Like a dog leaving its scent, Justin Bieber is leaving his mark all over the world ... 'cause he just tagged up another city, and this time he was caught in the act ... on camera.

Bieber -- who spray-painted his way across South America -- finished up a gig last night in Brisbane, Australia ... then returned to his hotel in nearby Gold Coast, and went on a graffiti rampage ... covering an outdoor wall with colorful monsters.

Queensland cops tell TMZ ... they're well aware of the illicit artwork .. but so far, no formal complaint has been made -- and the GC mayor says he's ordered a cleanup crew for the wall.

Ashton Kutcher got aggressive with the paparazzi outside of a popular restaurant on Melrose Ave. last night -- but the whole tough guy act may have just been a cover to keep his allegedly pregnant girlfriend away from cameras.

Ashton and Mila Kunis were eating dinner at Carlitos Gardel Restaurant in Hollywood -- great Argentinian food -- and it also happens to be smack in the middle of a heavily-trafficked celeb sighting area.

So, the paps (not TMZ) were surprised when Ashton emerged from the restaurant and tried to strong-arm the photogs into leaving the scene.

During the confrontation, one of Ashton's associates can be seen in the background quickly escorting Mila into Kutcher's ride ... as if they're trying to slip past the cameras.

FYI -- Mila was wearing a baggy shirt and baggy jeans. So, the mystery remains.

Kim Kardashian ain't mad at Seth Rogen's topless attempt to imitate her in his "Bound 2" spoof with James Franco -- in fact, Kim says she thinks it's hilarious.

Kim made the comments while she was out in NYC last night -- in fact, she was walking into Kanye's apartment.

She had already given props to the actors on Twitter earlier in the day -- saying, "You nailed it!!! Sooo funny!" -- and last night, she doubled down on the compliment.

In the meantime, watch the spoof again -- did they nail it? Uh huh, honey.

Francesca Eastwood knows her wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am marriage was a huge mistake ... but she's not blaming her bad decision on alcohol ... 'cause she says she doesn't drink. Ever.

Francesca -- who's already made up her mind to annul her week-old marriage to Jordan Feldstein -- was leaving Mastro's after dinner with friends (sans hubby) when she tried to set the record straight.

Problem is ... we're not really buying what she's selling.

As we previously reported, multiple sources tell us there was a TON of drinking involved when the couple decided to head to a Vegas chapel and tie the knot last weekend.

Plus, would a sober person really swap "I dos" in front an Elvis impersonator???

Brit singer Rita Ora is profusely apologetic for freaking out her fans ... after collapsing on the set of her photo shoot in Miami.

Rita -- who's Rob Kardashian's ex-GF -- looked the picture of health last night at Miami International Airport ... where she flew home to London.

As we reported ... Ora was treated for heat exhaustion after Monday's fainting spell. She's been laying low at her hotel for the last couple of days.

Before saying cheerio to the US ... Ora said she's all better now ... and had a message for her fans.

Sylvester Stallone wouldn't say the n-word to anyone -- paparazzo or otherwise -- so says the man's wife ... who tells TMZ, she's known him for 25 years and he's NEVER ONCE uttered the slur.

Jennifer Flavin was at LAX earlier today when we asked about the video we posted last week, showing Sly gesturing at a black photographer and saying what sounds like "This f**king n***er here, this f**ker."

But Flavin says everyone heard wrong -- and insists her husband's a good guy.

Cracky Mayor Rob Ford -- the Tyrone Biggums of politics -- says he's well aware he was mocked on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend ... but he didn't seem too upset about it.

Ford was in Toronto on his way to watch a Canadian Football league playoff game -- when he stopped to sign autographs like a rockstar.

During the quick signing session, Ford was asked about the "SNL" skit -- in which Bobby Moynihan spoofs the mayor as a fat, cracked out idiot.

"It was crazy," Ford said of the sketch.

Ford then proceeded to the football game ... despite a suggestion from the CFL commissioner that Rob stay the hell away.

Ford plays by his own rules ... especially when those rules involve crack.

Alec Baldwin just got into his THIRD angry confrontation today -- screaming at a female reporter, demanding cops arrest her ... and then hitting a parked car while trying to drive away.

It's unclear exactly what set off Alec this time -- but his car was surrounded by reporters and photographers ... and he yells, "F**k you" to one reporter as he storms away and jumps in his car.

Watch the clip -- after the accident ... Alec wants cops to arrest the reporter he's got the beef with, but as far as we know no one was arrested.

This is getting crazy.

12:15 PM PT -- Now we know why Alec went after the reporter ... his wife, Hilaria, dropped a dime. Watch this clip from FOX5 in NYC, at the very beginning you hear Hilaria say, "That's the one that almost hit me" -- and then Alec goes off.

