TMZ first reported, Kim and Kanye West are threatening to sue Steve Stanulis into the stone ages for breaking his confidentiality agreement. You'll recall he did a bunch of interviews claiming he was fired for chatting up Kim on the job ... which they deny.

Stanulis seemed to laugh off the threat Thursday in Staten Island, saying he's still owed money from his last gig with the Wests -- and insinuating he never signed any agreement.

Andrew Kornfeld was at his dad's rehab facility Thursday when a photog asked about his decision to take the pills across state lines. We're told Andrew, who does not have a medical license, is under the microscope ... to determine if he's violated a law prohibiting the unlicensed practice of medicine.

Andrew Kornfeld, the man who flew to Prince's home on a thwarted rescue mission that ended with his call to 911, made it clear to a photog Thursday ... he wasn't going to talk about the ongoing criminal investigation into the singer's death.

Andrew's dad, rehab specialist Dr. Howard Kornfeld, got the call from Prince's rep the day before the singer died, pleading with him to come to Minnesota to save Prince from a fatal OD. The doctor couldn't make it but sent his son, who was in the house when Prince was discovered in the elevator.

As we reported, Andrew is under investigation because when cops arrived they found pills -- a synthetic opiate used to treat Percocet addicts -- in his backpack. Andrew, who is not a doctor, is being investigated for the unauthorized practice of medicine.

The photog got Andrew at a nature preserve in Northern California.

We also got video Thursday of Dr. Kornfeld outside his rehab facility, Recovery Without Walls, in Marin County, CA. He was also mum.

The doctor who was commissioned to save Prince's life is not talking about the singer or his death.

As we reported, a rep for Prince called Dr. Kornfeld the day before Prince died, saying the singer was in grave danger and the doctor's services were desperately needed. Dr. Kornfeld could not immediately clear his schedule, but he sent his son, who came with a synthetic opiate used to treat people with addiction problems.

Alec Baldwin exploded in anger Tuesday, getting in a photographer's face and berating him for shooting Baldwin's wife.

Baldwin and Hilaria were in Bev Hills when he unleashed on the photog with ear-shattering volume, ordering him to "shut up."

It's unclear what preceded Baldwin's tirade, but he tells the photog in no uncertain terms his wife is out of bounds for the paparazzi ... interesting for sure, because Hilaria is a prolific Instagram user who chronicles her life on the app. She's also a correspondent for "Extra."

It's even more interesting ... Baldwin wrote an essay where he said he was moving from New York to California because he can't stand the paparazzi presence in the Big Apple. He wrote in New York Magazine, "L.A. is a place where you live behind a gate, you get in a car, your interaction with the public is minimal."

The incident occurred in a very public part of town ... Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills.

Miguel is adamant ... he wants no part in playing Prince in a biopic about the singer ... saying only the man himself could do that.

The singer was at LAX Friday when our photog asked if he'd ever be interested in paying homage to Prince in a movie. It's not a stretch ... Miguel's been compared to the singer a lot in his career.
