Janet Jackson clearly believes in sticking to the mom-damentals of parenting -- which include pushing your own baby's stroller ... and carrying your little one around yourself.

Janet was spotted pushing around her 1-year-old son, Eissa, in London Monday as she joined some friends for lunch -- and even in the rain and all ... she was roughin' it.

We assume the singer has nannies on hand to help with some of the child care, especially since she's back to touring after giving birth last year, and has been pretty busy.

Still ... Janet appears to be quite hands-on as a mother, 'cause baby Eissa has accompanied her to lots of places lately. And Janet's usually the one carrying the kid around ... like here, here and here.

One thing he definitely can't ask in the future ... what did you ever do for me, ma?

Justin Bieber appears to be in full support of Kanye West's attempt to lock down a "Red October" trademark ... 'cause he's wearing the guy's old Nike shoes of the same name.

Bieber was seen pulling up to a gym Tuesday in L.A. -- driving his new Lamborghini, and rockin' a pair of Nike's Air Yeezy 2 "Red October" sneaks. We broke the story ... 'Ye, who's since jumped to Adidas, is trying to reclaim the shoe's name as his own.

He's already filed an application for exclusive rights and if granted, he'd be able to slap the name on a bunch of different clothing items as well as footwear. So, yes, you could see "Red October" shoes with a new company ... if Kanye gets his way.

Looks like the Biebs is still a fan of the throwback model from 2014. Can't blame him ... they're still pretty dope.

Jerry Seinfeld might be getting sued over his hit Netflix show, but that's not deterring him from a good ol' fashioned stop-and-chat with stars in their cars ... just ask Justin Bieber.

Jerry was out and about Monday in Bev Hills with his 17-year-old daughter, Sascha, who noticed Bieber cruising beside them. Unclear who flagged who down ... but it appears the Seinfelds might've halted traffic for a chance to meet the Biebs.

The street-side meet-and-greet took place almost immediately after Jerry hit a legal snag over "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee." TMZ broke the story ... a producer claims Jerry jacked the idea 'cause he didn't wanna credit (or pay) the guy as a creator of the show. Jerry's lawyer called the lawsuit "delusional" and a "shakedown."

From the looks of Jerry's face, it seems like he was more interested in JB's Lambo. Cars are sorta his thing, after all. And besides ... he's not great with ID'ing pop stars himself.

James Franco went into LAX head down Friday, in no mood to talk to photogs or fans.

James and girlfriend Isabel Pakzad looked super serious as they entered the terminal. James clutched his guitar case as they walked to security.

As you know, Franco was snubbed by the Academy ... pretty clearly a response to sexual harassment allegations. He snagged a Best Actor Golden Globe, but on the heels of that win several women came out with stories that seemed to torpedo his chances during awards season.

Unclear where he and his girlfriend went, but it's a safe bet he won't be coming back to L.A. for the Oscars in a few weeks.

In case you're wondering, Mike's no-booze policy doesn't appear to be tied to his tax evasion case -- in which he just pled guilty last week, and is set to be sentenced later this spring.

On the contrary, Mike's said he's been "100 percent" sober since 2015 after battling a Rx drug addiction.

James Franco's still getting by with a little help from his friends after Hollywood snubbed him for an Oscar nomination.

Franco did lunch with Jeff Garlin Tuesday at Joan's on Third. Based on their bro hug as they left, we'd say the "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and 'Goldbergs' star was supporting James ... hours after he, shockingly, did NOT get an Oscar nomination.

We're guessing the sexual assault allegations against Franco also came up over the meal, since it's pretty clear that's what swayed Motion Picture Academy voters.

Paps got James Monday in Malibu surfing with some pals, and he actually seemed pretty chipper ... but his mood probably changed Tuesday after missing out on a Best Actor nomination.

Lots of folks are claiming snub, especially since he won a Golden Globe and Critics' Choice Award -- he was also nominated for a SAG Award.

Looks like those accusations were simply too much for the Academy ... bummer, dude.

Matt Lauer sure doesn't look like a guy who just got kicked out of the house by his wife -- 'cause they're still showing up to the same places ... albeit separately.

Matt and his wife of 20 years, Annette Roque, both arrived Monday to a horse farm in Sag Harbor, Long Island -- this after a rumor went out this week that she'd kicked him out of their Hamptons home.

They did not arrive together, but did appear right around the same time at 11 AM ET. Annette has not filed for divorce or signaled any formal separation from her fired hubby, who was accused of sexual misconduct while at NBC's 'Today' morning show.

"The Notebook" director and his 12-year-old girl, Barbie, were spotted at Jerry's Deli in Studio City Saturday ... just a day after an Oklahoma judge awarded Nick lawful custody of her.

We broke the story ... Cassavetes' ex, Heather Wahlquist, squared off with Nick in an Oklahoma courtroom Friday, asking the judge for an emergency order to keep Barbie in her custody. The judge rejected her request.

So Nick and Barbie look copacetic in California now, but the custody battle ain't over -- they're back in a California family law court January 18.