The 24-year-old woman who said Andy Kaufman was still alive -- and that she was his daughter -- is sticking to her story ... but her eyes say otherwise.

Sylvester Stallone had some harsh words for a paparazzo in Beverly Hills Thursday ... grousing, "This f**king n***er here, this f**ker."

Sly was leaving Caffe Roma with a friend. They were followed by a group of photogs. Sly then hurls the racial epithet. It comes at 7 seconds into the clip.

The video is a little difficult to hear, but as Sly turns the corner and looks over his right shoulder -- back at the paparazzi -- you clearly hear him use the n word. A little later in the video, you hear a female photog say to Sly, "Why the racial slurs?"

There were African-American photogs shooting Sly at Caffe Roma, but it's unclear if the epithet was directed at them.

1:35 PM PT: Sly's reps now tell us the words Stallone used were "f**king idiot."

Alec Baldwin just played the, "I have a gay friend" card ... putting his male hairdresser on the spot in front of reporters to vouch for his non-homophobia.

It's shameless, it's desperate ... and quite frankly, it's sad.

It reeks of "dance monkey, dance" ... with Alec asking him straight up -- "Am I a homophobe?"

The guy replied, "Yes, bigtime" ... but it's clear he's joking.

Afterward, we spoke with the hairdresser, who's openly gay, and he told us, "I don’t think he’s homophobic. I don’t at all. Whenever he is in here, we are always talking and cutting hair. He booked an appointment for today, he always does and he is a good tipper.”

The Alec Baldwin meltdown continues -- the actor just shoved another photographer ... and then smacked a camera out of the guy's hand and once again, it was all caught on tape.

The footage begins near Alec's Manhattan apartment (after Alec's confrontation with a local news reporter) ... and shows Alec pushing a photog.

After the photog collects himself, Alec lunges back at him and smacks the camera out of his hand ... knocking it to the ground.

The photog goes back to Alec and says, "You shoved me into a car."Alec responds, "You tried to hit me with a camera."

Photog: "I didn't try to hit you with a camera."

Alec then tells the guy, "You take a walk ... you don't wanna get hurt, do ya?"

Another fun Alec Baldwin moment ... this time, the "30 Rock" star THREATENED a local news reporter ... and then called him ugly to boot.

Baldwin was walking back to his Manhattan apartment moments ago when he was approached by a reporter from FOX5 in NYC.

As the reporter tried to ask a question about the stalker case, Baldwin said, "If you're still here when my wife and kid come out, you're going to have a big problem, you know that don't ya?"

Alec turns to walk inside his building and throws out one last barb -- "You ARE as dumb as you look. You are with Fox, right?"

Alec Baldwin is finally admitting (and even apologizing) for spewing a homophobic slur at a photog in NYC yesterday ... but shockingly, the slur he's copping to is NOT the F-bomb.

Late last night, Baldwin went to Twitter and wrote, "Rich Ferraro from @glaad informs me that c'sucker is an anti-gay epithet. In which case I apologize and will retire it from my vocabulary."

Of course, Baldwin's referring to the incident outside of his Manhattan apartment ... when he called a photog a "c**ksucking f*g."

Funny, Alec is ADAMANT the F-word he used was "fathead" and NOT "f*g" ... even though you can hear it clear as day in the footage, which we posted on TMZ.

A rep for GLAAD has also issued a statement ... saying, "Mr. Baldwin can’t lend his support for equality on paper, while degrading gay people in practice. It's clearly time he listens to the calls from so many LGBT people and allies to end this pattern of anti-gay slurs."

7:55 AM PT -- Anderson Cooper has also weighed in ... tweeting, "Wow, Alec Baldwin shows his true colors yet again. How is he going to lie and excuse his anti-gay slurs this time?"

Alec Baldwin is on the Twitter attack, claiming he did NOT call a reporter a "c**ksucking f*g" earlier today ... he called him a "c**ksucking fathead."

Baldwin wrote, "Acoustic analysis proves the word is fathead. Fathead ... Anti-gay slurs are wrong. They not only offend, but threaten hard fought tolerance of LGBT rights."

Alec Baldwin is a sore winner ... chasing down and threatening a photographer outside his Manhattan apartment ... just hours after a courtroom victory this morning in his stalker case ... and the whole thing was captured on video.

The video shows Baldwin -- who was with his wife and baby -- taking off in angry pursuit after the pap (not ours) ... yelling, cursing and calling him a "c**ksucking f*g."

But watch what sets him off ... the photog ventures VERY close to Baldwin's family.
